Chapter 2: New Friends

Sam awoke the following morning, hearing knocking on his door, and Shaak Ti's voice saying, "Sam, it's time to get up."

Sam yawned as he got up from his bed and stretched his arms.

Hamill jumped down from the bed.

"I know, Hamill", Sam said.

Hamill let out a few sounds.

Sam then got dressed in some light brown robes and left his room.

Shaak Ti led her padawan through the temple to a new room. There were several other younglings that stood before Master Yoda.

Yoda saw the new arrivals and said, "ah, good morning Master Ti. Younglings, a new student we have. Say hello to Sam Skywalker."

"Hello, Sam Skywalker", all the younglings said.

Sam felt a little shy.

"It's okay, Sam", Shaak Ti said.

"Come over, young one", Yoda said.

Shaak Ti said, "I'm going to leave you here with Master Yoda, okay?"

"Yes Master Ti", Sam said.

Sam then walked over to two younglings.

One was a boy with blonde hair and red eyes. The other was a togruta girl with orange skin and short white and blue leekus, slightly younger than the two.

Sam looked at them and said, "h-hello."

The boy said, "hi. I'm Leon. This is Ahsoka."

Ahsoka said, "hello there."

Leon asked, "when did you get here?"

"Yesterday", Sam answered.

"Me too", Ahsoka said.

Leon asked, "is that your droid?"

Sam replied, "yeah. This is Hamill. I've had him for a long time."

Ahsoka giggled and said, "he's cute."

Hamill beeped as he ran around Ahsoka and Ahsoka pets his head.

"He likes me", Ahsoka said.

"I can tell we are going to be great friends", Sam said.

Ahsoka asked, "so, Master Shaak Ti is your master?"

Sam replied, "yep. Do you guys have any yet?"

Leon answered, "my master is Jedi Master Dooku. One of the most skilled Jedi."

Ahsoka, "I was found by Master Plo, but I don't exactly have a master yet."

"Don't worry, one day you might find your master, Ahsoka", Sam said.

Ahsoka smiled.

"Younglings, let's begin", Yoda said.

Sam whispered, "here we go…." Sam whispered.

….

Three years later

We see a small shuttle landing on a very cold planet.

Out of it came Master Yoda and a handful of padawans, including an older Sam, Leon and Ahsoka. The three had become very close during their training to become Jedi.

Sam, Leon and Ahsoka were amazed.

Sam asked, "is that the Temple, Master Yoda?"

"Right you are, young Skywalker", Yoda said.

"It's so cold out here", Leon said.

Yoda said, "not waste time, shall we?"

The group soon made it to a large ancient temple, a tunnel ahead of them.

Yoda announced, "young ones. Your kyber crystals, today, you will receive them."

One youngling said, "really?"

"This is so cool", Ahsoka said.

Leon said, "I know right!?"

Sam asked, "Master Yoda, how will we know which crystal is ours?"

Yoda chuckled and said, "asked, this question always is. Know it when you see it, you will."

The kids shrugged, taking faith in his words.

Sam and the Younglings walked into the temple.

"Do not remain inside, once your crystals are found", Yoda called out.

Ahsoka asked, "I guess we should split up?"

"Just be careful guys", Leon said.

"May the force be with you", Sam said.

The kids all split up on different paths into the dark and cold tunnels.

Sam kept walking along a tunnel that seemed to go on forever, as he desperately tried to reach the end.

Sam kept hearing a whistle.

"Can it be my Crystal? Hmm", Sam asked as he tried to find it.

Sam then saw up ahead a glow.

"Whoa", Sam said.

Sam slowly got closer and closer, and the light slowly turned into two twinkling lights.

The twinkling died down to show two small crystals sitting next to one another.

Sam asked, "two crystals, I thought Jedi always get one crystal?"

Sam reached his hand out towards the crystals.

Once Sam touched the crystals, there was a flash of white.

Sam gasped as he was thrown back and he saw a…. Vision?

He was on a planet covered in vibrant green grass and plants. Whenever he turned? He saw something different.

Ahsoka and Leon standing side by side, as adults.

A girl that looked like Ahsoka standing with a man with snow white skin and long hair.

Various other people surrounding them.

And standing in front of him, another snow white skinned man with dark blue hair and red eyes.

Sam then saw a tall woman with golden hair and a sword.

"Etheria", a woman said.

Sam turned to see a purple woman of some kind.

He saw a large woman with white hair, claws and a scorpian tail.

A girl with cat-like features, including a tail, along with a blue and yellow eye.

Some form of a archer boy, and a princes wirh pink hair.

And many others!

The scene then changed to Sam seeing an older version of himself holding hands with….

And suddenly, the vision ended! Sam looked around himself before gazing at the two crystals in the palm of his hand.

Sam muttered, "okay…. That was weird."

….

Ahsoka and Leon had searched through a tunnel, and soon found their crystals right next to one another. Their hands touched as they grabbed their , making them both blush before rushing back outside.

….

Sam soon met up with the others.

"Sam", Leon and Ahsoka said as they hugged him.

"We were worried, you were the last one", Ahsoka said.

"Sorry", Sam said.

Yoda asked, "what is it, young Skywalker?"

"Master, I found my crystal, but I found two of them", Sam said.

Yoda replied, "hmm…. A rare occurrence it is, for one to find two kyber crystals. But not unheard of, it is."

Sam gazed down at his two crystals.

"Time for you to design your lightsabers, it is", Yoda said.

"About time", Leon said.

"Follow me", Yoda said.

Yoda lead them back to the ship, finally bringing them back into a warm environment as they began to fly back into space.

Ahsoka asked, "what Color do you think your lightsaber will be?"

"I'm not sure,all the crystals look blue", Leon said.

"But Master Yoda said that's how they look, before placing them inside the lightsaber", Sam said.

Leon asked, "what do you mean?"

Sam clarified, "no-one knows what colors they'll be until you build your lightsaber."

Ahsoka said, "I'm kinda hoping I get yellow or green for my lightsabers."

"Younglings", Yoda said as he walked into the room, "this here is Huyang, build your lightsabers, he will help you to do it."

Stepping beside Yoda was a very old looking robot. He had a bronze color to his metal, and looked similar to an old man.

One youngling asked, "a droid will help us?"

Huyang replied, "I've been building lightsabers for countless generations. I was even there to help Master Yoda build his own lightsaber."

Sam looked impressed.

"You may choose between the various designs of Lightsabers, you want for yours", Huyang said.

"What about Sam? He found two crystals", Ahsoka asked.

Huyang replied, "oh! Well then I'll need to find two sets of each part for him. Now, let's begin."

The children got to work building their lightsabers, finding the parts they would need.

It them a while, but they all finished their lightsabers.

Yoda asked for; "Leon, Ahsoka?"

The two walked forward and showed off their lightsabers.

Leon had a green lightsaber with a slightly bulky hilt, and Ahsoka had a light green, almost yellow lightsaber with a slightly curved and thin hilt.

"Cool, I got green", Ahsoka said.

"I got Green as well", Leon said.

Ahsoka asked, "what about Sam, he built two lightsabers didn't he?"

"Sorry for the delay, young Skywalker had a hard time deciding which design he wanted for his lightsabers", Huyang said.

Leon asked, "where is he?"

Sam walked forward with his two lightsabers in hand.

He activated them, showing two vibrant blue blades, one being a slightly lighter tone than the other. The hilts looked a little old fashioned, and curved at the bottoms.

"Cool Sam", Ahsoka said.

"I agree with Ahsoka", Leon said.

"It took me a while, but I finally got the designs I wanted for my lightsabers", Sam said.

Yoda said, "younglings, excellent work, you have done. Head home, shall we?"

And with that, the group made their way back to coruscant….

….

Later, when Sam was back in his room, sitting on his bed, Antauri appeared and said, "something troubles you, my friend?"

"Antauri…. When I touched the crystals…. I had a vision", Sam said.

Antauri asked, "a vision you say? What did you see?"

Sam replied, "I saw…. Leon…. And Ahsoka…. And me. But we were older. And there were a bunch of other people. A woman with blonde hair and a sword. A girl that looked like Ahsoka. And…. A man with white skin. Red eyes. Blue hair. He was holding me. And I heard the word…. Etheria."

Antauri's eyes widened.

Sam asked, "you have heard that word before?"

"Yes, Etheria is the name of a planet", Antauri said.

Sam asked, "can you tell me who that blonde haired woman was and also about Etheria?"

Hamill beeped as he sat near Sam.

Antauri, "I can tell you a little. Etheria is a planet far beyond the outer rim. Where magic is a common thing there. An ancient warrior named; She-Ra, was the protector of this planet. If you heard the name of the planet, and even saw She-Ra, you must be destined to go there one day."

Sam asked, "and what about the man I saw holding me?"

"I am not sure who that man was", Antauri said.

However, he did in fact know the name of that man, but he could not tell Sam just yet.

Sam asked, "Antauri, is there something else you want to tell me?"

"Yes... the Jedi code must one day be changed", Antauri said.

Sam asked, "why?"

"The Jedi need to learn that having attachments does not lead to the dark side, back then during the High Republic there were a few Jedi who got married", Antauri said.

Sam asked, "High Republic?"

"That's a story for another time, my child, you need to rest", Antauri said as he patted Sam's head.

Sam shrugged as he got underneath his covers and drifted off to sleep, with Antauri vanishing, and another step in his training, complete.

Antauri closed his eyes as he saw the vision of the galaxy, along with the vision that Sam had.

Of things to come, when things would be at their darkest, but there would be light at the end.

At the end of the vision, Antauri saw an older version of Sam.

He was standing near a cliff, and he wasn't alone.

Right beside him was the man Sam saw in his vision.

The two were holding hands.

"Etheria", Antauri said.

A planet he knew all too well. And it would play a big part in Sam's future.

Antauri was brought back to reality.

"One day there will be balance in the force", Antauri said, his mind thoughtful on the events to come….

This story continues to change as I write it. Originally, Leon was gonna end up with someone else, and Ahsoka was gonna be with Horde Prime. But, we decided to have Ahsoka and Leon as a couple, and Horde Prime will redeem himself after forming a romance with an OC. Ahsoka's twin sister, Ashla. She can't use the force, but she can wield a blaster very well.

Also, this story will have a new chapter every Wednesday at around 1 pm. So expect a new chapter every week.

Sorry if this chapter was a little short. Trust me, chapters will get longer as they go on.
