Later on that night Naruto goes to see his new friend Ai as he didn't know why but he felt something was off and that nagging feeling just wouldn't go away. So he stops by her apartment when he got there the pink haired omega can smell the strong scent of blood coming from inside making his red eyes widen.
He opens the door and goes into the apartment and sees Ai smiling a sad smile with her school uniform covered in blood and her father dead on the floor with his neck cut deeply as his eyes were wide and dark and lifeless...Naruto knew that this man was long dead.
Even though he didn't care about the man he was more concerned for his friend as he goes over to her to check on her. "Are you okay?" He asked her with concern making her look at him with sadness. "I just killed my father...his blood is on my hands, I came home and he had found the painting I made for my mother that I had hidden away from him and he tried to destroy it with a knife and I tried to stop him but while moving his arm away from the painting with the knife it ended up moving towards his neck and it...oh my gosh now I'll never be able to meet my mother." She says making Naruto frown at this.
He then closes his eyes and begins to think since this was his expertise he would know how to cover up a murder or how to get rid of the body but while he was thinking he and Ai heard screaming making him curse as he sees Ai's father's girlfriend was standing at the door way and was about to scream for help when Naruto killed her with his vectors.
After that he grabbed Ai's hand and runs out of the apartment building with her. "It's gonna be okay, I'll be sure you get a chance to meet your mom and I will keep you safe!" Naruto yells out as they ran together making Ai smile a bit as she holds the painting that she made for her mother close to herself.
A few hours later they arrived at the place where the gallery was gonna be held but the door was locked so Naruto opened it with his vectors afterwards they both ran inside to hide in the gallery completely unaware that Hawks and members of the hero commission were hot on their tails. "Hawks the main Diclonius he's inside." One of the members of the police told him making Hawks nod his head.
"Good we have to make this capture as smoothly as possible we cannot have many casualties on our hands and failure is not an option and everyone keep your guard up! This Diclonius's vectors are not longer than the others but what he lacks in the meter range of his vectors he makes up with years of experience when it comes to killing he's extremely vicious so everyone be prepared!" Hawks tells them making everyone nod their heads and they go inside the art gallery just as Naruto was using his vectors to make the stuffed animals to fly around to cheer Ai up.
She watched him with wander and awe in her eyes when suddenly a bright light was shined on them blinding the omega duo. "There he is! It's him that boy fits the description perfectly!" One of the men shouts out as Hawks raised his hand to calm him down.
"Don't do anything rash like I said, we can't underestimate him plus it seems he has a hostage right now." He tells them as he looks at Naruto whom glares right back at him as he holds Ai close in a protective hold.
"It's okay I'm going to protect you just don't look ahead." He says to her as he keeps her from looking forward as he brings out his vectors to attack and kill the men deflecting their bullets as well but while this was happening Naruto didn't noticed a snipe shooter coming up behind him but Ai did so she pushed him out of the way and gets shot as she falls to the floor right in front of Naruto and begins to bleed out on the floor in a pool of blood.
When Naruto saw that his eyes widen in horror as tears comes down his face he then screams and holds onto his head in pain and loses control of his vectors destroying the building as he rushed over to her and grabs her in his arms. "No please please hang in there please it's gonna be okay!" Naruto begs her as tears comes kept coming down his face.
Suddenly a red feather cut his cheek knocking down his hood revealing his horns to everyone making him look up at Hawks making him frown. "I see so it was me you're after huh?" Naruto says to him as he holds Ai close to himself as he sighs. "Listen this girl has nothing to do with the things I've done please you have to help her." Naruto begs him making Hawks frown as he was silent for a few seconds and then he looks at him and gave Naruto an offer one the Diclonius couldn't refuse.
"How about we do this, I will help the girl and get her the medical attention she needs but in exchange I want you to surrender to us right away." He tells him making Naruto look at her and then look back at Hawks.
"Do you promise you'll save her?" He asked him making Hawks nod his head yes. After seeing that Naruto let's his friend go and puts her on the ground gently and goes towards them as he then goes down on his knees with his hands behind his head. After that they all tackled Naruto to the ground and began to restrain him while Hawks calls for an ambulance for Ai.
Naruto cries while he watches her being carried off he swore that he will escape one day and then they will be go on a painting trip together just the two of them.
The next day at the secret Diclonius research facility that the hero commission had built to keep the Diclonius locked up, Naruto was inside a large room strapped to a large contraption with a metal helmet over his head and a straight jacket on him. The door opens and Naruto hears footsteps enter the room as Hawks stands before him.
"I'm afraid I have some bad news, that girl whom we brought to the hospital she died from her injuries I'm so sorry we've done everything we can for her." He tells him and then leaves Naruto alone in his cell to mourn as tears dripped out from the holes on his helmet as Naruto swore that he will kill everyone in this facility.
