Author's Notes
Where to begin. Well, it's where to end in this case.
Since the middle of the my first fanfic novel with Aleutian, Chance Encounters, I had the ending of this book, not so much the epilog, but with Bunnie wasting the Combot. Dialog and all. So for all y'all girl power folks, here 'ya go.
Truth be told I always had a soft spot for Bunnie, me being Southern and all, but just her attitude not only in the comics, but in the original SatAM cartoons. I wanted her to shine in the end with this one since she is/was relegated to as a side character for a good while.
And yes, Archie and the story arc that this story is in ended in a terrible way. There are a few places still carrying it on either as comics of their own, or fan fiction writers as myself. Mutant Body, Mobian Heart comes to mind. (If I just get states like that).
And with that thought, it was the contiuning states I kept seeing, plus reviews not from this story, but other two shorter ones with readers reviewing, favoriting me and me smaller works that had me coming back. So, you all are owed a huge Thank You from me to keep me going. To push me to come back.
Then there is Aleutian.
My life has changed since I stopped in 2008-2009 to finish this story. In one aspect I became Aleutian. In another way, I fell from him. In the real world, I've been aimless, used, abused, and lied to about, well, what Aleutian yerns for. Love.
It's what made me come back. To help reaffirm my true feelings on it, rereading what I had given Aleutian, and then taken. I'm just not sure which one was more painful from the both of us. I hope to never experience both.
With this, I was almost about to kill him, and this story arc off. But it's this arc that keeps part of me...well, me. I've come to realize no matter how old we get, the things we endure, we are still, and always growing, even as some of us start getting grey. (No, I'm not that old).
So I hope to do more with Aleutian and these characters I created back in 2007. I'm also going to rework my original characters and a good portion of MY story arc into a real original project, and yes, working with them as anipamorphic characters (furrys). No, I don't have a suit.
But what now for Aleutian. I have a few novels I can, and do want to write. A younger Aleutian with Emi-la, another of the battle that cost her life (I actually wrote a prologue and chapter for it), and a follow up for him. To where now as he stands.
Well...the sky's the limit...maybe even further up to The Wild Yonder.
