He is back

Catherine reached for her gun. "Ah ah, don't even think about that." the man said. Sara tried to wriggle herself free from his grip –trying to push his arms away, but he was too strong.

"Place your gun and your cell phone on the ground, and slide them towards me."

With shaking hands Catherine obliged. Pulling Sara along, he did a step into Catherine's direction so he could grab Catherine's belongings. He kneeled down, his own gun placed against Sara's head, and picked up Catherine's gun and cell phone –placing them in the pocket of his jacket.

"Ly down" he commanded Catherine.

A small tear escaped her eye. "Please, don't hurt her" Catherine begged.

"Ly down!" He screamed "And don't you dare stand up!"

She lay herself down on the wooden floor –face down, but her eyes searching Sara's, who was again grabbed into his death-grip. He pointed his gun back at Catherine, and did a few steps back –again pulling Sara along- enabling him to close the door. When Catherine wanted to stand up, a shot was heard.

The bullet went through the wooden door, creating a hole through which Catherine could see what the man was doing to Sara. The shot made both of the women wince, and the man took this opportunity to disarm the brunette, and threw her to the floor –his eyes, nor his gun never leaving her. Grabbing a chair, he shoved it under the doorknob, barricading the way in. At that same moment, Catherine ran towards the door, slamming her fist against it, screaming the brunette's name –followed by a loud "No!" The perp pulled Catherine's belongings out of his pocket, and placed them on a table next to the door.

Catherine used the bullet hole to look what happened at the other side. As he neared Sara, Catherine could see her try to hit the gun out of his hand. She succeeded. The gun slid underneath a small cupboard next to her. She tried to reach for it, but couldn't as the guy had her already pinned to the ground before she could move. Straddling her, he reached one hand underneath her shirt, the other one pinning her hands above her head.

She started to wiggle her legs wildly, trying to get out from underneath him. Sara could hear Catherine's screams "Don't hurt her, NO, don't hurt her!" She could also hear the older woman slamming her hands against the door. Somehow the guy had managed to open Sara's pants –right at the moment Catherine was looking through the bullet hole again, and slid onto the ground crying. Sara heard the blonde's cries, but also heard rattling of glass. Suddenly silence filled the air.

Catherine had noticed a chair in one of the corners, and had used it to slam through a window –breaking the glass. She chastised herself for not sooner thinking about entering the room this way. She hadn't been able to just open it, because the perp had locked it. As she climbed through she cut her arm, but that didn't matter to her –she just wanted to get to Sara, she wanted to execute the guy.

A soft "no" escaped Sara's throat as green eyes stared at her. She was surprised that her voice was no more than a whisper, because she felt like she was screaming. Her eyes spilled tears. From the corner of her eye she noticed Catherine sneaking in unnoticed by the perp –that was until the floorboard creaked and the guy turned around. Catherine had almost reached her gun, but then he reached for a second gun he had hid on his body.

"Look at me, little one"

She did. His finger placed more and more pressure on the trigger, until two shots were heard.
