Eight years have passed since the incident in Konoha when the Kyuubi attacked and with Naruto's birth as no one in the village was even aware that Naruto is the son of the forth Hokage whom had wanted one thing and one thing only. For his son to be seen as a hero in the village for containing the Kyuubi inside of him, yet despite all that with people and their ignorance they spat on their Kage's dying wish and had made it their life mission to make Naruto's life a living breathing hell and it didn't help much with the fact that Naruto was born with two horns growing out of his head which only made the villagers think he was a demon even more.
And unfortunately all that hatred was passed onto their kids as their parents taught their kids to hate Naruto and not to associate with him at all. Which was why...Naruto was in the current situation he was in now at the academy.
He was standing at his desk wearing a white shirt with the Uzumaki swirl on the back and grey shorts and the usual blue ninja sandals as he was staring at his bag which was now covered in milk. "Hey freak, what happened to your bag? Someone poured milk all over it now it smells really gross." One of his bullies Sasuke said to him as Sakura smirks at him. "Sasuke Kun asked you a question you freak." She says and pushes him as Sasuke trips him making Naruto fall to the floor making Sasuke and Ino and Sakura laugh at him.
"You know I heard your parents died when you were born, I bet your parents killed themselves because of those freaky horns growing out of your head." Sasuke says cruelly as the pink haired boy tries to get up but Sasuke trips him again making Naruto tumble back down. "You must be some kind of monster because you're totally not a human, you're so weird even the teachers at the academy think you're creepy." Sasuke says taunting him while Naruto clenches his fists and scowls angrily while he lays on the floor while Sasuke and Sakura and Ino laugh at him.
Naruto had learned that since people are so unhappy they are always looking for someone worst off than they are just so they can bring them down to make themselves feel better.
Suddenly the door opens and a girl with bluish and purplish hair and white eyes comes into the classroom as she sees what's going on. "Iruka sensei, Sasuke and Sakura and Ino are picking on Naruto again." Hinata calls out to Iruka with her usual shy voice. When Sasuke heard that he and Ino and Sakura ran out of the classroom. "They are so mean picking on someone like that." She says to herself as she goes over to the pink haired horned boy. "Hey are you okay?" She asked him with concern while Naruto rubs his head a bit.
"Oh no there's milk all over your bag, those three are so mean." She says while Naruto scoffs and clenches his fists. "Everyone here is so unhappy." He says making her look at him confused. "And since they are unhappy they are always looking for people worst off than they are." He says and then he grabs his bag and walks off while Hinata follows after him. "Hey wait hold on." She says calling out to him.
Moments later they were in the bathroom with Hinata cleaning Naruto's bag. "Hopefully it'll be better once it's dry." She says to him and hands him his bag. "Hey you know you don't always have to be alone, if you have a problem just come to me and I'll help you out okay." She says to him with a shy smile on her face.
Naruto was surprised by that but he nods his head and leaves. Later on the pink haired boy sneaks out of the orphanage he lived in carrying a loaf of bread that was from his meal tonight. The last few weeks Naruto had been keeping a secret hidden up in the mountain area where the orphanage he lives in was located as he gets to the place where his secret was and smiles. There waiting for him was a small puppy with brown and white fur and floppy ears and black eyes. Naruto smiles softly and bends down and gives the puppy the bread.
The small puppy then begins to eat making Naruto smile even more while he watches his friend eat. "You were really hungry weren't you? You know I'm so glad I found you I don't think I can last any longer in this horrible place." Naruto tells the small puppy whom then licks his hand and barks wanting more food. "Sorry I don't have anything else for you to eat." Naruto apologizes to the puppy as his stomach begins to growl in hunger making him blush with embarrassment.
"I guess half a meal isn't enough for the both of us huh?" Naruto says to the puppy as he gets up and points down to the pathway to the village. "No matter how hungry you get don't go down there everyone will be mean to you too." Naruto tells the puppy as he frowns. "If I was stronger than I can protect you...if I was only a little stronger." Naruto says to himself while the puppy stares at him whimpering and wagging his tail worried for his friend.
Later on that night Naruto had the same dream again he was in some kind of black void or room and he was naked but in his dream he would reach up to the only light up above with his arms yet no matter how far he tried to reach he couldn't reach that far yet he felt he had these hands that can go further and higher than he could ever hoped for. The next morning Naruto wakes up panting and in a panic knowing he had the same dream again he then looks around his room and sees that once again his room was covered in hand prints everywhere.
Later on at the academy Naruto stands by Hinata's desk as the young Hyuuga heiress was reading a book at her desk she then noticed Naruto and looks at him. "What's wrong?" She asked him making him look down shyly and nervously. "I Umm I have a problem." He tells her and then moments later he tells her that he had been secretly keeping a puppy up in the mountains near the orphanage he lives in and that he needed help with feeding the puppy since he doesn't always have enough food for the little guy.
When Hinata heard that she happily agreed to help making Naruto very happy and grateful as he finally felt like he made a friend...or so he thought. The next day at the academy the teachers weren't around at the moment so Naruto was alone at his desk when the door opens and Sasuke comes in. "Hey freak." He calls out to the boy with horns whom scowls at him. "You think you're really smart don't ya? But you're not smart enough heh." He says and then Naruto's eyes widen in horror when he hears a familiar whimper as he gets up from his desk and charges towards them.
"You jerks!" Naruto yells at them as Sakura was holding the puppy in her hands while standing next to Sasuke. "Hey where do you think you're going?" Ino asked him and holds him back making Naruto struggle. "Let it go stop it!" Naruto yells out sounding very upset. "Wow I've never seen you this upset before you must really like this dog huh?" Sasuke asked him with a smirk making Sakura giggle.
"Sasuke Kun is right, you don't laugh nor cry you're really creepy." She says quickly agreeing with her precious Sasuke. "Okay now cry, cry and start begging if you don't then I'll make sure the puppy does the crying for you." He tells him in a sadistic tone getting kicked in the gut as a result for doing so making Sasuke rub his sore spot where he got kicked and glares at the pink haired boy.
"That was so dumb, hey kicked that dog to teach him a lesson." Sasuke tells Sakura making Naruto's eyes widen in horror. "No don't!" Naruto yells out as Sakura smiles sadistically and kicks the dog causing it to hit the wall and whimper in pain making Naruto struggle even more but Ino just simply tighten her grip on the horned boy.
Sasuke laughs when he sees this and then gets a very cruel idea as he sees a vase with flowers in it and grabs the vase on their teacher's desk and dumps the flowers out and walks back over to where Sakura is whom was holding the puppy down. "Keep holding it down." He tells Sakura and then he raises the vase in the air and brings it down as Naruto was forced to watch them beat the puppy to death right in front of him. "No...no...no...no this can't be happening...why? Why?" He thinks to himself in horror as it felt like any time he had anything good happen to him it's always taken away from him in the end.
"Stop it!" Hinata yells out as she runs inside the classroom and sees what they were doing. "What for? I mean you're the one whom told us about this dumb dog anyways." Sasuke says to her making Naruto gasped as he looks at her feeling so betrayed. "But...but...I didn't know you were going to do this." She says and then turns to Naruto whom stares at her with betrayal. "I'm so sorry I didn't mean to tell them." Hinata apologizes to him making Naruto lower his head feeling sad and betrayed.
"Aww the stupid dog stupid moving Sasuke Kun." Sakura says making Sasuke laugh. "Oh well." He says and Naruto sees the blood puddle growing on the floor making him shake as his hands twitch. "And since they're unhappy they are always looking people worst off than they are." Naruto hears the same words that had said before being repeated in his head as he sees Hinata covering her eyes with her hands acting like she was upset but Naruto saw the smile on her face and knew that she did all of this on purpose making something inside him snap.
"Do you know who isn't human? Do you know who isn't human? PEOPLE LIKE YOU!" Naruto yells out and then suddenly Ino's head is ripped off killing her by one of one the invisible hands coming out of Naruto's back making all three of the kids look at Naruto with horror as the whole room was splattered with blood everywhere.
After that Naruto grabs his dead puppy and runs out of the classroom and goes up to the mountains in the place where he first met the small puppy and using his vectors he was able to dig a hole and buried his friend as he makes a small grave for him. When he was done Naruto stares at the grave with his red eyes that were full of so much sadness and regret.
"I'm so sorry it was all my fault...why do I have to be treated like this? Just because I'm a little different? It's not fair." Naruto says as he then grabs both of his horns with his two hands about to rip them both off when suddenly he heard the sound of footsteps and a dog barking. Naruto gasped and he turns and sees a boy before him with black messy hair and grey eyes and pale skin wearing a black shirt and jeans and sneakers as he had a dog that was a corgi with him.
The boy and Naruto just stand there looking at each other silently as Naruto didn't know that this meeting would be the best thing that had ever happened to him and it will change his life forever.
