Net Neutrality's been repealed, folks.

Shot, and left to lie in the proverbial gutter as things stand.

Meaning we can probably say goodbye to this site, Youtube, and many others.

You know, I really wanted to believe that things would be better this time. That cooler heads-and sanity-would somehow prevail. Apparently that's not going to happen. I tried to get the word out, as so many others on this site have, I even posted something to that effect, but to no avail. Only a handful listened. As to the rest? I found myself mocked and ridiculed by either a bunch of anonymous users, a bunch of fucking bots, and actual people besides.

Because hey, free speech, right?

So, here we are.

Up a creek without a paddle.

I stuck my neck out and got it chopped off.

I'm literally THIS close to quitting this site and flat-out severing all internet connection entirely. Because no way in hell can I afford to pay THOUSANDS more because of a greedy little shill and his handiwork, not to mention the flak I've been taking in my personal life because of this bollocks. Where's the humanity in this day and age? Where's the justice? The basic decency? I'm not that old, nor am I young by any means, but i remember a time when America valued those things. Cherished them, even.

Only now do I realize we somehow lost all that, long ago.

To those that spoke out, thanks for everything.
