Lead the Way: A Star Wars/She-Ra Story

Chapter 9: Redemption?

"Long ago, in the days of the Old Republic, there was a Jedi by the name of Revan. A very powerful force user. If not THE most powerful of his time. But, after fighting many battles for the Republic during the Mandalorian Wars, he and his fellow Jedi, Malak, turned to the Dark Side, killing and hurting so many innocents in their quest for power. Until one day, when Revan gained amnesia in a duel against a Jedi named Bastila Shan. With amnesia, Revan soon repeated his path, becoming a Jedi once again, and wanting to help defeat Malak. He made many allies on his journey.

Carth Onasi: Republic soldier and pilot.

T3-M4: The utility droid of his ship, the Ebon Hawk.

Mission Vao: Twi'lek scoundrel and slicer.

Zaalbar: Wookiee warrior and marksman.

Canderous Ordo: Mandalorian warrior and mercenary.

Juhani Cathar: Jedi Knight and Guardian.

HK-47: Hunter-killer assassin droid and Jedi hunter.

Jolee Bindo: Former Padawan and Jedi Guardian.

And Bastila Shan, herself, who formed a romance with Revan in secret.

But as their journey across the galaxy continued, Revan eventually regained his memories of who he was!

But rather than turn back towards the dark side, Revan stayed on the path of the light, even helping Bastila stay on the light side when she nearly joined Malak.

Revan was able to defeat Malak, and for many years, the Old Republic knew peace.

All thanks to a Jedi, who had redeemed himself for his past actions….

Antauri finished the tale, leaving everyone in the room speechless.

"That story was AMAZING", Bow said.

"Now that I heard it, Revan does sound a bit like Hordak", Glimmer said.

Adora asked, "uh Antauri, can I ask you something?"

Antauri nodded his head.

Adora asked, "is it true you mentored the previous She-Ra? Did she really help the Jedi Order during the Old Republic?"

Antauri replied, "indeed. She-Ra was an amazing warrior, who helped the Old Republic many times over. She was a cunning warrior, an amazing strategist…. And a good friend."

Adora was amazed at all this.

Adora asked, "but why did your galaxy think She-Ra and Etheria were only myths?"

Antauri replied, "well, when the dark side slowly began to rise again, we thought it best that Etheria be kept safe from the dark times ahead. So Etheria became a myth, and She-Ra became a legend. But Etheria somehow disappeared from the outer rim and it was thought to be lost forever."

"Until we found it out Etheria was in the unknown regions of the galaxy", Sam said

Antauri added, "and I fear that the Empire will one day set its sights on this planet before any kind of peace can be achieved."

Sam asked, "what?! How will they find Etheria!?"

"I am not sure how, but one day they will, and that's not all", Antauri said.

Leia asked, "what is it?"

"Before the ship crashed, the imperials were able to send information to Emperor Vader", Antauri said.

"You mean….", Sam asked in terror.

Antauri nodded and said, "he knows of his children. And is now ordering the entire Empire to be on the hunt for them. Alive."

"No, I won't let him take Luke and Leia", Sam shouted.

Queen Angella asked, "do you think he will find Etheria that fast?"

Sam said, "yes. Vader is relentless. He's more like a droid than a man. Once Vader wants something, he won't stop until he gets it. I can't tell you the amount of times I nearly died when facing his armies. He's the main reason why the Jedi hide. Darth Vader is the boogeyman to every force sensitive being in the galaxy!"

The entire room was silent, except for Bow saying, "... woah."

Leia asked, "well, what can we do in the meantime?"

"Sam, you and the twins must help Adora and the Rebels with their fight against the horde", Antauri said.

And with that, this began Sam and his family's adventures on Etheria….

….

A few nights later, things had been going well.

Sam and his family along the way met the princesses of Etheria.

Mermista was a bit amazing with her water powers, but she had a bit of a temper.

Perfuma cried a lot, after Sam and the twins told their backstory, feeling a lot of sympathy for them

And Entrapta…. Well…. She was utterly amazed by the technology they had. From their droids, to their lightsabers. And her excitable nature reminded Sam of many padawans he had helped teach during the Clone Wars.

Along the way Sam and the twins had met a few of the Horde...

Though Sam still had yet to meet Hordak.

They honestly enjoyed some of the Horde soldiers they had met.

Scorpia was a large bundle of compassion, that it seemed like she was on the wrong side.

Catra was very antagonistic, but Sam could see that there was something between her and Adora that the two had yet to realize, or announce to the other.

The group were currently sleeping in the forest and had just woken up

Luke asked, "Adora, are you okay?"

Hamill ran up towards Adora.

Bow asked, "what are we looking at?"

"I don't know. I heard a noise in the woods last night. And I thought I saw something", Adora said.

Glimmer asked, "what? Like a bunny? Maybe a butterfly?"

Sam asked, "Adora, did you get any sleep at all?"

"Someone has to stand guard", Adora said.

Sam said, "then why don't we take shifts, so we don't risk anyone having hallucinations from a lack of sleep?"

Glimmer replied, "that's probably a good idea. Who'll take the watch?"

Sam said, "I'll take over for now."

"Come on Adora", Luke said as he led her back to the camp.

Sam smiled at this.

Luke and Leia had been growing close to Adora, the two had seen Adora as the mother they always wanted to have.

A few moments later, Sam was still watching over the camp.

Sam gasped as he saw….

…. Hordak!

He was standing there, just as surprised to see him. He looked exactly like his visions. Pale white skin, blue hair, red eyes, everything!

Sam for some reason could see Hordak in his base, while Hordak could see Sam in the forest.

Sam asked, "Hordak?"

Hordak said, "so…. We finally meet. You're the one known as Sam Skywalker, am I correct?"

Sam only nodded as the two began circling each other.

"How did you know my name", Sam asked as they kept circling each other.

Hordak replied, "oh, I know a lot about you from that large ship that landed in the Fright Zone. I know of you, and your children."

Sam said, "niece and nephew, technically. And if you touch them, I swear by the force that you will know the true meaning of pain."

"Oh, you're the first to make such threats to me", Hordak said.

Sam asked, "what do you want with me?"

Hordak said, "it's simple, really. Your knowledge of this so-called force, the Jedi, and these strange, 'lightsabers', as you call them, would make an amazing weapon."

"I don't think so, I can read your mind with what you plan to do with those weapons and I can sense it in you Hordak", Sam said.

Hordak looked surprised.

"A Jedi can sense the darkness within someone", Sam said.

Hordak said, "my my. You just keep getting more interesting. Then you must know about the visions I've been having about you and your past?"

Sam said, "it crossed my mind, since the same has been happening to me."

"I know all about your promise to…. Padme", Hordak said with a smirk.

Sam's face turned angry.

Sam growled, "don't ever say her name. That woman was a saint. And I will protect her children as long as there is breath in my lungs."

Hordak said, "did I hit a nerve? You've lost many people, I can tell…."

Sam hissed, "shut up. You know nothing about what I've gone through. NOTHING!"

"Oh don't I…. You've lost...what was his name…. Oh, Quarrie was it?"

Sam reached out his hand through the force and started to force choke Hordak.

Sam growled, "don't you dare say his name! You're not worthy to say his name! You have no idea what it's like to lose someone who meant the entire galaxy to you, moments before learning the only family you had left has turned their back on everything they cared about! You! Have! No! Right! To! Say! Any! Of! This!"

Sam released his hold on Hordak's throat as they gasped for air.

Then Sam could no longer see Hordak.

Sam asked, "where did he go?"

….

Hordak, back at the Fright Zone, was touching his throat as he was amazed and a bit scared at what he had seen.

Sam was more powerful than he thought.

Hordak felt confusing emotions from this encounter. He would have to try and understand them another time.

….

Sam was trying to call himself down.

He knew that he was meant to work with Hordak in the future, but it didn't make his words stung any less.

Sam felt a few tears fall down his face,as he slept.

….

The group were now on Mystacor.

Sam still hadn't told anyone about what had happened last night.

Glimmer asked, "Aunt Castaspella,we wanted to ask you something?"

Castaspella asked, "what is it?"

Bow asked, "is it true that there were Jedi on Etheria?"

"Entrapta told us that on the disc she found it talked about peacekeepers who could use some sort of magic", Adora said.

"We believe that it was talking about the Jedi", Sam said.

Castaspella replied, "the Jedi did indeed once operate on Etheria. Helping She-Ra to protect her planet as she helped them protect theirs. The magic the disk spoke of was what the Jedi call the force, since the people of Etheria didn't quite understand it."

Sam asked, "what happened to them?"

"No one knows, they all disappeared the same day She Ra did", Castaspella said.

"Well, we're going to take our new friends to have a fun time", Glimmer said.

"Let me know if you need anything", Castaspella said.

Sam asked, "where would you like to go, Luke and Leia?"

"The Steam grotto", Luke and Leia said.

Hamill bleeped.

"Okay, we'll catch up with you later guys", Adora said.

….

Hordak was on his throne petting Imp, as he still couldn't shake off the encounter he and Sam had last night.

Hordak then clutched his head as he saw more visions.

….

"Stop that Anakin", Sam shouted.

Anakin was ruffling his little twin brother's hair.

"Aww, can't I give my little twin a ruffle", Anakin chuckled.

Sam said, "come on bro, knock it off, we aren't kids anymore. Or maybe I should start calling you Ani again?"

Anakin said, "ha ha, very funny."

…..

Anakin asked, "Ahsoka, why are you leaving?"

Sam asked, "why are you leaving too, Leon?"

Ahsoka said, "the council didn't trust me, so how can I trust myself?"

Leon said, "and I need to be there for her. Especially with what we learned shortly before this whole thing occurred."

Sam asked, "and what's that?"

Leon and Ahsoka looked at one another with a silent nod. Their friends deserved to know.

"I'm pregnant", Ahsoka said.

A moment of silence.

Sam and Anakin shouted, "WHAT!?"

"But does that mean you two had….", Anakin said.

"Don't say it out loud", Ahsoka said as she hid her face in Leon's chest.

Sam asked, "why didn't you two tell us before?"

Leon said, "gee, maybe it's because there was a bombing going on?"

Sam said, "... fair point."

Anakin said, "well, we're going to miss you both. Stay safe out there."

The two nodded, but before they could leave, San asked, "um, on question?"

Leon asked, "what?"

Sam asked, "does the carpet match the leeku?"

Five seconds later, Sam was knocked into the walls of the temple.

….

Hordak chuckled at this.

But after seeing these more pleasant visions…. They began to turn…. Sour.

….

"Anakin, dwelling on Ahsoka's and Leon's decisions won't bring them back", Obi Wan said.

"I miss them! I don't understand how they could have left the order", Anakin said.

"It was their choice Anakin", Sam said.

"What about you, don't you miss them at all Sam", Anakin shouted.

Sam then got an angry look on his face.

Sam said, "of course I do. They were the only true friends I had when I first became a Jedi. They comforted me when I felt bad about leaving you and mom behind on Tatooine. Now they're both gone, off to start a family. Whereas Quarrie and I still have to keep our relationship a secret."

….

Hordak felt the hurt in Sam's words as he said them to his brother.

But what Hordak would see next, would haunt him that night.

Hordak then saw what appeared to be a…. Temple?

….

"Come on, we have to get out of here!"

Sam was running with a group of people.

"We have to go now", Slash shouted.

"Everyone get on the ship now", Shaak Ti shouted.

Sam shouted, "Quarrie come on!"

Quarrie was running towards the ship when...

A bolt of blaster fire suddenly pierced his chest! Time seemed to slow down and grow silent as Sam saw this.

Quarrie whispered, "Sam-"

Before they fell over, dead.

Sam yelled, "NOOOOOO!"

Tears were in his eyes as he tried to get to Quarrie. But Ti and Fisto grabbed his arms as they tried to pull him onto the ship.

Kit Fisto said, "Sam, no! It's too late!"

Sam yelled, "I'm not leaving him!"

…..

Hordak was horrified to see all of this happening. Such a devastating moment playing out before his very eyes.

Hordak then saw what appeared to be a fiery planet.

….

"LIAR!", Anakin screamed.

"No", Padme cried.

"You're with them. You've betrayed me! You brought them here to kill me!" Anakin said.

Anakin began to choke his wife, much to her horror and despair.

Obi Wan shouted, "let her go, Anakin!"

Padme cried, "Ani! Please!"

Sam yelled, "let. Padme. Go!"

Anakin let Padme fall to the ground as he yelled, "you turned her against me!"

Obi Wan shouted, "you have done that yourself!"

Sam, "your actions are your own!"

….

Sam shouted, "how could you do this Anakin!? How could you betray us!?"

Anakin yelled, "you could never understand! The betrayal I've felt from people I trusted."

Sam growled out, "I know more than you think. Your clones killed Quarrie! My love! How could you!?"

"Better having him die than Padme", Anakin shouted.

….

Hordak could see the heartbreak and anguish on Sam's face upon hearing those words.

….

Obi Wan shouted, "it's over Anakin! We have the high ground!"

Sam, "it's too high for you!"

Anakin yelled, "you underestimate my power!"

Obi Wan shouted, "don't try it!"

Anakin didn't listen and jumped at them, but they were too quick, and sliced his remaining arm and legs off!

….

Hordak gasped at this.

….

Sam shouted, "how could you!?"

"You were the Chosen One! It was said that you would destroy the Sith, not join them", Obi Wan shouted.

"Bring balance to the force! Not leave it in Darkness", Sam shouted.

Sam saw his twin's lightsaber on the ground and he picked it up.

Anakin screamed, "I hate you!"

Sam cried as he yelled, "you were my brother Anakin! I loved you!"

Anakin continued to scream in rage as Obi Wan and Sam left their old friend to perish on this planet.

Sam used the force to pull his brother up a bit.

Obi Wan asked, "what are you doing?"

"I won't let my brother be burned by the lava", Sam cried.

….

The vision changed to when Sam and Obi Wan were there during Padme giving birth to the twins, and her death.

….

Sam couldn't take his eyes off of his sister in-law.

A medical droid came out to speak with them.

They said, "medically speaking; she is perfectly healthy. But for reasons we don't understand, we're losing her."

Obi Wan said, "she's dying?"

The droid replied, "we don't know why. She has lost the will to live. But we must move quickly, if we are to save the babies."

Sam asked, "babies?"

The droid clarified, "she is carrying twins."

Sam started to cry.

"Sam", Shaak Ti said as she hugged him.

"I just lost Quarrie, my brother... and now Padme", Sam cried.

Kit Fisto then came over.

Fisto said, "things may seem bad now. But there is something that can keep you going."

Sam asked, "and what's that?"

Fisto replied, "these children will need you."

….

"Padme…. Please don't die…. You have to live for your children", Sam said with tears falling down his face.

"It's too late for me", Padme said.

"Please…. I don't want to lose you too", Sam cried.

"I'm sorry Sam…. But please promise me...", Padme said.

Sam looked at her.

Padme whispered out, "take care…. Of the babies…. Don't let…. The Empire…. Get them…."

Sam cried as he said, "I promise Padme. I promise."

Padme gave a mile as a few years escaped from her eyes as she said, "thank you. Obi Wan?"

Obi Wan looked at Padme as she said, "I know…. There's still…. Good in him…. I…. Know…. There's…. Still..."

Padme gave her last breath as her head fell to the left side.

Padme Amidala had died.

….

Hordak was then brought out of the vision, he saw Imp looking at him.

Hordak said, "that vision…. That man…. The things he has gone through…. How can he even function after so much pain?"

….

Sam was in the water relaxing himself.

When he opened his eyes he saw Hordak.

"You again", Sam shouted as jumped out of the water with his two lightsabers in hand in a reverse grip.

Hordak held his hand up and said, "I have not come for a fight."

Sam said, "a likely story. If not for a fight, why are you here?!"

Hordak sighed.

"Answer me", Sam shouted.

Hordak yelled, "I'm sorry!"

Both were silent as they stared at one another with tense expressions.

Sam asked as he pointed his lightsabers at him, "for what?"

Hordak replied, "for what I said. You were right. I did not have the right to bring up things I had no perspective on."

Sam asked, "what made you change your mind?"

Hordak replied, "well…. I myself have been through hardships, to get where I am now. Things that…. Haunt me…. So, believe it or not, I know some of what you feel."

Sam growled, "how do I know you are not tricking me?"

Hordak said, "don't you Jedi have the ability to read minds, or something?"

"I can sense you are telling the…. Truth", Sam said.

Sam then looked down and saw he was only wearing his shorts, he quickly put on his robes and turned away as he blushed.

Sam said, "okay, you're telling the truth. But why should I even tell you anything?!"

Hordak sighed as he didn't know what to say.

"Listen to me…. If you are doing this just to get knowledge of the force and about the Lightsabers, then forget it! It's not going to work on me", Sam said.

Hordak could only gaze at Sam as he tried to think of the right words to say.

And in a rare moment, he showed…. Compassion.

Hordak said, "I promise…. If you only tell me the basics…. No harm will ever come to your family."

Sam thought about it for a moment.

"I can read your mind Hordak, I know what you plan to do if you build those lightsabers, the answer is still no", Sam said.

Hordak said, "can you at least tell me their purpose? I imagine they're more than just a simple weapon?"

Sam sighed and said, "fine. But I won't tell you how to build one."

"Deal", Hordak said.

Sam said, "a lightsaber is…. More than a weapon, as you said. It's like an extension of the Jedi. We pass trials in order to even gain access to one. And we do our best to keep our lightsaber intact. 'This weapon is your life', an old friend of mine said. But it is more than that. A lightsaber is a part of a Jedi. Like an extra limb, in a way."

Hordak said, "Amazing…. Do all Jedi wield two lightsabers?"

Sam chuckled and said, "no. I'm a rare case. Most Jedi wield a single blade when in combat. I trained my hardest to be able to wield two at the same time. But it's not my only method of defense. I made sure to train in hand to hand combat as well."

Hordak looked amazed at this.

Hordak asked, "but why do you grip those weapons in reverse?"

Sam explained, "it's one of many different move sets when it comes to wielding a lightsaber. Some wield it more like a broadsword. Some more like a sleek and lightweight weapon. You get the idea."

Sam was starting to feel he could trust Hordak a bit more.

Sam was reaching his hand towards Hordak and Hordak was reaching his hand towards Sam.

Then Sam heard Adora scream in fright and Hordak vanished.

Sam quickly ignited his sabers and began running to where the others were, to see just what the Hell had happened!?

"No, no, no, no, no! Help", Adora shouted as she pointed her sword.

Luke asked, "Adora, what's wrong?"

Sam asked, "why did you scream?"

"Shadow Weaver's here. I saw her", Adora said.

Bow said, "Adora, there's no one else here. You brought your sword in here?"

Leia asked, "are you ok? What happened?"

"Shadow Weaver was here. In the grotto. And she was in the sorcerer's hall too. I saw her shadow on the floor", Adora said.

Glimmer asked, "what are you talking about? Who is Shadow Weaver?"

Sam asked, "is Shadow Weaver the one you told me about Adora? The one who raised you?"

Adora gave a terrified nod as the others all looked at one another.

Luke said, "maybe one of us saw her and didn't realize it?"

Leia then said, "and if she's near, we need to keep a better watch."

"Adora, she isn't here. She was never here. It's not possible", Glimmer said.

"But you don't know what she's capable of", Adora said.

"Luke and Leia, stay with Adora, you could help her feel better", Sam said.

"Yes uncle", The twins said.

Glimmer asked, "where are you going Sam?"

"I'm going to speak with an old friend", Sam said.

….

Moments later Sam was in a spare room by himself.

Antauri then appeared to him.

Antauri said, "hello, old friend. What troubles you?"

Sam replied, "a few things. The most important one right now, is that Adora keeps seeing someone named; Shadow Weaver."

"Shadow Weaver is not one to let things go", Antauri said.

Sam asked, "Antauri, can you tell me more about her and what she wants with Adora?"

Antauri replied, "she's a terrifying individual. Fiercely loyal to Hordak and his mission. She raised Adora and Catra from a very young age, trying to mold them into great warriors for Hordak and his forces. And it appears she's still after Adora."

Sam asked, "but why?"

Antauri explained, "she may very well know of Adora's power. And wants that power for the Horde Empire to command. Even if that means forcing Adora to fight for them. Shadow Weaver won't stop until the Horde has Adora."

"That's just like Vader", Sam said.

Antauri asked, "what other things did you want to speak to me about Sam?"

"Antauri last night I saw…. Hordak. But I could see where he was, he wasn't in the forest, he was still in the Fright Zone", Sam said.

Antauri said, "which means he most likely saw you and your location as well?"

Sam nodded, with a solemn look.

Antauri asked, "what is it?"

Sam sighed as he said, "I could sense…. Good…. In him. Like…. Like there's hope for him to join us…."

Antauri asked, "and, there was some sort of attraction?"

Sam said, "ugh, it's that obvious, huh?"

"I can sense it in you Sam", Antauri said.

Sam sighed as he leaned back, trying to find the right words to say.

"I know you're still trying to move on from Quarrie, Sam", Antauri said.

Sam shuddered for a moment as he said, "Quarrie will always be my first love. Nothing will ever change that. I'm just not sure if I can move on from him, much less with Hordak, given his actions on this planet."

"Give it time Sam", Antauri said, then he faded away.

Sam asked, "Antauri?"

Sam then starts to hear people screaming.

Sam asked, "what?"

Hamill then ran into the room.

Sam asked, "what is it, boy?"

Hamill bleeped as he pointed to the hallways and asked Sam to follow him.

Sam then followed Hamill.

Sam then caught up with Adora, Luke and Leia.

The group arrived in the Lunarium and saw everyone was unconscious on the floor.

"Adora."

"Shadow Weaver", Adora shouted.

Sam, Luke and Leia finally got to see what Shadow Weaver looked like. And they could honestly see why Adora was so frightened of her.

She said, "and so, we finally meet, Skywalker's."

Sam stood in front of Luke and Leia.

Luke asked, "how do you know about us?"

Shadow Weaver said, "oh, that rather large ship. Thanks to its computers, we know ALL about you three. Your power. Your weapons. Your ship. And I must say, I'm sure you three and Adora will be of great use for the Horde."

Sam was about to respond when Adora beat him to it.

"I won't let you harm them! They're my friends", Adora shouted.

"We'll never join you", Luke shouted.

"The eclipse is nearly over. When it is, the shield will be down. The Horde will conquer Mystacor and bring you home to me", Shadow Weaver said to Adora.

"No, we'll stop you", Adora shouted.

"Why? To help these people? Who are they to you? They don't understand you. Just as they did not understand me when I walked among them as Light Spinner", Shadow Weaver sneered.

Adora asked, "what?!"

Sam said, "okay, I'm completely lost. Please explain this ever growing past of yours!"

Luke and Leia nodded in agreement with their uncle.

"Only if you join the Horde", Shadow Weaver said.

"Never", Sam shouted.

"They feared my dark power. They'll never accept you. Not like I do", Shadow Weaver said.

"Don't listen to her Adora", Luke shouted.

"No, no! You're wrong. For the honor of Grayskull", Adora shouted.

But it didn't work.

"You know deep down what I say is true. You are the ambitious, cutthroat, ruthless warrior I raised you to be", Shadow Weaver said.

"Adora, no, it's not true", Leia said.

Adora falls to her knees.

"The Princesses don't care about you. They want to use you for your strength. Return now to the Fright Zone. Rule by my side", Shadow Weaver said.

Adora glares at her before standing up and walking over to the Skywalker family.

Adora said, "you are NOT my family. You raised me to be a weapon. Not just me, but Catra too. These people care about me. They show me affection you never did! I am Adora. I am She-Ra. And I am NOT your slave!"

"Adora is right! She could never be like you", Luke shouted.

"Adora has been like a mother to us", Leia shouted.

Shadow Weaver merely glared at them all and said, "so be it…."

"And these are my friends. They've been kind to me. Something you never were", Adora said as she stared at Glimmer and Bow, before glaring at Shadow Weaver.

"I prepared you for greatness", Shadow Weaver shouted.

"But you never loved me. You just played your twisted mind games", Adora said.

"Adora is right, you only saw her as an object, not a person", Sam said.

"You hurt our friends, so now you're gonna pay", Luke said.

Shadow Weaver laughs.

"It's too late. The eclipse will be over in moments. Mystacor will fall and it will be your fault", Shadow Weaver said.

Adora then runs to her sword and grabs it.

The Sword of Protection transforms into a shield and blasts Shadow Weaver with a beam of light.

"Come on guys, help me bring up the shield on Mystacor", Adora said.

The others nodded as they all activated their lightsabers, ready to help their friend.

Adora looks up at the skylight. She runs and begins climbing up the wall.

Shadow Weaver's tendrils try to grab Adora.

"No you don't", Sam shouted as he slashed at them.

"I can give you Etheria. We can rule together. You were nothing before I took you in, Adora," Shadow Weaver hissed.

Leia then jumped towards Shadow Weaver.

"And you will be nothing without me", Leia slashed her lightsaber at Shadow Weaver.

"Go Adora", Leia shouted.

"You're weak!"

"Keep going", Luke shouted.

Adora then made it to the top.

"Adora, enough of this. Come home", Shadow Weaver said.

Antauri then appeared.

Shadow Weaver asked, "who are you?"

Antauro began to change his form to look more terrifying, as his lightsabers were ignited, and he growled out, "I'm your worst nightmare!"

Shadow Weaver backed up as the power up force entity for closer and closer!

Antauri slashed his lightsabers at Shadow Weaver as she tried to dodge him.

"Adora! Now", Antauri shouted.

Adora holds her shield to the skylight and a rainbow beam flies down to the shield.

Antauri used the force to lift Adora into the air.

"I'm not going back. You have no power over me anymore", Adora said as she turned the shield and the beam of light that hit the center of the room.

"NOOOO!", Shadow Weaver screamed as she disappeared and the darkness from the room was gone.

Luke asked, "hey, where did Antauri go?"

Sam saw everyone was waking up.

Sam said, "we'll ask that later. For now, let's help the others."

The group quickly began attending to their friends as Antauri vanished from the scene, his job being done.

….

"I also came here because I have heard Sam Skywalker along with Luke and Leia Skywalker have disappeared", Ahsoka said.

"Last we heard they were captured by the empire and the Star Destroyer they were on disappeared", Kanan said.

"We have been trying to track it,but so far we haven't had any luck", Hera said.

"We'll have every Rebel in the system looking for them. We'll find them", Zeb said

"My team is ready to look for them. I'm not gonna rest until he and the kids are safe", Kanan said.

"We'll have to be careful, I have heard Vader has found out the truth about Luke and Leia", Ahsoka said.

Ezra asked, "what would Vader do to them if he finds them?"

Ahsoka said, "Vader would try to seduce his two children to the dark side of the force. And we can't let that happen. Luke and Leia are too powerful to be put in the Empire's hands."

"We won't let that happen, Luke and Leia are the sweetest kids I have ever met, I would hate to see the Empire turn them into monsters", Hera said.

"I will contact someone to help us as well", Ahsoka said as she walked away into a empty room.

Ahsoka asked, "hello?"

"Mom!"

"Hello Ani", Ahsoka said.

Ahsoka smiled at the boy standing in the room. He had light red skin with blue eyes, white markings on their face, and blonde hair that was almost white.

This was Anakin Tano, Ahsoka and Leon's son. Named after his Godfather.

Anakin Tano was born a year after the empire was formed.

Ahsoka had joined the rebels that same year and she at first was hesitant at teaching Anakin to become a Jedi, but she decided to teach him for his own safety.

Ahsoka thought Leon was dead for 3 years, until she reunited with him during a mission for the Rebels.

Ahsoka and Leon got married that same day.

Ahsoka asked, "where's your father?"

"He's with Uncle Cad Bane", Anakin said.

Ahsoka chuckled at the nickname.

She never thought Cad Bane could become a better person nonetheless.

Ahsoka and Anakin walked into their ships hangar and saw Leon in the air, trying to use jet boots like Bane.

Bane said, "easy does it. You don't want to go flying all over the place."

"Thanks, Bane", Leon said as he landed though a bit clumsy.

Bane had become a father figure to Leon as he became a mentor to him.

Bane didn't want to admit it, but he had become protective of both Leon and Anakin.

Ahsoka and Leon smiled as they flashback to when Leon and Anakin were almost kidnapped, before being saved by Cad Bane.

...

"You're coming with us", a stormtrooper said.

Leon was holding Anakin close to him.

"Daddy, I'm scared", Anakin said.

Leon said, "it'll be okay son. It's gonna be alright."

But as the stormtroopers tried to take the father and son away, they were hit by blaster bolts, courtesy of Bane.

"Don't you mess with my boys", Cad Bane said.

Leon put Anakin down as he ran to Cad Bane and hugged his legs.

"Uncle Bane", Anakin said.

"Ani really loves you, and thanks Bane", Leon said.

Bane said, "eh, you would've done the same for me. Now, let's get the Hell outta here."

….

Present

"We need your help, from both of you", Ahsoka said.

Leon asked, "what is it?"

"Sam and the twins have disappeared", Ahsoka said.

Leon asked, "what do you mean?"

Ahsoka explained, "they got captured by the Empire. But after they escaped, both ships entered hyperspace and we couldn't find them."

"That's rather strange", Bane said.

"We have to find them", Anakin said.

"We will find them", Leon said.

….

Meanwhile, in the Imperial palace.

Vader say upon his throne in a dark and imposing suit, with his limbs replaced with cybernetic ones.

He was gazing upon a small hologram of Padme smiling while running her pregnant stomach.

It was enough to make the Emperor shed a tear.

"My lord."

Vader turned to see Piett.

Vader asked, "what news do you bring me, Piett?"

Piett replied, "we have begun to send every available unit to search for Sam Skywalker and his family, as per your request."

Vader said, "good…. Good…. I want them found. Alive!"

"I'll let you know as soon as we find something", Piett said as he left the room.

Vader then stared out the window.

Vader said, "you are very foolish, brother…. Did you think you could hide my children from me?"

Vader touched the window, glaring through the red lenses of his mask as he said, "I will find them…. And the galaxy…. Will be ours!"

Revan's story seemed like a great way to convince the others that Hordak could become good.
