While I was doing research on. In my Halo x Gundam fic I suddenly had a bright idea.
What if a gunpla builder from our earth (and not from the Build diver or build fighters) gets transported to the UC century with all his models?
I'll include a few non-Gundam models such as those from the 30 Minutes Missions line as those are made by Bandai (the same company that owns the Gundam franchise) and that their parts are interchangeable with most of Gundam's High-Grade line of models. So you can take a ... let's say a head/arm/ leg/ feet/backpack from a High-Grade model and put them on EXAMAC (basically Mobile Suits from 30 Minutes Mission).
A few Armored Core models cuz every half-decent model maker should have at least one of these awesome-looking machines. Rayleonard 03 and White Glint.
Yeah yeah, I know that Armored core are only half the size of MS but ACs are much faster than MS. Like I just did a casual search on YouTube to find a video titled Fastest Blader and it shows that an AC reaching speeds of 3100 km/h.
So gatta has a few of them around.
Next is a female techpriest (from 40k) cuz we gotta have a kawaii techpriest with mechanical tendrils for some tentacles action... jokes aside she's there to maintain the mechs duh, why else would there be a robotic tentacles chick be there? Note that it's a 3D printed model from the internet so she looks cute and anime-like. Like who pays for those overpriced plastics?
Now MC's cheat is that his all his models become real and that means he has hundreds of mechs in the Universal Century.
As for the planned direction of the story?
WAR! Mc naturally is a warmonger, with cheats like that it's natural to take the warpath! (Totally not bashing on a certain Japanese novel that I have just dropped where the MC get isekaied into the body of a skeleton knight, then MC goes and be like a humble Japanese man that apologizes for everything)
Look when you have a badass cheat you naturally need to go the badass direction, so MC will not be a peace-loving tree hugger.
MC will be like the reverse of the Celestial Beings from Gundam 00 where he'll want war.
-story start-
At midnight
'Good just a bit more' William thought as he puts the final touches on his new model. He just got it yesterday and he has spent most of his time assembling since then.
William then puts attaches the badass looking to the "Gundam's" back and tada!
"Gundam" quotations?
Well you see it's actually not made by P-Bandai so... anyways it looks nice badass and it was fun assembling it which is what matters.
William then picks up his newly assembled Zero Gravity's Judge Gundam and placed it in a special place he had reserved earlier.
It's placed right next to his custom Master Grade Strike Freedom painted in grey and black with silver linings.
William calls it Conquest named after the bibles's four horsemen of apocalypse, besides that it's kinda fitting for Freedom's evil twin to be named conquest.
William places it next to it as he going to name his new addition Death, as it has a scythe and it actually looks badass with it.
What about Deathscythe Gundam?
William never bought one as it looks like crap, so there's no problem with it having the same name.
William has the Gundam Wing Snow White Prelude sitting on the small white Mobile suit section, it's sitting right next to Unicorn Gundam.
William didn't do much with it as it already looks good as it was other than adding a bit of White 2.0 (the world's whitest paint) to make it more angelic.
Small white MS section?
Yes, as William prefers this dark gothic look, so he usually paints them in these dark color palettes that make them look dark and evil-like.
Anyways William looks at his now completed 4 horsemen of apocalypse team with great satisfaction.
'It done' he thought while nodding.
His 4 horseman series is made of his newly acquired Gundam Judge representing Death, his customized Strike Freedom as Conquest, his customized Barbatos with the red paint job as War, and Finally his customized Helios Gundam with a dark paint job as Famine.
For those that didn't know Helios Gundam is based on Gundam X the one that can fire the satellite canon) and it can do it without the usage of the moon laser thingy.
Now some of you might say "but Helios Gundam Master Grade doesn't exist, hell even the High-Grade version isn't released yet"
To which I'll just he's from the near future when Bandai released a Master Grade of Gundam Helios.
Anyways William gives it one final look before he heads to bed for the night.
The next day
William slowly wakes up.
...
...
'Huh? Where am I?' He thought as he suddenly found himself in a strange futuristic bedroom.
Suffice to say this is not his bedroom as he is sure as hell doesn't remember having a king-size bed for one.
William got out of the king-sized bed and looks around, as he was looking around William got near the door and the door automatically opens startling him.
'!'
'That scared me for a second, so the door is automatic' William thought as he heads out of the room and began exploring the place.
A bit later
William wonders around, he occasionally stops for a bit as he looks at particular objects that oddly look familiar.
He wondering eventually ends when he finally sees a human figure from the distance.
Upon getting closer William stops dead on his tracts as he stares at the figure, now approaching him.
'That can't be!' He exclaimed before a brief flashback on the familiar scenes he has seen so far pops into his head.
'No... maybe... perhaps' He thought.
The figure who is approaching him is a cute girl with short silver hair, wearing a maid outfit.
'She... isn't she Ein!?' William exclaimed in his head as he took notice of the design of the maid outfit she's wearing.
Of course would recognize it as he has personally handcrafted that outfit, to put on a 30 Minute Sisters figurine that he had bought.
The frills, the folds, and the linings, it's all just like he remembered, not to mention there's even a small nameplate with the name Ein on it.
So who else could this be? This is obviously Ein.
"Master, you've woken up," the silver-haired said without expression.
"Are... are you Ein?" William asked uncertainly
"Yes, master. I am Ein" she replied
'Is she real?' William wondered as he is currently having a surreal feeling with everything happening.
William stares at the girl while unconsciously reaching out his hand to touch her cheek.
"Master?" Ein asked seemingly confused
'Unfortunately, William didn't hear it as he continues on feeling her cheek
' Soft... ' he thought as his hand wanders around feeling the girl trying to see if there's any part of her that's made of plastic.
His hand gradually moves downward to Ein's neck, then to her shoulders, then to her...
Ein slightly blushes as William's hand is about to reach her's...
Unfortunately (for William) before his hand reached the holy mountain peaks, he was cut short by another figure who suddenly appeared right besides him.
"Master ecchi!" A girl with sandy blonde hair screams as she gives a powerful slap to William.
Minutes later
"Sheesh, you shouldn't just let the master do what he wants" the girl with sandy blonde hair known as Fumina (Titan version) lectures Ein.
"Yes" replied Ein while blushing a bit.
Suffice to say it didn't take a glance for William to recognize that the one who slapped him is his Fumina as the costume she's wearing has his imprints all over them.
Not to mention judging by the fact that her face doesn't look like something straight out of the uncanny valley, he's very much confident to say that it's his Fumina alright.
Straight out of the box those early versions of Fumina figurines are the stuff that nightmares are made of. Suffice to say William naturally found a workaround, that is by 3D printing a new face for her.
' Hmm... no joints' William thought as just like Ein he couldn't see any mechanical joints on Fumina's body, as she doesn't seem to have any connecting joints on her body.
"Anyways, Master the others are waiting," Fumina said as she leads William through the hallways of the facility he found himself in.
'Waiting?' William wondered as he wanted to ask her a bunch of questions but decided to keep his mouth shut for now.
When in an unknown environment it's crucial to keep calm or at least have the appearance of calmness.
Like in the movies where there's always this stupid screaming character that does all those stupid things?
Well... William hates those types of characters and as he isn't a hypocrite, William won't be going around screaming "WHERE AM I!?" while shaking the shoulders of any individuals he meets.
It didn't take long before William is lead to a meeting room.
Inside the meeting room, he saw a few more individuals waiting.
'I recognize them...' William thought as he could recognize all the girls in the meeting room, they are the figurines he has bought and customized.
'Let's see... she is' William thought as he recounted the figures in the room to see if anyone is missing.
Ayame who William repainted her ninja outfit with Chaos Black (from Games Workshop.
There's Monica, Kuro, Ren, and Sylvia. They like Ein are part of the 30 Minutes Sisters line of models. Although they're currently not wearing the mech parts but William can still recognize them.
Monica is the girl with medium-length chestnut brown hair tied to a ponytail.
A girl with a brown ponytail, green eyes, and is called Monica?
Yeah yeah, the scars of Doki Doki Literature Club will never fade from William's heart.
Kuro is the emo girl with short black hair and bangs covering one eye.
Ren is the girl that looks like a kendo club sempai with long back hair tied into a ponytail.
Sylvia is the blonde knightish girl.
Then there's May (from build divers), and his 3D printed Techpriest Keter-Chan, she's currently standing in front of everyone seemingly read for a presentation.
Suffice to say she is named after the Keter-class, from the SCP universe. For those who didn't know the Keter-class is a classification of objects/creatures/persons that are highly dangerous and almost uncontainable.
William wasn't really in his right mind when he named her as he was just finished watching one of those Japanese tentacles hentai when he named her.
William saw the mechadendrites on the techpriest's back and thought about some creepy space monster tentacles play, then thought about the helplessness of humanity (struggle as you might those tentacles will still get you, and the more you struggle the more excited the tentacle monster gets)... and so that's how her name came to be.
More than that Techpriest !?
Yes, recently William started thinking maybe he should get into Warhammer miniatures, unfortunately when he started looking at the prices...
William gave up on it and decided to simply just 3D print a cute kawaii Techpriest as he says "fuck you" to GW.
Like nobody is going to pay that much for simple grey plastics that aren't even painted.
Anyways Keter-Chan has a cute face with red hair, she is based on the female domina model just instead of a robotic face, she has a cute anime face. She has the standard red robes but instead of the white gear marks lining the edge of her robe, William painted it with Chaos Black.
William had considered painting it with darker blacks such as Black 2.0 or Muso Black but those black are a little too powerful as it erases the lines and replaces with black voids.
One must use such powerful black carefully.
Back to the present William
"ah master you're finally here, please go and take a seat" Keter said as she gestures with one of her mechadandrites to one for the numerous rows of seat around.
William nods as he picks a seat.
"Alright with everyone here let's begin" she says as a holographic image of...
'thats... isn't that Cosmic Entraphy?!' William thought as he is the customized Celestial Being asteroid base that he had built.
William had spent countless hours working on it, he had to research it, analyzed its structure the few times it appeared in the show, make rough sketches, then he has to make a rough 3D model before he can start building it. during the building process was very time-consuming as getting the rough shape is the easy part, the hard part is getting the details.
like he had to make literal thousands of tiny miniature defense turrets alone, granted he 3D printed most of them but still! he has to paint them with a microscope and he had to stick them one by one.
Sounds insane right?
Well... not really if you consider the really batshit insane hobbyist out there, like there's one guy that hand-painted 250,000 miniature soldiers.
Making it was extremely frustrating but yet satisfying at the same time, as he really went wild on customizing the thing. At a cursory glance, one might think William's customization is superficial like changing the gold parts in silver or the white parts into black, but upon closer inspection, they would find that this thing much more heavily armed than it's original anime appearance as William added hundreds of turrets to it.
William wants it to have Fuck U firepower! William doesn't want random yahoos suddenly waltzing in there like it's their backyard or something, he wants anyone and everyone who gets near it to be turned to Swiss cheese.
Back to the present
Looking at his own work William could help but blurt out "Cosmic Entropy"
Everyone turns to stare at him
Keter frowns before continuing "As expected of Master, this facility we found ourselves in is called Cosmic Entropy. This place is a mobile asteroid colony..." she goes on to explain the specs and capabilities of the mobile base in true geek like fashion.
She goes on a bit of a tangent before finally going to the main event as a new holographic image appears, the new holographic image shows rows upon rows of mechs.
"These machines are called a..."
She is cut off by William as he interjects "Mobile Suit"
She frown before proceeding to the next row of similar looking machines.
"These are..."
"EXAMAC"
She frowns further before showing a much smaller mech.
"Armoured Core"
At this point everyone is looking at William as none so far had any clue what these cool looking mini mechs are, not even the tech "expert" of the group Keter knows about it, so it comes as a surprise that William would know about it.
"Master... you sure knows a lot about this place" Keter spoke stating the facts
"Of course I know about... " William took a dramatic pause as he looks around before whispering out "after all I made this place and everything in it"
