Hey! :)

Thank you so much Gypsyrose98 for your review! Tom is sad deep down, but he will get better ;)

Hope you all like this chapter! Have a great rest of your weekend!

He did not know how long he had been laying by the fire, crying quietly, when he suddenly heard footsteps behind him.

"Tommy?"

He sobbed, curling himself into an even smaller ball. Gryffindor was the last person he wanted to see right now- not after he had humiliated him like this.

Wanna be alone!

Godric slowly walked closer, smiling sadly at the boy curled on the floor by the fireplace, "trying to get warm there, sweet boy?", he carefully sat down next to him, "you ran out the door so fast, I was not even able to tell you how proud I am of you for apologizing."

He could feel the boy stiffen, but he did not respond.

"You made me very proud just now- I know it was not easy for you to say sorry", Gryffindor went on, gently caressing his sweaty, tousled hair, "you were being so brave for me…my brave, brave boy."

Tom let out a little sniff, and Gryffindor smiled, "you like being my brave boy, hmm?", he mumbled, "being so good for me right now…being so brave."

"Not…brave!", the boy blurted out, his voice thick with tears, "I…I…was…I felt…everyone's…laughing now, they…they think…I am…weak…"

"No one is laughing about you, sweet boy", Gryffindor told him calmly, "they were all impressed by how nicely you apologized. You have to be strong to admit to a mistake, Tommy."

"Only…did it…cause you said it!", Tom mumbled, carefully leaning his head closer into the touch, "don't want…more punishment, Sir!"

Gryffindor's smile widened, the boy did not realize it yet, but he had apologized to make him proud and be good for him- if he really had been so adamant against apologizing, he wouldn't have done it, "there won't be any more punishment- you are all forgiven, remember?", he kept gently caressing his hair, "but it's time now for the after spanking part- and I daresay, you'll like this part a lot better."

Tom slowly turned his head, blinking at him in confusion, "but…I thought you gonna send me home now, cause…you…you said…I'll go to bed…and…think about…how much…how much I…disappointed you", his voice broke, and Gryffindor could see him desperately trying to keep his composure.

"That hurt you, hmm?", he asked him quietly, "that I said that? Tommy, I need you to understand that your actions disappointed me- not you. Never you."

Tom's eyes filled with fresh tears, "you…you don't even…know me!", he started to cry again, and Gryffindor knew he was ready for his snuggling time now- the part after the spanking.

"Shhh…all good, Tommy…I am here…it's all good…", he gently picked him up, and then he carried the boy over to an armchair, placing him on his lap, "that was all a lot to process today, hmm? Getting your first spanking, and apologizing for the first time…acting like such a brave, big boy."

He could see Tom's ears turning pink, and it made him smile again. The boy seemed to love being talked to like this, even though Godric could still sense his confusion.

"You are going to be nice and quiet now for your snuggling time, Tommy", he told him softly, "you will sit calmly, and you will stay absolutely still now, understand?"

"Snugg…ling time?", now the confusion was obvious in his voice, and it made Godric's heart heavy to know that the boy had never been snuggled before, "after you get disciplined, you'll get snuggled, Tommy", he kept his voice soft, "I promise you'll like it."

"Gonna…hurt, Sir?", he still seemed confused, and Gryffindor's heart clenched, "no, baby, this won't hurt- more of the opposite", and then he started to very slowly rock the boy, and he could see Tom's eyes widen in shocking amazement.

"You are my sweet boy, Tommy", he told him, his voice low and affectionate, "you were so brave today…you took your punishment so well…making me proud…such a good boy…such a sweet, brave boy…", and he kept rocking him, holding him close, and after several minutes, Tom did not seem so tense anymore, but he was staring at him in absolute wonder, his eyes still red from crying, his face still wet with tears and drool, and his hair a sweaty, tousled mess.

"You like this, hmm?", Godric mumbled, "being so nice and quiet for me now…behaving so well", he secretly thought the boy was getting close to the point what he called mental surrender- the point when the boy would just…let go.

"Who's my sweet boy, Tommy?"

"I…me…sweet…boy…", his speech was already more slurred, another sign that they were getting close- along with the mental regression that usually went hand in hand. Tom had taken a lot of licks, he had been humiliated and degraded in front of several of his enemies, and now all the exhaustion, the pain, and the confusion he felt was looking for an outlet.

"Yes, you are my sweet boy, Tommy", Gryffindor told him softly, "and you'll be obeying me nicely from now on, hmm?"

"Hmmmm…", Tom mumbled back, his eyes getting heavy, "be…good…", he snuggled closer, liking the warmth and the safety Gryffindor provided, along with the hand in his hair, "make…you…proud…"

"Yes, you made me very proud today, Tommy", Gryffindor assured him, "ready to go back now, baby?"

"Hmmm…", the boy yawned quietly, blinking at him drowsily, "more…snuggles?"

"You will definitely get more snuggles, Tommy. You like snuggling time?"

"Hmmmm…"

Gryffindor chuckled, realizing the boy was unable to comprehend much anymore- he was in his own little world now, blissfully unaware to most of the things around him.

Godric stood up, Tom safely snuggled into his chest, and then he slowly went back to the living room. Most of the army members had left, it was only Remus Lupin and Harry and his friends now, they were talking quietly when he entered the room again, but when they saw Tom in his arms, they stopped. Gryffindor winked at them, sitting on one of the couches, and Aurelius, who immediately came closer, had to chuckle.

"He's pretty far gone, isn't he?"

"Why don't you see for yourself", Godric replied, amusement in his voice, "might be good practice for you anyways."

Aurelius smiled, and then he extended a hand to Tom's hair, raking it slowly, "hey there, Tommy- are you being a good boy?"

He got an adorable little grunt as an answer, and it made him chuckle again, "this won't last, right?"

"No- he'll be falling asleep soon. He's pretty exhausted- got a really good spanking."

Harry, who had been unable to take his eyes off Tom once Godric had carried him into the room like he was a…child, heard the last sentence, and he instantly stiffened. Gryffindor had spanked Voldemort?

He still had not told anyone about what Snape had done to him, he was still too embarrassed, confused and mortified about it, but when he heard Gryffindor's words now, he could not stop himself from walking a little closer, all while he was still pretending to listen to Remus.

"How many did you give him?", Harry could hear Aurelius ask now.

"Well, I planned to give him twenty- ten with the belt and ten with my hand, but he fought me a lot in the beginning, so he ended up getting forty with the belt for being defiant."

Forty with the belt! And I thought ten was bad!

"How did he react to that?"

"Not very well, unfortunately- we made some progress though- once I used my hand on him."

"Let me guess- he was pretty responsive to that, right?", Aurelius sounded amused, and Harry frowned. He remembered Snape saying something about being responsive- but he still had no clue what that meant.

Gryffindor laughed softly, "very much so- he was begging me and screaming bloody murder pretty much from the start. I barely swatted him though, it was merely very soft pats, since he had already taken so much before- but for him, it felt so much worse than the belt."

"So…that would be the pride aspect, correct?"

"Precisely. Anything degrading technically- he will respond very well to that."

"That is definitely helpful to know."

Harry was strangely intrigued by the conversation, and he was dying to hear more- but at that moment, Neville asked him something and he had to force his attention back to his friends. He could not tell them that he rather listened to Gryffindor and his son discussing Voldemort's punishment- none of them would understand, and it would just make them ask him some very uncomfortable questions.

Gryffindor and Aurelius kept talking, though, with Tom snuggled closely into Gryffindor, blinking his eyes like a little owl.

"This is actually the perfect time to start some command training", Godric now said, "he's all quiet and calm now, and he'll most likely will want to obey."

Aurelius nodded, "which one are you thinking about, Father?"

Just at that moment, Tom moved his legs a little, and they both had to chuckle, "I guess that answers my question", Aurelius grinned from ear to ear, "talking about perfect timing here."

Tom was squirming a little more now, the pain from his sore backside interrupting his peaceful headspace, and Gryffindor wasted no time correcting him.

"Settle, boy", he told the boy firmly, and when Tom whimpered something, still squirming, he gave him a soft pat on his backside, "settle, boy", he repeated.

Tom whimpered again, obviously not knowing what to do now.

"He has to figure out the commands on his own- it's mostly on a trial and error basis", Gryffindor explained to Aurelius who was attentively watching, "you want to make sure your commands are one word only- and after you command him to do something, you wait a few seconds for him to respond. If he obeys, you praise him- and if he does not, you use some encouragement, your hand, a switch, whatever he responds to, and then you repeat your command."

The boy was still squirming, so Gryffindor repeated the process, "settle, boy", his voice had gotten more firm, and Tom kicked his legs in distress. He got another smack on his backside for that, which caused him to buck slightly, "settle, boy."

Both of them were watching Tom kick again now, "bring me the blanket, will you, Aurelius?"

The boy nodded, "of course, Father", he went over to the other couch and returned seconds later holding a big, thick and very soft blanket.

"I am going to show you now what else he responds very well to", Godric told him calmly, starting to very tightly wrap the boy into the warm blanket, "shhh…easy there, Tommy", he mumbled when Tom tried to move, still whimpering quietly.

"No one's hurting you, baby- this is just to keep you safe", he said in a low voice, while Tom's struggles got more desperate.

"Hnnnnrrrggg!"

"Almost done, Tommy", Gryffindor kept tightly wrapping him into the blanket, his arms and legs forced closely to his body.

"I am not sure if…", Aurelius began, but when Godric tightened the blanket again, he raised his eyebrows, "oh. Interesting."

The boy had gotten completely still- his whole body was firmly wrapped into the blanket now, allowing him to only move his head. He was staring at Gryffindor with wide eyes, but there was no recognition in his eyes- just wonder.

"There we go…all nice and quiet again, hmm?", Gryffindor had to laugh softly when Tom tilted his head, obviously trying to understand what he was saying, "this will help you calm down nicely, Tommy."

"So, he responds well to being…restrained? Why is that?", Aurelius asked, curiosity in his voice. He was standing right next to Tom again, and when he reached out to slowly move his hand across his chest, the boy did not even flinch.

"It's actually more common than you might think- babies love to be swaddled as well, it gives them a sense of security. For Thomas, it mostly grounds him and helps him to settle- he knows it's useless to fight now, so he does not even try, and it makes him feel his own body", Gryffindor told him, "now, there's one more thing I want to show you before he falls asleep- the tightness of the blanket will actually speed up that process."

"I am listening, Father", Aurelius replied, smiling, "this is rather…fascinating."

"I know, right?", Gryffindor gave a small laugh, and then he started to caress Tom's hair again, more softly and affectionate than before. Tom replied by making a small, happy sound, and closing his eyes.

"Sweet boy", Gryffindor told him quietly, "such a sweet boy…", he kept caressing his hair, praising him in a low voice- and then, after a few minutes, he abruptly moved his hand away.

Aurelius watched in interest how Tom whimpered, trying to push his head back to get the comforting hand again, but Gryffindor did not react- he just calmly waited.

"He is going to learn how to ask nicely- one of the most important parts of obedience training", Gryffindor told him evenly, "he has to realize that he cannot demand anything from you- instead, he will have to beg for what he wants."

Tom was still whimpering in confusion, desperately wanting the comfort and safety of Gryffindor's hand back in his hair, and since his whimpers and pushing his head got no reaction, he knew he had to try something else. With his body unable to move, he could only use his head to provoke a reaction. Instinctively, he lowered his head and then nuzzled it carefully into Gryffindor's chest.

Godric hummed in approval, very pleased with the progress- and then he lifted up his hand again, gently caressing Tom's hair once more, "you are making me so proud today, baby bear- so very proud", he told him, his voice affectionate, "showing me what a sweet, obedient boy you can be, hmm?"

The boy nuzzled into him again, surrendering to him, and Godric had to smile, "my sweet boy."

He kept caressing his hair, and after a few minutes, he removed his hand again. This time, Tom did not even hesitate for a second, he immediately nuzzled his head into his chest again, silently begging Gryffindor to move his hand back.

"He learns fast", Aurelius stated, sounding amused.

"He does- but he will have forgotten everything again by tomorrow. These kind of things need lots of practice and lots of repetition. He's quite docile now because he has gotten spanked pretty good- aren't you, Tommy?"

The boy just yawned softly, closing his eyes again, and seconds later, Gryffindor could feel his whole body getting heavier, practically melting into him.

"He's asleep", Godric informed his son quietly, "I am expecting him to sleep really well tonight, actually."

"Are you…going to let him sleep wrapped in that blanket, Father?", Aurelius asked curiously.

"Yes, I am- it will keep him safe and warm for tonight", Godric replied, carefully standing up with Tom in his arms. Salazar had taken Remus and the students over to the conference room a while ago, giving them the privacy they had needed, "I'll bring him up to the guestroom- and you will take over tomorrow morning, right?"

Aurelius nodded, "I am planning to, Father."

"You know what that means, Aurelius?"

"I have to establish my position to him right away, and set up expectations", Aurelius recited, "you think he will be very angry tomorrow?"

"Not so much angry, no- but he will be completely helpless in that blanket, unable to move, and he will feel ashamed of what has happened today. He will disrespect you, and he will be rude."

"I am positive I can handle him, Father."

That made Godric smile, "I know you can, Aurelius- you will do great."

"Is everything alright, Harry?"

Harry blinked, forcing himself to answer with a small laugh, "of course, why are you asking?"

"You seemed a little…absent at the meeting last night", Hermione replied quietly, since Ron and Neville were walking just behind them- they were on their way to Defense class, "when Remus was talking…you kept smiling and nodding at the wrong times."

Harry blushed, he should have known better than to be able to hide something from the always observant Hermione, "I…I was just…distracted. I mean, I was thinking."

"You kept staring over to Voldemort", Hermione pointed out, and Harry inwardly groaned. Darn Hermione and her relentlessness!

"I…yeah. I was listening to them…for a little."

"What were they talking about?"

Harry considered to just lie to her for a second- but then he sighed. He could not do that to Hermione, she was his best friend, and besides, carrying his secret around with him about Snape kept getting harder and harder.

"They were discussing his…punishment. Gryffindor…he…punished Voldemort for telling Dumbledore about the attack."

Hermione did not reply for several seconds, but Harry knew her well enough to know that she was just thinking hard.

"He spanked him, didn't he?", she finally said softly, and Harry coughed, his face turning red again, "how…how do you even know that?"

"I could tell from the way he was walking when he came in to apologize- and then, when Gryffindor came back with him, he seemed to be all…calm and quiet."

"I did not understand that", Harry blurted out, unable to stop himself any longer, "why would he let Gryffindor carry him and be so chilled about it? I mean, he's not a kid."

"He probably did some quiet time with him after he ran out- sometimes, you can get into this headspace from that where everything is just…floating. You are all calm, there are no worries, no responsibilities, just…calmness."

That sounds like a dream come true.

To escape his own head, to escape all the worries about Dumbledore, the anxiety about what would happen next, the guilt he felt about Sirius- the sadness that his parents were gone…all of that would disappear?

Harry wanted to ask more, but before he could say anything else, Parvati came over and instantly began to pull Hermione into a conversation about the homework. A minute later, they were inside the classroom- and even though it was Remus Lupin who was their teacher, Harry would not have never disrespected his authority by whispering to one of his friends during class.

He did get lost in his thoughts, though- mainly thinking about what Hermione had said.

There are no worries, no responsibilities, just…calmness.

He needed that, and he needed it desperately- the question was, how to get to that headspace? If it could only accomplished by a spanking, then he would have to…

I have to act out again so Snape will spank me again, so I can forget everything for a while.

Where am I?

He groggily turned his head, and then he tried to get up, realizing with growing panic that he was unable to move.

Looking down on his body, he noticed he was wrapped tightly in a thick blanket, and that he was laying on a soft mattress on the floor.

He tried to wiggle himself out of the blanket, but there was no use- he could barely even move an inch.

"Goddamnit, what…"

"I see that you are awake", someone said, and then he heard footsteps coming closer, "good morning, Thomas", Aurelius gave him an open smile, "how did you sleep?"

"Stop the fucking bullshit and get me out of here! I need to get up! Why the hell am I even here?", Tom spat back at him, ignoring his questions.

Aurelius kept smiling, though, walking closer, "that wasn't very nice now, hmm?", he winked at him, "and if you want to get up, you might want to try asking me in a different tone, Thomas."

"Kinda full of yourself, eh?", Tom scoffed, he was certainly not going to let some teenager boss him around, "shouldn't you be in school?"

Aurelius chuckled, "I am being homeschooled for now, not that it is any of your concern, Thomas."

"Whatever, now get me the fuck out of this thing! I need to move!", he tried to wiggle around some more, desperately kicking his tightly wrapped feet.

"Settle, boy", Aurelius simply said, "you will get out once you are nice and quiet for me, Thomas."

"Fuck you!"

"I see- you want to do this the hard way, hmm? And here I was thinking my father already taught you it's better to obey yesterday."

The mention of Gryffindor seemed to make Tom even more furious, because now he was struggling with all his might, "fucking let me out! I am done with you and your fucking father just bossin' me around! I want to go home!"

"Ask nicely, Thomas."

"I won't do anything you tell me! You are a kid, nothing more!", he snarled at the fifteen year old, "now get me out of here, you smug little bastard!"

He knew that calling Gryffindor's son a bastard had been a mistake as soon as he saw Aurelius' face darkening, "bad boy, Thomas", Aurelius' voice had gotten icy cold, "you might think you can call me names and be rude to me like you did to my father- but I am not as lenient as my father, Thomas."

Gryffindor? Lenient? What a damn joke.

His whole body tensed when he saw Aurelius waving his hand now, causing a small switch to appear in one of his hands, "you will learn to obey me, Thomas", and then he walked closer to him, turned him around effortlessly since he was wrapped up tight and gave him a hard swat with the switch.

Tom could not stop himself from yell out at the unexpected pain, "shit, what the fuck, stop! Stop doing that!", he tried to wiggle away, feeling humiliated by the fact that he was helpless against the younger boy, "you…you'll regret this!"

"Are you threatening me, Thomas?", Aurelius just asked, and then the switch came down again, "I can do this all day, you know- until you are ready to behave for me."

"I don't have to listen to you! You are nothing but some random teenager, so why the fuck should I do what you say?", Tom spat out, his eyes sparkling with fury.

"Because I am the one holding the switch, Thomas", Aurelius replied, sounding amused, "and because you want something from me, not the other way around. I could let you wiggle on the floor all day if I wanted to- unless you ask me nicely to let you out."

"I already said I won't, you cannot fucking force me!"

"Very well then. I am just going to sit here and wait until you are ready to behave", and then Tom was forced to watch Aurelius walking over to a small couch by the door, sitting down. He saw him take a book and something that looked like a folder with some documents out of the satchel he was wearing across his shoulder, not bothering to even glance in his direction anymore.

Tom bit his lips from preventing himself to scream out in frustration. Yesterday had been horrible enough, the spanking, the forced apology, and him letting Gryffindor cuddle him like some drooling infant, and he still had no clue how he had gotten into this room. The last thing he remembered was Gryffindor rocking him in that small living room, and then- nothing.

The only thing he knew was- and he hated to admit it- that he had slept better than he ever had. He always needed at least half a bottle of whiskey to pass out at night, but last night…it had been amazing. He had slept peacefully, with some amazing dreams, too, and if it wasn't for the fact that he was wrapped up like a damn sandwich now, he felt pretty good. Well rested and energetic, and to his surprise, his backside did not even hurt as much as he thought it would.

"You gonna ignore me now, asshole?", he sneered at Aurelius after a few minutes and a few useless attempts to get out of the wrapped blanket, "this is getting boring."

"Quiet, Thomas."

He just snorted, "yeah, right. You gonna tell me to stop talking now? Who the fuck do you think you are?"

Aurelius stood up without another word, and Tom watched him walk into the en-suite bathroom. He came back not even a minute later, carrying what looked like a small washcloth.

"I do not like to repeat myself, Thomas", he informed him, his voice still cold, "but since you are still learning, I will say it one more time, and if you disobey again, you will face the consequences for it. Quiet, Thomas."

"Go to hell, bastard."

Aurelius just sighed, and then he sat down next to him, crumbling the washcloth into a small ball, "you really are stubborn, aren't you?", he sounded amused, though, gently holding Tom's head, the only body part he was still able to move, "open wide, Thomas."

"Fuck ygggrrfff!", he was not able to finish cursing at Aurelius, since the younger boy hurried to use the opportunity of him trying to speak to carefully push the washcloth in his mouth, "there you go…that will keep you busy for a while, hmm?"

"HMMPPPFFF!"

"Shhh…calm down, Thomas. I told you I won't let you out until you are nice and calm."

"HMMMPPMM!"

"Shhh…quiet time now for bad boys", Aurelius had the nerve to smile at him now, and then he got back up and walked back over to the couch, sitting down completely casually like nothing had happened.

"HNNNMMMPP!"

Tom desperately tried to get the washcloth out of his mouth, but he had to realize with growing despair that Aurelius must have placed some kind of spell on that piece of fabric- because even though he kept pushing and shaking his head as forcefully as he could, the washcloth did not move, not even a millimeter.

He struggled, forcing back the tears. The taste in his mouth from the washcloth was nasty, and he wanted to get up, to move…and he knew he had to go to the bathroom soon. Just- how was he supposed to tell Aurelius he had to go with that thing in his mouth?

He won't let me lie here pissing myself, right?

Just the thought of being forced to wet himself like some toddler with Aurelius watching was too much- and seconds later, he felt his face getting wet from tears. Everything had gotten wrong yesterday, and now everything was going wrong again- and he was always the one being punished, mocked, and hurt.

I want to go home! I want to get out of this place!

He turned his head away from Aurelius, quietly weeping into the mattress, the washcloth getting heavy in his mouth with drool. He bit down on it, swallowing some of his own spit- he was so damn thirsty, too, but he couldn't move, he couldn't do anything.

He could hear Aurelius hum something all of a sudden, and since he was unable to cover his ears, he was forced to listen to it. The humming was surprisingly soothing- and it was so quiet, and he was warm, so warm…and the blanket was soft…so…so…soft…

Before he realized it, Tom was asleep again- not knowing that Aurelius had been watching him, a small, pleased smile on his lips.

He let Tom doze for a while, sitting down next to him and watching in amusement how Tom sucked the drool out of the washcloth in his sleep, and how calm he had gotten.

"The blanket is keeping you nice and calm, hmm?", he mumbled, "let's you realize there is no use to fight…", he gently tousled Tom's hair for a bit, and when he felt the older boy stir, he started to hum again, grinning when he got a tiny, happy grunt in response.

"You like that, Tommy? There's a lot more I can sing or hum for you", he told him in a low voice, "we just found another thing you respond well to- Father will be pleased."

Tom grunted something in his sleep, and Aurelius saw his eyes fluttering, knowing he would wake up anytime now.

Seconds later, he was blinking, a dazed expression in his eyes, "hhhmnnnppp…"

"Shh…I know, Tommy. You have been very quiet just now, you actually feel asleep again", Aurelius was smiling at him, "and I think you are ready to be a good boy now, hmm?"

"Hmmnnnn…"

"Yes, I'll take the washcloth out- and then you are going to ask me nicely to be let out of the blanket, right, Tommy?"

"Hnnnmmm…"

Aurelius was still smiling, and then he gently removed the gag which was soaked in drool, "there…now what do you have to say to me, Thomas?"

Tom blinked, his face flushed, "out…please…", he croaked, "need…to go."

"You need to go to the bathroom?", Aurelius concluded, his voice surprisingly soft, "let's get you out of this blanket then- bathroom is right next door, Tommy", and then he carefully removed the blanket, and Tom was laying absolutely still, not even wiggling when Aurelius pulled the blanket away from under him, "there, all done now."

Tom bit his lips, and then he slowly stretched out his arms and legs, he had expected them to feel a lot more sore, but they actually did not. He still was shocked how good he actually felt.

He could not bear to look at Aurelius right now, so he silently went to the bathroom, used the toilet, and washed his hands. When he hesitantly entered the bedroom again, Aurelius was sitting on the couch again, a book in his hand. He looked up when Tom came closer, smiling at him, "how are you feeling?"

Tom avoided his gaze, staring at the ground instead.

"This…isn't normal, right?", he finally blurted out, and Aurelius did not even need Occlumency to understand what he was talking about.

"You'd be surprised how many people like to sleep like that, Thomas- it's very natural, actually. Babies always sleep best when they are swaddled, it gives them a sense of comfort."

"So…it's normal for babies", Tom concluded, a bitter tone in his voice, "and I am just fucked up then?"

"You are not- this is nothing to be ashamed about, Thomas", Aurelius responded calmly, "you slept quite well last night, hmm?"

"Yeah."

"And you slept for a long time, too- it's almost lunch time now", Aurelius went on, "so this obviously helps you. And why would anything that helps you be something shameful?"

Tom closed his eyes for a second, "it doesn't…help me. I was just…exhausted last night."

Aurelius just smiled, "you are not angry anymore", he pointed out, sounding slightly amused, "as soon as you gave up struggling, you fell asleep- and when you woke up, you were completely calm."

"Maybe you put a spell on me", Tom mumbled, still avoiding to look at the younger boy.

"And what would that be? An anti-anger spell?", Aurelius still sounded amused, "that would be a good thing to invent, actually. Dumbledore could certainly need some of that."

Tom could not help but grin a little, even though he really did not want to find anything Aurelius said funny- not after he had humiliated him like this.

"Now, are you ready to get some lunch? You must be starving already", Aurelius now said, "my parents are probably already waiting in the dining hall."

Dining hall, eh? I guess they are too fancy here for a simple dining room.

He was hungry though- and he was eager to get the hell out of this room, so he just nodded, "yeah, I could eat."

"Come along then- I show you the way. This Manor is more like a maze than a house."

Tom grinned again, that was exactly what he had been thinking. Aurelius' behavior confused him, though- he did not understand why the younger boy was suddenly so nice to him after he had been rude from the beginning.

They entered a hallway and went down a huge staircase, and then another one, and then Tom suddenly heard some loud, angry voices- voices that sounded like Gryffindor and Slytherin.

Are they…arguing?

sooo...this should help a little in where this is going eventually- between Tom and Aurelius, that is ;)

I'd love some feedback!

xoxo,

Antonie :)
