Disclaimer: I don't own House
"So we have a twelve year old, came in after fainting. What have we got here?" House then asked his team.
"Could be pregnancy, not unlikely," Chase added gnawing on a pencil.
"It can't be, she would have had morning sickness-" Cameron was cut off.
"Only it isn't," House remarked.
Cameron glared at him, but House being House didn't take it seriously. Instead he banged his cane near Chase's head, making the blonde jump and drop the pencil that was in his mouth.
Leaning in he whispered,"Do you know how annoying that is?"
Going back to the white board House continued where he left off.
"It isn't pregnancy because the ER department already checked that sort of thing upon arrival."
"Then we could cross out fainting spells because they had to eliminate that," Foreman said.
"And nutritional problems such asanorexia," Chase added.
House smirked.
"Now we're getting somewhere,"he said.
"What about vertigo, as a symptomand not the disease,I mean," Chase added as an afterthought subconsiously gnawing on a pencil again.
House glared and the blonde, after realizing what he was doing, quickly dropped the object on the table.
"Thatand ringing of the ears couldbe the cause of aspirin overdose," Chase continued.
"There's no ringing in the ears," House interjected.
"It's notaspirin overdose," Chase concluded.
"You could have just said that, would have taken less words," House snarked. "Do an mri, ct scan, and blood tests."
"But the ER already covered that," Cameronreminded.
"You think I trust their results, you're obviously too trusting. The tests NOW!" House ordered.
All three went to do the tests.
