Chapter 16: The Coronation

Glimmer was in her room dressing herself in what would be her new royal outfit.

"Glimmer, come at once. We need you in the War Room right away", Castaspella said.

Glimmer followed her aunt to the war room, where Adora, Luke, Leia, Bow, Threepio, and Artoo were.

"There's no time to waste. You must make a decision", Castaspella said.

"We're here for you", Adora said.

"That one", Glimmer shouted as she pointed to the cake where it showed Glimmer defeating Hordak.

"The Future Queen has spoken. At Glimmer's coronation, we will be serving; ice cream cake", Castaspella said.

Everyone in the room laughed.

Luke and Leia smiled, but still seemed to be worried about the situation involving their uncle. After Catra nearly destroyed the universe in her anger, they were still far from helping their uncle, Entrapta, or anyone else.

The group were then in a spare room.

"People are starting to arrive. I can't believe this is really my coronation day. Me. Queen Glimmer. Ugh. It sounds so weird", Glimmer said.

"Queen Glimmer. Queen Glimmer. Queen Glimmer! Yeah, that's going to take some getting used to", Bow said.

" I just…. Never thought it would actually happen", Glimmer said.

Threepio said, "I may only be a droid, but I am fully confident in your abilities to run a kingdom, Mistress Glimmer."

Glimmer smiled and said, "thanks Threepio."

"We're all here for you Glimmer", Luke said.

"We got your back", Leia said.

Artoo beeped.

Glimmer said, "thank you. All of you. I know it hasn't been easy for you kids for a while, but I'm happy to have you here with us. And I know your uncle will be with us again soon."

"I hope so", Luke said.

….

In the Fright Zone

Sam was sitting next to Hordak, who looked a bit sad.

Catra then walked into Hordak's sanctum.

"Hordak. Our troops are just sitting around. What are we waiting for? We need to talk about plans for….", Catra said.

Hordak said, "Plans? Haha. Your last plan was to set off the portal machine before it was ready. Do you remember how that ended?"

"It nearly killed everyone in the galaxy", Sam said.

"Whatever. It worked out for us, didn't it? The Rebellion's a mess. Their queen is gone. Now's our chance to gain the upper hand", Catra said with a smirk.

Hordak asked, "and how are we going to do that when you couldn't even prevent the Rebellion from infiltrating the Fright Zone?"

"Yeah, like I said before, it was Entrapta who….", Catra said before Hordak interrupted her.

"I told you never to mention that name in my presence! If you are so desperate for a task, redouble our defenses so that no Princess can ever set foot in the Fright Zone again", Hordak shouted.

Sam then placed his hand on Hordak's hand.

"Calm down, Hordak", Sam said.

Hordak gave a small smile to Sam.

"Fortunately for you, my signal to Horde Prime went through", Hordak said he pointed to a nearby computer.

"Great so….", Catra said.

"That's the only reason you're here instead of facing punishment for your failure. Now get out", Hordak shouted as he force pushed Catra out of the room, before pressing a button that closed the doors to the room.

Sam said, "her mind is clouded with hate. Antauri said that if she doesn't change her ways, she may never see her future."

Hordak replied, "that's what worries us both, it seems."

Sam looked at Hordak and said, "I don't think she betrayed us."

Hordak asked, "who?"

Sam simply said, "you know who."

Hordak asked, "Sam, I have noticed you have been feeling a bit sad. Is it because of Luke and Leia?"

"They're probably asking why I didn't go with them instead", Sam said.

Hordak said, "Shadow Weaver looked into my memories. She must have told them of our relationship. I promise, one day, you will see them again."

Sam silently thought, 'I know. For the force has told me of what's to come.'

Hordak then kissed Sam on the lips and Sam returned the kiss with much passion as he wrapped his arms around Hordak.

A kiss from his beloved seemed to always make him feel better.

And as they kissed, Sam got a brief vision.

He saw himself sitting with a little girl in a field as Hordak fed an infant with an appearance similar to Master Yoda's.

The vision ended as the kiss did, and Hordak pulled Sam into a deeper hug.

….

Bright Moon

Glimmer was then taken into a room where two ice statues stood, one of her mother, Queen Angella and one of Glimmer.

"This place looks amazing", Glimmer said.

"We wanted it to be perfect for you", Frosta said.

"So we worked together to finish", Perfuma said.

"That was my idea", Mermista said.

"Glimmer, it's time", Castaspella said.

Glimmer then walked to the throne room where all the guests were waiting.

"I'm here today because Queen Angella, my mother, sacrificed herself to save Etheria. We can't let her bravery be in vain. But there's so much we still need to do", Glimmer said.

"Glimmer's good at this", Leia whispered.

"Hordak is still in power, and we know there's an even larger Horde army out there somewhere. We can't let them win. It's time for us to take back our home. Together we will push out the Horde, once and for all", Glimmer said.

Everyone then started to cheer.

Glimmer said, "we have allies on all sides. From other galaxies. If we all band together, Etheria will finally be free from the fear of the Horde Empire!"

Everyone cheered once again.

And our select group of heroes knew that, even through many hardships, the future would be a good one.

….

Fright zone

Sam was following Hordak to his throne room when they reached the top, they saw Catra sitting there.

"Hey, Hordak", Catra said she was wearing a new outfit.

Hordak shouted, "what do you think you're doing?"

The lights went out and Catra went to attack Hordak when she was lifted into the air by Sam who began to force choke her.

"Don't you harm Hordak", Sam shouted.

Sam threw Catra down as she coughed out, "Hordak really needs his body pillow to fight for him?!"

Sam said, "I don't wanna hurt you Catra, but I will if I must. I know youre capable of good! You all are! You, Scorpia and Hordak! If you all worked with my friends and family, you could be so much more!"

Catra yelled, "and what do you know about being so much more?!"

Sam yelled, "because I'm the brother of the most evil man in the galaxy!"

Sam realized what he yelled as soon as it left his mouth!

Catra asked, "you're saying Darth Vader is your brother?"

Sam said, "... Yes. My brother was one of the best Jedi in the galaxy. But he became the ultimate evil of the universe. It's almost impossible to see any good in him. So believe me when I say, you could be more than the bad guy. It's not too late for you. You haven't done near the amount of evil he has! And plus, I've seen the way you look at Adora."

Catra growled, "what's that supposed to mean?!"

Sam said, "come on, it's painfully obvious!"

Catra growled as she then ran off.

"Thanks Sam, but you didn't have to do that. I could have handled her myself", Hordak said.

"It's okay, I didn't like what Catra tried to do to you", Sam said.

Hordak asked, "and…. Do you mean what you said? That you think I'm capable of good?"

Sam said, "every word. It's not too late. For any of you. Etheria would be lucky if it had you guys as heroes defending it, rather than as conquerors."

Hordak then cupped Sam's cheek as he kissed him.

Sam kissed Hordak back.

Hordak arm's wrapped around Sam and one of Hordak's hand went near Sam's ass and he squeezed it.

"Hordak", Sam said with a blush.

Hordak chuckled and said, "that cute rear is all mine tonight."

Both men chuckled at that.

….

On the other side of the Galaxy.

Ahsoka was on Lothal in one of the bases the Jedi order have built.

She was in her room, when she had a vision.

She saw Ashla pleading with Horde Prime not to harm Hordak.

This still intrigued her.

The whole situation involving Sam and the man who had captured his heart. And her sister was supposed to take the savage beast that was Horde Prime.

It confused her greatly, and encouraged her to find her friends. No, her family. Sam and the kids were like family to Ahsoka and Leon.

"You two will bring balance to the force along with She-Ra", Antauri said to Sam and Hordak.

Ahsoka had heard this conversation and name a million times.

She-Ra.

A warrior who was supposed to help Sam and Hordak bring balance to the force.

Ahsoka didn't know when, but she knew that she would be there to help them!

"We will bring peace to the galaxy", She-Ra said.

Ahsoka had heard this warrior say things like this in almost every vision she had involving this other planet.

"We will not let the empire get their hands on Etheria", Sam said.

Sam would become a fierce protector of the planet he had come to. Ahsoka was glad he hadn't lost that good nature he always had.

"Ashla!"

Ahsoka saw her twin trapped in some sort of green room?

"Ashla, please you need to wake up!"

Ashla then looks up and Horde Prime is leaning into the mysterious green room through a brightly lit opening in the ceiling.

"Prime", Ashla said as she reached her hand towards Prime.

"I can't reach you", Ashla said as tears fell down her face.

Prime yelled, "yes you can! Don't you dare give up on me! I love you!"

This was the push Ashla needed to reach Horde Prime!

Ahsoka felt tears fall down her face as she saw this vision.

Ashla and Horde Prime finally intertwined hands.

It looked like her sister would find love as she did. And change someone into a better person, no less.

Suddenly, Ahsoka was pulled out of her vision.

She saw Leon and Ani staring at her in confusion.

Ani asked, "Mom, are you okay?"

"You were in a daze", Leon asked.

"I had a vision", Ahsoka said.

Leon asked, "again? What did you see?"

Ahsoka replied, "more of that planet Sam is on. The people there. My sister with someone named Horde Prime, who she's supposed to change for the better. Sam is always with that Hordak man. And I keep hearing the name and voice of a warrior named She-Ra."

Ani asked, "She-Ra?"

Leon asked, "She-Ra does exist?"

"From what I have seen, yes. And She-Ra said in the vision that she will help the Jedi bring peace to the galaxy", Ahsoka said.

Leon said, "great! So she's on our side. When we finally find Sam and the others, we'll have more people to help us take down Vader and his Empire, and restore the galaxy. I've even been in contact with a few of our old friends from the senate. Oola, Organa, Chu Chi, and they're willing to help us put the galaxy in order!"

Ahsoka said, "yeah, but the tricky part is still trying to find Etheria."

"Yeah that's the hard part", Leon said.

Ani asked, "but haven't the Jedi tried to find more on where Etheria could be Mom, Dad?"

Ahsoka said, "yes, but it's beyond the Outer Rim. Far beyond. It'll take a long time to pinpoint the correct location.

"May the Force help us find the planet." Leon said.

…..

Back on Etheria, in the Fright Zone

Sam was with Hordak as he was working on something.

Hordak, "was this your doing, Entrapta?"

'Entrapta', Sam thought.

Imp then decided to play a bit with Hordak.

"Entrapta? Entrapta? Entrapta", Imp said as he repeated it in Hordak's voice.

Hamill was laughing at this.

Hordak then threw the disc at Imp.

"Hordak", Sam said.

Hordak said, "forgive me. I'm just…. I'm still trying to process it."

Sam said, "Hordak, I know Entrapta didn't betray us! I just know it. It's something I could never picture her doing."

Hordak asked, "then where is she?"

"I'm not sure", Sam said.

Hordak asked, "... Sam, what's that in your hand?"

"I found this in…. Entrapta's room…. After she found out we were now a couple…. She wanted to give this to us", Sam said.

Sam showed it was some sort of small box with a soft felt exterior around it.

Hordak asked, "what's inside it?"

"I don't know, I haven't opened it yet", Sam said.

Hordak then took the box from Sam's hands and opened it.

Sam asked, "what is it?"

Hordak said, "it's two rings."

Sam got closer and saw the two small golden rings sitting in the box.

"Look there's a note", Sam said as he picked it up and started to read it.

"Dear Sam and Hordak. Over the past few months, I've seen how close you two have gotten. The way you make each other laugh, cry, yell and…. Some risque things. I know you two are meant for one another. So, I decided to make you these. This is a few hours before I'm supposed to get the portal up and running, so I made you these rings. Symbols of your love, and for you to wear if you ever decide to tie the knot. I hope you enjoy the gift. Love, Entrapta."

Sam had a few tears running down his face after he finished reading the note.

Hordak then hugged Sam.

"There, there Sam, don't cry", Hordak said.

Sam said, "this is one of the most perfect gifts I've ever received. If I ever do see her again…. She's getting the biggest hug in the galaxy."

"I will admit this is one of the nicest things, Entrapta has done", Hordak said. He then asked, "want to put them?"

Sam nodded his head as he picked up a ring and Hordak picked up one as well.

They put the rings on each other, admiring the glow the room gave them as they slid onto their fingers.

"These rings look beautiful", Sam said.

"I agree", Hordak said.

Sam then hugged Hordak.

As the two held one another, they didn't notice Catra watching them.

And she held many looks.

Regret, sadness, and above all, love.

Or rather, wanting love. Sam had been right. Deep down, she loved her best friend, but was too caught up in her anger to do the right thing.

And so, she walked away, never revealing she had been standing there.

Hordak then cupped Sam's cheek and the two locked lips.

Neither would ever tire of doing this.

Hordak's tongue wrapped around Sam's tongue as the two started to french kiss.

The two kept on kissing until….

"Woah."

Sam and Hordak then break apart to see Catra staring at them.

"Catra..." Sam asked, but something felt off about her.

Catra said, "not to speak ill of the dearly departed, but exactly how many battles have your bots lost us lately?"

"You'd be wise to watch your tone", Hordak said.

"Aren't you tired of losing? After all, clock's ticking. Big Brother Prime could show up at any moment", Catra said.

"Even you, Catra, should fear being this bold in my presence", Hordak said.

Sam then heard clapping and turned to see…. Another Catra!

Sam asked, "two Catra's!?"

Hamill started to bleep in confusion.

"Cool trick, huh? Lord Hordak, I'd like to introduce you to Double Trouble", Catra said.

The other Catra transformed into a lizard-like creature that had blonde hair and a black suit.

"No wonder I felt something was off", Sam said.

"Apologies for being rude. I was getting into character. Did it work? Be honest. I'm always open to constructive criticism", Double Trouble said.

Hordak said, "very convincing. You even got her look of inner rage down perfectly."

Catra growled as San asked, "hey, can I request something?"

Double Trouble asked, "what?"

Sam said, "turn into me, but in dark blue robes, and a scar over the eye? Oh, and on the cheek? And a glove over the right hand."

Double Trouble shrugged as he took that form, looking exactly like Sam, and with the things added, Anakin.

Sam said, "perfect."

Hordak asked, "why did you ask him to do that?"

Sam said, "so I can do this."

Sam punched the Anakin double in the stomach.

They turned back into Double Trouble and asked in a pained voice, "w-why?!"

Sam said, "I've been wanting to punch my brother for everything he did for close to 15 years. Sorry, but that was the only way I could accomplish that. As an apology, I'll buy you lunch."

Double Trouble said, "t-thank you."

Hordak said, "also, another thing, Double Trouble, no harm is to come upon Luke and Leia Skywalker, understood?"

Double Trouble got up and said, "yes, yes. Don't harm the little ones."

Hordak glared and said, "I mean it. No harm is to come to the children, whether I lead the Horde or not. Anyone who harms them, will deal with me and my beloved."

Double Trouble asked, "well that would explain what I just saw. Are you two married or something?"

Sam's face went red as he hid his face in Hordak's chest.

"I mean because I saw you two put on those rings", Double Trouble said.

Hordak said, "yes. No! I mean, we WILL be married. Eventually. When, uh, things are less tense between the people of Etheria."

"Well, make sure to send me an invitation to the wedding", Double Trouble said.

"Sure", Catra said.

Hordak shouted, "get out!"

Double Trouble chuckled as they sauntered out of the room with a swish in their tail.

Catra gave a smug grin. Sam spotted this and said, "quit smiling. Or I'll tell Adora about those drawings of her you have in your room the next time we see her."

Catra growled as she dashed off.

Hordak looked at Sam and said, "I love the way you handled that."

"I've raised Luke and Leia my whole life, so I know what it's like to handle someone like that", Sam said.

"But Catra is not a kid", Hordak said.

"No, but she acts like one", Sam said.

Hordak said, "as you've said, if she wasn't so angry, she'd cause less problems."

Sam said, "oh, she'll learn that…. Eventually."

….

Some time later

Hordak and Sam are at the Jedi temple, training with Twilight.

Hordak was in the air meditating as rocks were floating around him.

Sam was in another part of the Temple, training with Antauri.

Hordak did not yet know of Antauri. But he would, in time.

"The force is with me", Hordak said over and over.

Hordak felt his connection to the force becoming stronger with every day he trained. But currently, he seemed to have trouble connecting with those with have passed on into the force, unlike Sam, who often spoke with old friends who had long since passed.

"Be with me, be with me…. You're not with me", Hordak said as he floated back down to the ground.

"Hordak, you must be patient", Twilight said.

Hordak said, "I'm starting to think it may be impossible. For me to speak with the dead like Sam can."

"Nothing's impossible", Twilight said as they lifted their arm and changed the room into a forest.

"Nothing's impossible…. I'm going to run the training course", Hordak said.

Twilight then handed Hordak his lightsabers.

Hordak then started to run to the training course. Running through the forest environment as Hamill followed after him. He flipped over a lot as he approached a rather large tree with a ribbon tied to a branch that was high in the air.

Hordak then jumped towards the tree and used his lightsaber to slice the ribbon in half.

Hordak grabbed the ribbon and continued to run, he then approached a rope that served as a bridge.

Hordak picked up a helmet as he turned around to see the training bot approaching him, Hordak put the helmet on and it covered his face.

He was barely able to block the shots the bot sent his way as he made his way across the bridge.

Hordak couldn't see, but he used the force as his eyes to block the shots.

He finally made it across and threw the helmet off as he dashed forward.

Hordak then ran across a log and jumped to the other side of the forest.

Hordak tried to slash at the bot, who kept dodging and he was shot in the shoulder.

Hordak ended up slicing a tree in half.

He turned to face the bot as it came forward, and he deactivated one of his sabers and grabbed a nearby tree branch.

Hordak then threw his green lightsaber as it spun in the air as it flew. The bot dodged it, but couldn't dodge the branch as Hordak hit them with it!

Just then his saber flew back at him and Hordak grabbed it as it flew back to his hand.

Hordak then started to have visions….

A dark mask.

Lightsabers clashing.

Screaming.

Crying.

And people he cared about, or fought against, all in various states of peril!

"Unce Sam", Luke shouted.

"Hordak", Leia shouted.

"Help us", Luke and Leia shouted.

"Sam!"

"Antauri!"

"Adora!"

"Hordak!"

"Catra!"

"Scorpia!"

"Hordak!"

"Entrapta!"

"Hordak!"

"Hordak!"

"HORDAK!"

"Hordak!"

Hordak was then pulled out of his vision.

"Hordak are you okay?"

Hordak turned to see Sam staring at him with worry.

Hordak said, "I... I'm not sure. More visions. Of things to come in the future."

"I think you need to rest", Sam said, "we're done with our training today, Twilight."

Twilight nodded as the simulation ended, and Sam walked over to Hordak.

"Come on, let's go." Sam said.

Hordak and Sam then began to walk towards the exit of the temple.

Sam asked, "how did your training go, Hordak?"

Hordak replied, "well, I breezed through the training course, up until the end, when I had those visions."

Sam asked, "what did you see?"

Hordak said, "a mask. Pain and suffering. Those we know, whether friend or foe, in danger. Everyone was yelling. It was... terrifying."

Sam asked, "a mask…. Could it have been…. Darth Vader you saw?"

Hordak said, "maybe. He wielded a red blade. I saw all of us... And we all looked different. Catra had short hair. Luke wore black robes with a green lightsaber. Leia wore a rather rugged outfit with a light blue saber. You had all white robes. And I had blue robes."

"Interesting. And knowing my brother…. He will kill anyone in his path to get to Luke and Leia", Sam said.

Hordak said, "Sam, I promise you, no-one will ever harm your family if I have anything to say about it."

Sam replied, "Hordak, you are a part of this family. I know you'll do everything to protect it."

Hordak smiled as he then kissed Sam on the lips.

The kiss lasted a few moments before they continued their trek back home.

….

A few hours ago.

Sam was in the simulation training with Antauri.

The two then finished their training.

"You have improved your skills Sam", Antauri said.

Sam said, "thank you, old friend. I can only hope that my skills will be enough to protect those I love. How has the Galaxy been, Antauri? I know it's been so long since our friends have heard from me and the twins."

Antauri answered, "the galaxy is slowly rising up to defend itself from the Empire. Your friends lead a grand resistance. And they continue to search for you, my friend. With Ahsoka and her family leading the search."

"I know Ahsoka and Leon. They won't stop until they find us", Sam said.

Antauri smiled.

Sam asked, "what about you?"

"I am still rescuing force sensitive younglings and bringing them to the Jedi Order", Antauri said.

Sam asked, "do the Jedi know about you yet?"

Antauri chuckled and said, "oh, I think you know the answer to that by now, my friend."

Sam asked, "have you spoken with them?"

"Yes, but only with the Jedi. A few days ago I revealed myself to the Jedi and explained to them who I am", Antauri said.

Sam said, "well, it's good to know I no longer have to keep you a secret from them."

Sam asked, "did they ask you, why you left the Jedi Order and why you don't consider yourself a Jedi anymore?"

Antauri said, "yes. It took me some time to explain everything in a way they could understand."

Sam said, "I'm glad they accepted you, but…. What about Darth Vader?"

Antauri replied, "Vader still continues his search across the galaxy for his children. His anger is what allows the rebels to slowly gain the upper hand."

"That's good news for the Rebels at least. Antauri let me know if either my friends or Vader find out where Etheria is", Sam asked.

"I will, I promise you Sam", Antauri said,then he faded away.

Sam smiled as he finished up his training and walked off to find Hordak.

….

A day later.

She-Ra and the twins were training in the temple.

"I got this", Leia shouted.

Leia was dodging a whole barrage of laser fire from several training bots!

Luke slashed several training bots in half.

"It's starting to get a bit easy", Luke said.

She-Ra destroyed several of the bots, but she was shot in the shoulder and in the back.

"Ouch! That hurt", She-Ra shouted.

Twilight appeared and said, "terribly sorry. I'm just trying to make each training session as effective as possible."

She-Ra stretched for a moment and said, "it's fine."

The session then ended.

She-Ra then transformed back into Adora.

Adora asked, "so how did we do?"

Twilight said, "all of your skills increase with every training session. With any luck, you'll soon be able to deal with any situation that comes your way."

Luke asked, "why are we always one day late to catch up with our uncle?"

Twilight said, "I have often heard that, the force wills everything to happen for a reason. And that even when things seem to be bleak, there will always be light at the end of the tunnel."

Adora said, "you really know a lot about the force, don't you Twilight?"

"When you spend years with the Jedi, their wisdom and knowledge can pass onto you", Twilight said.

Adora asked, "well, can you give us any wisdom on how the situation with the Horde could go?"

Adora meant if Twilight could predict whether or not Sam would finally end up back among them, and if he would take the other Horde members with him?

Twilight was still for a moment.

Adora asked, "Twilight?"

Twilight didn't respond.

Luke asked, "Twilight are you still here with us?"

Twilight said, "I'm sorry. I am…. Unsure…."

Luke, Leia and Adora all looked at one another in confusion.

"I do not have the Force like the Jedi that were here before you", Twilight said.

Adora said, "well, you're like a living computer. You can't calculate what might happen?"

Twilight said, "I'm not THAT kind of computer."

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to offend you", Adora said.

Twilight said, "it is alright. As for your question, all I can say is, if the force wills it, things will turn out alright."

"Okay, thank you Twilight", Leia said.

"May the force be with you my friends", Twilight said as they faded away.

Adora, Luke and Leia then walked out of the Jedi Temple….

Sorry this chapter took longer to get out. The site was acting up, so it took forever for me to get this one out.

A lot if things happen in this chapter!

And little did our heroes know how arrogant Glimmer would get as a queen.

And I'm glad I made Sam believe Entrapta didn't do anything wrong, since Hordak didn't until Double Trouble spilled the beans.
