Transmission 5: New Orders.

Nigel rolls around in his bed, unable to sleep at all because every time he closes his eyes, his mind goes back to the dungeon where he unknowingly tortured Wally. He can clearly hear the screams and Father's laughter as he throws the hot charcoal on him. However, Wally wasn't the only one Nigel had to torture, as there where many other captured KND operatives in the dungeon. Father had kidnapped them from various bases around the US, while his Ninjas kept the KND's attention. It was called Operation: Father's Day.

Father would randomly choose someone and then torture them for information. Nigel wasn't always the one doing it, but he did see Father do many despicable things. The KND's rescue mission a week later would've failed if it wasn't for Wally escaping, stealing a the prototype B.R.A. and wreaking havoc in the mansion, giving the KND enough time to free everyone. It was also on that day that Nigel stole and deleted data from Father's computers, using the commotion as the perfect distraction. In the aftermath, Father had even been charged for mass kidnapping but was never found guilty.

Nigel sighs heavily as guilt from the ordeal fills his head but continues in his attempts to sleep. Up in the Treehouse, everyone else has already fallen asleep long time ago. Apart from Wally, who flies over the suburbs surrounding the Treehouse, carrying his communicator with him, in case something happens. As the clock hits 1am, Wally approaches a small house next to the city's main power lines, a railyard and slag heaps at the poorer end of the city.

The next morning, a tired Nigel wakes up at 8am. After taking a shower, he heads downstairs where his father is reading the newspaper in the kitchen. "Ah Nigel old bean, good morning." Monty Uno greets his son with an English accent. Nigel holds a great deal of respect towards his own father due to his former status in the KND as Numbuh 0, the legendary operative who defeated Grandfather and began the Seventh Era of the Kids Next Door. He was however decommissioned a long time ago and is now just an eccentric and cheerful man who loves the sousaphone and fishing.

"Good morning dad." Nigel replies silently as he sits down and has a simple breakfast of eggs, toast and a cup of coffee, something that he hated when he was younger.

"Your mother has already gone to work, son. I'll just finish the paper and be on my way."

"Ok dad." Nigel again replies indifferently.

Monty notices that something is not alright with his son. "Is something troubling you Nigel?"

"No...*yawn* The trip took longer than I expected and I didn't get much sleep."

"Ah yes, that trip. Well, did you find your friends?"

"Yes, they're sleeping in the Treehouse, since we got here really late."

"That's quite alright son. Don't forget to offer them breakfast once they wake up."

"I will, dad."

"However, that is not the thing in your mind that's troubling you, Nigel. Your father can tell that much." Monty looks at Nigel sharply, making him hesitate a bit before answering.

"Well it's about me spending time at uncle Benedict's house, where I did something I regret."

"Well, it's true that Ben is a bit daft sometimes, but what do you mean by regret? Did you hurt someone?"

"A friend of mine that I injured and wasn't aware it was him. And now I'm afraid that the others won't trust me anymore because of it."

"Hmm, does this have something to do with that incident in his mansion 2 months ago?" Monty now has a serious expression.

"Yes, it's about that mass kidnapping he did. I don't want to talk about it..."

"Of course, son. But I still can't believe he walked out scot-free from that debacle. I haven't talked to him since then and frankly I'm glad you left that place as well Nigel. It's because of Ben that Pappy suffered a heart attack…Oh, sorry I started rambling. Anyway, how are you going to fix this problem?"

Nigel looks down at his food and then back at his father, who has now put the newspaper down and looks at his son sternly. "I'm not sure dad."

"Why, the answer is very simple: have a good long chat with your friends and if they are truly your friends, they'll forgive you. Trust your father on this." Monty smiles confidently to his son, who tries to smile back.

"Okay, I'll try that. Thanks dad, you're the best."

"Oh no need to thank me old bean. Say, I believe some music would be perfect for this occasion."

"Umm no thanks dad, I'm fine now."

"Nonsense! Good music can lift even the lowest of spirits." Monty pulls his old sousaphone from under the table and starts playing it. If Nigel had been younger, he would've objected a lot more vocally and ran out of the room but now that he's a teenager, it doesn't bother him that much.

After finshing his song, Monty says goodbye to Nigel and leaves for work while Nigel finishes his breakfast and heads back to his room. He presses a button on his nightstand that activates a small microphone that's connected to the Treehouse's internal broadcasting system. "Umm good morning everyone." Nigel speaks cautiously. "Since you all probably know already, there's no food in the Treehouse due to lack of use. So, my dad let us use the kitchen. If you're hungry, feel free to come down and get something to eat. The briefing will be held as planned at 10:30. That is all."

Hoagie wakes up and remembers that he hasn't eaten since he was thrown inside the cellblock yesterday. As he jumps jumps down from his fighter jet bed and heads down the hallway, his stomach starts to grumble."Man, I'm starving. I hope the Uno's have chilidogs. I haven't had those in a long time." He thinks as he opens the elevator door.

"Hold the elevator Numbuh 2!" Hoagie looks over his shoulder and sees Abby approaching from the hallway. "Mornin' Numbuh 2." she greets Hoagie as they board the elevator.

"Good morning Numbuh 5." Hoagie replies before noticing that Abby's not wearing the red kerchief on her head. Her hair is still in a loose braid but she's left her sword behind. "Man, it's been too long since I saw you without that kerchief and sword."

"Yeah, Numbuh 5 thought it was time to ditch that pirate suit. This is much better."

"You mean you threw it overboard! HAHAHAAA!" Hoagie laughs at his pun but receives a firm slap on the back of his head. "OW!"

"You're lucky I don't have my hat with me, otherwise you'd get a double smackin' for that lame joke."

"Agh, what, did your sense of humor sink along with your outfit?" Hoagie nudges Abby but again gets smacked in the back of his head. "YAOUCH!"

"Don't sass me boy, especially this early in the mornin'."

"Yeah, okay, I got it." He holds the back of his head as the elevator stops in the floor where Numbuh 4's room is.

As the doors open, a visibly worried Kuki enters the elevator. "Morning guys…" she has tied her hair into a ponytail with a green scrunchie while she's is still wearing her green sweater over her purple top and has put her gloves back on.

"Mornin'."

"Morning Numbuh 3."

"Hey, have you two seen Numbuh 4 anywhere?"

"No, why?" Hoagie asks while scratching the back of his head.

"He wasn't in his room when I woke up."

"What do you mean by that? Did you go check on him or something?"

"No Numbuh 2, I mean…" Kuki's face turns red.

"What? Spit it out already girl." Abby says.

"I kinda…slept in his room…"

"Oooh, ain't that cute? We just got back together and you two are already getting' busy."

Abby and Hoagie snicker as Kuki tries to frantically clear their misunderstanding. "No, no, no, it's not what you think! I didn't' have anywhere else to sleep!" However, this only makes Abby and Hoagie laugh louder. "Guys!" Kuki becomes more and more irritated until they slowly calm down.

"Hah…hah…sorry…"

"Well anyway, if he wasn't in his room, then he must've gone to the toilet or something." Hoagie says as he adjusts his beanie.

"Or he musta gone to eat breakfast. You know what he's like in the mornin'." Abby says as the elevator reaches the bottom floor, that connects to a closet in Nigel's own room.

"Man, I can't remember the last time I was in Nigel's home." Hoagie says as they exit Nigel's room and walk downstairs.

"Yeah, isn't that weird? Like we always came here to get to the Treehouse but we didn't go through his house." Kuki notes as they reach the kitchen, where Nigel is waiting for them, but they can tell he is not himself.

"Mornin' Numbuh 1. Everything okay?" Abby sits down opposite to Nigel.

"As fine as I'll ever be. I couldn't really sleep." He gives her a subdued reply.

"You're not the only one Numbuh 1."

Abby stretches her arms as Kuki looks around with a worried expression. "Numbuh 1, have you seen Wally?"

"Not since yesterday evening. What do you mean?"

"She hasn't seen Wally anywhere. We thought he might've gotten here already but I guess not." Hoagie says as he looks in the fridge while Nigel becomes equally alarmed as Kuki.

"Are you sure he's not anywhere in the Treehouse?"

"I had one of the hamsters check the whole Treehouse, Numbuh 1. He's not up there. I just hope he didn't leave because of what happened yesterday."

Kuki looks at everyone with worry and Abby immediately starts calming her down. "Now there's no need to panic Numbuh 3. Numbuh 4 wouldn't be so dumb that he'd just up leave."

"Unless he really turned himself in to KND…" Now tears start to form on Kuki's eyes and Abby snaps at Hoagie.

"Numbuh 2, did ya really have to say that!?"

"Sorry, I was just speculating. Sorry Kuki, we know he wouldn't do that. Anyways, did you see his communicator anywhere in his room?"

"No…"

"Then that means he has it with him. How about we call him?"

"Well, Numbuh 5 doesn't have hers with her. Anyone else got theirs?"

"I got mine."

"Good, then make the call genius."

"Geez Numbuh 5, you don't have to be cranky about it. What was the number of his com?"

"I believe he had number 8."

"Thanks, Numbuh 1. Alright, here goes..." Everyone awaits in silence as Hoagie calls Wally's communicator.

After a few seconds of silence, someone answers. "Yeah, who is it?" Wally responds with a tired tone.

"It's Numbuh 2."

"What do ya want?"

"Where the heck are you? Kuki and the others are panicking in here."

"Oh, I'm at my place. I'll come there in an hour; I'm eatin' breakfast right now." Wally hangs up.

"So, what did he say?" Abby asks as Hoagie puts his communicator back into his pocket before repeating what Wally told him.

A unified sigh reverberates through the kitchen. "That dummy, why didn't he tell anyone he was goin' to see his folks?"

"It's ok Numbuh 5; at least we know he didn't go far." Kuki says as she starts making breakfast for herself.

Abby rolls her eyes and joins Kuki, while Hoagie is already eating his sausages, egg and bacon breakfast. "Too bad you didn't have any chilidogs in here Numbuh 1."

"Why would you wanna eat chilidogs at this early in the mornin'?"

Abby is having two pieces of toast, an apple and a cup of coffee like Hoagie. Kuki also eats toast, but drinks tea instead of coffee. "You know, didn't we all used to hate this stuff?" Hoagie says as he takes a sip from his mug.

"Yeah, you guys remember that one mission when we tricked those Delightful dorks into blowing up their coffee drillin' rig?"

"And Numbuh 4 had no idea that it was all a part of the plan when we were thrown out of the rig and he panicked when we landed in the sea." All four start to chuckle at the memory of that mission. "That reminds me: You guys think he's finally learned to swim?"

"Ya can ask him when he comes back, Numbuh 2." Abby says as she finishes her apple while Nigel stands up and prepares to go back to the Treehouse.

"Well, I'll be going back to the Treehouse. I have to check if the communication channels have any useful information."

"You think what happened yesterday evening is still bothering him?"

"Of course, it is, Numbuh 2! That kinda stuff doesn't leave yer mind just like that. Now come on, finish yer food so we can prepare for the briefing."

Abby and Kuki finish their breakfast and head back upstairs while Hoagie still has a little bit of his food left. "Hold on, wait for me!" he shouts as he starts eating faster and soon runs after them.

Yesterday Evening

Rachel and her team return to the KND Arctic Base. As they disembark their damaged C.O.O.L.B.U.S., they are met by Numbuh 402. "Welcome back Numbuh 362. I have new orders for you and Numbuh 86."

"How is she?" Rachel asks she walks alongside the operative.

"She got frostbitten, but it's nothing serious." Numbuh 402 hands Rachel a clipboard with the orders in it."Operative Numbuhs 1000, 86, 362 and 60. Embark immediately to the Moonbase and report to Supreme Leader Numbuh 78." She reads itout loud and hands the clipboard back to Numbuh 402. "Orders received. Do you have a transport ready for us?"

"Yes, we've prepped a S.T.A.R.W.R.E.C.K. ready for you. Only you and Numbuh 86 are going in it, since Numbuh 1000 has already left and Numbuh 60 will arrive on his own."

Just at that moment, Fanny arrives to the hangar. "Are you alright, Numbuh 86?"

"I'll be fine, once I get me hands on that stupid Aussie." she responds with a raspy voice as Rachel sighs and the two board the S.T.A.R.W.R.E.C.K. On route to the Moonbase, Fanny starts a conversation. "So, I heard they got away?"

"They disappeared, into thin air and I have no idea where they went." Rachel replies silently.

"What do ye mean 'disappeared into thin air'"?

"Believe me, they really did. Right when we had them surrounded."

Their conversation is stopped as the ship reaches the moon and the Headquarters of the Kids Next Door, the Moonbase. Unlike other KND Treehouse's, this one is built on top an alien construct of unknown origin and is a large jumble of skyscrapers and various structures while a massive tube transport system snakes through base. At the very center of the Moonbase is a golden statue dedicated to Nigel's father, Numbuh 0, while at the top of the tallest skyscraper is a flying saucer, which serves as the Moonbase's command center and the residence of the Supreme Leader. On the side are large doors, which cover the base's main hangar, home of the KND Space Fleet.

However, as Rachel and Fanny are teen operatives, their ship has to land on a secondary hangar meant for special operatives. As it does so, another ship, a F.L.I.E.R.P.L.A.C.E., lands next to it and a teenager jumps out of the ship. Noticing the girls exiting the S.T.A.R.W.R.E.C.K., he greets them lazily. "Good evening ladies."

Fanny's eyes become filled with rage as she immediately grabs him by the collar and begins to violently shaking him. "Where the heck were you, Numbuh 60? While you were gone, those traitors escaped! I swear you boys are useless."

Rachel intervenes and pulls Fanny away from the boy and greets him. "Evening Numbuh 60. Sorry about Numbuh 86 but she was outraged when she heard that you'd already gone for leave."

"Sorry about that. I would have been there sooner if the Teen Ninjas didn't attack me while I was flying back to the Arctic Base." The teen operative responds.

Numbuh 60 a.k.a. Patton Drilovsky, former drill sergeant of the Cadets Next Door. Like the two girls, he became a Teens Hunter soon after Sector V had gone rogue. He was considered one of the best fighters in the KND after Numbuh 4. In the past he was known for his strict and serious personality but as he grew older, he became more laid back and easygoing. Because he was a drill sergeant, it was his duty to train young cadets in the Arctic Base and prepare them to become full time KND operatives. Coming from a military family, he was very professional among his peers and thus was chosen by former Supreme Leader Numbuh Eleventy Billion to become a Hunter. He still wears the same clothes as before: a white shirt under a dark-green zipped up jacket, brown pants with multiple pockets, black military boots, a brown ski cap that covers his long black hair, and orange gloves.

"I understand. Anyway, let's head to the Supreme Leader's office and hear what she has to say." Rachel leads them through a secret passageway to the Supreme Leaders office, because the existence of teen operatives is top secret and they can't use the main hallways and elevators. She herself knows all about the routes as she was the Supreme Leader three years ago. They arrive in front of an elevator that requires a special keycard, exclusively used by teen operatives. The teens board the elevator and it climbs to the 99th floor.

They exit the elevator and walk down another hallway until they reach a large steel door guarded by two guards, who immediately salute the teens. "Welcome Numbuh 362, ma'am! The Supreme Leader is waiting for you." The teens salute them back and the guards open the door. They then enter a large room with a big circular window in the back wall. In front of it, are a desk and an African-American girl sitting behind it. She is wearing purple boots, purple camo pants, a purple jacket with the sleeves rolled up, purple gloves, clear purple sunglasses and finally the Supreme Leader's samurai-esque helmet, the very same one that Rachel wore when she was the Supreme Leader. She also wears shoulder and body armor similar to a samurai. They salute the girl and notice that Numbuh 1000 is already there, standing next to her desk.

"Teen Hunters Numbuh's 362, 60 and 86, reporting to Supreme Leader Numbuh 78, Ma'am!"

"At ease." Supreme Leader Numbuh 78 says. Numbuh 78, known also by her real name Angeline, was the former commander of Sector X, which was famously invaded by Nerd Zombies 5 years ago. She was later promoted to Global Tactical Officer after Fanny left to pursue Sector V. She had been personally recommended by both Numbuh Eleventy Billion and Rachel to become the new Supreme Leader and she did, after winning the inaugural game of tag. Just like Numbuh 1000, she will also be 13 later this year. Numbuh 78 has been a very popular Supreme Leader due to her stern but personal way of leading the KND. It was under her leadership that a record number of villains, including the Toilenator, Mr. Boss, Common Cold, Knight Brace and Stickybeard, quit or retired.

Angeline gestures the teens to come closer to the desk. "Welcome, Hunters. I believe you've noticed that Numbuh 1000 is already here. He wished to give me a full report but I wanted hear it from all the parties involved in the failed operation. Now, explain what happened?"

Rachel begins to explain the events of the jailbreak, the subsequent battle that took place on the arctic island and the aerial pursuit.

"So, Father has managed to make Stupefiers…"

"Yes ma'am, and they are now in the possession of the rogue Sector V. Should we restart our global search again?"

"That won't be necessary Numbuh 362. We already know where they are." Noticing their shocked expressions, Angeline leans forward. "Oh, didn't Numbuh 60 tell you? Well allow me then. You could say that Numbuh 60 getting attacked by the Ninjas was lucky for us, because after he had returned to Cleve for repairs, he received my order to come here. As he took off again, he noticed movement inside an out of use Treehouse in his sector. Our intelligence unit has already confirmed that the members of Sector V are in there. Can you guess where this Treehouse is?"

"The old Treehouse of Sector V?!"

"Exactly, Numbuh 362."

"But how is that possible? Didn't Numbuh Eleventy Billion cut it down when they left?"

"That's only what the reports said, Numbuh 86. In reality, the Treehouse was only stripped of its power source, the hamsters, its weapons and removed from the Global Comms Link. He said he left it there as a last sign of respect towards Sector V."

Rachel crosses her arms and frowns "So, what do we do now, Supreme Leader?"

"If I may Supreme Leader." Numbuh 1000 interrupts Rachel. "I suggest we attack immediately and capture them as quickly as possible. You are aware of the threat they pose to the KND."

"I have to agree with Numbuh 1000. We should attack." Rachel says but the Supreme Leader shakes her head much to Numbuh 1000's and the teens disbelief.

"Negative. We will not do that."

"What do you mean by that Supreme Leader? We've been hunting them for three whole years, and now that they're all in one place, ya won't let us go after them!?"

"Calm down, Numbuh 86. Do I need to remind you that it took only three of them to defeat you two and three of our best Decommissioning Squads?" Angeline silences Fanny, who reluctantly clenches her fists. "With all five of them against us, we would need a lot more than just three teams and two Hunters, and the KND can't spare extra troops right now. No, the reason I called you here is to give you new orders, because the situation has changed."

"Do you mean Father?"

"Yes, Numbuh 60. After two months of inactivity, don't you find it odd that he starts to move as soon as all members of Sector V where captured?"

"Well, the obvious reason is that Nigel Uno is his second in command. Why else would he send his Ninjas to attack the Arctic Base?"

"That is not the case Numbuh 1000. You see our intelligence division managed to recover every piece of surveillance camera footage from Block V and found something interesting. The Ninjas weren't after Uno; they wanted the data he took."

The teens stare at her in shock. "And why would they do that? Uno is his nephew and his second in command. Why would he prioritize the data over him?"

"That's what we thought too, Numbuh 86, until we found out something else: Nigel Uno hasn't been in any contact with Father for two months."

"And why is that then?"

"Well, Numbuh 362, it's because of Operation: Father's Day. You all remember that fiasco." The Hunters and Numbuh 1000's expression become serious as they are reminded what happened on that day.

"Of course, the mass kidnapping of KND operatives. I did read the reports."

"It appears that even he couldn't stand the things Father was doing and left him, along with valuable data from Father's computer. Numbuh 1000, I believe you have the said data with you as per my orders?"

"Yes, Supreme Leader. They are right here." Numbuh 1000 hands her a flash-drive which she then gives to her liaison officer.

"Excellent, Numbuh 81, have this delivered to Science Division's Deep Sea Science Lab for analysis. I bet Numbuh 42 would love to get his hands on it."

"Understood Ma'am." The liaison officer leaves the room and Numbuh 78 turns back towards the teens. "Now, about your new orders: Firstly Numbuh 1000, you are to halt your hunt for Sector V effective immediately. That goes for you three as well."

"Yes ma'am." Numbuh 1000 frowns for a split second but then salutes Angeline sternly.

"Your new orders are to strengthen our squads and sectors. Reinforce surveillance on any possible target that Father would have. That is all, Numbuh 1000, you're dismissed."

"Understood, Supreme Leader." Numbuh 1000 salutes the Supreme Leader again and leaves the room.

"And as for you three, I'll be putting you on surveillance duty. Keep an eye on Sector V since you all live in the area near their Treehouse, and you go to the same middle school. No unprovoked combat and only if they attack, then you are allowed to use force. As long as we know where they are and what they're planning, that's enough."

"Come on, Supreme Leader! If you just give us a chance, we will bring all five of them in."

"No Numbuh 86, I won't. Right now, our situation doesn't allow us to waste material and operatives for a decommissioning operation, because we have no idea what Father is planning. Until we know for sure what he is up to, you will not capture them. You may board your transports and leave immediately. Dismissed."

"Yes ma'am!" All three salute her and leave the room but as they walk back to the elevator, Fanny vents her frustration by kicking the wall.

"This is so stupid! Why the heck did she shelf us just like that!? We were so close."

"Well I think it's because you two got your asses kicked. You can't blame her for thinking of the bigger picture."

"Who asked yer opinion, Numbuh 60!? You weren't even there!"

"Hey don't blame me for your failure. I was busy not getting blasted out of the sky by those Teen Ninjas."

"Stop it. I'm not happy about this either, but I agree with the Supreme Leader. Father is a much bigger threat. Besides, I don't think Sector V is planning to come after us."

"Why do ya think that, Numbuh 362? Aren't ya forgettin' that they're traitors; they'll surely want revenge on us for for hunting them and locking them up."

"I know but I heard something during my fight with Nigel." Rachel explains as they go to the elevator. "You guys remember the incident three years ago, right?"

"What incident? Are ye talkin' about when Uno joined Father?"

"No Numbuh 86. I mean what happened before that. The destruction of the C.O.D.E.-M.O.D.U.L.E."

"Oh yeah, it was the day you were going to be decommissioned and those Delightful Children attacked the Moonbase with an army of villains and robots. Sector V was supposed to guard the vault but somehow let them in and the C.O.D.E.-M.O.D.U.L.E. was destroyed." Patton says.

"Exactly. They insisted that they had not let them in, even though the camera footage showed otherwise. Most likely they are trying to clear their names and prove that they were framed by someone."

"But the camera footage showed them leadin' those dorks to the vault and them saying that everything went according to plan."

"Yes Numbuh 86, but that was the only evidence we ever got. Don't you guys think it was weird that once the footage was somehow shown to all members of KND, they were immediately set for decommissioning? No other investigation followed. I forgot about the incident myself and only remembered it during our battle. It seems like no one remembers that but they remember how Nigel and the others became villains soon after that. Now that I think about it, it doesn't make sense that the members of Sector V of all people would betray the KND just like that."

"Meh, I think yer diggin' too deep into this. It doesn't matter what happened then, once I get a chance, I'll nail them."

"So, you're saying you'd disobey a direct order from the Supreme Leader?" Patton remarks as the elevator stops.

"Not really, she just doesn't need to know." Fanny says bluntly as heads to the hangar and boards her personal ship while Patton and Rachel are left in the hangar entrance.

"She still sees the world as black and white."

"Sadly, yes, Numbuh 60. But honestly, I'm glad that she gave us this mission. It'll give me a chance to investigate the incident and see if I can clear things up."

"Good luck with that. I'll see ya later." Patton salutes Rachel and heads towards his own ship, the F.L.I.E.R.P.L.A.C.E.

"Wait Numbuh 60!" Rachel shouts after him.

"Yeah?"

"We need to keep an eye out for Numbuh 86 and make sure she doesn't do anything stupid."

"Leave her to me." Patton nods before taking off while Rachel boards the S.T.A.R.W.R.E.C.K.

"So, where to ma'am?" The pilot asks as he prepares the ship for takeoff.

"Sector V2, and make it fast, I'm tired."

"Understood." The ship launches from the hangar, its destination: Sector V2, the replacement of the old Sector V.

Rachel wakes up and looks at the clock, its 10am but since its Saturday, she doesn't have to worry about school. Like every Teen Operative, she too has to balance school and her duties as a Teen operative. She changes to her running clothes and heads out for her morning jog.

She goes through the suburbs, past the new Sector V2 Treehouse that was built as replacement for the original one used by Sector V. As she heads further, she sees the old Treehouse in the distance. Looking at it makes her feel uncomfortable, as she remembers what happened yesterday. Suddenly, Rachel sees someone walking slightly ahead of her and to her schock, its Wally. She slows down and keeps her distance. Completely unaware he is being shadowed, Wally is listening to his MP3 Player and has his hands in his pockets. Then, the communicator in Wally's pocket starts beeping and he puts it's against his ear.

"Yeah, what's up?" Wally jumps slightly as he's startled by the shouting from the other end. "Hey, quit yellin' will ya! I'm walkin' there as I speak. Yeah, yeah, I know the briefing is at 10:30. I'm only ten minutes away from there. No way I'm gonna start runnin' Numbuh 5! Yeah, I'm comin'." Wally hangs up and increases his pace as Rachel continues to shadow him.

"Is he heading to the Treehouse...?" She thinks as the silhouette of the massive treehouse comes to view. Then, out of nowhere, a laser blast lands not far from Wally.

Wally instinctively dodges while Rachel immediatly hides behind a large trash container. Luckily no one notices her as she peeps out to look at the perpetrator: It's Fanny in her B.R.A. "I've found ya Matador!" she shouts and fires more salvos at him but Wally rolls and dodges again, before activating his own B.R.A, which unlike a normal one that is literally a set of training bra, is a wristband on his wrist.

"What the heck do ya want Fannypants?" Wally shouts as he blocks the lasers with his energy shield before jumping on top of a roof.

"To bring all of ye in of course. I'm glad I found ya, because now I can capture you and the others! Oh, and before ye ask, we know yer hidin' in yer little Treehouse!" Fanny says confidently, while Wally becomes shocked and angered by her words.

"There's no way you'll get your hands on them!" Wally fires a quick burst from his gauntlet which Fanny easily dodges and charges at him with her electro claws. Wally in turn counters with his own close-range weapon: the large sword hanging on his back. The blade of the sword is split in two from the top down, with the leading edge longer than the other edge. He can also channel heat from his right gauntlet to the sword blades, making them capable of cutting almost anything. Wally easily blocks the claws with his sword, holding it in his right hand while she attacks with both claws. "You're gonna regret fightin' me up close!"

"Tough talk, comin' from a boy!" Fanny sneers at him but soon starts to struggle as Wally applies more force, causing her go down on one knee.

"Say that again?" Now both of her knees buckle as Wally keeps pushing her. "I'm kinda in a hurry so let's end this quickly." He super heats his blade and easily melts through the claws. This however allows Fanny to stand up again but then, she's blasted pointblank by Wally's chest-mounted weapon.

Her B.R.A immediately shuts down as she loses consciousness and falls down from the roof but before she hits the ground, Wally grabs her hand and drops her gently on to the grass. He then begins flying away as Rachel emerges from behind the dumpster and rushes to Fanny's side. "Fanny, are you okay?" She asks as she helps Fanny up.

"Ugh what happened? Huh? Where did you come from, Numbuh 362? Why didn't you help?" She asks angrily as she tries to reactivate her B.R.A.

"I only got here when you were falling from the roof, and I don't have my B.R.A. with me." Rachel lies as she crosses her arms and looks at her comrade disapprovingly. "Besides, why are you disobeying orders? The Supreme Leader gave us direct orders not to engage in unprovoked combat. Are you trying to get yourself shelved from this operation too?"

However, Rachel's words only gets a glare from Fanny "It's simple, I want them captured! We wasted three years trying to bring them in and now they tell us to stop like they're not important! I can't accept that!"

"I wish I could agree with you, but frankly we don't stand a chance against them by ourselves. Look at you; you lost to him easily."

"I was just careless. Next time I'll nail him and the others as well!" Fanny shouts and heads to the opposite direction.

"Why are you doing this, Fanny? Do you really want to catch them so badly that you'd risk disobeying orders?!"

"Screw the orders! I couldn't care less. She'll forget the disobeying part when I bring those traitors to the decommissioning chamber!" Fanny snaps at Rachel before flying into the distance.

"This is really bad. I need to call Numbuh 60 once I get home." Rachel thinks as she runs back to her house to call him.

"Hello? Hi Numbuh 362, what is it?"

"Numbuh 86 just attacked one of the members of Sector V. It was unprovoked."

"What!? Did she lose?"

"Obviously. I don't know all the details since I only got there when she'd already lost. She is serious about capturing Sector V."

"That's not good. I'll keep an eye on her but let's not mention this to Global Command yet."

"I agree. I'll keep an eye on the Sector V Treehouse just in case something happens. Over and out." Rachel end the call and looks out from her window in to the horizon.

Meanwhile Wally flies full speed above the suburbs, heading towards the Treehouse. "I gotta warn the others!"
