Tommy looked at J.J shocked not saying anything. J.J then looked around to see that everyone was also in a state of shock that made J.J laugh just a little bit. "You're… I have a son?" Tommy asked looking at J.J. J.J nodded and cleared his throat but as he opened his mouth his Morpher beeped. J.J sighed and opened it.

"Cadet Oliver speaking," J.J said still looking at his father. He heard Tommy laugh nervously. Making the others and J.J laugh a little.

"Did you tell them?" Shy asked. J.J nodded and looked at Billy who's eyes grew wide at J.J's Morpher.

"Yes sir. Is that a good idea though. I mean, it coulddisrupt the timeline," J.J asked with a sigh. He heard Shy sigh on the other side.

"Don't worry about that. Right. I'm just checking up on you and to tell you that Bridge is worried about you. You know how Bridge is," J.J laughed a little.

"Thank you, sir. Um, what should I do?" J.J asked looking at his father holding hands with Kim. He smiled as he looked over to Billy who had his hands on his chin. J.J knew that he must be thinking about how his Morpher works at this time.

"I say blend in. I know you are good at that. I have to tell the other rangers about you being there and talk to your mother. Tate out," J.J saluted and sighed putting his Morpher back into its holster. He then looked at his new friends and his father.

"So, can you guys help me blend in? I'm good at that but it would be nice to keep out of trouble," J.J said making his father laugh.

"Yep, that sounds like me," Tommy muttered making everyone else laugh.

The team and J.J sat in the juice bar. J.J was laughing with the others about a story that Kim was telling. However, J.J felt a pit in his stomach. Tommy was looking at him but J.J didn't look back as he took a drink. "So, the plain," J.J said after a few minutes. Everyone nodded and looked around them.

"J.J can stay with me. He can play as a cousin from my birth family," Tommy said with a smile. J.J smiled back but he sighed and looked at his hands. "Are you alright?" Tommy asked J.J who nodded.

"Yeah," J.J said with a small sigh. Tommy gave him a look, but he didn't say anything.

It was late when J.J and Tommy walked back to Tommy's house. Both father and son were quiet. J.J took this time to think about what to say to his grandparents. He hasn't seen them in a while, but he never met them younger. J.J looked at his father and smiled a little at how he looked like him other than his hair. He had his mother's hair. Even though J.J felt weird being around his younger father, he was happy to see his father being the same age as him. "I hope my parents buy it. I'm still worried about talking with them after…" Tommy cut off as they got to the front door. J.J nodded not saying anything.

"They will buy it Tommy, dad? Man, I'm never going to hear the end of this," J.J said with a little laugh. Tommy laugh also as they walked into the house.
