NO EXCUSE FOR DELAY.
STORY CONTINUES IN FOLLOWING WAY:
Days passed and it's been a month of their confession. Everything was good except the thing that Abhi was trying to maintain distance from Tarika. He was bothered with many things he was going through. Foremost concern was Tarika's security and secondly he was feeling guilty for hiding his identity from her. He badly wanted to tell her that he is not his Abhinav sir but he is a C.I.D. officer , a person who always puts his own life in danger for sake of his duty towards nation. He was uneasy with the fact that with him Tarika will not enjoy luxurious life like other friends of her. She will have to manage things on many occasions. Scariest thing for him was the matter of acceptance of her once she gets to know about him. He was restless because he was very unsure whether she will accept him as Senior Inspector Abhijeet or not. He wanted to reveal his reality before her but he was helpless as he has to complete his mission first. Till then , he cannot take any step that might become cause of failure of his MISSION.
ONE USUAL MORNING
It was 4:00 O' clock and Abhi was peacefully sleeping in his bed. Someone stepped in with slow moving feet. Slowly a shadow entered in his bedroom and came near the head of Abhi. Abhi got attentive and pulled his gun that was put under pillow by him in the last night. Suddenly he got up and pointed his gun before the person. The person shouted as soon as sees gun. Abhi identified the person and said:-
Abhi - tum yahan?( while not believing the presence)
person - Yes, To give you a surprise. But ye gun ?( Being scared )
Abhi- Wo wo , Pahle tum batao kya hua jo tum yahan aayin?
Tarika - Kaha , to surprise dene aayi thi .
Abhi- Itni subah kon surprise deta hai? ( being irritated)
Tarika - Mai deti hun. Aap to kabhi aate nhi dene . ( Taunting him)
Abhi- Tarika , Majak nhi, please let me know the reason behind it.( emphasizing )
Tarika - Abhi , Mai aapko surprise dene hi aayi thi. N jane kyon aap hmesha over react krte hain jb bhi mai kuchh alg krna chahti hun. Aisa to couples krte hain.( Explaining )
Abhi - Kah to aise rhi ho jaise tumhe bada experience hai?(Questioning out of jealousy)
Tarika - Not necessarily , Aise bhi to insan sochta hai n future ke liye..( Shyingly said)
Abhi - Tumne bahut socha hai ? ( Teasing)
Tarika- Kyon , aapne nhi socha kabhi.( Curiously asked)
Abhi - (Thinking in mind) Tumhe kaise bataun sara time to chor police khelte raha . Time kaha tha itna. Tarika shook him.
Tarika- Boliye n( Insisting)
Abhi - Nhi , maine nhi socha , mai bs padha hmesha. ( Trying to change the topic)
Tarika- Ohh! Really. Hum bhi medical students hain pr itna nhi padhte ki kuchh aur yaad aaye hi nhi.( Giving counter agreement )
Abhi - (Not focusing on what she said ) Ab jao tarika, it's been one hour. Kisi ne dekh liya to ...( Out of concern)
Tarika - Dekh liya to kya ? Kuchh galat hai. You are my lover. I can meet you anytime.
Abhi- ( Thinking) Tumhe kaise samjhaun tarika...
Tarika - Abhi , ek bat puchhun?
Abhi- Haa, Puchho n ...
Tarika - Apke pas gun hai... I mean you never mentioned ..( being cunfused)
Abhi - Haan , wo , wo are wo n mai...
Tarika interrupted in between
Tarika- Aur aapko kya jarurat hai gun ki? Apko kisse khatra hai? koi baat hai kya.

Tarika- You cann tell me abhi.
There was silence for few minutes , then
Tarika - I don't know but sometimes it comes in my mind that you are hiding something.( Questioning with her eyes)
Abhi - ( being nervous but managed well) Tarika ...
coming closer to tarika
Abhi- Tarika , Please abhi mat puchho , I will tell you when once there is favorable condition.
Tarika was suspicious. She was not completely with Abhi. Abhi knew it well but did not try to further extend this topic.
Abhi broke the silence .
Abhi - Next week se , tumhare exams hain final year ke.( in informing way)
Tarika- I know it. Schedule is out now.( Replying)
Abhi- What's next after MBBS?
Tarika - I will go London for further specialization.
Abhi- Tell me in detail.
Tarika - Ye exams complete ho jayenge. uske bad result aate hi mai abroad studies ke liye apply kr dungi.
Abhi (being too sad)- Aur hum ?
Tarika - Hum to hmesha sath rahenge. I will visit you in India and you will come for me . Then I will come back and we will be together till the end of our lives. I will return . I will serve my country as forensic expert. I will join C.I.D. Aur tab n mai aapko Self defense sikhaungi..( Being merry)
Abhi- ( Laughing in mind and thinking ) It will be fun.
Tarika - Kya sochne lage ?
Abhi- Kuchh nhi bs yhi soch rha hun ki tb to tum mujhe dara kr rkha krogi. ( Jokingly)
Tarika - ( Being a bit romantic ) Nhi, Mai to pyaar se rkhungi.
Abhi- ( Smiling) Achha..
They came a bit more closer and shared an eye lock. Tarika held Abhi's shoulder and leaned towards his chin . Before she could make further progress Abhi got up. It was not the case that he did not want to make all this happen between them but his duty, his lie to her forced him to restrain himself.
Abhi - Tarika, Sun has come out.( Not meeting with her eyes)
Tarika was disappointed. Whenever she wanted to come closer to him Abhi showed no positive response. It started discouraging her confidence.
Tarika- I think , it's time to get going.
Abhi did't say anything. After few minutes, HE broke silence.
Abhi- Chhod dun?( Less confidently )
Tarika- No need, I will go on my own.
With saying this, She left the house. Abhi sat in bed and cursed himself for hurting his love. But he couldn't help it.
