Chapter 56: Rise of Skywalker

Sam was grunting and crying as he threw wood at the burning wreckage of Vader's ship.
Sam felt the tears falling down his face.
He threw his saber towards the wreckage, but a glowing hand emerged and grabbed it!
Sam looked shocked as Antauri walked put of the flames and said, "a Jedi's weapon deserves more respect…."
Sam said with tears in his eyes, "Antauri?"
Antauri asked as he stared at Sam, "what are you doing?"
Sam sighed and sat on a log, saying, "I don't know anymore. The Wayfinder's gone. Master Yoda is gone. I have no idea how I'm gonna lead so many people through this…."
Antauri asked, "it is fear that's causing you to think of these thoughts. What are you most afraid of?"
Sam said, "facing my brother…. Facing Palpatine…. Having the weight of everything on my shoulders…. What should I do?"
"Confronting fear is the destiny of a Jedi. Your destiny. If you don't face Palpatine…. It will mean the end of the Jedi. And the galaxy will be lost", Antauri said as he stared at something behind Sam.
"SAM!"
Sam turned around to see…. Hordak! He was running towards his husband, a terrified expression on his face.
Sam stood up and raced towards him.
Hordak embraced Sam in a bear crushing hug with tears falling down his face.
Hordak said, "I was so worried when you ran off like that. Are you alright?"
"I…. I….", Sam couldn't speak as he kept crying.
Hordak simply held him and said, "shhh…. It's okay…. It's okay…."
Antauri smiled at the sight.
"You have something else to fight for Sam…. Your family", Antauri said to his son.
Sam nodded, taking in the words of his father.
"There's something Mara wants Adora to have", Antauri said with a soft smile on his face.
He led them over to a hidden container buried under a tree.
Once it was dug out, Sam and Hordak opened it to reveal a lightsaber. It was a golden color, and designed to look like She-Ra's sword.
Sam picked it up and he had visions of a certain She Ra from the past.
Sam asked as he held the lightsaber, "is this…?"
Antauri nodded and said, "Mara's lightsaber. She finished it on the last night of her training. She held onto it, even after becoming She-Ra."
Hordak asked, "but she never fought with this lightsaber?"
Antauri said, "no. But it's fitting that the current She-Ra uses it."
"Adora", Sam and Hordak said at the same time.
"Mara gave her saber to me and said that one day…. It would be picked up again…. By someone who would finish her journey", Antauri said with a sad smile on his face.
Sam said, "we'll make sure this gets to Adora. You have our word."
"You all must head to Exegol…. And end the Sith once and for all", Antauri said.
Sam asked, "but how? My brother destroyed the Wayfinder."
Antauri said, "yes, but how do you think he tracked you?"
Sam's eyes widened as he then ran back to Vader's ship.
He thrust his hand forward, and like he guessed, the other Wayfinder burst out of the wreckage!
Antauri smiled.
Sam looked at Hordak and said, "let's get this hooked up to your shuttle."
Hordak nodded as the two walked to the shuttle.
"May the force be with you my son", Antauri said.
Sam and Hordak bowed before boarding the shuttle.
….
On Coruscant
Padme and the Jedi, along with the Republic, were preparing for the battle of Exegol.
Hamill had given them the coordinates to the planet.
Padme said, "let's hope Sam and Hordak are already on their way there. It's time to lead the New Republic against the First Order."
Leon added, "we best be prepared for anything."
"All of us Jedi must be prepared to face the Sith Eternal", Obi Wan said.
Luminara said, "all Jedi will participate in this final battle."
Shaak Ti, "but it will be up to She-Ra and the Dyad to stop Palpatine."
"Adora, along with Luke and Leia are already heading to Exegol", Entrapta said.
Catra said, "we've contacted practically every planet to come to aid in the battle."
"It's going to take everyone in the galaxy to help put an end to the first order", Omega said.
Tech said, "I believe that's the idea, Omega."
Padme asked as she put on her helmet, "is everyone ready?"
Everyone gave various versions of, "ready."
Everyone then heads to their shuttles.
Various Republic cruisers took off into space.
They all set their coordinates for Exegol, and all of the ships set off into hyperspace!
Sam and Hordak steer the shuttle as the Wayfinder leads them to the planet of Exegol.
As they slowly approached the stormy planet, Sam said, "whatever Palpatine says, don't let him get to you. He'll say whatever he can to get what he wants."
Hordak nods his head.
The shuttle slowly lands on Exegol, and the two men work their way out into the storm.
Sam and Hordak slowly walk towards the temple.
They ignited their lightsabers as they entered.
As they walked inside, they could feel shivers crawl up their spines.
They held their hands together as they moved forward.
Sam then kissed Hordak on the lips.
Sam said, "let's be careful."
Hordak nodded as they kept walking and found themselves in some sort of arena.
Thousands of cloaked spirits filled the stands, and in the middle of the arena was a jagged looking throne.
"I don't like this", Sam said as he shivered.
Hordak said, "remain calm. They're only spirits."
"Long have I waited…."
Sam and Hordak looked to see the frail body of Palpatine. A corpse being puppeteered by a master who refused to die.
"Palpatine….", Sam growled as he stared at the Sith lord.
Palpatine said, "welcome, Skywalker's. You have grown very strong…."
"Don't even try it…. We won't fall for your manipulations, Sith scum", Hordak snarled as he stood close to his husband.
Palpatine said, "oh? I sense much anger in you. Are you sure you can resist? Even if the ones you love were to be put in danger?"
Hordak felt his hands shake as he tried to ignore Palpatine's words.
"Don't fall for it Hordak", Sam said to husband.
Hordak looked at his husband and nodded as Palpatine said, "ah, Sam. You were always the more strong willed of you and your brother. I should have made you my apprentice."
"I always knew since I first came to the order…. There was something off and dark about you Palpatine…. Which is why I stayed away from you throughout my entire life", Sam growled as he glared at the Sith Lord.
Palpatine hissed, "foolish boy. You could have been so much more!"
"I already have it all…. My family, my friends and…. My love", Sam said as he turned to stare at Hordak.
Hordak smiled at Sam before they both got into battle stances, and Hordak said, "you should've stayed dead. Would have saved you from us."
….
Adora was on Mara's ship with Luke and Leia.
"We're approaching Exegol", Luke said.
Leia smiled at her brother and said, "Luke, if things go south, I just want you to know, you've been the best twin brother I could ever have."
"Don't say those things you two…. We are going to win…. And end the Sith once and for all", Adora said as she walked forward.
The ship then landed.
"For the Honor of the…. Jedi Order", Adora shouted as the sword appeared in her hand.
The three of them ran out of the ship with determined looks on their faces.
….
Soon after the Jedi and Republic cruisers followed.
"There it is", Hunter said as he pointed to the planet.
Wrecker hefted a minigun and said, "time to nut up or shut up."
"Here's the plan again…. The Jedi and the troopers will fight the Sith Eternal…. While the rest of you try to destroy the Star Destroyers", Padme said as she held in her hand; Anakin's lightsaber.
She looked upon the faces of the friends and family she had made through her life, and that Sam had brought together.
"We have to do this for the galaxy", Frosta said.
"For everyone we hold dear to our hearts", Scorpia said.
"For our families", Perfuma said.
"For the Jedi", Catra said.
"For the New Republic", Bow said.
"For everyone", Glimmer said.
"Let's go", Obi Wan said.
The ships began landing on the planet and flying into an aerial battle.
There's so many of them", Wedge said as he stared at the many Star Destroyers.
Omega asked, "how are we going to destroy them all?"
"You are going to need our help", Lando said over the comlink.
Everyone grew shocked looks as they all started into the sky, seeing countless ships arriving at Exegol to help in the battle!
Obi wan said with a look of shock, "what's this!?"
"We came here just on time to help", Boba Fett said over the comlink.
Cad Bane asked, "did you really think we would miss this?"
Babu Frikk popped up next to him in his ship and said, "heeey heeeey!"
"Bane", Leon said in relief.
"We are all here to help put an end to the First Order", Din said through the comlink.
The Jedi and Clone troopers saw more ships landing.
Bo Katan and a few Mandalorians walked out. They took to the air and began blasting at the First Order ships!
Padme yelled, "that's my family!"
"Don't forget about us!"
Glimmer turned to see her father and aunt leading a group of sorcerers.
"Dad! Aunt Casta", Glimmer shouted as she ran to hug them.
The three embraced in a warm hug as Micah said, "you didn't think Etheria was gonna stay outta the fight, did ya?"
"Something's coming our way", Luminara shouted.
A group of the spirits charged towards them…. But then something landed in front of the spirits sending them flying!
"Adam", Catra shouted.
Adam smiled and said, "by the power of Gray-Skull, He-Man offers his aid!"
Orko, Teela, Skeletor, Evelyn and all of the other people of Eternia ran into the fight!
He-Man said with a smirk on his face, "did ya miss me?"
Catra said, "very much so. Thanks for the help."
….
Piett was in the halls of the Star Destroyer.
Piett had already placed bombs in the engine room…. But he had to ensure the ship was to explode completely.
"If this ship goes down…. The fleet won't have a chance at leaving this planet", Piett whispered.
In the ensuing chaos outside, Piett had managed to escape his cell aboard the Destroyer, and was about to ensure it's destruction.
He stood in front of the engines, ready to detonate it.
That's when he heard, "hands up!"
"Oh poodoo", Piett said.
Piett turned to see several stormtroopers pointing their weapons at him.
But before they could shoot, they were all thrown off the walkway, down below.
Piett saw the spirit of Bastilla Shan standing there, smiling and making a shushing gesture before vanishing.
"Now that was confusing….", Piett said.
….
Exegol
A ship lands on the other side of the temple.
Out steps Anakin, his cape ripped off as he races towards the temple.
….
Sam and Hordak activated their lightsabers.
"Sam! Hordak!"
The two turned to see…. She-Ra, Luke, Leia, Obi Wan, Ahsoka and Leon run towards them.
All of them stood together as Palpatine glared at them all. Namely the Skywalker twins.
"It ends now, Palpatine", Luke said as he glared at the sith lord.
Leia said, "we suggest you surrender."
Palpatine let out a laugh.
….
Anakin ran through the temple as he blasted the red guards.
But as he ran forward, he heard an eerily familiar coughing.
He slowly turned to see a ghastly sight.
The long dead remains of General Grievous, with glowing yellow eyes like Palpatine's.
The remains spoke in Palpatine's voice, "welcome back, my young apprentice. My, how far you've fallen…."
Then he saw more people surrounding him.
Not only were all of the Inquisitors there, but also….
The headless body of Dooku.
The twitching body of Darth Maul, floating in midair.
Anakin used the force to send a few of them flying…. But then he got punched in the back.
He scrambled away as his foes stalked towards him.
….
Obi Wan taunted the sith lord, "what are you gonna do, are you going to stand there…. And wait for Darth Vader to come rescue you?"
Palpatine said, "I need no-one to protect me from the likes of you, Kenobi."
"Adora, we have something for you", Sam said as he tossed Mara's lightsaber to She-Ra.
She-Ra ignited the blade, showing that it was a vibrant yellow, almost golden color.
She-Ra asked, "is this?"
"That's Mara's lightsaber", Hordak explained.
Palpatine then growled as he shot force lighting at the Jedi and She-Ra.
They all jumped out of the way.
All of them got back to their feet and brandished their lightsabers.
She-Ra ran towards Palpatine with her sword and yellow lightsaber….
She tried to strike at him, but the old man was able to pull out a red lightsaber to block the strikes.
Palpatine jumped off and activated another lightsaber.
Ahsoka and Leon ran towards the Sith lord and they clashed their lightsabers with his!
Sam and Hordak then could sense…. Something in the force.
Sam whispered, "Anakin?"
….
Anakin was being thrown around by the Inquisitors and undead warriors, as he felt the same feeling in the force.
He whispered, "... Sam…."
Sam and Hordak looked at each other and they knew what they had to do to help Anakin.
Sam called through the force, 'Padme!'
….
Padme, as she flew in the air, stopped as she heard Sam's voice.
She said, "Sam?"
'We need Anakin's saber!'
Padme had a confused look on her face…. But then she nodded.
"Okay…. But how are you going to get the saber? There are too many Sith spirits", Padme said as she blasted a few of them.
'Hold the saber out. I can use an old force power to transport it to the one who needs it.'
Padme then holds the saber out.
….
Sam closes his eyes as he uses the force to…. And in an instant, the saber was in his hand!
….
Padme looked at her hand in shock and said, "I will never understand how that was done…."
….
Sam began concentrating on who he would send the saber to.
...
Anakin then smirked as he found his lightsaber in his hand.
"Let's dance", Anakin said as he activated his lightsaber.
He began dueling the Inquisitors, his intense skill easily overpowering them!
Anakin cut their lightsabers in half, before he slashed a few of them in the chest killing them!
Grievous ran at Anakin, but he simply used the force to crush his limbs to scrap metal before shooting him.
He muttered, "why didn't anyone think of that before?"
Anakin then ran to fight the other undead Sith.
As lightning shot out of Dooku's stumps, Anakin directed them towards an Inquisitor.
Anakin then used the force to send the lightning back at Dooku and Maul….
Dooku's remains were burnt to a crisp as Maul was sent flying backwards until a jagged rock pierced his chest.
Anakin said, "you may have their bodies, but none of their skill…."
Anakin then started to run to where his brother and his friends were.
...
"Hit those underbelly cannons. Everyone we knock out is a world saved", Han shouted over the comlink.
The Falcon, Ghost and Mantis flew together as they shot at various Destroyers.
"Nice flying Han", Hera shouted over the comlink.
"Watch out", Fennec shouted as she fired at a TIE fighter
Zeb shouted, "we gotta find the one leading the others!"
Cara yelled, "Zeb is right. One of them will be controlling the others."
"Behind you Catra", Spinnerella shouted as she threw a tornado at the spirits.
Catra sliced a spirit in half and yelled, "thanks!"
Scorpia was shocking several spirits as Perfuma used vines to strike at them.
Netossa launched a net at the spirits.
Glimmer, Micah and Casta cast a spell together…. Resulting in a massive, sparking explosion!
"Nice work", Prime shouted as he blasted a few spirits.
Skeletor and Evelyn fired a spell at the spirits.
Beast Man began mauling a spirit as Orko threw several spirits through the air.
Teela used her sword to slice them in half!
Man at Arms blasted a few of the spirits.
The Sorceress flew through the air, blasting at the spirits.
Luminara had just been thrown to the ground, but as a spirit was about to strike her, it was blasted through the chest! Luminara was shocked to see Barriss standing there, glowing blue as she said, "do you wanna live forever?"
Luminara smiled as she rose to her feet, and Barriss vanished.
….
Luke and Leia clashed their sabers with Palpatine and he used the force to send them flying.
The twins hit a wall.
"LUKE! LEIA", Sam shouted in fear.
"I should have killed you two when you were just mere babies", Palpatine growled as he approached them.
"DON'T YOU DARE TOUCH MY CHILDREN!"
Palpatine turned and was barely able to parry a strike from Anakin!
Ahsoka whispered, "I don't believe it…."
Leon said, "as I live and breathe…. Anakin Skywalker has returned."
Anakin kept slashing his lightsaber at Palpatine as he used the force to send the sith lord flying.
Anakin asked as he turned to stare at his children, "are you two okay?"
Luke and Leia looked shocked beyond words to see their father like this. Protecting them from Palpatine. His eyes and saber blue.
The twins could only nod as Anakin turned his glare towards Palpatine.
"Vader…. I see you have returned to the weak side of the Force", Palpatine sneered.
"My name is Anakin Skywalker", Anakin growled.
Palpatine said, "Anakin Skywalker is dead."
Anakin said, "no…. Vader is dead. And I'll make sure you pay for everything you've done. What you turned me into."
The rest of the Jedi stood beside Anakin.
Sam and Hordak ran towards Palpatine.
Sam said, "it's over, Palpatine."
Hordak said, "it would be wise to surrender."
"Stand together, die together", Palpatine shouted as he used the force to send their lightsabers flying.
But as he did so, he felt a surge of power flow into him from the couple!
"Sam! Hordak", the others shouted as they tried to run to them.
Palpatine summoned a few of the Sith spirits to keep them distracted.
"The lifeforce of your bond…. A dyad in the Force….", Palpatine said as he stared at his hands.
The mangled hands become whole again.
"A power like life itself", Palpatine said as he used the force to keep Sam and Hordak still as they couldn't move.
Sam struggles to say, "you won't win this!"
Palpatine said, "oh, I think I will…. With your power, I shall become…. Eternal…. The most powerful Sith Lord…. To life, I will return…. And the galaxy will bow at my feet!"
With his strengthened Sith powers, Palpatine drains more Force Energy out of the couple.
Sam and Hordak cry out in pain.
"Uncle Sam", Luke shouted.
"Uncle Hordak", Leia shouted.
Palpatine cackled as his form returned to its former glory, the one he had before Windu deformed him in their duel.
His cloak turned blood red, and his eyes glowed yellow and red as he looked at his reformed hands.
Obi Wan asked in horror as he and the others had defeated the sith spirits, "what happened?"
"He absorbed their force powers", She-Ra said in horror.
Palpatine cackled as he sent lightning right at the others!
The others screamed in pain.
Obi Wan, Ahsoka and Leon were all knocked out.
Anakin, Luke and Leia were still awake but they were in pain as they could not move.
She-Ra turned back into Adora.
Sam and Hordak were on the ground as they felt so weak.
"Do not fear that feeble attack…. My faithful. Nothing will stop the return of the Sith", Palpatine cackled as he shot Force lightning into the sky!
All of the ships were hit by the lightning, making them all fly and float around aimlessly, while the heroes on the ground had to run to safety to avoid any of the lightning strikes.
"What's going on", He-Man shouted.
Teela yelled, "nothing good! Everyone take cover!"
The rest of the heroes and Jedi run to take cover from the Lightning.
….
Sam watches the Lightning in the sky attack the ships.
What can he do?
"Be with me….", Sam said as he stared into the sky.
Hordak heard his husband and started chanting, "be with me…."
And then…. They heard a voice.
Revan.
"Sam. Hordak."
"Adora."
Adora then heard Mara's voice.
"Anakin. Obi Wan"
Anakin and Obi Wan heard Qui Gon's voice.
"Luke. Leia."
Luke and Leia then heard Windu's voice.
"Ahsoka. Leon."
Ahsoka and Leon then heard Yoda's voice.
Then everyone on the battlefield and those in the sky started to hear the voices….
Bastilla Shan.
Master Mignola.
Barriss.
Eeth Koth.
Adi Gallia.
Yaddle.
Even Piel.
Agen Kollar.
Seasea Tin.
Juhani.
Joolee Bindo.
And many more voices of Jedi long passed.
"Bring back the balance as I did", Revan's voice said.
"In the night, find the light, Adora", Shadow Weaver's voice said.
"Rise children. Rise to help the ones you love", Barriss' voice said.
"Stand together. Live together", the voice of Mara said.
"You're not alone", Queen Angella's voice said.
Glimmer felt tears fall down her face as she heard the voice of her mother.
"Alone, never have you been", Yoda's voice said.
He-Man asked Skeletor and the Sorceress, "these voices, are they...?"
The Sorceress said, "the voices of friends, family and allies who have perished."
Skeletor asked, "but how are they able to…. Speak with us?"
The Sorceress said, "the power from beyond the grave is an amazing thing…. They are here to help us…."
"Every Jedi who ever lived lives in you", Antauri's voice said to Hordak and Sam.
"The Force surrounds you", Barriss's voice said.
"Let it guide you", Depa Billaba's voice said.
"The Strength of all the Jedi live within you", Ki Adi Mundi's voice said.
"Let the force guide you all", Mignola's voice said.
"As it guided us", Mara's voice said.
"Feel the Force flowing through you", Windu's voice said.
"Let it lift you", Revan's voice said.
"Rise", Antauri's voice said.
"Rise", Juhani's voice said.
"Rise", Yaddle's voice said.
"Rise! Rise! Rise! Rise", all of the voices started yelling together.
Sam and Hordak along turned around and placed their hands on the ground.
Luke and Leia along with Anakin and Adora did the same.
"We stand behind you all", Qui Gon's voice said.
"In the heart of a Jedi lies their strength", Revan's voice said.
"The force will be with you", Mara's voice said.
"Always", Yoda and Antauri's voices said together.
The group rose to their feet, glaring at Palpatine.
Adora transformed into She-Ra.
Luke, Leia and Anakin stepped forward along with She-Ra.
They were all standing side by side.
Sam and Hordak held their hands as they glared at Palpatine, who ended his onslaught of lightning and ignited his saber!
Palpatine jumped towards the couple as his lightsaber clashed with Sam's saber.
Hordak used the force to freeze Palpatine and Anakin used the chance to slice Palpatine's lightsaber in half.
Luke and Leia used the force to summon Palpatine's other lightsaber to them…. They slashed in half.
Sam and Hordak used the force to send Palpatine flying back to the throne.
They all pointed their sabers at him and yelled, "your time is at an end Palpatine! Stand down!"
Palpatine growled in rage as he started shooting his lightning at them!
They all used their lightsabers to deflect the Lightning.
….
"I'm back on", Han said through the comlink.
"This is our last chance. We have to hit those cannons now", Entrapta shouted through the comlink as the rest of the ships flew back to fight the Star destroyers.
….
Sam and his family were all still deflecting the lightning with their sabers.
"You are nothing! You Jedi are no match for the power in me", Palpatine shouted.
Sam yelled, "no! You're no match for us!"
Hordak shouted, "and we have something you'll never have! Each other!"
"I am all the Sith", Palpatine growled.
"And we are…." Sam growled.
Hordak hissed, "... All the Jedi!"
Sam and Hordak each brought their two lightsabers together forming an x.
She-Ra did the same and she activated Mara's lightsaber….
Luke and Leia struck their sabers together in an x!
The lightning all gathered in the sabers before racing right back at Palpatine!
As it raced at him, he whispered, "oh shit."
Anakin used the force to call Obi Wan's lightsaber to his hand.
He then struck the lightsabers together!
Ahsoka, Obi Wan and Leon started to wake up.
They saw the lightning striking Palpatine, engulfing his body in sparks!
Palpatine screamed in pain!
Sam and Hordak kept walking forward pushing the lightning right back at the Sith Lord.
The lightning began burning his skin off as it hit him, making him yell in pain!
Sam and the others all yelled in rage as the lightning began peeling skin off of Palpatine!
Then before their very eyes…. The spirits of the Jedi appeared behind the Skywalker family!
They all yelled together, "EMPEROR PALPTINE! YOUR CRIMES AGAINST THE GALAXY WILL BE PUNISHED! YOU WILL PAY THE ULTIMATE PRICE!"
Then behind She-Ra appeared Mara…. And all the She-Ra's of the past!
All of the ghosts began sparking with electricity before they began shooting lightning at Palpatine as well!
His eyes began to burn out of his sockets as the lightning hit him!
Sam and Hordak along with their family kept using their lightsabers to send the lightning back at the Sith Lord.
Hordak let out a shout as he was suddenly striked by a blast of lightning that Palpatine had managed to send at him!
But Hordak did not fall to the ground and he kept walking forward, using his lightsabers to keep sending the lightning back at the Sith lord.
Palpatine let out a scream of pain as his body began to expand unnaturally, before his body exploded in a huge burst of energy!
The burst of energy sent out a big explosion!
The entire group had to shield their eyes and turn off their sabers as smoke and energy engulfed the place!
Pieces of debris went flying everywhere!
The spirits of the Sith began to vanish as the spirits of the Jedi and She-Ra's engulfed them!
….
With the others.
Mermista shouted, "what's happening!?"
Sea Hawk yelled back, "I think Sam and the others finally took care of that Palpatine asshole!"
Scorpia exclaimed, "now we just need to get thay fleet taken care of!"
Piett was on the bridge of the ship as he held the remote in his hand.
Before he would set off the bombs…. He would send the Tano family a message to let them know of his sacrifice.
He filmed himself saying, "if this message gets to Ahsoka, Leon and Anakin Tano, I just want them to know…. I'm sorry…. I'm sorry for everything I did for the Empire. The lives I ruined. The people I hurt. The families I tore apart. I know I may never be able to make up for all of my mistakes…. But at the very least, I can do this. I'm going to blow up the main Star Destroyer. With Palpatine and the First Order gone, maybe that can make up for what I've done…. With that said…. Goodbye and good luck…."
"Stop there!"
Piett turned to see Enric Pryde with a few stormtroopers.
Pryde said, "put your hands where we can see them, Piett!"
Piett looked at the detonator in his hands and grinned before putting on a straight face and turning towards them.
"You all have lost", Piett said.
Pryde screamed, "save it, Piett. You're not getting out of this alive!"
Piett smirked and said, "how right you are…. You know what the difference between me and you is? Unlike you…. I could see the error of my ways."
Before Pryde could say anything, Piett hit the button on the detonator, whispering, "for the New Republic."
Then the entire ship started to explode!
….
All of the ships in battle saw the lead Destroyer breaking apart from within!
"No one fired at the ship….", Luminara said.
Prime asked, "but who could have...?"
"Han, the command ship", Lando said over the comlink.
"Their fleet is stuck here! They're toast'n Han shouted.
Chewie growled.
Han said, "you said it buddy. Everyone! Let's take these things outta the sky before they can get the chance to kill anyone!"
"Understood", Hera said over the comlink.
"Roger", Din said with a smirk.
All of the ships began firing upon the Destroyers, obliterating them before they could even leave the planet or put up a fight!
"Adora", Catra said as she ran to find her wife.
"I'm going with you", He-Man said.
"Me too", Ashla said.
"Wait for me Ashla", Prime shouted.
The rest of the Jedi and heroes followed them.
….
In the arena.
The group began to make their way towards one another, albeit coughing from the smoke and debris that surrounded them.
All of them found a place to head towards, when they heard, "HORDAK!"
"That was Sam", Shaak Ti shouted.
"Hurry", Padme shouted.
….
A few minutes ago.
Sam and the others opened their eyes…. The spirits were gone and so was…. Palpatine.
Ahsoka asked as she, Leon and Obi Wan approached them, "is he…. Gone?"
Sam said, "yeah…. He is…. We did it…. We did it! Haha!"
Ahsoka and Leon ran towards the others, as did Luke and Leia!
Luke hugged Sam and Leia hugged Adora.
"We did it…. Palpatine…. And the Sith…. Are finally gone", Adora said with a small laugh.
"At last…. It's over", Leon said with a smile on his face.
"The Sith are no more", Obi Wan said with a smile on his face.
Luke asked, "Father?"
Anakin was looking all around him, and said, "finally…. He's gone…. I feel…. So free…."
Leia asked, "hey wait…. Where's Uncle Hordak?"
The smoke cleared.
Hordak stood there as he looked around…. He turned to see Sam and he gave him a smile.
Then Hordak's lightsabers fell from his hands as they hit the ground.
Sam instantly grew a look of concern and ran towards Hordak as he collapsed to the ground!
Sam his knees at the last couple of feet as he yelled, "HORDAK!"
"UNCLE HORDAK", Luke and Leia shouted as they ran as well.
Sam turned Hordak around to see his chest had a large gash on it, bleeding from the lightning strike that hit him!
Hordak's eyes looked lifeless.
"HORDAK! Please…. Don't die on me! Please", Sam cried as he held Hordak's face.
"Luke! Leia!"
The twins turned around to see their mother and friends running their way!
Padme had to brush aside her surprise at seeing Anakin there as she hugged her kids in worry.
Sam kept trying to wake Hordak up, but he remained cold and lifeless.
Sam cried, "please….. I can't lose you…. Not after everything we've been through!"
Anakin stared at the sight, and looked at his own hands.
He knew what he had to do.
Everyone arrived and saw Sam holding Hordak.
Ashla asked with tears in her eyes, "is he...?"
"No…. He can't be….", Catra said with a sob.
"Little brother…. No", Prime said with a few tears in his eyes.
Then before their eyes…. The spirits of the Jedi and She-Ra's appeared.
Sam begged, "please. Don't take him from me! I can't live without him!"
Antauri said, "there is only one who can save your beloved Hordak…. If you let him help…."
Adora asked with tears in her eyes, "what must we do to bring Hordak back?"
The spirits all pointed at Anakin.
Anakin said in shock, "me?"
The spirits said, "our power…. Will flow through you…. And return the one…. Who gave his life…."
Luminara said in fear, "what if Vader uses the power for himself!?"
The spirits said, "Vader is dead…. Only Anakin Skywalker can bring back your friend…."
"Anakin….", Padme said with tears in her eyes.
"Yes…. I am back…. And I will help bring Hordak back…. I hate seeing my little brother upset", Anakin said.
Anakin approached Hordak and got on his knees before placing his hands on his chest.
The spirits began to all put their hands on his shoulders as he concentrated.
A light began to engulf Anakin and the spirits.
Everyone started to cover their eyes.
Slowly, Hordak's chest wound began to heal, as if rewinding time, as Anakin's eyes began to glow a vibrant blue.
"I can't see", Sam said as the light was too bright for him to open his eyes.
The wound was nearly closed up as Anakin continued to concentrate, whispering, "give him life…."
Then the light started to get brighter.
Luke and Leia called out, "Father?"
Padme called out, "Anakin?"
Sam called out, "Hordak?"
As soon as the wound sealed up, the light vanished, and Hordak's eyes shot open as he took a deep breath back into his lungs!
"HORDAK", Sam cried as he hugged his husband.
Luke and Leia yelled, "you're back!"
Hordak looked incredibly confused as he said, "uh, yes, I'm back…. Where have I been?"
"Well…. You were dead actually", Luke explained.
Hordak said, "um…. What?"
"You died…. But Anakin…. And the spirits of the Jedi were able to bring you back….", Sam sobbed as he hugged his husband.
Hordak asked, "Anakin…. He really did that? For me?"
Sam turned around and stood up.
"Sam…. Everyone…. I'm sorry for everything I did…. I know you all might not believe me…. But I want to….", Anakin said before Sam hugged him.
Sam said, "you saved my husband…. You really have changed…. It's so good to have you back…. Ani…."
Anakin smiled softly as he hugged his twin back.
Anakin began to cry, "I'm sorry…. I'm so sorry…."
Sam continued to hug his brother and said, "it's okay…. You'll have all the time you need to make up for your mistakes…."
"Father?"
Anakin saw his children, wife, Ahsoka, Obi Wan and Leon approach him.
Anakin sighed as he broke the hug with his brother and said, "go ahead…. Do what you will…. Say what you will…. I deserve it all…."
"Father", Luke and Leia cried out as they hugged him.
Anakin was beyond shocked to feel the warm embrace of his children around him.
Anakin asked, "Padme?"
Padme slowly approached with an unreadable expression.
"Padme…. I know that you are still angry for…. All the crimes I have done…. I….", Anakin said before Padme wrapped her arms around Anakin and surprised him with a kiss to the lips.
Anakin was shocked for a moment and then he returned the kiss.
Luke cringed slightly while Leia smiled warmly.
The two then broke apart.
"Padme…. I….", Anakin said with tears in his eyes.
Padme said, "I know…. I'm just happy to have you back. Ani…. I missed you so much…."
Padme hugged Anakin.
"Hey Skyguy", Ahsoka said with tears in her eyes.
"Hi…. Snips", Anakin said with a smile on his face.
Leon said, "welcome back Anakin. I think it's time Ani is given a proper introduction to his namesake."
Anakin smiled.
Anakin asked, "Obi Wan?"
Obi Wan then walks forward and hugs Anakin.
He said, "welcome back, old friend. It looks like Qui Gon was right about you."
Anakin smiled.
"Hey down there", Han said into the comlink.
Leia asked, "what is it Han?"
"All the Star Destroyers have been destroyed except for one", Han said.
"You must use that last ship….", Shadow Weaver's spirit said.
"To destroy Exegol", Antauri finished for her.
Adora asked, "destroy Exegol? Why?"
Mara explained, "this planet is too strong in the dark side. If it stays around, the Sith would have a chance to return.".
"And that must not happen", Queen Angella said.
"This planet must go", Barriss said.
Sam nodded and said into the comlink, "everyone, get control of that last ship."
"Understood", Hera said into the comlink.
"Come on…. Let's get out of here…. Before the ship destroys the planet", Sam said as he helped Hordak up.
Anakin said, "the shuttle I found should be big enough for all of us here."
"I'll tell the others to get into their shuttles", Padme said as she took out her comlink.
"I and Catra will head back for Mara's ship", Adora said.
The group began running off to their ships, with Sam helping Hordak to the shuttle.
After making sure everyone got into their ships, they all took off.
Then all of the ships were now in space.
Sam stared at the planet Exegol from the viewport.
Han asked over the comlink, "once we fire on this planet…. You want us to destroy this ship?"
Sam said, "yes. No-one should have this kind of power. Once Exegol is gone, destroy the ship."
"Okay here it goes…. 1….", Han said.
"2", Hera said.
"3", Din said.
And with that, it took several blasts from the ship to destroy the planet to cinders.
Everyone watched as the planet was destroyed.
Everyone felt a huge relief, seeing Exegol gone.
Sam said, "now. Prime that ship to blow. And let's head to Yavin 4."
"Understood sir", Han said.
"I just got a call from the Republic…. People are rising up all over the galaxy", Leia said over the comlink.
"We did it guys", Sam said with a smile on his face.
Hordak kissed Sam's temple and said, "finally. We've done it."
The Star Destroyer then exploded.
"Follow us everyone", Adora said over the comlink.
All of the ships began racing for Yavin 4. To celebrate their victory!

Throughout the galaxy we start to see various First Order Star Destroyers being attacked….
One Star Destroyer is sent crashing into Jakku!
Another Star Destroyer is attacked by various ships on Eternia as Randor and his wife watch.
The forces on Etheria easily overpower the First Order forces!
The bounty hunters on Tatooine easily defeat the First Order's forces.
The Ewoks of Endor watch as a Star Destroyer crashes into their moon.
….
Yavin 4
Every ship and cruiser starts to land on the planet.
Friends and family embrace one another with smiles and cheering a plenty.
Fennec and Boba shared a hug as Babu laughed with a smile on his face.
Cara lifted Dins helmet up just enough to kiss him.
As soon as Luke got out of his ship, Mara Jade tackled him to the ground and started kissing him.
Scorpia had scooped all of her friends in a hug!
Adora and Catra embraced each other in a hug as they shared a kiss.
Prime kissed Ashla on the lips as he hugged her.
Threepio, Artoo, BB8 and Hamill all reunited.
Chewie and Han ran to Leia and hugged her on both sides.
Han and Leia then shared a kiss.
Sam was then hugged by Shaak Ti.
All of the Jedi shared a grand hug together.
Sam then turned to hug Hordak and kissed him on the lips.
Anakin stayed on the shuttle, hearing all of the cheering going on as Padme sat next to him.
"The galaxy is finally in peace", Padme said with a smile on her face.
Anakin said, "I can only hope the galaxy will be merciful to me…."
Padme replied, "actually…. The official story will be that Lord Vader is under house arrest…. At the home of the Skywalkers…."
Anakin asked, "really?"
Padme nods her head.
"But I still should tell the whole galaxy…. I am willing to fix all the harm I cast upon them", Anakin said with a sad frown on his face.
Padne said, "and I'll be there with you, every single step of the way."
Padme and Anakin then hugged.
"Uncle Hordak", Luke and Leia shouted as they ran over to hug Hordak.
The twins had tears in their eyes.
Hordak hugged them as tightly as he could and said, "oh, my little imps. I'm so proud of you!"
"We thought we were going to lose you uncle", Luke cried.
Hordak replied, "never. Not if I can't help it. You'll be stuck with me for a long time."
Sam joined in on the hug.
Hordak kissed Luke and Leia's forehead.
The whole crowd cheered in victory. The galaxy was finally safe!
