Author's Note!
Okay , I am glad you loved my poem which was unrelated to My Name is Jeff . Keep in mind Jeff Stinco and Loretta Devine is a really cute couple together ( please don 't call the cops for this ) and their birthdays coincide with each other . Their ship name is now Joretta . What a cute ship name , right ? But I pretty much prefer Jeffretta or Stivine instead .
My caregiver wouldn 't agree with that , as I recently had an argument with her for washing my rug off the floor , and she didn 't even want to wash my rug off because she still thinks that I am my father , I am a dude , still hates me , and still cusses at me all the time , all because I told her to wash my rug off , she didn 't do that . I just want to knock my shoes at that ghetto hoodrat for not giving my favourite rug a wash ! Ugh !
This is why I can 't stand my caregiver ! She makes me sick , she makes me very depressed because of her yelling and screaming at me , so much so , I have to play Linkin Park and My Chemical Romance music in my bathroom ! Gosh ! Jeez ! I hate her ! Anyways , on to Chapter 2 already ...
Like I said before, Jeff was not the popular one of his band, he didn't ask to be one either. So, I think you could understand why he was so confused, meeting Loretta Devine for the first time. So, I am going to ask myself this question once again, what does a old black woman like Loretta Devine, American actress and singer, want with Jeff Stinco, French-Canadian singer-songwriter and guitarist?
"Hi," Jeff replied, gulping nervously. Her smirk becomes wider as she realises his nervousness.
"Are you coming to America?" she said. Her smirk was still there except it faded a little.
Jeff steps away from her and his restaurant, so he feels freer away from Loretta. He felt better not having his back against that woman. He made it easier to run away from her just in case anything bad would've happened. At a time like this, it would be much more helpful to have his kids around, but sadly, they stood outside waiting for him to come to them.
Loretta runs up to Jeff.
"ARE YOU FUCKING COMING TO AMERICA NOW?" she said, yelling and hollering at him loudly in front of his kids.
"I don't know," Jeff replies, straightening his posture for one moment, trying to act more comfortable even though he felt so small under her gaze. She smiles at him, twirling her dress.
Jeff tried to take a step back away from Loretta.
He was not interested in her anyways, so he decided to leave for the time being, going to see his kids walking out of the school bus.
"Here," she says, handing him a small piece of paper, Jeff looks at it carefully, before reaching out and taking it from her hands. "I'll give you a ride, Jeff," she finishes.
Jeff looks at the paper to see that it had his name on it, and his occupation. How did Loretta know who he is? Jeff looks back at her and smile, "I'll think about it," he said before turning on his car and drove away with his kids.
Jeff plans on throwing out the paper once he runs back home and not giving this occurrence another thought. Jeff walks out of his car and he ran over to his house, gasping and breathing for air. Like he wasn't going to do that already.
Jeff noticed his shaken up state and went to the bathroom to spray water on his face before shrugging it off. Jeff later grabbed a towel to wash his face off, trying his best not to think of Loretta earlier today.
Maya comes to Jeff's side saying "What's wrong daddy? Are you okay?" before he told her, "I'm not okay. Some weird black lady is coming for me."
Maya couldn't believe how horrible the day went for him. He hugged and kissed her anyways. "I'll be fine", he said to Maya.
Jeff went downstairs and the scent of pepperoni pizza washes through his nose, in a hurry, he kicks off his shoes and head to the kitchen seeing his wife, Mimi, taking out some pepperoni pizza.
"How was your day, Jeff?" She asks, putting the pan of the pizza on the counter. Jeff throws his towel on the floor, and he felt so nervous seeing his wife instead of Loretta.
"It was good, Mimi," Jeff replies, his eyes only focused on the deliciousness that was placed on the counter. Jeff looks at Mimi for a second, his eyes hoping that she was going to cut a piece out for him and he wouldn't have to drool over the yumminess before him.
"Dinner will be ready in a few minutes," she says.
Jeff rolls his eyes and ran up from the table, picking up his guitar, and heading upstairs to go change out of his clothes. His room isn't smaller as you would've expected from him but it's not big either. It was just right as Goldilocks would say.
Jeff opens up his recording studio taking out his equipment, he turn his guitar on and played a little guitar solo alone, taking his phone off of his amp station and check to see if he has any messages from somebody. Of course, he didn't. And there it was, Jeff finally got a message from Loretta Devine herself. It reads, "hey baby, I'm at the door. See me right now? Love ya!"
He was shook. Literally shook at her message.
"Really, Loretta? Really girl?" is what Jeff was thinking to himself inside of his head.
