-Short Flashback-

Rias lounged on a chair with Koneko as they were once again in the private viewing area for the houses as she waited for the battle start.. Her mother Venelana and father Zeoticus should be here soon and she wanted to share the good news of her expecting a child. Kiba and Akuno in full battle mode as they stood guard over her and Koneko on the trip out from the castle.

She knew her House Ghoul guards disagreed with her peerage as they were stationed to protect her as well but it seemed sweet enough to her that her queen and knight watched over her in this more vulnerable area. Asia was trying valiantly to have a conversation with one of guards as Rias watched. Rias knew she felt bad after flinching in front of Issei while he ate and was trying to get used to Ghouls, not that the guard seemed interested to much in conversation as alert as he was. He ended up smiling at her as she offered to get him coffee if he wanted it.

Smiling at them slowly getting used to each other Rias started as he shouted suddenly and extended his shield and sword like kagune as he jumped in front of Rias and Koneko. Quickly following suit the other seven guards with a myriad of diffrent defensive kagune formed a tight circle with their commander. Wondering at the action and clutching Koneko tight she felt as a teleportion circle appeared and relaxed as she felt the familar weight of her fathers power settle around her.

"It's my father, thank you but you can stand down now," she softly called out as the guards tensed and then relaxed at her words. Reforming a wide circle around her as her father and mother finished materializing.

Looking around at the display of force her father seemed worried and proud.

"Why all the guards daughter?," he asked calmly as he stepped forward. "Have you received threats since the young lord became your betrothed?"

"Stop that and be nice to our dear daughter and her new betrothed dear," came the immediate reprimand from her mother as she stepped through the circle and went to hug her daughter. "I told you she wouldn't accept a marriage to the Phenex boy lying down and I was right so be respectful at the very least."

Carefully rising as Koneko relaxed into the arm instead of her chest Rias smiled and hugged her mother with the biggest smile.

"Mom it's been ages since I saw you, how are the rest of the family doing?"

"Quite well dear. Your father went and found another new bride of all things but she's very nice and even will let me..."

"Mom no pillow talk we discussed this!"

"My my yes I do seem to remember that. Oh but it's so nice to see you and mabye you'll introduce me to your new man after this is over. Such a dreadfully show but at least we all know it was because of his poor instincts acting up for the first time. How would he know how to handle them? It was a fight anyhow. Now why did you call me here besides to meet your new betrothed? I'm your mother not dim and you won't stop smiling."

"Yes why did you call us here dear?, replied Ria's chastised father Zeoticus as he approached next to her mother after reigning in his tendencies as his wife called them.

"I have some absolutely wonderful news...mom...dad...I'm pregnant!"

Sputtering as the news hit them the mother and father stared open mouthed at Rias as what she said slowly dawned on them...the guard meanwhile tried to hide the fact they were also open mouthed as the coffee the commander had just received flew out of his mouth...

"Are you sure? With your betrothed? How?," Rias mother spat out in an undignified yell as she gripped Rias shoulders tightly.

"Yes with him, who do you think I am?," Rias retorted as her mother stopped shaking her. "It was confirmed by a healer three days ago. I wanted to tell you in person."

Beaming Rias mother threw her arms around Rias and started joyfully jumping up and down. This was almost impossible for devils and it was a blessing to receive the news.

"How?," mumbled her dumbstruck father.

"Dad you know how!"

"Yes he does doesn't he."

"Mom!"

"Me too," mumbled Koneko.

"You too?," asked Rias mom.

"I'm pregnant with his baby," Koneko smiled as she said.

"You...too...," gasped Rias Mom.

"How was this possible?," asked her father quickly as he did the math. "Is this something to do with his consuming the sacred gear?"

"No dad...don't tell anyone okay...he was blessed by Tiamat after the fight...," she responded trying to whisper...

"Tiamat? The dragon progenitor? What blessing?...," he asked moving in close with his wife.

"He has increased fertility," Rias blushed as she remembered her time with him. "He already has two children on the way."

"We have to keep this quiet or he will be mobbed but that is simply wonderful sweety!," Venelana stated dancing a little with her daughter. Forgetting the wonderful hearing of the guards the three celebrated as they waited for the fight to start.

BOOOM! The explosion rocked the screen as the Queen of Phenex exploded. Her body disintegrating on screen as Rias saw her loves bishops burn into nothing as Issei was about to call a misgames.

"What did he DO!?," screamed her father as he saw the obvious trap after the queen died. "Using her dead body as a living bomb. How far has his honor sunk?"

Watching still in horror as she cried out they saw Issei reach up his hand and all shivered as the rift was slowly created. Her father blanched as the screen caught a glimpse of the portal before time seemed to sputter for a few seconds.

"NO! Don't you dare Lord Ghoul!," he screamed as time sputtered once more. "Guards to me, if he has a mask on his face kill him on immediately, treaties be damned!"

Five guards clothed in black cloth faded into existence around him as the Ghoul guards took up positions to attack them immediately.

Turning around with a face of utter war and terror he started gathering his power as he prepared the worst spells he knew.

"Father! What are you doing?"

"That portal was to the OUTER DIMENSIONS! If he made a deal with the beings that the red dragon protects us against he must die before the maddness can spread!"

"Outer dimensions? What are you going on about?"

Finally time seemed to stutter back into being as a demon of what Issei became rocketed out of the space where a book simply fell.

Relaxing his power as he saw the maskless if heavily changed Issei Zeoticus called out to the shadow guard he trained personally.

"The moment the games are called collect that book with level 10 safety procedures active. It is an artifact of one of the dark gods and cannot be allowed to escape."

Sprinting into preperation the shadow guards faded back into invisibility within seconds. Rias and her guards barely noticed as the extremely changed Issei clawed and massacred his way through the remaining members of Phenex.

"What happened to my Issei..."

"He made a deal with the dark ones...all who have made such deals who survive without becoming subjects are changed greatly...I'm sorry...," her father said as he walked over and placed his arm over her and she cried...

They watched as Issei forced Rizer to admit that he paid off the men who controlled the wards...

"Guards! Collect the ones who control the wards now!," screamed Rias as she heard the words and seeing her under the arm of Lord Gremory they quickly scattered toward the ward control rooms.

The next words shook the gathered to the core as they reaked of power, terrible terrible power...enough to kill a maou Zeoticus was sure.

"Balance Breaker: Endless Suffering of the Damned."

The wards shook as the power settled into the bones of the phenex child and made his very existence bleed agony.

"My new son...what has been done to you...," Zeoticus said quietly as Issei turned from the dead and non regenerating Rizer...but left the sister...mabye not all was lost to maddness...

As the temporary pocket dimension was collapsed the surviving members of the peerage were returned to their private viewing areas and Rias rushed toward her beloved who was walking like a doom upon the world...Issei slowly calmed a little as his enemy's were dead and he was back...
