Headquarters was in absolute chaos…. After the trio fell unconscious in the middle of headquarters. The medical team rushed in with three gurneys and with the help of Magnus, Jem and Will, the trio was stripped of their clothing and prepped for surgery. They had to remove any metal that was left lodged inside of them. Alec had to get stitches in the back of his head; causing Tessa to freak the fuck out. Her husbands had to console her, even though they two were going through so many emotions seeing their son fall unconscious with scrap metal logged into multiple places, along with holes.
"Listen, I don't know what kind of ship you are running here, but my children do not belong in your psychotic world. Especially with that deranged son of yours. He sho-" Maryse never finished her words not because she didn't want to, but because of the multiple guns and swords she had pointed at her, daring her to finish that sentence.
(Imagine hearing multiple gun clicks… BITCHHHH HIT THE DECK!)
"Shit." Isabelle breathed out, looking around, everyone was ready to kill her mother for disrespecting the agency and also Alec. It quieted when Tessa raised her hand. Dressed in all black, Tessa walked towards Maryse pulling her katana from her back. Robert moved to stand in front of his wife, a wrong move. Both Will and Jem shot at his feet, he gasped in shock. Scared shitless. They were too far gone. Their son was gravely injured and these moutherfuckers had the nerve to make matters worse.
Tessa grabbed Maryse by her hair as she angled her katana at Maryse's throat. "You know, if it wasn't for my kids, your precious Jace wouldn't be alive." Jace felt horrible. He thought Tessa actually liked him, he never heard Tessa speak about him that way. "If you utter another fucking word about all of my children. Your head will be a permanent fixture on my katana so the world can see it."
"I'm sorry, please forgive my rudeness." Maryse tried. She was holding in her fluids that were threatening to fall anytime now. Robert was scared to move a muscle. He didn't want to get shot at again. These people were nuts.
"No, I shall not forgive you." Tessa says angrily. "I can't stand the sight of you. Isabelle and Jace are more than welcome here because they have become family and my son would hate to lose them, but you two can burn for all I care."
"Ma'am, you are needed in the operating room, Alec is convulsing." Tessa bolted from the room leaving her husbands' to handle everyone, she needed to get to her son.
The assassins were still pissed with the Lightwoods, they wanted to kill them. "Sir, if you would grant me the permission I would love to have one of my daggers embedded in Maryse's eye." The Lightwoods gasped hearing that. Jem hummed in thought looking at the couple with so much hatred, Will smiled brightly. His husband was normally the sensible one, but not today apparently.
"Maybe another time Andrew. We will let them live this time." Jace and Isabelle thanked them and apologized for their mother's stupidity. "Get the fuck out of my building. Don't ever and I mean ever return, I don't care if you were threatened or not. My agency will no longer protect Maryse or Robert Lightwood. You have been nothing but disrespectful towards my son and your own children. Your prejudices towards omegas are disgusting and looking at you makes my ass itch. Isabelle and Jace, if you need a place to stay, please let us know. You are happy to stay with us and away from them. Until then, you can stay in the waiting room until we hear any other news about my children's health."
"Yes, thank you Jem. I will love to move out immediately, I can't stand to love with them knowing they hate my mate. And bad mouth him all the time. Is there a way you could send someone to pack my things? I have a feeling if I leave now, they will try to keep me home and I don't want to be anywhere near them right now." Jace looked at his parents with disgust. He couldn't believe they said anything about his brother when Alec saved all of their lives.
"Jace, you are not leaving. I won't accept this." Robert protests.
"Well I don't give a damn, because I'm done with your bullshit. You're hardly around anyway what's the fucking difference?"
"Exactly! I'm leaving too." Isabelle interjected, "I'm not staying away from my brother. I'd rather live with my mate. We can work and go to school and actually be happy for once. Being in the house with the two of you makes me miserable. I want to be with Maia everyday and you banned me for seeing my mate so as of now, fuck you." The Lightwoods stood in shock. They were down right speechless.
"Fine, is that the way you want it. You can't get anything out of my house since I bought it." Maryse sneered at her children.
Will laughed and shook his head. "Oh stupid Maryse, you act as if we wouldn't help with that. You act as if you are the only people with money."
"Jace and Isabelle, you can stay in our new pack house. They don't know where it is so it is perfect. Everything has been upgraded thanks to Alec, Simon and Lydia. Everyone will be moving in this week, so no worries. We can go shopping once I know Alexander will be alright. I'm not leaving until then." Magnus walks towards the waiting room with Honey. The poor puppy was still upset about her daddy, Magnus made sure to give lots of kisses and cuddles. Jace and Isabelle thanked Will and Jem, then followed Magnus. Maryse and Robert were escorted off the premises.
"Alright guys, we still have work to do. Let's get to it. Andrew keep an eye on the Lightwoods, I don't trust them."
"Miss, you shouldn't flirt with him."
"Why not? He's hot."
"Yes, but he's also taken by the omega you're currently taking care of."
The nurse looked back towards Alec, only to find him staring at her with murder in his eyes. "So, you're flirting with my alpha? The last person to do that, I sliced his lips off his face. Would you like to join the count?" Alec grabbed her by her collar. She was freaking the fuck out.
"I.. I'm so-sorry sir, I didn't know. I'm sorry, please forgive me." She was crying now.
Alec rolled his eyes and smiled, "You're lucky I'm weak. Otherwise you would've been dead by now."
"Alexander! Stop being mean to Cassie. She's been taking care of you." Tessa chided her son.
"She shouldn't have flirted with my alpha. But not to worry Cassie, I will get back to you later. I promise." Alec stared at her conveying his death promise in his gaze…
Tessa sighed, she knew he meant it too. Cassie hurried out of the room needing to shower. Magnus on the other hand laughed. He stood leaning towards his mate for a kiss. He missed those sweet lips. "Hi darling. How are you feeling?" Alec smiled, pulling Magnus in once more..
"I'm okay. How are Lydia and Simon?" Just like Alec to be concerned about everyone else except himself. Tessa hugged her son and kissed his forehead. Alec caught her scent and jumped up, not caring about the pain he was in. Tessa and Magnus looked at him in shock. Alec was crying as he pulled his mother in the hospital bed with him and into another hug. He heard three heartbeats.
"Finally! Thank you, thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!" He laughed leaning back to rub his mothers stomach. Tessa smiled, crying happy tears. She couldn't believe she was afraid of her son being upset about not being her biological son. "How far along?"
Magnus was confused about what was happening. "What is going on?" Alec turned towards him with a bright smile.
"Oh Magnus, I'm finally going to be a big brother! I'm having children! Well technically mom is but they will be my children!" Tessa laughed at her son as Magnus congratulated her.
"Speaking of children, where is my baby Magnus?" Alec looked around the room for Honey. Before Alec could say anything, Will walked in with Honey in his arms. "Oh mama, how are you?" Honey tried to get out of Will's arms. He hurriedly placed her on the bed and watched the two reunite. "Awwww I'm so sorry to have to worry like that. I missed you too mama." Alec cooed at his crying puppy. Once calmed, Honey settled on Alec's head and fell asleep.
"Sheesh, that was the cutest sight ever." Will hugged and kissed his son. He told them that Simon and Lydia were doing fine. They were up and moving around. Apparently Alec was asleep for four days and during that time a lot of things happened. Magnus's pack moved into the new house Alec set up for them. It was basically a warehouse, but everyone had their own two bedroom apartment, but if they wanted to hang out together, then the first floor was for that purpose only. Everyone had to get biometric scanned for security purposes. No keys were needed, it was the safest way. They told him how the Lightwoods literally cut off Jace and Isabelle and wouldn't let them take their belongings with them, so they had to buy everything which costed them thousands, but Will didn't care as long as they had whatever they needed. Alec's monitors beep because he was severely pissed off. He would be paying the lightwoods a visit once he was good to go.
"Darling, please calm down. You've been asleep for too long. I don't want them putting you back to sleep because you can't control your temper." Magnus used his puppy dog eyes on Alec and he caved. Alec melted seeing that expression on his alpha.
"Okay. But just know I will end them. So Pops, how are you feeling about being a dad?"
"I'm already a dad you asshole. But if you mean having another baby, well I'm ecstatic!"
"You mean having two babies right? I heard three heartbeats. Moms' and my siblings." Alec laughed seeing his parents' shocked expressions. "Oh Dad is going to have a field day with the news. I can't wait to see my children!"
"What the hell are you talking about? What children? Did I miss it when they said he was pregnant? You are fucking grounded for the rest of your life! I can't believe my son got knocked up after his first time! Oh say it ain't so!" Will was genuinely freaking out. His son was too young to have children right now. Everyone was crying laughing, Will didn't appreciate that at all. Tessa explained what Alec meant. He calmed after that.
Alec did not find that amusing… "Once they are out, they are mine for the taking. And mom," Alec looked at his mother with a very serious expression. "I want juicy babies! So we must feed you everything you want. I know dad is going to be a health nut, but not to worry, I will sneak you food and eat right along with you." Tessa was in tears with laughter. Her son was everything and more. Magnus and Will looked at him like he grew three heads. Alec was so serious.
"You will do no such thing. If you do, you will be grounded until I say so." Jem walked in carrying a tray with chicken sandwiches and fries from the kitchen. Alec lit up seeing his father and food. He was so hungry.
Alec rolled his eyes and grind wickedly. "Well considered me grounded." He says whilst taking a sandwich. He broke off a piece of chicken for Honey to eat with him. Magnus took a ton of pictures of his small family. It was so cute. They all settled in the room catching up on everything. Later they were joined by Simon and Lydia who all but threw themselves at Alec; Wanting to be in his hospital with him. Luckily the beds were bigger than normal beds and sturdier. Alec was squashed between the two of them. Alec didn't mind as long as they didn't touch his food.
