Chapter 53: The Phantom Menace
It was now the start of the 5th year of the New Republic.
Padme asked as she was in her office, "what?! Are you sure!?"
The head guard of the prison said, "yes. Darth Vader has escaped, and it looks like the X-Wing he stole was headed for Mustufar."
"I'll contact the Jedi Order…. Vader needs to be caught", Padme said with fear.
"They already know."
Padme looked up to see Sam and Hordak walking into the office.
"Sam! Hordak", Padme said as she walked over to them.
Hordak said, "we have all available Jedi and soldiers looking for Vader. If he's headed to Mustafar, we'll find him."
"We came as fast as we could", Glimmer yelled with Bow beside her.
Adora ran inside with Catra behind her.
Padme asked, "how could Vader have escaped?"
Adora suggested, "he must have had help."
Catra asked, "but who could have…. Oh…."
Sam said, "indeed. It's him…."
….
Meanwhile, on Mustafar.
Vader was on Mustafar as he slashed his way through the trees and troopers.
As he stalked towards an ancient statue, he growled, "it better be here…."
Vader then used the force to throw a rock at a clone trooper who was running towards him.
Another tried shooting at him, but Vader stopped the bolt in midair and sent it back into his chest.
Vader then slashed the statue in half and he found inside, a strange blinking artifact.
Vader said, "the wayfinder…."
Vader was then back in the X-Wing as the wayfinder led the ship.
It led him to a planet all the way on the other side of the galaxy.
Exegol.
"I have never seen or heard of this planet before", Vader said.
Vader landed on the planet, where a constant storm was brewing. He exited his ship and ignited his saber to light his way as he entered a frightening looking temple.
Vader then saw various machines inside.
"At last", the voice said.
Vader saw a figure hanging from a machine of some kind in the shadows.
Vader growled, "how…. How are you still alive?"
"Alive? Hehehe. In a manner of speaking…."
Lightning illuminates the figure's face, revealing them to be…. Palpatine!
It's clear that, whatever Palpatine has been using to sustain himself, hasn't been kind to him. His body is frail, his skin pale, his eyes empty. Vader lifts his saber, holding it mere inches away from Palpatine's throat.
He growls, "how did you come back?"
Palpatine smiled and said, "the force is a pathway to many things others consider to be…. Unnatural. My spirit stuck around, and possessed my own body…."
Vader growled, "give me a reason not to end you right now?"
Palpatine said, "all of these years I've spent here…. Building a new army. A grand army. More powerful than the Empire. I call it the First Order!"
A massive fleet of Star Destroyers break through the icy surface of Exegol.
Vader asked, "how did you make all of this?"
"Even before my death, I prepared for my ultimate plan. The might of the First Order will soon be ready. It will be yours if you do as I ask", Palpatine said.
Vader lowered his weapon and asked, "what must I do?"
"End the Jedi", Palpatine growled.
Vader asked, "and what of my family?"
"I'm afraid they must be killed…. They are a threat to the First order", Palpatine said with anger.
Vader pointed his saber at his throat again and growled, "if I can't have my family…. Then what am I doing this for?!"
"You don't understand Vader…. I meant your twin…. And his family must be killed…. But if your wife or children can't be turned to the dark side….", Palpatine said.
Vader said, "I will turn them…. My brother and his family won't stand in my way!"
"Then you can have back your empire and role as the emperor", Palpatine said.
Vader growled, "all I want…. Is my family…."
Palpatine smirked.
He said, "and you will have it…. Once the Jedi are no more…. But I will give you a little bit of help."
Vader asked, "what kind of help?"
"A few of the first order fleet will help you", Palpatine said with a smirk on his face.
Vader looked at Palpatine and asked, "where do I start?"
Palpatine began cackling in glee!
….
Meanwhile, at the Jedi Temple on Coruscant.
Perfuma asked, "I wonder what they called us for?"
The rest of the princesses from Etheria were in the temple as well.
"Must be something important", Prime said.
"We've decoded the intel from what the spy sent us", Entrapta said.
"And it confirms the worst", Hordak said with a sigh.
"Somehow, Palpatine has returned", Sam said with fear.
Obi Wan asked, "how's this possible? From what Sam and Master Yoda have told us, Antauri gave him a disease, and he died shortly after the Empire was formed."
Scorpia said, "the spy's Intel reported that Palpatine's spirit is possessing his own dead body. Some sort of Sith power that's a parallel to that ghost thing your master learned."
Prime asked, "but then how long has he been alive?"
Hordak said, "I think you mean undead."
Prime replied, "whatever."
Entrapta, "he's been using various technologies to sustain his body, and has spent years gathering resources for this, 'First Order', as they call it."
Netossa asked, "First Order?"
"I don't like the sound of it", Frosta said.
Spinerrella asked, "what are their plans, other than to create chaos?"
Bow said, "the spy said they've been trying to recreate the technology the Death Star used. Several of those Destroyers fire on a planet, and in a matter of minutes, boom."
Everyone gasped.
"We can't let that happen", Adora shouted.
"We have to stop this before it can happen", Swift Wind yelled.
Sam said, "and we will. We have to find this…. Exegol, they talked about. Han has a contact searching for another one of those Wayfinder things."
Mermista asked, "who is the contact?"
Luke replied, "Lando Callirisian. Former owner of the Millennium Falcon."
"Lando? I haven't heard from him in a long time", Leia said.
"The last time I saw him was when he and Chewie were left in charge of watching the Falcon, when you guys went to search for Etheria", Hera said.
Han said, "he's been leading the people of Cloud City after the war ended. Don't ask me how he earned that position. He still won't tell me."
"Either way we need to find that wayfinder…. It's our only way of stopping the First Order", Luminara said.
"And Vader", Padme said.
Sam said, "Hordak and I will go to meet up with Lando. Who's coming?"
Chewie raised his hand.
Han said, "ugh, well if he's going, count me in."
Hamill jumped up in agreement.
"We're going too", Luke and Leia said.
"Count me in", Adora said.
"I must go as well", Padme said.
Catra said, "and don't think you can go without me!"
BB8 beeped his agreement as Threepio said, "I would like to come as well."
"We're going too", Ahsoka said as she and Leon walked forward.
"Don't forget about me", Obi Wan said.
Sam said, "okay, we shouldn't take too many people. We need people to stay behind if the First Order tries anything."
"Right you are, Master Skywalker", Yoda said.
"We should let all the Jedi temples on each planet be on alert and to be careful", Kit Fisto said.
Sam said, "a good idea. We need the whole Galaxy to be on alert. Hordak and I will take Chewie, Han, Adora, Catra, BB8, Hamill, Threepio, Luke and Leia."
"Padme…. You must be protected at all times", Shaak Ti said.
"Ahsoka and I will head to Naboo to protect your family Sam", Leon said.
Sam said, "thank you. Both of you. We need all hands on deck for this. We have to make sure Palpatine, this time, is gone for good."
"And so is the empire", Adora said.
Catra said, "we'll be behind you the whole way, Sam."
Hordak said, "indeed my love, indeed."
Sam nods his head.
"Let's hurry…. The fate of the galaxy is in our hands", Sam said.
The group then began scattering to do what they needed to do to save the galaxy again.
….
Sam and Hordak were in the Ebon Hawk.
Sam asked the twins, "you all strapped in back there?"
Like and Leia nodded as Hamill jumped onto Luke's shoulders.
Catra and Adora walked in with BB8, Hamill and Threepio behind them.
Han called in from the Falcon and said, "me and Chewie are ready whenever you guys are."
"Hamill, put in the coordinates for the planet of Pasaana", Sam said to his droid.
Hamill beeped as he plugged his tail into the controls.
The Ebon Hawk and Millenium Falcon took off and began making their way to their destination.
Padme watched through the window of her office the ships take off into Hyperspace.
"Everything is going to be okay, Padme", Hunter said.
Padme said, "I hope you're right…. I'll never get used to them going off on these adventures…."
Hunter placed his hand on Padme's shoulder.
"May the force be with them", Padme whispered.
Hunter said, "right. What you said."
On the Executor.
Piett asked, "Lord Vader, what are your plans?"
Vader said, "we must find Skywalker and his team. I shall head to Naboo for some…. Leverage…."
Piett felt tense after hearing that.
Piett asked, "what do you want us to do with Skywalker and his team?"
"Keep them occupied…. While I head to Naboo", Vader said.
Piett said, "y-yes, Lord Vader…."
Vader then walked away.
Piett was left there thinking, wondering just what his plans were….
….
The Ebon Hawk and Falcon came out of hyperspace.
They made their landing on Pasaana, hiding their ships in a place they hoped the First Order wouldn't find.
The group were walking through the desert and down below the hill, there seemed to be a festival going on.
Adora asked, "what is this?"
"The Aki-Aki Festival of the Ancestors. This celebration occurs only once every 42 years", Threepio said.
Han said, "well, lucky us."
Threepio said, "oh, indeed we are. This is truly a one of a kind moment."
Everyone turned and looked at Threepio, making him turn and look behind himself.
Luke asked, "are you sure we will find Lando here Han?"
Chewie growled in response.
Han said, "yes, I'm sure. We figured it'd be a safer meeting here than at Cloud City."
The group then walked down the hill.
Catra asked, "why's that?"
Han said, "the First Order will be searching the major systems for what they need."
The group walked through the people who were dancing and partying.
"After what I did for the other desert planets…. I plan to do the same to this planet and turn it into a much more beautiful place", Adora said.
Catra said, "I agree…. How can these people stand the heat?"
Hordak said, "they were born in this environment, so they're used to it."
Sam said, "right. Like how the Tullz were born to survive the cold."
"Search around…. We might find some people who know Lando or if he is still here", Adora said.
Sam and Hordak went off with Hamill and BB8 as Han went off with Leia and Chewie and Luke went off with Adora, Catra and Threepio.
As Sam and Hordak were searching, Sam saw a group of children watching a play.
The children were laughing.
Sam smiled at the sight.
Hordak patted his back and said, "it's nice to know we'll have plenty of moments like that in the future."
"And hopefully in a much more peaceful galaxy with no more Sith or Empire", Sam said.
Luke approached with the others as a little girl approached Catra.
The little girl asked in her language, "who are you?"
"I'm Catra…. Skywalker", Catra said with a smile.
Adora gave a bright smile as she hugged her wife, happy to hear her use the Skywalker name.
BB8 beeped.
Leia asked, "what is it BB8?"
Hamill and BB8 beeped.
"They want us to follow them…. They say they found Lando", Sam said with a smile on his face.
The group quickly ran after the droids as they dashed forward, but all stopped as a Stormtrooper pointed a blaster at them and yelled, "FREEZE!"
"Hold it right there. I've located the Jedi. All units, report-", the Stormtrooper said before an arrow hit him in the head killing him.
They all turned to see a man in a disguise of some kind standing there with a crossbow.
"Follow me", the man said.
The group followed the man.
They all piled into a large vehicle of some kind. As they shut the doors, Hordak asked, "who are you?"
The man removed his helmet revealing it to be Lando!
He said, "someone you called."
"Lando", Han said as he and Chewie hugged their friend.
"Wookies standout in a crowd. It was easy for me to spot you", Lando said with a chuckle.
Luke said, "so, you have information we can use to find Exegol?"
Lando replied, "indeed I do kid."
Luke said, "kid? I'm only slightly younger than you."
"Luke", Sam said in a stern tone.
"We need to find a Wayfinder…. It's the only way we can get to Exegol", Hordak said.
Lando said, "you're in luck. I've been tracking down an ancient artifact that's said to be able to point the way to the Wayfinder. The guy who had it, Ochi, is long dead, but his ship is in the desert, where the artifact should be."
"Okay, then that's a good place to start", Adora said.
Catra said, "we better get going before more stormtroopers show up."
Engines were then heard whirring in the distance.
Luke looked out through the window to see Tie fighters!
"I got a bad feeling about this. Ochi's ship is out past Lurch Canyon. Go", Lando said.
Han asked, "what about you?"
Lando said, "I can't risk them finding me. That would put Cloud City in more danger."
"Get to Coruscant…. You'll be safe there", Catra said.
Lando nods his head.
"Come on", Hordak shouted as they ran out.
"We can use those speeders", Leia shouted as she pointed to them.
Luke yelled, "I see them- wait, Leia", as she ran over to a speeder and started powering it up. Han, Chewie and him ran over to her and got on hers.
"Quick, get on", Adora shouted as she and Catra got on a speeder.
Sam and Hordak got on one as well with Hamill, BB8 and Threepio.
The speeders then took off.
A stormtrooper was watching them from a hill.
"We spotted the fugitives", the trooper said into his comlink.
They heard the order, "terminate them all, except the Skywalker Twins!"
The trooper said, "understood. Over and out."
The group were racing through the desert as there Stormtroopers behind them.
Then two Stormtroopers were flying in the air.
Threepio shouted in fear, "they fly now!"
Han asked, "they fly now?!"
Leia said matter of factly, "they fly now."
Sam yelled, "they flew during the clone wars, you jackasses!"
The two speeders then spilt up.
"Look out", Leia shouted.
The stormtrooper was firing blasts at the ground.
Luke activated his saber and started deflecting the bolts back at the trooper.
"Okay, that's it", Sam shouted as he used the force to freeze the trooper in the air.
Han used that chance to shoot the trooper's jetpack causing it to explode.
BB8 saw some sort of air tank and quickly zapped it, making it fly into another trooper!
It released a yellow gas causing the trooper to crash into a rock!
"Way to go BB8", Luke cheered.
BB8 beeped.
"Never underestimate a droid!" Hordak shouted.
Catra was steering the speeder.
Chewie growled as he tried to shoot at the trooper.
Hamill beeped.
"He keeps missing", Threepio said.
"I'll handle this", Adora said as she raised her hand in the air and the sword appeared.
"For the Honor of the…. Jedi Order", Adora shouted.
She swung the sword, And it sent out a huge surge of electricity that hit several troopers in midair, causing them to crash into a mountain!
Catra yelled, "Adora, if we weren't in danger right now, I'd pull over and kiss you!"
She-Ra blushed then she fired an energy blast at the trooper riding a speeder, causing it to crash!
….
Naboo.
Aiden asked, "so you think Dad and Papa are okay?"
Rey, who was holding Angela, said, "I'm sure they'll be fine. They're very strong Jedi."
Ahsoka was holding Junior in her arms as she tickled his stomach.
Melog was curled up around Finn.
Junior was giggling as he waved his arms around.
Grogu was playing with Aiden.
Leon was cooking some lunch for the kids, with Ani helping him.
Obi Wan was outside meditating.
"Hey everyone…. Lunch is ready", Leon shouted.
Obi Wan got to his feet, but just as he turned towards the house, he stopped with a scared look on his face.
He said, "I sense something. A presence I've not felt since…. Oh no…."
Obi Wan turned to look up in the sky, and saw a sight he hoped he wouldn't see again.
The Executor!
Obi Wan ran to the house as fast as his legs could carry him!
Ahsoka and Leon were feeding Junior and Angela blue milk.
That's when Obi Wan burst into the room, a terrified look upon his face.
Rey asked as she held Grogu in her arms, "Uncle Obi Wan, what's wrong?"
Obi Wan said, "we need to get out of here, now, as fast as we can!"
Aiden asked, "why? What's wrong?"
Ahsoka and Leon along with Ani then sensed it as well.
Leon said, "he's here…. And he's after…. Oh Force…."
Rey asked, "who's here?"
"No time…. We have to get you kids out of here and to safety", Ahsoka said.
Leon said, "Sam had a secret passage built into the house in case of a home invasion. Come on."
Leon and Ahsoka along with Obi Wan and Melog led the kids to the secret passage.
Junior and Angela started to whimper.
Ahsoka and Leon then put pacifiers into their mouths.
"Don't worry…. we won't let him harm you", Leon said softly.
'Papa…. Dad…. Help us…. The First Order is here…. On…. Naboo', Rey said through the force.
The group started making their way through a tunnel that would lead them far away from Vader.
Vader broke through the front door with his lightsaber.
He shouted, "knock knock!"
Vader walked inside the home with 3 Inquisitors behind him and with Stormtroopers as well.
Vader said, "search the house. They can't have gone far…."
….
Back on Pasaana.
The speeder chase had stopped.
Just as the group was getting off the speeders.
Sam and Hordak heard…. Rey…. Through the force….
They both gasped in fear at what she told them.
Vader was after them!
Catra asked, "what's wrong you two?"
Sam said, "we gotta find Ochi's ship and fast! Vader's on Naboo!"
The others gasped.
Han asked, "why would Vader be on Naboo?"
Luke said, "why do you think? He's after the kids!"
"If he so as much hurts one of them….", She-Ra growled.
"Here is what we can do…. Hordak, you and BB8 use the speeder to get the Ebon Hawk as fast as you can…. And you can get to Naboo to save our family", Sam said as he held his husband's hands.
Hordak said, "alright. I promise I'll get to them and keep them safe…. You go find Ochi's ship as soon as you can."
Sam then gave Hordak a kiss on the lips.
"Be careful", Sam said.
Hordak hugged Sam and said, "you too."
Luke and Leia went over to hug their uncle.
"Please be careful, Uncle Hordak", Luke said.
Leia said, "and please save the others."
Hordak said, "I will. I promise."
Hordak then got back on the speeder and BB8 followed him and got on.
"May the force be with you", Sam said.
Hordak said, "and may it be with you, my little imp."
And with that, Hordak and BB8 were off to rescue their friends and family!
"Come on…. Let's head to that ship and see if we can find the Wayfinder", She-Ra said as she led the group.
As they followed her, Sam's mind was a whirlwind of worry.
He kept praying to the force that Hordak would arrive in time to stop Vader.
Soon the group made it to Ochi's ship.
She-Ra used her strength to open the doors to the ship.
"It's so dusty in here", Catra said as she waved her hand.
Han said, "Chewie and I will see if this thing has any juice. The rest of you guys look around for whatever this Ochi guy had."
The others began to search through the ship.
….
On Naboo.
Ahsoka, Leon and Obi Wan led the kids through the tunnels.
Finn was riding Melog.
Then a red lightsaber stabbed through the roof!
"Run kids", Ahsoka shouted.
The kids ran with Melog as Ahsoka and Leon stayed behind to fight a familiar face.
Obi Wan carried in his arms Angela and Sam Jr.
'PAPA…. HELP US', Rey shouted through the force.
But as luck would have it, the Ebon Hawk landed outside of the mansion!
As Hordak ran out, two Inquisitors ran at him from the shadows.
He worked quickly and used the force to fling them away! One was going into a tree, a branch going through their chest!
"PAPA", Rey and Aiden cried out as they ran to hug their father.
Angela, Junior and Grogu cried as they reached their arms towards their father.
Hordak hugged them all and looked to Obi Wan to ask, "where are Ahsoka and Leon?"
"They are fighting Darth Vader", Obi Wan said.
"Well we can't waste any time…. Come we have to get you kids out of here", Hordak said.
Aiden asked as he pointed at the left wing of the ship, "Papa, what's that on the ship?"
BB8 rolled out of the ship screaming.
"It's a bomb", Obi wan shouted.
"Take cover", Rey shouted.
The group all ducked for cover as one of the engines to the Ebon Hawk blew off!
Hordak peeked at the ship and said, "Sam's gonna be so pissed about that."
Aiden asked as he was riding Melog as well with Finn hugging him, "what do we do now Papa?"
"We must head to the Jedi Temple…. There must be a ship there for us to take", Hordak said.
"Let's not waste any time", Obi wan said as they all ran.
….
In the Skywalker Mansion.
Ahsoka, Ani and Leon all had their Lightsabers activated as they saw Vader.
Vader growled, "you don't have to die today. Tell me where the children are, and I'll let you go."
"Never", Leon growled.
"We won't let you harm Sam and Hordak's children", Ahsoka growled as she held her two lightsabers in a reverse grip.
Vader growled, "don't make me do this. My quarrels are only with my brother and his family. I just want my wife and children!"
"And you think by kidnapping your brother's children you are gonna make your wife and children join you", Ani shouted.
Vader said, "this is my only option! You don't understand!"
Leon said, "really? I'm a father, Anakin…. I would do anything for Ahsoka and Ani…. Anything but hurt innocent people."
Ahsoka asked, "is it because of Palpatine?"
Vader growled, "I must do what he says, if I have any hope of getting my family back!"
"It's not the right way! Anakin…. Please…. You must….", Ahsoka said before Vader lunged at them with his lightsaber.
"That's not my name", Vader roared as he started to fight them.
The three members of the Tano family were pushed back by Vader's pure rage.
Vader took out his second lightsaber as he blocked every attack from the Tano family.
"I don't have time for this", Vader shouted as he shot force lightning at the family.
The three of them were sent into the tunnel wall, knocking them out as Vader ran off.
Vader ran to his TIE fighter, hoping to get faster to Hordak and the Children.
Hordak then stopped in the middle of a field as he sensed something.
Rey asked, "Papa?"
"Obi Wan…. Get the kids to the temple", Hordak said.
Obi Wan nodded as he, Melog and the kids ran off.
Hordak then picked up one of his sabers and activated it, the saber's green light glowing. He saw the TIE fighter racing towards him, the screeching of the ship echoing across the area.
Hordak then turned around and he got into a stance.
Hordak heard the Tie fighter coming closer and Hordak then started to run.
As it got closer and closer, Hordak flipped into the air and sliced the wing of the TIE fighter!
Hordak then landed back on the ground as he saw the Tie fighter spin through the air and crash into a nearby boulder!
"Hordak!"
Hordak turned around to see Obi Wan limping towards him.
Hordak asked, "where are the kids?"
"They got them", Obi Wan shouted as he pointed to a shuttle, "there were stormtroopers and inquisitors waiting for us…. I tried to protect them!"
Hordak quickly threw his arms forward and started pulling the shuttle towards him as Melog ran towards him and Obi Wan, a scratch over their eye!
From the corner of his eye…. He saw Vader….
Vader extended his arm and started pulling the shuttle towards himself!
Obi Wan tried to help Hordak…. But Vader used the force to send him flying!
Hordak growled in anger as he tried to pull the shuttle towards him with the force.
Vader yelled, "you're not going to win this!"
Hordak yelled in rage, when suddenly…. Force Lightning shot out of his hands!
Hordak froze like a statue as he saw the lightning engulf the shuttle and made it crash towards the ground!
Hordak yelled, "NOOOOOOO!"
Hordak turned to see Vader was gone and saw the star Destroyers jump into hyperspace.
Hordak then turned to stare at the wreckage of the shuttle.
He ran towards the wreckage as fast as he could and informed the flames licking his hands as he tried to find the kids!
Obi Wan approached and tried to say, "Hordak…."
"Not now Obi Wan", Hordak shouted.
"Hordak….", Obi Wan said.
Hordak yelled, "I CAN'T LOSE THEM!"
Obi Wan said, "do you feel them?"
Hordak asked, "what?"
Obi Wan explained, "feel the force. Feel for their presence."
Hordak closed his eyes as he used the force to feel the presence of the kids.
He felt them…. But they weren't on Naboo…. They were on the shuttle!
He was both relieved, and terrified.
"You didn't kill them…. They are still alive", Obi Wan said.
Melog purred as Finn hugged it.
Hordak said, "but I almost did…. And now…. Vader has my children!"
Obi Wan picked up Finn, and he saw Leon, Ahsoka and Ani approaching with worried looks on their faces.
"We tried to come as fast as we could", Ani said.
"Vader knocked us out", Leon said as he rubbed his head.
Ahsoka asked, "wait…. Where's Rey? And Grogu? Aiden? Angela? Junior?"
Hordak glared into the sky and said, "Vader has them…. But I'm going to get them back…."
….
Things didn't go well with Sam and his group as well. Chewie had been kidnapped and now they had to find a way to rescue him.
Adora and Catra were piloting the Falcon alongside Ochi's ship after Sam and the others had managed to get it working and inside he found a droid called D-O.
BB8 and Hamill were conversing with the little droid as Leia said, "I bet Rey would love this droid."
"Yeah, she would", Sam said.
Hamill beeped.
Sam asked, "a call from Hordak?".
Hamill nods his head.
"Han, pilot the ship", Sam said.
Han takes the helm as Sam goes up to Hamill and sees a hologram of a distressed looking Hordak.
Sam asked, looking worried, "my love…. What's wrong?"
Hordak looked like he was on the verge of tears as he said, "Vader…. He's taken the kids…."
Sam practically froze as he heard this.
Hordak cried and said, "I'm so sorry. I tried to save them! I tried to stop Vader…. But…. They took them! And what's worse…. Is…. Is…."
Sam said with tears falling down his face, "what? What is it?!"
Hordak said, "when I tried to stop Vader…. I shot lightning out of my fingers! I destroyed a shuttle! And I thought the kids were in there! If they had been…. I would have…. I…. I would have…. Oh God!"
Sam eyes went wide.
Hordak cried as he said, "I'm so sorry…. I'm going to get them back! I promise!"

Hordak said, "I…. I don't know. I just felt so much fear and anger. I was terrified to lose the kids. I was so angry over Vader coming after them."
"Go contact the Jedi and the Republic…. They could help you in getting our children back", Sam said as tears kept falling down his face.
Hordak said, "alright. Have you found the artifact that'll lead you to the Wayfinder?"
Sam managed to pull himself together and said, "yes. It's an ancient Sith blade. We're going to meet up with Bane and Din. They can help us find a way for Threepio to read an inscription on it that'll lead us to the Wayfinder."
Hordak said, "good. I'll keep in touch. And I promise, you'll be the first to know when I get them back."
Sam said, "I know you will. Good luck honey."
"May the force be with you", Hordak said as the call ended.
Sam looked at Han and asked, "so where are Bane and the others?"
Han said, "Leon said they're on Tatooine. Boba Fett took control of Jabba the Hutt' s palace after he died. The other bounty hunters all work for him now. He knows someone who could help us."
"We must get there as fast as we can", Sam said.
Han said, "got it! I sent word to Adora and Catra on the other ship. Let's move it!"
And with that, the two ships entered hyperspace.
Their destination? Tatooine!
