"You know, we should start a club."
Roxas looked up, puzzled.
"A club?"
Axel nodded, "Yup," he said grinning, "'Cept it'll be just the two of us. It'll be OUR club!"
Roxas sighed disapprovingly. "That's not really a club, Ax-"
"Shut up," Axel interrupted impatiently, and Roxas rolled his eyes.
Axel frowned. "We need a name."
Roxas stared blankly at him.
"What is he on?" he wondered dully, watching Axel pace around the empty room, apparently deep in thought.
A moment later, Axel gasped in delight and spun to face Roxas with a manic gleam in his eyes.
"Oh my gawd, Roxas – we'll be… AKUROKU!"
Roxas blinked.
"… Aku... roku? Where'd you come up with that?"
Axel pouted. "See, our names in Japanese are; A-ku-se-ru," he spelled them out, "and Ro-ku-sa-su. Put them together and what do you get? Akuroku!" he sung happily. "Got it memorized?" he added, practically frolicking around the classroom.
Roxas goggled at him. "Since when do you know Japanese?"
"Since the internet," Axel answered shortly, and plonked himself down on Roxas's desk exuberantly, looking pleased with himself.
Roxas scrutinized him, unimpressed.
"Know anything else?" he asked contemptuously. "In Japanese?"
Axel smirked.
"Uh-huh."
Roxas raised his eyebrows.
Leaning over, Axel pressed his lips gently against Roxas's cheek for a brief moment, then whispered into his ear with perfect fluency;
"Aishiteru."
A/N: For those who don't know: 'Aishiteru' means 'I love you' in Japanese. Eh. XD
