"It's getting dark." Wendy noted.

"It's only 6:00!" Yoyo remarked.

"That's just what happens in the world," Doc Croc sighed as he shrugged. "It gets darker earlier and earlier as the seasons pass."

"Well, I guess we better get going, Wendy," Casper said to his friend before smiling bashfully. "I sure hope you had a great Snow Day today."

"I sure did." Wendy smiled.

"So, uh, how are we getting back home?" Yoyo asked.

"That is a rather interesting question, Yoyo," Doc Croc said. "Well, it would seem to reason that we use the same way to get back home."

"With the book even though this wasn't a fairy tale adventure?" Casper guessed to his little friends.

"That might just do the trick." Yoyo smiled.

"But aren't you supposed to call for it when you give a story a happy ending?" Wendy asked.

"Yes, but we weren't called away into a story, now weren't we?" Yoyo remarked.

"Well, I guess not," Wendy shrugged. "I just feel like we can't leave right away."

"Whatever you say, kiddo... Anyway..." Yoyo replied before calling out with Doc Croc. "Simsala Grimm!"

"Why doesn't anyone ever listen to children?" Wendy groaned and face-palmed herself.

Nothing seemed to happen after Yoyo and Doc Croc had called out for the book.

"Uh, how's about we try that again?" Yoyo asked.

"Simsala! Simsala! Simsala Grimm!" Yoyo and Doc Croc called out.

And again nothing happened as the book of Simsala Grimm didn't come flying in.

"Uh, I better call my mom." Casper said nervously.

Emily and Michelle decided to sit together in the Fudo household, having some tea together.

"You ever get worried whenever Atticus and Cherry go away for a while?" Emily asked.

"You get used to it after a while," Michelle reassured. "I know I did. I get a bit more worried about Wendy though since she's younger though. Just try not to let it bother you too much whenever you get a phone call or company in their absence," she then began to advise. "They'll be back home soon and we'll be here waiting for them."

Emily nodded before she heard her phone ringing and answered it. "Hello there?~" she then smiled warmly.

"Uh, hey, Mom..." Casper chuckled nervously. "I have a bit of a situation."

"What do you mean?" Emily asked.

"Well, you see the book Simsala Grimm hasn't come to take us home because well, we might be needing to stay for a while." Casper smiled nervously.

"How do you think she'll take the news?" Yoyo asked Doc Croc.

"Either very angry, disappointed, or a crazy combination of both." Doc Croc replied.

"Simsala Grimm didn't take them home." Emily told Michelle.

"Well, don't freak out, we can fix this," Michelle coaxed. "We'll have to go and pick them up to bring them back home."

"All right, Casper, hold on," Emily said as calmly as she could. "Cherry's mother and I are on our way right now."

"Alright, we'll wait for you." Casper said.

Emily soon hung up.

"So what should we do while we wait for them?" Wendy asked him.

"Hmm... Maybe we could check on Jack." Casper suggested.

"If we can find him," Wendy replied as she looked around. "I wouldn't know where to start."

"Don't worry, we'll find him easier and quicker if we help each other." Casper said, taking her hand and walking with her.

Yoyo and Doc Croc watched from afar before following after them.

"Isn't it sweet, Yoyo?" Doc Croc smiled warmly. "Casper and Wendy are just rather adorable together."

"Yeah, they sure are." Yoyo smiled back.

Casper and Wendy began to look around for Jack with some help from Doc Croc and Yoyo until they found him in front of a window by someone's bedroom.

"There he is." Yoyo said.

The bedroom Jack was looking into was Jamie's bedroom as he explained how he lost his tooth to his mom and sister as it was bedtime for him before he would put his tooth under his pillow.

"It's that kid who lost his tooth." Casper remembered.

"Jamie." Wendy nodded once she looked with him.

"And it was awesome!" Jamie beamed at his mother and sister. "Then I was flying down and this hill! And it was like whoosh, whoosh, whoosh, cars! And then the sled hit th-this thing and it was like way up in the air and then bam! The sofa hit me-"

"Wow..." Sophie gasped at her brother.

"A-And see?" Jamie continued. "My tooth came out!"

Sophie then giggled.

"Alright, your tooth under your pillow?" Mrs. Bennett soon asked.

"Yeah. I'm ready." Jamie nodded as he got his flashlight ready.

"Now don't stay up trying to see her, Jamie, or she won't come." Mrs. Bennett advised.

"But I can do it this time," Jamie assured his mother before looking to his little sister. "You wanna help me, Soph? We hide and see the Tooth Fairy."

"Hide, hide, hide, hide, hide, hide, hide." Sophie beamed.

"Ah. Ah. Ah. Straight to bed for you." Mrs. Bennett said as she picked up Sophie.

Jamie's dog soon got on his bed and began to start licking him.

Jack was soon looking into the window with a small sigh before looking up to the Man in the Moon. "If there's something I'm doing wrong, could you just tell me what it is?" he then sighed to himself. Because I've tried... Everything! And... No one ever sees me! You put me here! The least you can do is tell me... Tell me why..."

Casper and Wendy soon came up behind Jack and looked very sad for him. Yoyo and Doc Croc looked just as sad but also looked confused about why Jack talked to Man in the Moon since it just looked like he was talking to the literal moon which couldn't talk back. Jack soon went off on his own, landing on the cables of the phone lines as he walked on it freezing it before he, Casper, Wendy, Yoyo, and Doc Croc noticed some gold dust flying around in the sky.

"Is that gold dust?" Yoyo asked.

"I think that's sand actually." Doc Croc replied.

"Sand? But where would it come from?" Yoyo asked.

"Who else?" Doc Croc smiled knowingly.

"Hah. Right on time, Sandman." Jack chuckled as he knew where, or rather, who the sand came from.

And so, the Sandman got to work so that he could bring good dreams to every child everywhere, but it would unfortunately not last because of a terrifying threat. The tough and mean girl known as Cupcake seemed to be laughing happily as she rode on a pony in her dream, but it was soon slowly becoming a nightmare.

"Oh, I thought I heard the clippety-clop of a unicorn!" A dark and mysterious voice known as Pitch Black smirked. "What an adorable dream! And look at her... Oh! Precious child... So sweet, so full of hope and wonder. Why, there's only one thing missing: a touch of Fear!" he then grinned as he wiggled his fingertips in the air and touched the unicorn who suddenly turned black. "That never gets old. Feed your fear, come on. Come on, that's right. Yes..."

The horse soon became a dark horse, looking a bit dark and scary like King Sombra.

"What a pretty little Nightmare!" Pitch Black laughed before commanding the horse. "Now... I want you to go tell the others: the wait is over!"

The nightmare horse whinnied and soon galloped off through the sky.

"Don't look at me like that, old friend," Pitch Black soon glared at the Man in the Moon. "You must have known this day would come. My Nightmares are finally ready; are your Guardians?" he then added with dark, sinister laughter.

The scene soon went dark and spooky before Cherry cried out suddenly. "NOOOOOOOOOOOO!" she then yelped before panting heavily as she woke up in an old cot that was not her own.

"Good... You're awake..." Mary Ruth told her granddaughter. "Did you see Jack Frost?"

"I... I think... I tracked... A kid in the area... Of where he is now..." Cherry stuttered through her fear.

"Cherry? What's wrong?" Mary Ruth asked out of concern.

"P-Pitch is there too." Cherry stuttered out of fear.

"Pitch Black? This is bad," Mary Ruth said. "The more fear he senses the more nightmares he adds to his army."

"Am I going to be a victim too since I'm a dream-bender?" Cherry asked.

"We'll need you to keep an eye on the Dream Realm for us because of your abilities," Mary Ruth suggested to her granddaughter, bringing her a cup of warm tea with honey. "Drink this to soothe your fears."

Cherry accepted the tea and drank it, even though she wasn't sick since she usually drank that when she felt sick. "Mm... That's a lot sweeter than Mom's." she then commented.

"I'm sure it is," Mary Ruth cooed with a small smile. "Now, where did you see Pitch Black?"

"Somewhere in Pennsylvania, I think," Cherry replied. "That place felt familiar and unfamiliar at the same time."

"That's because you were born there actually," Mary Ruth nodded in memory. "Your father found a new job around there, so he moved your mother, your brother, and an unborn you over there."

"So I guess we're going to Pennsylvania?" Cherry guessed.

"Yes," Mary Ruth replied. "That is where we'll find Jack Frost."

"Okay," Cherry nodded, trying to look firm and serious. "It's showtime."

"Then let's inform your friends," Mary Ruth said. "They should be waiting for us."

"Right," Cherry nodded. "Good thing Wendy and Casper are at home. If they were apart of this adventure it would be a bit of a challenge to keep them safe."

Cherry's cell phone soon began to ring before she answered it.

"Hello?" Cherry answered.

"Cherry, I think Casper and I are in a situation." Wendy replied.

"Aaaaugh!" Cherry groaned and face-palmed.

"Okay, don't be mad," Wendy said nervously. "But Casper used magic to help show me a Snow Day and it's kind of a long story."

"Whatever it is, it might have to wait, I have a big adventure myself to take care of," Cherry rolled her eyes. "Though I have a feeling I just dug my own grave and jinxed myself that you and Casper are going to be apart of this adventure somehow."

"An adventure is always so exciting." Wendy smiled.

"Yes, but this particular one involves Pitch Black who is our enemy," Cherry said. "But this also includes Jack Frost who is kind of like a free spirit."

"Pitch Black?" Wendy asked.

"He seems to be The Nightmare King," Cherry replied. "Princess Luna has warned be greatly about a Nightmare King who can enter your dreams and give you horrible nightmares that can even hurt you in the real world while you're asleep."

Wendy gasped as that sounded very horrible.

"Looks like I have to babysit during this adventure too," Cherry rolled her eyes. "I guess this adventure is gonna take a lot of help and a lot of power."

"Well, we'll be happy to help." Wendy smiled.

"Just be sure you and Casper are close by when the Easter Bunny and the yetis come and take Jack to the North Pole." Cherry told her.

"We'll be sure to stay close to him." Wendy replied.

"It might not be easy, but I want to make sure I can trust you," Cherry said. "Wendy, I know you're younger than I am, but I need you to keep a close eye on Casper until we're ready."

"You don't have to worry about me, cous," Wendy reassured. "I'll look after Casper."

"All right, we're on the move," Cherry said as she then hung up before sighing to herself. "I just hope I don't mess this up too."

"I'm sure that you won't." Mary Ruth assured her granddaughter.

Cherry and Mary Ruth soon went to inform Atticus, Mo, and Patch. The three sat and waited before looking up and over.

"Saddle up, boys and girls; we're going on a field trip." Mary Ruth announced as she stood brave and tall.

"Great, where are we going?" Mo asked.

"To somewhere in Pennsylvania." Cherry said.

"Wahoo! Let's go!" Patch cheered.

"Right now?" Cherry groaned.

"Yeah! The sooner the better!" Patch beamed. "I love a new adventure, especially when it's with people we haven't met or seen before."

Cherry groaned and rolled her eyes. "Why did Atticus have to have a dog?"

"Because I thought he would be happy with my family." Atticus told her.

"Yeah, yeah," Cherry rolled her eyes. "All right, let's get going then."

"Right," Mary Ruth smirked. "And it should be easy to channel Jack Frost's energy so we can get him to come with us."

"So you'll ready to get Jack?" Bunny asked the group.

"Yep, we sure are." Atticus nodded.

"And we know where he is right now," Mo said. "In Pennsylvania."

"So we've heard," Bunny nodded. "Let's get going then."

Cherry swallowed thickly, but soon went with the others on a magical trail down to Pennsylvania.

Jack was walking the rooftops until he then noticed someone passed him at lightning speed. "Whoa! Hah!" he then gasped as he pursued, breathing heavily before landing on some cars and buildings and even some poles before he then ended up in an alley, thinking that he was alone.

"Hello, mate," Bunny greeted as he was right there, twirling a boomerang in his hand. "Been a long time. Blizzard of '68, I believe. Easter Sunday, wasn't it?" he then reminded.

"Bunny! You're not still mad about that, are ya?" Jack greeted bashfully.

"Yes, but this is about something else," Bunny replied before summoning the yetis from the North Pole. "Fellas?"

"Hey!" Jack called out as he was suddenly grabbed. "Put me down! What the-Ugh!"

"Now, now, Jack, you just calm down and relax," Mary Ruth advised as she was also shown as she crossed her arms. "Just come along quietly and no one's gonna hurt ya."

"So... This is Jack Frost..." Mo commented. "Interesting..."

"Time to go, Snow Prince." Cherry smirked as the yetis grabbed Jack and soon threw him into a bag.

"So that's how you're bringing him to the North Pole?" Casper asked as he, Yoyo, Doc Croc, and Wendy came over.

"Well, we knew he wouldn't wanna come willingly." Cherry replied.

"So North thought it would be a good idea to put him into a bag and throw him through a magic portal." Atticus said.

"Speaking of which..." Mo said.

One of the yetis brought out the same kind of snowglobe Casper had before speaking to it as it showed The North Pole before throwing it, making a magic portal appear before throwing the bag Jack was in through it.

"Shall we?" Cherry asked Casper and Wendy.

"I suppose we shall." Casper replied.

"I hope Auntie won't get mad at us." Wendy added.

"You let me worry about my mother," Cherry replied. "Now, you two, we are going to have a long talk."

"Are we in trouble?" Casper asked.

"...Yes!" Cherry then said, trying to take charge. "Ooh, you and I are going to have such a long talk! If you think we weren't worried sick, you are dead wrong! When I'm through with you, your grandchildren will be on parole from the wrong side of the law."

Casper and Wendy just looked at her funny.

"...Just come with us before you get in any more trouble." Cherry then said, sweat-dropping a bit.

"Okay." Casper said before he, Yoyo, Doc Croc, and Wendy walked over and jumped through the magic portal.

"You gonna join us, Bunny?" Mary Ruth asked while gesturing to the portal.

"Heh. Not on your nelly, Mary. See you all back at the pole." Bunny said before tapping the ground with his right foot one before a hole opened up before he went down through it before it closed it as it left a flower.

Meanwhile back at the workshop...

"He's here! Quiet!" North shushed the others, including the Tooth Fairy, but that didn't seem to work as the others soon came back with Jack Frost at hand. "Hey...! There he is! Jack Frost!"

"Wow... You gotta be kidding me," Jack said before the yetis hoisted him up to stand. "Hey, hey! Put me down!"

"I hope the Yetis and our special friends treated you well?" North asked Jack.

"Oh, yeah, I love being shoved in a sack and tossed through a magic portal." Jack rolled his eyes.

"And my granddaughter is here to help with her friends." Mary Ruth soon said as she grabbed Cherry into a tight hug.

"Grandma, that hug feels like you're trying to pin me in wrestling." Cherry grunted and strained.

"Sorry, dear, sometimes I forget about my full strength." Mary Ruth chuckled before letting her go.

"You know Bunny." North introduced Jack to a familiar bunny.

"Yeah." Jack nodded.

"And the Tooth Fairy." North introduced.

"Hi, Jack. I've heard so much about you and your teeth." Tooth smiled as she and her fellow fairies flew over to Jack Frost.

"My... My what?" Jack asked out of confusion.

"Suit yourself." Mary shrugged.

Atticus and the others and the yetis soon went through the magic portal.

"Your teeth, silly!" Cherry smirked. "Welcome to the Childhood Guardians' team and my name is Cherry. I'm an adventurer with my friends and I wield the Element of Empathy and visit the dreams of the others under the training of the Alicorn Princess Luna of Equestria."

"Don't brag, Scuzzlebutt." Mary Ruth scolded a bit.

"Sorry, Grandma..." Cherry muttered bashfully before she cleared her throat. "Ahem... And these are my friends: Atticus, he has the Element of Strength and his dog, Patch, who has the Element of Loyalty, and his girlfriend and my cousin Mo, who bears the Element of Bravery."

"Hi!" The other three then greeted.

"Open up! Are they really as white as they say?" Tooth beamed hopefully as she soon made Jack open up his mouth so that she could take a look inside. "Yes... Oh! Oh, they really do sparkle like freshly fallen snow~"

Her little fairies soon swooned over Jack again.

"Girls, pull yourself together," Tooth then told her little fairy friends. "Let's not disgrace the uniform."

"This is Cherry's grandmother, Mary Ruth," North then introduced the elderly woman. "She's a very good old friend of mine."

"Don't think just because I'm old, it doesn't mean I can't kick butt," Mary Ruth warned as she went back to knitting. "I also know some good stories, even original fairy tales from back when you were in diapers."

Jack grinned bashfully and nervously from that sentiment.

"And Sandman," North began before looking around. "...Sandy? Sandy!"

Sandy was shown to be asleep when he wasn't supposed to.

"WAKE UP!" North called out, waking up the Sandman suddenly.

"Hey! Whoa! Anyone wanna tell me why I'm here?" Jack demanded to know.

Sandy began to start showing many signs made of his dream sand of why Jack was there but seemed to be going too fast.

"That's not really helping, but thanks," Jack replied before walking off a bit as he froze one of the elves. "Wow. I must have done something really bad to bring you all together. Am I on the naughty list?"

"Ha! On Naughty List? You hold record, but, no matter, we overlook," North chuckled. "Now we are wiping clean the slate."

"How come?" Jack asked.

"That's a good question." Cherry said before shrugging as Bunny nodded.

"How come? I tell you how come!" North replied to Jack. "Because now, you are Guardian!"

The yetis soon lifted up ceremonial sticks while the elves played in a little band. Tooth's little friends then brought out a snowflake necklace to Jack, making him freak out a little bit.

"Aww~" Cherry and Mo cooed, though Cherry seemed to be more teasing while Mo sounded sincere.

"This is the best part!" North then told Jack. "Mary Ruth, bring the kids along, they need to see this."

"I couldn't agree more." Mary Ruth nodded as she gestured for Cherry and the others to follow them.

Atticus, Cherry, Mo, Wendy, Casper, Doc Croc, Yoyo, and Patch soon came over to witness the ceremony.

'This is so exciting.' Wendy thought to herself.

A yeti was seen bringing a book over to North as it looked important for the ceremony. The Tooth Fairy's little helpers continued to swoon as Bunny rolled his eyes. Sandy even toasted Jack with some eggnog as Cherry stuck her tongue out in disgust of the eggnog.

Jack began to look a bit upset as he slammed down his staff, nearly freezing everyone in the room. "What makes you think I wanna be a Guardian?" he soon asked out of annoyance.

North, Mary Ruth, and Bunny soon began to laugh, though Bunny's laughter seemed to be more forced.

"Of course you do. Music!" North replied, snapping his fingers and the elves soon started playing their song again.

"No music!" Jack complained.

The music then quickly died out before the trumpet elf smacked his instrument at the elf who had a sousaphone.

"What's wrong, Jack?" Mo asked him in concern.

"This is all very flattering, but, uh... You don't want me," Jack said to them as maturely as he could. "You're all hard work and deadlines. And I'm... Snowballs and fun times. I'm not a Guardian."

"Yeah, that's exactly what I said." Bunny said.

"Jack, I don't think you understand what exactly it is that we do," Tooth said as she flew over to the globe. "Each of those lights is a child."

"A child who believes and good or bad nighty or nice, we protect him." North said as he faced the globe.

"Yeah, it's your job!" Mo added. "...At least, I think so."

"Yes, it is." Mary Ruth nodded at her.

"Right then." Mo nodded as well then.

Tooth was soon shown to be checking out Jack's mouth again.

"Tooth, what did we tell you about doing that?" Mary Ruth scolded the Tooth Fairy.

"Oh, sorry!" Tooth smiled bashfully. "Heh, they're beautiful!"

"Okay, no more wishy-washy," North rolled his eyes. "Pitch is out there doing who knows what!"

"You mean Th-The Boogey Man?" Jack asked nervously.

"Yes! When Pitch threatens us, he threatens them as well!" Mary Ruth nodded.

"All the more reason to pick someone more qualified!" Jack replied then.

"We pick? You think we picked? No, you were chosen like we were all chosen by Man in Moon." North told Jack before pointing to the moon.

"What?" Jack asked.

"Last night, Jack, he chose you." Tooth told him.

"Maybe." Bunny said.

"Man in the Moon, he, uh... He talks to you?" Jack asked.

"It would appear so." Patch nodded.

"You see, you cannot say no," North added. "It is destiny."

"W-Why, why wouldn't he tell me that himself?" Jack groaned. "After 300 years, this is his answer? To spend eternity like you guys, cooped up in some hideout, thinking of new ways to bribe kids? No, no, that's not for me! No offense." he then added.

"How is that not offensive?" Bunny snorted. "You know what I think, I-I think we just dodged a bullet. I mean what's this clown know about bringing joy to children anyway?"

"Uh, you ever hear of a snow day?" Jack rolled his eyes in defense. "I know it's no hardboiled egg, but kids like what I do."

"But none of 'em believe in ya," Bunny retorted. "Do they? Y'see, you're invisible, mate; it's like you don't even exist."

Tooth gasped before pouting firmly. "Bunny! Enough." she then scolded.

"No, the kangaroo's right." Jack replied.

"Kangaroo?" Cherry raised an eyebrow in deadpan.

"The what? What'd you call me?" Bunny scoffed. "I'm not a kangaroo, mate."

"Oh! And this whole time I thought you were," Jack glared at Bunny. "If you're not a kangaroo, what are you?"

"I'm a bunny. The Easter Bunny," Bunny corrected as he glared back. "People believe in me."

"Okay, that's enough heat for one day!" Cherry suggested. "I suggest we move on before someone gets hurt and by someone, I mean me."

"Jack, walk with me." North told him.

'Knowing North he'll want to get to know more about Jack by asking him about his center.' Mary Ruth thought to herself.

"Mind if we come along?" Mo asked North.

"Of course not." North nodded.

"All right," Patch smiled. "I just love being in this workshop... Brings back some memories of Santa Paws."

"I can't believe there's a Santa for dogs, but at the same time I'm not surprised." Cherry commented dryly.

"Yeah, he's really cool," Patch nodded. "Lots of pups all over the world look forward to his visits for the holidays of dogkind."

"So tell me about The Easter Beagle or Hallow-Weiner Dog." Cherry smirked.

Patch narrowed his eyes before they followed after The Childhood Guardian of Christmas. They soon came into an elevator and went down to explore more of the workshop.

"Nothing personal, North, what you all do, it's just... It's not my thing." Jack said to North as they explored together.

"Man in Moon says it is your thing," North reassured. "You will see."

"Slow down, will ya? I've been trying to bust in here for years I can't keep up." Jack said.

"What do you mean bust in?" North asked him.

"Don't worry I couldn't get past the yeti," Jack said before seeing a yeti. "Hey, Phil."

Phil began to pound his fist into the palm of his hand while he faced Jack.

"Something tells me he isn't too happy to see you, Jack." Casper said while referring to the yeti that was glaring at Jack Frost.

"Ah, he's cool." Jack merely shrugged.

"Keep up, Jack! Keep up!" North warned the younger entity.

They soon kept going through the workshop and heard toy making, which was oddly enough not done by the elves.

"I always thought the elves made the toys?" Cherry blinked.

"We just let people like you believe that," North replied as he checked the elves at work before seeing a yeti who had blue toy robots. "I don't like it, paint it red."

The yeti gasped in frustration and turned to a whole shelf full of the blue robots, and slammed his head on the table.

"Poor guy, he tried so hard." Patch commented.

"Pick it up, everybody!" North barked more orders until he saw two men coming inside and offered refreshments. "Fruitcake?" he offered to the others.

"Uh, no... Thanks." Jack declined.

"People actually eat fruitcake?" Cherry rolled her eyes. "Pass."

"No, thank you." Atticus replied.

"I'm good." Mo added.

"I'm a dog, so no thanks." Patch added.

"No fruitcake for me." Yoyo added.

"I have to respectfully decline." Doc Croc added.

"No, thank you." Casper added.

"I'll pass." Wendy added.

"Thank you for the offer though." Mary Ruth added.

"I'll just use it as a paperweight." Cherry smirked.

Mary Ruth then nudged her granddaughter to keep quiet now.

"Uh, no... Thanks." Jack soon told North.

"Now we get down to tacks of brass." North then told Jack, cracking his knuckles.

"Tacks of-" Jack began to ask only for the door to shut and lock on them, trapping them together.

"Who are you, Jack Frost?" North demanded. "What is your center?"

"My center?" Jack blinked.

"If The Man in Moon chose you to be a Guardian, you must have something very special inside," Mary Ruth remarked as she observed Jack with North following her.

"Hmm..." North paused before he took out a Russian Nesting doll that resembled himself to use as a demonstration. "Here, this is how you see me, no? Very big, intimidating... But if you get to know me a little... Well, go on." he then prompted to Jack.

The group shared looks with each other and Mo began to open her mouth.

"Do not help him." North advised.

Mo soon closed her mouth, keeping the answer to herself.

Jack soon opened the Russian nesting doll to see another North Russian nesting doll only this one was jolly. "You are downright jolly." he then said.

"Ah! But not just jolly," North clarified. "I am also mysterious, and fearless, and caring, and at my center..."

Jack soon went to check before he told of what he saw, "There's a tiny wooden baby."

"Look closer," Cherry suggested. "What do you see?"

"Uh... Ah... He has big eyes." Jack soon said.

"Yes! Big eyes, very big, because they are full of wonder," North nodded as he helped Jack. "That is my center. It is what I was born with: eyes that have always seen the wonder in everything!" he then explained. "Eyes that see lights in the trees, and magic in the air - this wonder is what I put into the world! And what I protect in children. It is what makes me a Guardian. It is my center. What is yours?"

"I don't know." Jack shrugged.

Tooth and her fairies soon flew outside the nearby window as Bunny and Sandy came running up into the room.

"Well, somebody better be dying." Cherry replied dryly at the interruption.

"We have a problem, mate," Bunny informed. "Trouble at the Tooth Palace."

"Then we better get going." Mary Ruth said.

"But how do we get there?" Casper asked.

"We'll get there by sleigh." North told him.

The group soon joined them to where the reindeer sleigh was as North began to tell the yetis of what to do.

"Listen, guys. There's no way I'm stepping into some rickety old-" Jack started.

"Mm-hmm~" Cherry smirked as they ignored him.

"Sleigh..." Jack groaned as he was pretty much forced into this.

"Oh, Casper! Our first sleigh ride together." Wendy beamed.

"Yeah, I'm pretty excited about it too." Casper blushed at her excitement.

"I know I am." Wendy beamed as she blushed back toward him.

The sleigh and reindeer soon appeared with elves and yetis still making adjustments.

"Okay. One ride, but that's it." Jack firmly sulked.

"Everyone loves the sleigh!" North beamed in excitement.

"Bunny, you're not backing out, are you?" Mary Ruth smirked at the Easter Bunny.

"I think my tunnels might be faster, mate, and, um, and safer." Bunny replied, a bit nervously.

"Ack! Get in," North scoffed as he yanked Bunny by his scruff, forcing him onto the sleigh. "Buckle up!"

"Okay, you guys have fun," Cherry said, turning away. "I'm gonna hang out at the workshop with the elves."

"Aw, come on, Cherry. Join us." Mo smiled.

"Yeah, please." Patch begged.

"It'll be fun." Atticus smiled.

"I'm good here." Cherry said.

"Oh... Have some fun with your friends, Scuzzlebutt~" Mary Ruth cooed as she held out her hand, lifting Cherry up with magic and shifting her over into the sleigh.

"Grandma!" Cherry complained.

"It'll be good for you~" Mary Ruth smiled. "I'll have some pie waiting for you when you get back~"

"Whoa! Whoa!" Bunny called out suddenly. "Where're the bloody seatbelts?"

"Yeah, what're we supposed to buckle up with?" Cherry added.

"Hah! That was just expression. Are we ready?" North chuckled as the yetis seemed to disagree, though he cracked the reins anyway to make the sleigh go. "Let's go!" he then called out.

"What?!" Cherry panicked.

They soon took off on the sleigh as the reindeer took off running.

"Wahoo!" Yoyo cheered.

It was a very fun ride, though... It depended on who you were to say that the ride was enjoyable. Cherry and Bunny seemed to hold onto each other, feeling both very scared and queasy.

"Out of the way!" North laughed as he probably had the most fun. "I hope you like the loop-de-loops!"

"I hope you like carrots." Bunny retorted as he looked like he was about to throw up.

Sandy raised his arms up high like he was on a roller-coaster.

"Wahoo!" Casper cheered.

They soon made it out flying in the reindeer sleigh as the ride had ended with them going forward.

"That was amazing!" Wendy cheered.

"For you maybe." Cherry muttered.

They soon went through a magical portal and looked around.
