Mineta's new quirk

(Author's note: Hello everyone, first of all I want to clarify that I will use the first chapter to develop the story and in the first chapter there will be no sex, however this is a smutfic so if you only come for that you can go directly to the chapter 2, so if you are looking for an elaborate story or a very complex plot this is not your fic, anyway, if you like this kind of thing thanks for reading)

Chapter 1: my new Quirk

Hello, my name is Minoru Mineta, I am a student at the U.A. And I'm a little pervert, a few months ago I got my provisional hero license, which allows me to use my Quirk outside of the academy as long as someone's life is in danger or a villain threatens people.

A few weeks ago the police announced that they are pursuing a Villain who calls himself Switcher, the police did not say what his Quirk was but they say that he does not represent a great danger, even so they have said that it is extremely important that we capture him.

Hearing this I immediately started looking for the villain in my spare time, after all if he is not someone dangerous it would be easy for me to capture him, and if this villain is so important, capturing him would make me quite popular, and so finally my classmates would not see me as a coward or useless, maybe even someone would fall madly in love with me.

I was fantasizing that one of them would fall in love with me when I saw Shinso, a boy who also studies at U.A running after a subject, when he saw me he yelled at me:

Shinso: Hey you! you are Mineta from class 1-A, don't answer me! I need your help, I have found the villain that they talk so much about in the news, your Quirk will be ideal to catch him, follow me!

We quickly ran towards an alley where the villain was cornered, Shinso immediately began to speak to the villain, it was obvious that he wanted the villain to respond to be able to activate his Quirk, however the villain remained quiet and a little nervous.

Before we could catch the villain the sack of what appeared to be ropes from the palm of his hands, which quickly came to us and stuck to our bodies and immediately we felt like an electric shock went through our bodies,I was electrocuted and fell to the ground, however Shinso was not so lucky, he also fell to the ground, however he hit his head hard against a wall.

The villain was escaping, when I saw him I tried to throw one of my balls at him to stop him, however I could not get them off my head, this was quite strange since something like this had never happened to me, I wanted to continue chasing him, but Shinso was unconscious and I couldn't leave him lying on the ground in that alley, so I decided to call the police to continue chasing the villain, and also to bring an ambulance for shinso.

After a while the ambulance arrived and they took Shinso to the hospital, I went with him to make sure he was okay, I was also a bit worried because I couldn't use my Quirk.

I was a couple of minutes in silence waiting for Shinso to be treated, then I went to a policeman and asked him some questions:

Mineta: sir, do you know how Shinso is doing?

Police: Oh hello, you are the one who was trying to catch the villain too, don't worry, for now Shinso is out of danger, however the doctors told me that he has a mild case of amnesia, so they will keep him in the hospital for a couple of weeks until he recovers.

Mineta: I see ... by the way, the news has not said which is the Quirk of the villain with whom we fight, do you know it? Could you tell me which one is?

Police: well, we do not want to reveal this type of information to the public, but since you are a student of the U.A I suppose there is no problem ...

This villain has the ability to exchange the Quirks of 2 people, in this way to create chaos and confusion or steal the Quirk of someone very powerful and give it to a villain, so we do not want anyone to find out about his Quirk, especially the groups of villains.

I continued talking to the policeman for another minute until he had to leave, I didn't want to tell him what had happened in the alley as I wasn't sure if what had happened was that the villain had exchanged our Quirks.

I quickly went to the bathroom and tried to remove one of my balls, however they were rigid and did not detach from me, at first I was very scared and confused, after all I had lived all my life with that Quirk.

Mineta: no no NO! This can't be happening to me, does it mean that now I no longer have my Quirk ?! What am I going to do, now I have Shinso's Quirk! Shinso's Quirk… hmm…

I stopped for a moment to think about the amazing situation I was in, I certainly loved my Quirk but I have to admit that having the ability to control people's minds was not bad at all, in fact for someone like me it was how to win the lottery!

Mineta: Shinso's quirk allows him to control people… that means that if I ordered something to Momo she… SHE…

I thought about all the things I could do with this Quirk, fantasizing about having fun with all my classmates, however first I had to try it, and I still didn't know how to use it.

I assumed that the Quirk would only activate if I wanted it to, so I came out of the bathroom and went to a sexy young nurse who was alone in a corridor and spoke to her with the intention of controlling her mind.

Mineta: Hey miss, where is room 3?

Nurse: Hello, room 3 is in…!

Suddenly the nurse went blank, I was celebrating with excitement, so I decided to test the limits of Shinso's Quirk, so I ordered him to take off his panties.

Return to the U.A. At night, everyone was sleeping so I couldn't test Shinso's Quirk on anyone, the next morning I woke up full of energy, for a moment I thought that what had happened yesterday had been a dream, but I looked at my table and saw The nurse's panties, yesterday had been real, and today I was going to use Shinso's Quirk to make my deepest wishes come true!.
