A/N: Hey guys! Back again with another update! Hope you like it!

Percy rolls over, eyes blinking awake to the dim light. A sole lamp from the other side of the room is on, illuminating the clock on the wall that reads three am.

It takes him a second to process the number before his eyes flick over to the shape to his right, curled up against the headboard.

Annabeth's knees are pulled towards her chest, her hands covering her face. The way her shoulders are slumped indicate her exhaustion and he feels a pang in his heart at the sight.

"Annabeth?" His movements are slow and hefty, still laced with sleep, as he sits up.

"Percy? What are you doing?" She removes her hands from her face and he sees the tiredness in her eyes, the bags under them extenuated by the low lighting.

"You can't sleep again?" The words come out slow as he leans against the headboard, trying to wake himself up.

"I'm fine," she responds. "You go back to sleep, baby."

He shakes his head stubbornly. His brain has finally caught up with what's happening, and the sleep has faded from his eyes just by seeing her.

"No. I'm not sleeping without you." He reaches to take on of her hands in his. "Tell me what I can do?"

Annabeth sighs, rubbing her eyes with her fingers and letting her legs straighten out. "It's fine, I'll deal with it."

"Besides," she adds, turning towards him with a small smile. "You have work tomorrow."

In five hours, actually, but none of that matters anyway.

"Doesn't matter," he replies, tugging her closer to him. "You're more important. Now lay down."

She relents, letting her head fall on his chest as her arms encircle him so that she's half on top of him. He holds her back, tracing circles on her shoulders soothingly.

"We can watch something until you fall asleep," he suggests.

Raising her head to look at him, she shakes her head in protest. "It's okay, I'll be up on night, you get some rest."

"Nah," he dismisses. "We'll have you asleep in no time. Come on."

He lets go of her to reach for the remote on his bedside table and switches on the TV. Instinctively he opens up youtube, searching for a silent playthrough of a sandbox type game with pleasant music that'll make her eyes tired.

"Percy…" she weakly argues, and he knows that despite her resistance, she's thankful for his support.

He doesn't even respond to that, just clicks on a video and lets the soft music fill the room. He feels Annabeth sigh against his chest and he runs a hand through her hair, trying to relax her further.

She hadn't had problems lately, but now he's wondering if she just hasn't been telling him, allowing him the luxury of sleep that she struggles with.

He presses a kiss onto her head at the thought. A tired yawn escapes him, his eyes drifting to watch her more than the screen, simply enjoying her presence.

Sure enough, a second later Annabeth yawns and he can't help the small smile at the action.

He may be tired, may have work in a few hours, but this moment is worth it. Because ultimately, he'd rather stay up all night than let her struggle alone.
