Kenichi is naruto reincarnated and is able to use his chakra and has been training before he first met Miu the first time (just physical training) and when they meet again he is pretending to be a weakling but you can decide when he shows his true self and explains that his looking and acting like a weakling was all an act.( for me that would be the second last episode on english dub and he actually transforms into his masters at ryozanpaku to show that he made them underestimate him.)
