Adrien

A/N: So, I'm going to do Adrien's POV and if you watch the movie carefully, you know that everything in this chapter is true.

When I heard the news that Marinette convinced my father to let me go to New York, I didn't know what to do until Plagg came up with a solution that ended up almost destroying Paris. I was so excited after that something in, a certain admiration for Marinette came clear.

She is an everyday Ladybug, always helping people and is a great class rep. For some reason, I started to admire her as more than just a friend.

The plane ride was weird because she didn't want to sit next to me. It was like she didn't like me. Alya said that she gets airsick. We watched the sunset on the plane. I told her how much it meant to me that she got my father to allow me to come on the trip.

When we got into the hotel, we were trying to get out of an automatic door and it seemed that Marinette really wanted to leave. It was as if she didn't want to be near me. Later that night, there was a party. There was a hat dog superhero giving out magical hot dogs. Marinette ad I had to share one because there were the only two left and Alya and Nino took one. We got the one that made you fly up into the sky. We soared as high as we could. The girl with the guitar played a song and it was the song that Marinette and I first danced to at Chloe's party. I asked her if she wanted to dance and it was like she tried to push away once I put my hand out. She was flying away so I caught her before she could fly too far from the hotel. We started dancing in the sky and it was extraordinary.

At the Museum, the same thing happened with the automatic doors and she said something. She said something about us always getting stuck in situations together. Nino told me that he thinks he dropped his headphones at one of the exhibits. I went to check and Marinette was at that very same exhibit. The doors shut tight and locked. A super villain appeared out of nowhere and threatened to kidnap anyone who wasn't loved but then it disappeared when the roof collapsed. An akumatized techno pirate came crashing down and copied a canons ability to shoot cannon balls everywhere. He grabbed the sword and from right under our noses, Hawk moth came in and grabbed the eagle Miraculous. Marinette was about to get crushed by a pillar and I transformed but Ladybug was there instead carrying Sparrow.

As I was walking back from the sewer where I just gave my miraculous back to Ladybug, I heard Nino calling me. He kept on calling me but I was just walked in sadness as I thought abput my actions. When I made it there, Marinette was standing meters away from me. She had the same expression of sorrow on her face that I did as either rain or tears drenched it. A self-driving car pulled up in the door open revealing my father's face on a tablet on a chair. He said that I had to come home because it was too dangerous. I told Marinette how I felt about her and I waited for her to protest for me to stay. She didn't do anything. It was like I revealed my true feelings for her and all I wanted was for her to say was the same thing I've been waiting for ladybugs to say to me for months. She didn't say anything and I don't know what happened but I said that it was a mistake coming to New York.

I should have stayed but instead I just disobeyed Ladybug. I should have never listened to Plagg. Now, I'm in my room thinking about my actions in the week that passed.

Ladybug told me that you love me and even though I may feel a certain admiration toward Marinette, at least she can cheer me up. Ladybug will always be the one I love.
