He focused on its wolf-like snout and ears. Its claws resembled ones on a bear. Its tail was long and furry.
Amos refused to remember scratches from previous animals. When his back was occasionally scratched. His arms and shoulders.
Snarling, Amos revealed fangs and snapped at the animal. He faced Supergirl while she flew to the creature and struck its shoulder.
His teeth began to return to normal.
Amos smiled when the creature ran and he continued to wander. Previous scratches weren't remembered any longer.
