"All this fuss over three little children and they refuse to stop believing!" Pitch sneered. "Very well. There are other ways to snuff out a light."

"If you want them, you're gonna have to go through me!" Bunny glared as he stepped out to the evil man.

"Oh, look how fluffy you are!" Pitch mocked as his shadow poked out from the ground to tease Bunny. "Would you like a scratch behind the ears?"

"Don't you even think about it!" Bunny glared before hopping into North's hand.

"I can't tell you how happy it makes me to see you all like this!" Pitch smirked as his Nightmares came out from the shadows next. "You look awful."

"They're not alone, Pitch Black," Mary Ruth glared as she came out next. "I'll help stop you. I've faced much worse like The Horned King back in my day and I won't let you stand in my way or my granddaughter and her friends' ways!"

"Jack, I'm scared." Jamie frowned as he stood with Casper and Wendy.

"Me too." Casper and Wendy added nervously.

"I-I know, I know, but you're gonna be alright," Jack soothed. "We're gonna have a little fun instead," he then realized those same words were shared between himself and his sister. "That's it; that's my center!"

Jamie looked confused while Casper and Wendy had a feeling that meant Jack had found out what kind of Guardian he was.

'He finally found his center.' Mary Ruth thought to herself with a smile.

"So what do you think Jamie, Casper, and Wendy? Do you three believe in The Boogey-" Pitch started with an evil laugh before getting hit in the face with a snowball.

This caused Jamie, Casper, and Wendy to start laughing before covering their mouths while smiling and where Jackie couldn't help but secretly laugh as that was funny while the nightmares looked surprised as to where that snowball came from.

"Cool down a little, Pitch Black!" Casper called out between laughs.

"Now let's go get your friends." Jack smiled, laughing along fondly with the younger kids.

Pitch soon cleared the snow from his face, just as Jack ran past him. The kids soon joined Jack down the middle of the street and soon Bunny joined along on the fun. A snowball soon hit Cupcake's window and she looked to see who it was as her eyes twinkled with Jack's snow.

Pippa soon came to her window after hearing someone knock on it and saw that it was a certain friend of hers hovering in mid-air. "Jamie, how are you doing that?" she then asked.

"Jack Frost! Come on, we need your help!" Jamie alerted.

Pippa soon had snow in her eyes and she saw Jack. "Hey, i-is that-" she then began to ask.

"Jack Frost!" A boy called out.

Claude and Caleb soon had presents on their beds as the Guardians go past their house.

"Merry Christmas!" North called out.

"Happy Easter!" Bunny cheered.

"Don't forget to floss!" Tooth advised as she was the Tooth Fairy after all.

"Sweet dreams, dearies~" Mary Ruth called as she blew a sweet good night grandmotherly kiss.

Claude and Caleb both soon heard Cupcake cheering and having fun as she sled behind The Guardians and adventure group.

"Cupcake?" Claude and Caleb asked.

The rest of the kids were soon seen sledding behind The Guardians and adventure group.

"The Easter Bunny's real!" The boy with glasses beamed.

"And The Tooth Fairy!" Pipa added.

"And Santa!" Caleb beamed.

"They're all real!" Jamie added.

The gang soon followed behind downtown as the kids cheered and looked so happy.

"C'mon, Wendy, let's have some fun." Casper told his girlfriend, taking her hand, and running with her to go and join the local kids.

"You did it, Cherry, I knew you could." Wendy whispered proudly to herself as Casper pulled her.

However, the happiness and joyfulness were cut short as Pitch's army was right there, waiting for them.

"You think a few children can help you?" Pitch mocked. "Against this?"

North tried to hold up his sword, but he suddenly grew too weak, which worried Jamie.

"They're just bad dreams, Jamie." Jack reassured.

"And we'll protect you, mate." Bunny added bravely.

"Oh, you'll protect them?" Pitch laughed mockingly. "But who will protect you?"

Cherry soon joined her friends together. "Come on, we better help out too," she then told them. "I don't think Jackie is that bad, but we can tell that Pitch Black is just plain awful."

"Right." Atticus nodded.

"We can take on Pitch," Patch said. "Of course we'll still have to deal with his army."

"But I get the feeling the kids will wanna help fight off the nightmares." Mo added.

"Then as Princess Luna's faithful student and apprentice Dream Walker, I say we let them." Cherry replied.

"Cherry, are you sure?" Atticus asked.

"Yes," Cherry replied, regaining as much confidence and bravery as possible. "Don't you remember when WE were kids and we've faced crazy times like this before? I say that we go for it."

"Wow... I like this Cherry." Patch chuckled.

"Don't get used to it, Spot," Cherry replied before running off. "Now let's get moving!"

"Right." Atticus, Mo, and Patch nodded before joining her.

"I will." Jamie replied to Pitch as he walked up.

"I will." Cupcake added as she joined him.

"I will." Claude and Caleb added as they also joined them.

"And me." Pippa added as she joined them.

"Me too." Casper added as he joined.

"Me three." Wendy added as she joined.

"I'll try." The boy with glasses added.

Jack nodded at Jamie, but still a little concerned.

"Still think there's no such thing as the Boogeyman?" Pitch taunted Jamie as the Nightmares began to close in on the Guardian group.

"I do believe in you; I'm just not afraid of you." Jamie retorted as he held out his hand in front of the Nightmares.

Suddenly, the Nightmares ran against Jamie before suddenly disappearing into dream sand. The kids and Guardians were excited at what had happened, but Pitch, not so much.

Tooth beamed as she was soon able to flap her wings to fly.

"Yeah, Tooth Fairy!" The kids soon cheered for the Tooth Fairy.

"Aha!" North glared as he held up his swords.

"No! Get them! Do your job!" Pitch glared as the adventure group soon made it over.

"You think we're afraid of you?" Mary Ruth huffed. "I taught Little Red Riding Hood's grandmother how to use a crossbow."

"This is where we come in," Cherry told her friends. "Don't let the Nightmares get to you."

"Oh, don't worry. We won't." Atticus told her.

"That's right." Mo nodded.

"Let's go fight off some nightmares." Patch said.

The nightmares soon charged at the adventure group and Guardians, ready to battle.

"Oh, yeah, come on, come on!" Bunny challenged until the Nightmares pursued him and he suddenly hopped away. "Oh, crikey!"

North growled and soon opened two portals, through which yetis came out, ready to attack. The kids looked happy, excited, and entertained about that. Mary Ruth soon fought, showing sharp martial arts skills despite her elderly age.

"I'm just a bunny!" Bunny said, going to hide under one car.

A Nightmare soon grabbed his tail and dragged him out, but he was now his regular form again, hanging upside down.

"G'day, mate." Bunny smirked, now looking confident and kicked his feet against the Nightmare that was holding him, knocking him out and soon somersaulted into the air and tossed his boomerang towards another before catching it and next, he tapped the ground and out came Easter Island statue warriors. "Come on!" he then told them.

"Let's get 'em!" Cupcake told the other kids.

One of the elves began to jump off a tricycle and started biting on the leg of one of the nightmares until the kids came and touched them, turning into dream sand. Pitch saw everyone attacking his precious nightmares, he then saw Jack looking ready to fight him as he charged at him until he took off on his nightmare stallion, not wanting to lose the fight. Jack, not wanting to lose him, went after Pitch while also not knowing what decision Jackie would decide whose side she would be on.

"Bunny, make a rabbit hole." Mary Ruth told the Easter Bunny.

"You got it." Bunny said before doing so as he Mary Ruth and North went into the hole.

"What shall we do, Cherry?" Mo asked.

"Use your inner power," Cherry told them all. "Use your strength, your crystals, your vines, your Puppy Power, pony-up if you have to... Let's all use our own special abilities to help stop Pitch Black like The Guardians of Childhood."

"Right!" The group nodded, going into action.

Cherry nodded as well as she made herself some weapons to fight with, using her dream-bending abilities. Mo soon used her power of nature, making vines to attack the nightmares. Atticus used his strength and crystal power and other powers, attacking the nightmares. And Patch used his Puppy Power of his magic against the nightmares. Jackie looked inspired by how the adventure group was fighting the nightmares as well as how The Guardians were handling Pitch Black. Pitch began to look ready to attack Jack with his nightmare sand only for his attack to be blocked by Tooth as she got in the way without being affected as she flew in and took out a nightmare as Bunny jumped out of a chimney.

"Ho, ho, ho!" Bunny smirked as he threw his one of his boomerangs, getting rid of another nightmare.

"Hyah!" North called out before he saw what had happened. "Wrong roof."

Pitch soon saw him and fled from that direction until North kicked and knocked out his steed from under him. Pitch soon landed on the ground with North and they began to attack each other before Bunny, Mary Ruth, and Tooth joined North's sides. The dream-sand was soon forming all around the kids.

"Look at that!" Caleb called out.

"I got it. I know what we have to do!" Jamie said before looking at the other kids. "Let's go, come on!"

"It's over, Pitch," Jack glared. "There's no place to hide."

Pitch glared back before he soon laughed, disappearing in the shadows and soon reappearing right behind Jack.

"Jack, look out!" Bunny called out, tossing his boomerang at Pitch who soon stumbled and suddenly had a golden whip wrapped around his wrist.

Pitch was then yanked all the way to a swirling mass of golden sand.

Jack and the other Guardians looked hopeful.

Out of the glow came Sandy, smirking at Pitch and he soon continued to yank The Boogeyman closer toward him and suddenly pulled him over as Cherry looked exhausted before she then punched him in the air as they worked together then.

"The Sandman!" The boy with glasses called out.

Sandy soon created a hat for himself and tipped it over to the children, smiling fondly at them.

Cherry smiled wearily. "Great, Sandy... Great job... Great job, everyone..." she said softly before she seemed to suddenly pass out.

"She's exhausted from all the fighting," Mary Ruth said as she caught her granddaughter. "You fought well, my dear."

Sandy soon remembered he still had Pitch attached to his whip before pulling him down, sending The Boogeyman down, knocking him out.

"Nice one." Mo smiled.

Sandy simply gave a simple nod to Mo.

"Is he gone?" Wendy asked.

"For now, yes, but I'm not sure about forever." Casper replied.

"Well, it's better than nothing." Jackie said as she stepped out.

"Jackie Frost!" The group glared at her at first.

"I just wanted to apologize for what happened back in Ever After High," Jackie said to them. "Your goth friend helped let me see the light and why I was feeling so angry before, especially with what happened with Crystal and how I made The Snow King be snow-bling so that he would turn on his family and kingdom."

"So are you turning over to the good side?" Wendy asked her.

"Yes, I want to be good," Jackie said softly. "Of course I have to first apologize to Crystal so I can make up for what I've done."

"Right," Cherry nodded. "But first off let's have some fun."

"Really?" Jackie asked.

"Sure." Cherry chuckled a bit.

"I think you need to lie down a little first," Mary Ruth said before smirking. "With some pie~"

"Oh, that's okay, Grandma; I don't need-" Cherry began.

Mary Ruth gave a brief stern look on her face to Cherry.

"To interrupt you into giving me some pie," Cherry grinned nervously. "Carry on, Grandma."

"That's a good, Scuzzlebutt~" Mary Ruth beamed and soon brought out a large pie. "You can share this one with your friends and this can help you gain back your strength after a fierce battle against Pitch Black."

"Thanks, Grandma." Cherry smiled.

Sandy soon got back to work as he let his dream sand spread out, giving every child good dreams and as he did that kids began to start believing again and where soon The Tooth Fairies began to get out of the cages and pressed on each box full of teeth and memories of each child. And where that gave the kids even more happiness as the globe began to look full of light before the last nightmare was touched by Cupcake as it was turned back into her dream which was a unicorn fantasy. Everyone soon saw many creatures made of dream sand from a brontosaurus to fish and a manta ray. Jamie was face to face with a fish made of dream sand as it was in front of him and as he was about to touch it, a snowball hit him and where he saw it was Jack and now seemed like a good time to have some fun.

"Your center?" North soon asked him.

"Well, it took a while, but I figured it out." Jack nodded.

North smiled, giving his own gift made out of wood.

Jack smiled back at that as North soon winked only to get hit by a snowball and Casper, Wendy, Doc Croc, and Yoyo pointed at an elf in blame.

"Haha! You're all on Naughty List!" North laughed before he brought out a snowball to hit at Bunny next. "Bunny! Think fast!"

Bunny seemed annoyed for a moment before smiling as they soon all had a snowball fight together. Cherry stood by with her friends before a snowball was thrown at her behind her head and she glared, looking at her friends in blame. The group grinned nervously before Cherry smirked and held out her hands to make snowballs fly in the air and she sent them all towards them, all of them laughing together, even her.

"No..." Pitch glared as he soon stood up. "You dare have fun in my presence?! I am the Boogeyman! And you will fear me!"

Jamie then suddenly ran right through Pitch which told him something daunting.

"No! Oh... No..." Pitch gasped in fear.

The Guardians and the adventure group soon looked on as Pitch became horrified and soon ran for the forest until he suddenly ran into North with the others.

"Leaving the party so soon?" North asked him.

"You didn't even say goodbye!" Tooth called out as she flicked a coin over to him.

"A quarter?" Pitch blinked in confusion.

Tooth then suddenly punched Pitch right in the teeth. "And that's for my fairies." she then added.

Tooth's fairies then squeaked at Pitch as well.

"You can't get rid of me! Not forever!" Pitch sneered at them. "There will always be fear!"

"That may be so, but there's still one more thing." Patch smirked.

"He is right," North agreed. "As long as one child believes, we will be here to fight fear."

"Oh, really? Then what are they doing here?" Pitch smirked as he gestured to the nightmare sand creatures.

They all saw the nightmare sand creatures around and where the group and Guardians didn't look scared.

"They cannot be my fears 'cuz I am not afraid." North said with a laugh.

"Same here." Atticus added.

"Looks like it's your fear they smell." Mo soon smirked.

"Oh, no!" Pitch soon gasped and started running.

The Nightmares soon dragged Pitch down to his lair and pull all of the leftovers of the bedpost into the hole with them. They also covered the ground's opening too.

"Jackie!" Pitch cried out.

Jackie looked over and turned away, crossing his arms.

"No, don't! Aaaaaugh!" Pitch cried out as he was dragged away. "NOOOOOOO!"

Jack soon looked up at the moon as the clouds parted with a knowing smirk.

Tooth then giggled and hugged Jack before pulling away as Baby Tooth teased her and Jack soon laughed at that.

"Well, Grandma, I think we should head back home." Cherry suggested.

"In a minute, my dear," Mary Ruth smiled. "Something else is in order first."

The group looked curious and they were soon apart of a ceremony.

"Are you ready now, Jack? To make it official." North said to Jack.

The elves and yetis soon joined in while the elf with the trumpet from earlier looked a bit threatening.

"Then is time you take oath: Will you, Jack Frost, vow to watch over the children of the world?" North soon asked Jack as everyone was gathered together. "To guard them with your life; their hopes, their wishes, and their dreams, for they are all that we have, all that we are, and all that we will ever be?"

Jack looked back at Jamie, Casper, and Wendy who soon nodded at him, along with Yoyo and Doc Croc. "I will." he then promised.

"Then, congratulations, Jack Frost," North smiled. "For you are now, and forevermore, a Guardian!"

Everyone soon cheered for Jack as this was great news as he was now a Guardians as North soon picked him up and kissed him on the cheeks and where one of the elves did the same to one of the other elves before getting punched by it. The Tooth Fairies were seen forming into the shape of a heart as they were so happy for Jack.

"Keep it together, girls." Tooth said before the Tooth Fairy on the bottom of the formation fell down with a sigh.

The kids kept cheering until the reindeer and sleigh came down and parked in place and this caused the kids to get excited.

"Christmas came early this year." Patch remarked.

"Doesn't it always?" Cherry added.

You guys, look!" Caleb beamed to the other kids. "Santa's sleigh."

"Did you guys see that?" Pippa asked in amazement.

"Wow! Look at that sleigh!" The kids beamed, rushing over with excitement.

"Everyone loves the sleigh." Bunny sighed.

Sandy soon worked with Cherry and they unleashed some fireworks into the air together.

"Time to go." North soon told Jack.

"Happy Easter, ya little ankle-biter," Bunny told Sophie as he let Jamie's little sister take some goodies. "Gonna miss ya."

"Bye-Bye, Bunny." Sophie giggled.

"You're leaving?" Jamie frowned worriedly. "But what if Pitch comes back? What if we stop believing again? If I can't see you-"

"Whoa, hey, relax, Jamie, it's gonna be okay." Atticus soothed.

"Yeah, you telling me that you stop believing in the moon when the sun comes up?" Jack added.

"No..." Jamie shook his head.

"Okay, well, do you stop believing in the sun when clouds block it out?" Jack then asked.

"No..." Jamie said, chuckling then.

"We'll always be there, Jamie," Jack smiled before touching Jamie's chest to touch his heart. "And now, we'll always be here; which kinda makes you a Guardian, too." he then stood up and began to walk away.

"Jack!" Jamie called out as he soon rushed over to hug Jack one last time.

Jack was surprised before he hugged Jamie back before taking off with the others on the sleigh. And as for the kids they were each put to sleep and brought right back to their homes so then it would seem like it was all just a dream.

"Well, we had best be on our way." Mary Ruth smiled.

"It was good to see you again, Mary." North smiled back.

"It good to see you as well, North," Mary Ruth smiled back before facing the rest of The Guardians. "It was good to see all of you."

"Great seein' ya too, girly." Bunny chuckled as he ruffled up her hair.

"Watch it now," Mary Ruth smirked. "I'm a grandmother now."

The Guardians all laughed as they soon shared a group hug with Mary Ruth before letting her go.

"I'll see you guys around," Mary Ruth chuckled and soon went to send Cherry and the others back home. "Take care."

"We will!" The Guardians replied as she soon used her magic to send herself and the others back home after a long and crazy adventure.

"Wait for us!" Casper and Wendy called out as they hurried over and went to disappear back home in Greendale.

And before they knew it, the group was back in Greendale.

"Whew... We're home." Patch smiled.

"Yep and good to be home." Mo nodded.

"Sure is." Atticus added.

"Yeah, yeah, we're all happy to be home, I'm so thrilled." Cherry replied, sounding a bit snarky again.

"It's good to have you back, Cherry." Patch smiled.

"...It's actually good to be back, Patch," Cherry said softly before she had a small smile on her face. "Especially with seeing all of you."

"We're all happy that you're back, Cherry." Wendy smiled.

"I better get you kids home." Mary Ruth smiled.

"Especially since Patrick, Emily, Michelle, and Bud will be waiting for you all to return especially you two." Doc Croc told Casper and Wendy.

"Ooh. That's right." Yoyo winced.

"Mm-hmm..." Cherry smirked a bit.

Casper and Wendy looked nervous about getting in trouble.

"Come on, guys," Atticus said. "We'll walk ya home."

Casper and Wendy smiled at that and soon followed Mary Ruth back home.

"Take care, my special friends." Mary Ruth whispered as she followed the kids back home.

Once they arrived at home, Cherry and Atticus's parents didn't look too happy. Yes, they were happy the kids were home, but they knew they would have to ground Casper and Wendy for their little getaway.

"Hey, Mom. Hey, Dad." Casper smiled nervously.

"Hi, Uncle Bud. Hi, Aunt Michelle." Wendy added.

"So you pretended to be sick to get out of school when there was already a Snow Day down here in Greendale." Bud said, sounding calm compared to how his wife could.

"Well, yes," Wendy replied. "I never got to experience a Snow Day before in my life since I never went to school before."

"And I just wanted to show Wendy how much fun they could be," Casper added. "I love Snow Days, especially when I was still 'Casper McFadden' before I got sick and became a ghost."

"Yes, we know how much you love playing in the snow, Casper." Emily nodded softly.

"If you wanna punish us for leaving home and ditching school even if there was no school anyway, we understand." Wendy pouted as she stared down at the floor nervously.

"But please, go easy on them." Yoyo said.

"Oh, Yoyo, I'm sure they won't punish them too badly." Doc Croc smiled.

"Well, if you promise not to pretend to be sick again and try to skip school again, we let you off with a warning." Emily smiled softly to the kids.

"That's right." Michelle nodded.

"We promise." Casper and Wendy smiled.

"You're both going to do some extra chores," Patrick decided. "Take out the trash."

"Wash the dishes." Emily added.

"Clean the bathroom," Michelle said before smiling a bit. "Just as long as you promise to get those chores done and make sure your homework is done."

"And tell us next time you go somewhere." Bud added.

"We will." Casper and Wendy promised.

"Then, in that case, you're good to go then," Michelle smiled before chuckling sheepishly. "I sometimes tried to do the same thing at your age, but my mother always knew just where to find me even if she was asleep before I was gone."

"Same with me." Emily smiled.

And so the adventure group went on about their day, but of course, would be ready for the next adventure whenever it would come.

The End
