Chapter 44: Rebuilding
Sam and Hordak were in Aiden's room.
Aiden would not let go of Sam and he kept hugging him.
He kept mumbling, "Dada. Dada. Dada", as he hugged his father.
Sam couldn't stop the dumb grin from forming on his face.
"He was really worried when you turned into the beast." Hordak said with a soft smile on his face.
Sam said, "me too. Hearing him say his first word really snapped me back to my senses."
"I wasn't expecting him to say his first word that soon", Hordak said.
Sam replied, "me neither. Makes you wonder just how fast our little boy will grow up?"
"Adora and Catra did say he will age normal like a human", Hordak said.
Sam said, "I meant as a metaphor, sweetheart."
Hordak then blushed.
"Come on little one, time for your bath", Sam said softly.
Aiden cooed as Sam and Hordak took him to the bathroom.
Sam then filled the tub with little water.
Hordak then removed Aiden's clothes and he handed him to Sam who placed him in the tub.
Aiden started giggling and splashing as Hordak grabbed some soaps for them to use in cleaning Aiden up.
Sam said with a smile on his face, "close your eyes my little angel…. Don't want to get shampoo or soap in them do you?"
Aiden giggled as he closed his eyes while clenching his little fists.
Sam then poured the water over Aiden's head as he washed his hair.
Aiden spit out a little water and giggled.
Sam then drained the water from the tub.
Hordak then used the towels to dry Aided.
Hordak then wrapped a towel around Aiden's body and picked him up.
Aiden was swaddled up in an utterly adorable manner, with only his face peeking out of the towel, smiling a toothless smile at his parents.
"Awwwww", Sam squealed.
Hordak said, "I will never get tired of that smile he has."
"Come on, let's put on his clothes and diaper", Sam said with a smile.
The two walked back into Aiden's room.
Hordak grabbed new clothes and a diaper to put on Aiden as Sam unswaddled the infant.
"Time to get you changed for your nap", Sam said with a coo.
Aiden started to yawn after hearing that.
Sam then put on Aiden's diaper and then his clothes.
Sam then put a pacifier in Aiden's mouth. He sucked on it as his eyes slowly closed, and the baby fell to sleep as he was placed into his crib.
Sam then placed the blanket over Aiden.
Sam and Hordak then kissed Aiden's forehead.
The two smiled as they slowly made their way out of the room, leaving the door open a crack so they could hear their son once he woke up.
"I need a nap as well…. After what happened…. I'm tired", Sam yawned.
Hordak then picked up Sam and carried him bridal style.
Sam giggled as Hordak carried him to their room and placed him on the bed.
Hordak then laid beside Sam and hugged him close to his chest.
"Hordak….", Sam said with a blush on his face.
Hordak said, "I was so frightened I'd lose you. I keep thanking the force that I didn't."
"I was so scared that I would…. Hurt one of you", Sam said.
Hordak rubbed Sam's back.
He said, "it's alright. I knew you'd never consciously hurt any of us. And thanks to Merrin, you didn't get the chance to."
"I just can't believe…. Vader…. My brother…. Would….", Sam said.
Hordak said, "I think I heard Obi Wan say, when your brother became Darth Vader, Anakin Skywalker ceased to be. So from. Certain point of view, Vader is not your brother. If he were still in there, we wouldn't have caused you so much pain."
"You're right…. Vader is not my brother…. Anakin would have never tried to kill me", Sam said as he laid his head against Hordak's chest.
Hordak rubbed Sam's head as he said, "maybe one day…. You will see your brother again, as you remember him…. It's wishful thinking, but if all of our struggles have taught me anything, it's that nothing's impossible."
Sam smiled softly.
Hordak then gave Sam a quick kiss on the lips.
"Sleep, my little imp", Hordak said.
Sam yawned before dozing off, with Hordak soon following….
….
Meanwhile, at the Galactic Senate.
The newly elected Senators for each planet were meeting to vote on who the new Chancellor would be.
"Now, this is going to be a tough decision to make", Glimmer said as she sat beside Mon Mothma and Bail Organa.
"Indeed. We have to be careful of who we put in charge, or we could just end up causing another Clone War", Oola said as she sat with Tarful, who was the Senator for Kashyyk, and Rex.
Since there was such a large number of clones in the galaxy, the Clones had been given rights in politics, and so Rex had been made a Senator for them.
"If only... Padme, were still here…. She would have made a perfect chancellor", Bail said with a sad sigh.
Shaak Ti, Master Yoda and Obi Wan were there as well to make sure not one of the Senators was secretly a spy for the Empire.
"Indeed. She was one of the only politicians who truly cared for the Republic. I admired her like I did my mother. Her death was one of the saddest moments in our history", said Lux Bontari, son of Padme's best friend who had joined the Separatists.
"We can only honor her sacrifice, by choosing a better leader", said Riyo ChuChi.
"So who will it be?"
The Senators free their gaze to the one who spoke.
She was Mandolorian, and had kept her face hidden by her helmet.
Bail said, "I'm sorry, I don't think we've been introduced?"
The woman said, "my name is Natalie. I was a foundling of the Mandolorians, brought into their ways."
Oola asked, "who brought you in?"
"I did", Bo Katan said, "she's earned a place among us, helping in many battles. The leaders of Mandalore, myself included, deemed her as the best choice for Senator of Mandalore."
Glimmer asked the Jedi, "can we trust her?"
Shaak Ti asked, "might we see your face? It would help build some trust."
'Natalie', said, "the family I joined on Mandalore forbids me from removing my helmet unless absolutely necessary. Until the time comes when I can remove it, my face must stay hidden to those not a part of my family."
"I can sense she is telling the truth." Obi Wan said.
"Now all we need is to decide who will be the new Chancellor", Lux said.
Glimmer said, "we can not choose anyone arrogant or power hungry."
"And make sure Vader doesn't send someone from the Empire…. To take control again", Bail said.
Shaak Ti said, "and to put a Jedi in charge might cause unease we don't need."
"Once we have made the decision, we reveal to the galaxy who will be the new Chancellor", Riyo Chuchi said.
Everyone gave variations of their agreements.
….
1 hour later.
A live video was playing through the Holonet and throughout the Galaxy.
"Lord Vader, you might want to see this", Piett said.
Vader turned away from his current task, repairing parts of his mask, when he saw the footage.
"People of the Galaxy…. The Senate has now chosen it's new Chancellor….", Rex said.
Bail said, "we made sure to carefully select who we need for this position."
"Make sure, this new Chancellor, not a spy, the Jedi have", Yoda said.
Vader glared at the Jedi Master.
Riyo said, "this new Chancellor was hand picked between many different choices."
"To make sure the New Republic brings peace to the galaxy", Oola said.
"And we made sure this new Chancellor is not arrogant or power hungry", Shaak Ti said.
"Someone who truly cares about the New Republic", Lux said.
"And the people of the Galaxy", Glimmer said.
"Here is the new Chancellor of the Republic", Obi Wan said.
The group moved back to show who would be the new Chancellor.
Vader could not believe who he was seeing.
The Chancellor of the New Republic is, the one to step forward, was 'Natalie!'
Vader asked, "who is she?"
The woman in Mandalorian armor said, "I am Natalie Wren. Mandalorian warrior, and proud confidant of Bo Katan and the other rulers of Mandalore. As you see, I have been chosen to become the new Chancellor of the New Republic…. And i promise you, I along with the senate and the Jedi will make sure to undo all the damage both Vader and the Empire has done to the Galaxy", 'Natalie' said.
Vader growled.
'How dare this woman try to rule the galaxy!'
"And mark my words…. Every life the empire and Vader has taken…. Will be avenged and the Imperials will be caught", 'Natalie' said.
People all over the galaxy began to cheer for the new Chancellor, confident that she could make a difference.
But on Mustafar, Vader was slashing at the wall in anger.
Piett took a step back as Vader growled in rage.
He looked to Piett and said, "contact every single Imperial agent and bounty hunter not working for this New Republic! I want this, 'Natalie Wren', shot to pieces!"
"But my Lord…. Several of the Imperial agents that have tried to sneak into the New Republic have been caught….", Piett said, nervous and scared.
Vader growled, "I don't care you little worm! I want her; DEAD! Her and every Senator that supports her!"
Piett asks, "what about the Skywalker twins?"
Vader growled, "I want my children back. With a limb or two missing if you must!"
"Yes, my Lord", Piett said as he ran out of the room.
Vader turned to stare at the image of 'Natalie Wren' and he growled in anger.
He asked, "who the Hell is she? She seems…. Familiar…."
….
On Naboo.
"Aiden", Rey yelled in a playful tone as she saw her little brother had thrown a ball at her again.
Aiden giggled as his sister tossed the ball back into his arms.
"Aiden…. I know you love to play ball…. But don't throw it at your sister's head", Hordak said softly.
Aiden responded by throwing the ball at Hordak.
As Hordak gave a frustrated look, Sam said, "you did say not to throw it at Rey", Aiden giggled.
"We're bored", Luke said, Grogu was beside Luke.
Leia asked beside them, "Uncle Sam, could you tell us a story?"
"I do have a few stories to tell", Sam said.
Hordak picked up Aiden and held him in his arms.
The rest of the family along with the droids sat on the couch.
Sam said, "now this first story is a real doozy…."
….
Hunter was left in charge of watching the kids.
"Hmmm…. It's time to get them back to the ship. Kids…. Time to go back to the ship", Hunter called out.
But what Hunter saw made his blood run cold.
Stormtroopers.
They were surrounding the playground they were at. And one was pointing a blaster at the kids!
"Help us", Ani cried.
"Leave us alone", Luke and Leia cried.
As a stormtrooper yelled, "shut up", Hunter activated his homing beacon so Sam could find them.
"Hey you freaks", Hunter shouted.
The Stormtroopers turned to look at Hunter.
"How dare you scare the children like that…. You're all so gonna get it", Hunter growled as he charged towards the troopers.
He was able to tackle a trooper to the ground chaos in the area began to ensue.
Screams and shouts were heard from the Stormtroopers as Hunter beat them up.
He yelled, "you don't hurt my friends, you rats in bucket helmets!"
"Kid's cover your ears and look away", Hunter said.
The kids did what Hunter said.
"I'm now going to kick your ass", Hunter yelled as he charged forward.
The kids snuck a glance at the brutality Hunter showed against the troopers for threatening them.
Hunter let out karate yells as he beat up the stormtroopers!
Helmets went flying at the onslaught!
Hunter kept on beating up the stormtroopers as they let out cries of pain!
One even screamed, "please, make it end! I can't take anymore!"
30 minutes later.
When Sam arrived…. He was shocked at the sight.
Stormtrooper armor littered the entire area as Hunter sat atop several unconscious men.
Sam asked, "uhhh…. What happened here?"
Luke pointed at Hunter and said, "he went full mama bear mode."
Sam said as he giggled, "really Hunter?"
Hunter shrugged and said, "nobody hurts the kids and gets away with it."
Sam said, "fair enough."
….
Present.
"I remember how Hunter beat them up so bad", Leia said with a giggle.
Luke laughed and said, "yeah. Stormtroopers kept talking about; 'the vicious Hunter!'"
Sam laughed, "Vicious Hunter!? How about Mama bear Hunter!?"
Everyone began cackling like madmen at the joke Sam had told, as well as the image Hunter in motherly attire beating up Imperials.
"Wait, that reminds of that one time….", Sam said as he wiped his tears.
Same began another hilarious tale….
….
Sam was speaking with Hunter…. When they heard a cry.
Omega cried in pain as she held her leg.
Hunter ran to Omega faster than anyone could even blink!
Hunter asked softly, "Omega what's wrong?"
Omega cried as she said, "m-my leg! My leg!"
Sam asked softly, "what happened to your leg?"
"Someone kicked me", Omega cried.
Hunter gave a murderous look as he asked, "who?"
Omega then pointed to the person. Hunter immediately went forward and grabbed the man by the back of their shirt.
"You are going to regret…. Hurting Omega", Hunter yelled.
The man who pushed Omega started flailing around, trying to get away.
Hunter growled as he then tackled the person, "why you!?"
Sam quickly covered Omega's eyes so she wouldn't see the carnage that was about to ensue.
Hunter let out karate yells as he starts fighting the person until they roll outside and the doors slam shut.
Hunter cracked his knuckles and said, "nobody hurts my family."
Then a scream was heard as everyone inside winced at the sound.
Sam covered Omega's eyes from the carnage.
The person who Hunter had beat up peaked his head through the door.
He said, "whoever's the owner of a white land speeder, ya left your lights on."
He walked in with a drum around his neck!
The Bad Batch had their mouths hanging in shock.
Sam asked, "what the...?"
When the man sat down in a chair, they could hear the sound of a horn in his stomach!
Tech said, "I…. I both do and don't wanna know how he did that."
"Me too", Echo said.
Hunter walked inside with his arms crossed.
Omega asked, "Hunter?"
Hunter pulled Omega into his arms, hugging her close to them.
"It's okay Omega…. I'll make sure no one tries to hurt you again", Hunter said softly.
Omega smiled as she hugged Hunter back.
….
Present
"Remind me to never get on Hunter's bad side", Luke laughed.
Everyone in the room said, "agreed."
"Speaking of which, something similar like that happened with Bane when he was looking after Ani….", Sam said as he giggled.
Everyone leaned in to better hear this next story….
….
Cad Bane was enjoying a drink. Leon and Ahsoka had left him in charge of Ani.
Ani then cried out in pain.
Bane was instantly on his feet and running to Ani to see what had happened.
Ani was holding his leg as he cried in pain.
Bane quickly got down and put some bacta over the sound as he asked Ani, "what happened?"
"Someone kicked me…. And I got a cut from it", Ani cried.
Bane hugged Ani before spotting the jerk who did the kicking.
"Cover your ears and look away", Bane said softly to Ani.
Ani did what Bane told him to do.
Bane walked over to the jerk with an angry look on his face and he grabbed them by the neck.
"Why, you...! Why I oughta….", Bane growled as he tackled the person and starts fighting him until they roll outside and the doors slam shut
Ani hears the brutality going on outside as Bane makes the man pay for hurting him.
A scream of pain was heard and everyone inside had looks of horror and scared looks on their faces.
The man peaked his head inside.
He said, "frankly, I have no idea how he did this…."
He walked in and had a horn tied around his neck.
Everyone inside was gasping in shock as the man walked inside.
He also had a drum stuck on one of his feet!
Bane then walked inside and dusted off his hands.
He walked over to Ani and placed his hat on the boy's head, before saying, "come on. Let's go."
Bane then picked up Ani and carried him.
"I love you uncle Bane", Ani giggled.
Bane said, "I…. I love you too, kid."
….
Presen
Everyone was laughing.
Hordak said, "our friends and family have quite the history!"
"Yeah, lots of funny stuff in their lives", Leia laughed.
"I agree", Rey laughed.
Sam said, "well, you've seen the crowd our family runs with. A very strange group."
Aiden and Grogu giggled.
Luke asked, "have any more stories, Uncle?"
Sam said, "oh, indeed I do…. And it's one for the ages…."
...
"Uh…. Ahsoka…. Leon…. Obi Wan…. Shaak Ti? You might want to come here fast", Anakin said in a worried tone.
The group ran inside, and saw a sight that confused and scared all of them.
Sam was sitting on the floor.
As…. A baby.
Baby Sam cooed.
Ahsoka said, "uh, Master…. Why is Sam a baby?"
Anakin picked up his baby brother and held him in his arms.
"You ask me! I just walked into his room and I found him like this", Anakin said with a shocked look on his face.
Baby Sam giggled as he hugged his brother.
Obi Wan said, "I sense this has something to do with NightSister magic."
Leon said, "again?!"
Quarrie said, "let me guess…. Darth Sidious again?"
Sam began whimpering as Anakin said, "I think it's best if we get this taken care of. Some of us should watch Sam as the others go get someone to cure Sam."
Ahsoka asked, "okay, who will go search for the nightsister?"
Leon said, "I'll go to Dathomir."
Anakin said, "I'll stay here to watch my brother."
Quarrie asked, "what about the rest of us? Should we help look after Sam?"
Ahsoka said, "I'll go with Leon. Quarrie, you should help watch Sam."
Quarrie said, "okay, I'm down with that."
Anakin asked the Jedi masters, "what about you two?"
Obi Wan said, "I'll go with Leon and Ahsoka."
Shaak Ti said, "and I'll stay with Sam and the others."
"Okay, good luck", Quarrie said.
"I just hope we find the Nightsister who did this to Sam", Leon said.
"Let's bring a few of the clones with us", Ahsoka said as they walked out of the room.
Baby Sam kept on hugging Anakin.
"He really loves you Anakin", Quarrie said.
"Mama…. Mama….", Baby Sam said.
Anakin said, "what the?! I'm not a mama!"
Quarrie couldn't stop laughing at that.
Shaak Ti was chuckling as well.
"Mama! Mama", Baby Sam giggled.
Anakin groaned in exasperation at his brother calling him that.
"We can look after him, Anakin", Quarrie said.
Anakin then handed his little brother to Shaak Ti.
But as soon as Baby Sam was in Shaak Ti's arms, he started to cry.
Shaak Ti began to rock him, saying, "shh, shh, it's okay. It's alright."
But Sam wouldn't stop crying and he reached his arms towards Anakin.
"Mama! Mama! Mama", Sam wailed as he thrashed his arms.
Quarrie said, "here, let me try."
Shaak Ti handed Sam to Quarrie, and his crying began to quiet down a little.
But soon Sam began to cry again.
"Oh come on", Anakin groaned.
"Mama! Mama! Mama", Sam cried as he stretched his arms towards Anakin.
Anakin groaned as he took Sam back from Quarrie, finally getting the baby to call down as he hugged his brother.
Sam giggled as he hugged Anakin.
"He really loves you Anakin", Quarrie chuckled.
Anakin chuckled and said, "well, I am his brother. So he must at least recognize me a little."
Sam hugged Anakin around the neck as he giggled.
Anakin patted the boys back as he giggled.
Sam gave Anakin kisses on his cheek.
"Awww, that looks cute", Quarrie said.
"I agree", Shaak Ti smiled.
Anakin said, "I guess so. I'm just hoping the others find someone to fix this."
"Well we'll leave you alone for a bit", Quarrie said.
"If you need us, just give us a call", Shaak Ti said.
Sam started to fuss.
Anakin asked, "what's wrong now?"
That's when he started to smell something bad.
He cringed as he realized he had to perform a diaper change.
"Gross! I'm not going to like this one bit", Anakin groaned.
He carried Sam over to a table and began to change his diaper.
Soon Anakin was done.
Sam then started to fuss again.
Anakin groaned, "now what!?"
Sam pointed to his mouth.
Anakin asked, "you're hungry?"
Sam nodded as Anakin quickly sped to the fridge to find anything to give him.
"No…. No…. No…. There", Anakin said as he found a bottle of blue milk.
Anakin asked, "want some blue milk?"
Sam squealed as he waved his arms around.
Anakin picked up his brother and started feeding him the blue milk.
Sam began drinking it down very quickly.
Anakin pulled the bottle away as Sam had been drinking it too fast.
Sam whined.
"You need to drink your milk a bit slower", Anakin said to his little brother.
Sam nodded as Anakin gave him the bottle back, and he started drinking it slowly again.
Soon enough, Sam was finished with the milk.
Anakin placed Sam on his shoulder and pats his back.
Sam let out a burp.
"Okay…. That was cute", Anakin smiled.
"Mama", Sam giggled as he hugged Anakin.
Anakin groaned and said, "I'm not your mama. I'm your brother. Remember?"
"Mama", Sam giggled as he hugged his brother.
Anakin groaned but he smiled.
"I'll take you to Padme", Anakin said with a smile.
Anakin started carrying his brother through the building, making his way towards Padme's office.
Anakin had wrapped Sam in a blanket.
"Mama", Sam squealed.
"Shhhhh", Anakin said.
Soon Anakin made it to Padme's office.
Anakin knocked on the door, going, "come on…. Come on…."
Padme then opened the door and Anakin quickly ran inside.
Padme asked, "what's the rush my dear?"
Anakin said, "another case of NightSister magic. Which resulted in a certain problem."
Padme asked, "and what's that?"
Anakin removed the blanket from Sam's face and Padme saw him.
Padme asked, "uh…. Ani? Is that…. Sam?"
Anakin nodded as he said, "another magic spell from a NightSister. Darth Sidious must've forced another curse on him."
Anakin removed the blanket from Sam.
"Mama", Sam giggled as he hugged Anakin.
Padme giggled as Anakin groaned and said, "I'm not your mama."
"Mama! Mama", Sam squealed as he hugged Anakin.
Sam began pulling on Anakin's ears as he said, "honey, please, help me."
Padme giggled as she went over and pulled Sam off Anakin.
"Now you stay here, sweetie", Padme said softly to Sam as she placed him on the couch.
Sam stared at Anakin and Padme with wide and curious eyes.
"Now stay here little brother, I'm going to have a talk with my wife", Anakin said softly as he pats Sam's head.
Sam started chewing on his shirt to entertain himself as Anakin and Padme walked into a nearby room.
"Padme, I need your help…. Sam has been clinging to me all day and he won't stop calling me mama", Anakin groaned.
Padme asked, "what do you want me to do? He's your brother, and I doubt he's gonna stop until he gets back to normal."
Unknown to the two, Sam had crawled off the Couch.
Sam cooed as he crawled out of the room.
"I also need advice on how to look after him…. Since almost every person who tries to grab him causes him to cry", Anakin said.
Padme said, "well, then we've gotta try to break that habit. Get him to cling to someone else."
Anakin asked, "speaking of which, where is he?"
"I left him on the couch", Padme said.
The two walked back into the room..and to their shock…. Sam wasn't there.
Padme called out, "Sam?"
Anakin yelled, "ah, crap baskets! We shouldn't have left him alone! We gotta find him before someone tries to grab him!"
The two ran out of the hallway.
Anakin then saw Sam crawl into an elevator.
"Sam", Anakin shouted as he ran towards his little brother.
Sam giggled as the doors started to close.
Just as Anakin was about to reach him, the doors closed and Anakin crashed face first into them.
Sam giggled as he clapped his hands as the elevator went down.
"Honey, are you alright", Padme said as she ran to Anakin.
Anakin rubbed his most and said, "fine. Let's hurry down so we can get to him."
Anakin and Padme began running down the nearby stairs in order to do so.
Sam had just crawled out of the elevator and he giggled as he crawled towards the door.
Sam had crawled outside.
Sam squealed in delight as he crawled.
Anakin and Padme had just finished running down the stairs.
"I'm never taking the stairs again", Padme said as she was out of breath.
Anakin breathed, "same here. Now come on. He can't have gone far!"
Sam was now crawling through a crowd who did not notice the little infant.
"Look what we have here."
Sam looked up to see three men who looked like thieves staring at him with creepy grins.
"Looks like this kid got himself lost?"
Sam, feeling scared, let out a loud….
"MAAAAAMAAAAA!"
This instantly got to Anakin and Padme's ears.
"Was that-" Padme asked before….
Anakin dashed off in a flash to where the screaming was.
Anakin came back for a moment and picked up Padme bridal style, he then ran off in a flash again.
Sam tried to crawl away, but one of the thieves grabbed him.
"Where do you think you are going?"
Sam started to cry.
Sam cried, "MAMA!"
Before the head thief could blink, Anakin barreled into them and began punching them with their robotic hand as Padme grabbed Sam.
Padme covered Sam's eyes.
Anakin let out karate yells as he beat up the thieves.
Smoke covered the brawl as Anakin made the thieves pay for trying to take Sam!
Boots and hats were flying in the air as Anakin kept beating up the thieves!
Soon Anakin was finished as he walked back to Padme and he dusted his hands.
"Mama", Sam cried as he reached his arms towards Anakin.
Anakin hugged his brother close and said, "I'm so sorry Sam. I'm not letting you out of my sight again until you're cured."
Sam giggled as he hugged his brother around the neck.
"Aw! This is so cute", Padme said.
Anakin said, "come on. Let's get home."
….
1 hour later.
Anakin was in Sam's room in the Jedi Temple.
Anakin was tickling his little brother.
He was still waiting for word on Leon and the others.
He hoped his brother would be back to normal soon.
"Mama! Mama! Mama", Sam squealed as he waved his arms around.
Anakin smiled.
He said, "maybe this isn't so bad afterall."
Sam then started to point to his mouth.
Anakin chuckled, "hungry again?"
Sam nodded as Anakin went into the kitchen to get him some more blue milk.
Anakin then came back with the blue milk and he started to feed Sam.
Just as Anakin was starting to feed Sam, the doors to the room opened.
Anakin turned to see the others all entering the room. With them was a Nightsister.
"Awwww", Ahsoka said as she saw Anakin feeding Sam.
Anakin said, "zip it Snips. Did you guys find a cure for…. This?"
"Yes, we found the nightsister who can cure him", Obi Wan said.
"Mama", Sam squealed as he hugged Anakin.
Everyone snickered as Anakin said, "can we just get this over with? The whole mama thing is starting to drive me nuts."
Anakin then placed Sam down.
"Mama! Mama", Sam cried out.
Anakin said, "just calm down. I'll hold ya in a second."
"Man, your little brother loves you that much", Leon giggled.
Anakin asked, "just tell me how we can cure him?"
The Nightsister said, "I must have total silence, and the child must stay in place, so I may return him back to his proper age."
"I think that might be a bit hard to do", Leon said as he pointed to Sam who was crawling towards Anakin.
"Mama! Mama", Sam said as he hugged Anakin's leg.
Anakin said, "Sam, you need to sit still. Please?"
Anakin then knelt down and placed Sam in the middle of the room.
Anakin then kissed Sam's forehead.
Sam clenched his fists as he tried to keep himself sitting in the middle of the room.
The Nightsister then started to chant a spell.
Magic began to swirl through the air, and slowly circled Sam.
Then a green light glowed brightly throughout the room and everyone closed their eyes.
Quarrie asked, "did it work?"
Slowly, the smoke began to clear, and they all saw Sam standing there, the appropriate age!
Sam was wearing his normal clothes.
Sam asked as he rubbed his head, "what happened?"
Anakin said, "more strange magic. This time it turned you into a baby."
Sam cried out in shock, "a baby?!"
Quarrie said, "yep. It was super awkward for most of us."
Anakin then hugged his brother.
He said, "please tell me I didn't do anything stupid?"
"Well…. You did call Anakin Mama", Ahsoka giggled.
Everyone couldn't help but snicker as Sam held an embarrassed look.
"And you wouldn't let anyone else hold you unless it was me", Anakin smirked.
Sam groaned at his actions.
….
Present.
"Oh my force", Luke laughed.
"I would have loved to have seen that", Leia laughed.
Sam said, "well thank the force that that spell was lost a long time ago. And that no-one can use it again."
Hordak hugged Sam close to him.
He said, "thank you for sharing so many fun stories today, my little imp."
Sam said, "it was no problem."
And thus ended another great day for the family….
