A/N: Hey guys! Back again with another chapter! Hope you like it!

Words don't always have to hurt. Strings of letters forming sentences that paint cruel pictures of pain and violence and death. Stories of tragedy meant to destroy.

The lines remembered in the middle of the night, the horror leaving a lasting impression. The lines often whished to be forgotten. Or perhaps held on to as a testament, a motivation.

Regardless of the feeling, the outcome remains the same. A stain on a heart, a mind, a soul.

Pain runs deep, a vein thick enough to dig and explore farther and farther. Deep enough to create chapters of images gruesome and torturous.

The impact is resolute, a fight filled with hurt that lingers in the mind.

But words don't always have to break.

Words can also mend.

Strings of letters forming sentences that paint the beauty of the world, of smiles and tears and a brightness so warm that it tingles through the body. Stories mean to inspire.

The lines remembered in the middle of the night with the ghost of a smile and a strong tug of the heart bringing a warmth and determination.

The outcome is light. Light seeping into a heart, a mind, a soul.

Passion runs deep. It is unbound by happiness or sadness, it simply resides fiercely and powerfully. It's not always pretty, it can bring tears to eyes and a deep pull to a heart as easily as it can soar through a mind and bring a smile to a face. But, as is the nature of passion, it ultimately uplifts and ends on hope.

There is a place in this world for each. Times when words that break are needed, and the times when the words that mend are needed to fix them.

But sometimes it's far too easy to get swept up in this wild, complex world. Far too easy to only notice the pain.

And sometimes…a reminder is needed.

Not every love needs a tragedy. Not every love needs intense suffering for it to matter, for it to last, for it to be remembered in the minds of people.

Love will always come with hurt, but it can soar, it can lift, the bravery it requires to love fiercely without external stimuli like pain, is powerful. To simply love to the sake of loving, to open a heart without fear requires courage. A courage that matters, that lasts, that is remembered.

Love runs deep and reaches places that are beyond definition. Both words can build up a love story. The ones the break show the love hard fought and won. The ones that mend show the love that makes it all worth it.

But if I have to choose, I choose the words that mend.

I choose passion. I choose the hurt that comes with it and the light it inevitably brings.

Because if I get to choose the outcome, I want the one that brings just a little more hope into the world.

A/N: This was born from reading one to many books filled with pain and violence in the name of love. As I state, there is a time and place for each and I respect them both. And I've written both too, when I say I choose I mean that I prefer (but even then I want my stories to always bring hope).

I want to argue that for something to be meaningful, or impactful, it doesn't have to be pain and suffering. Words that inspire can leave a lasting hope just as powerful.

At least, I'm the type of person who remembers the hopeful ones more often.

Truly, I just got tired of reading about cruelty and wanted to write something happier.

I hope you guys liked it, Please Review! I'd love to hear your thoughts!

And as always, thanks for reading!
