Hey guys! So I know the games were next but I thought it would be best to put a quick filler to help set the mood for the next few chapters. A lot of things are going to happen so it's best to prepare. Plus, I want to give Hinata more time to shine/blush in front of Yuko. Anyways let's get on with the story!

Like always I do not own Haikyuu! I only own my OCS.

When I arrive at the school after parting with my brother, I'm surprised to find a familiar figure near the soccer field. Approaching the short libero, I wave a small hello in his direction. He does the same as he silently follows me to the goal. Once I finish setting up, does the rowdy boy finally speak.

"Hey, Yuko-chan, I need to ask for a favor."

"What kind of favor?" I reply to the boy as I lace up my cleats. "I don't have much time before the competition this weekend, so I'm not sure if I can help."

"Actually, I think this might help both of us with the upcoming tournaments."

Raising my eyebrow at the boy, I wait for him to continue. If I can receive any extra practice for the upcoming games, I would appreciate it.

"We could train together, Yuko-chan! Think about it. I'm a libero, and my job is to keep the ball from touching the ground. You're a striker, so you need to get the ball in the goal. I'll stand in front of the goal and stop you from making a goal. In return, I'll get faster and stronger from stopping you."

"I don't know, Nishinoya-kun. It's two weeks before your tournament and five days before mine. I don't have time to waste, and if you get injured, then I'll be to blame. I don't need my brother breathing down my neck about how I ruined his chances of winning 'cause you got hurt."

"Don't worry about the time or your brother. I'll come an hour before practice starts to train with you. We don't even have to tell anyone about this."

"Even if we kept this a secret, won't you be too tired from training to focus on school?"

...

"You're going to sleep during class time, aren't you?" Yuko flatly asked the boy. Instead of deflating, Nishinoya puffed up his chest with pride.

"That's not the point, Yuko-chan!"

"Fine, even if that doesn't, especially since it's not my grade that will be affected, there is one key thing you're forgetting. I kick the balls, so won't it have a different feeling from receiving a spike."

"That's why I want to practice with you. Your kicks seem to be on the same level as any spiker I've seen. If anything, this will help me get ready for people like Asahi!"

"Hmmm, I don't know-"

"C'mon, please!"

I take a moment to contemplate the pros and cons of the deal. For the most part, I don't see why I can't help the boy. If anything, I think everyone, including Tobio, would appreciate it. Plus, as I look at Nishinoya, he looks too sweet to deny. Darn my weak heart that falls for puppy-dog eyes!

"If you arrive an hour before practice each day, then I don't see why I can't help- ahh!"

The short second year jumps forward as he clasps both my hands in his with a wide smile. The fast movement nearly throws me off balance as I take a step back.

"Thank you Yuko-chan! You beautiful Angel!"

As I walk to the rooftop to enjoy my lunch, I notice a shadow following me. Instead of questioning the boys' motives, I continue to walk to my final destination. Once I reach the door to the roof, I finally speak in a cheerful tone so I don't scare him off. "Hinata-kun, I know you're there."

Slowly and a bit sheepishly, the tangerine comes out from his hiding spot to face me. Before he can comment, I wave him forward to join me. Understanding what I meant, a wide contagious smile appears on his face as he bounds past me to join me for lunch. It doesn't take long for us to get comfortable eating and to converse about our day.

"Hey, Yuko-chan, why aren't you eating with Bakayama?"

"Pfft-, you really got to stop calling him that," I snorted as I replied to the boy. "Well, I don't actually have a reason, to be honest. There are days I prefer to be alone than surrounded by people. Which is why I'm up here."

"Oh, am I bothering you then? I can leave if you want."

"No, that's alright, but I am curious as to why you sought me out. Was there something you needed?"

"Well... not really. I just wanted to have lunch with you."

"Hm, alright."

"But, since we're talking, do you mind if I ask you something?"

"Nope, ask away."

"Can I... well, if you don't mind, I mean. I could- or will- but with your permission, of course."

"Huh?"

The boy continues to ramble as Yuko stares at him in amazement. It's clear the boy is a nervous mess, but what's strange is how the boy can jump from happiness to nervous rambling at the drop of a hat. Then there are the moments Hinata is so serious it's as if his eyes are burning straight into you. Truly, the boy is without question, one of the strangest Yuko has ever met.

Finally, after what seems like an hour, the boy takes a deep breath and screams, "CANICOMETOYOURGAMETHISWEEKEND!"

It takes a moment for Yuko to process what Shoyo yelled at her, but once she does, a soft laugh escapes the young girl.

Hinata wants to come to the game, Yuko thought to herself with a grin. I wonder if he has a crush on someone on the team? That's adorable! I mean, with the blush spreading throughout his face and the nervous expression he has, that can be the only reason.

"Of course! It'll be nice to see a friend in the stands," Yuko replies with a soft smile. "You can call my brother for more details since he'll be there to support me."

"Oh, okay! Um, will your other family members be there?"

"No, they won't," Yuko mutters quickly, catching her friend off guard.

"Oh, are they working those days?"

"Yeah..."

"What do they do?"

"Well, my parents work in a firm that deals in various businesses. My mother is good with numbers and analytics, while my father excels in contracts and relations. They make a good team and have helped secure many deals for the company they work in. My sister is a hairdresser in Tokyo."

"Really, that's so cool! I've always wanted to go to Tokyo!"

Yuko stares at her new friend for a second as she realizes what he said. Out of all the things Hinata-kun latched on to, it's the city of Tokyo.

"Pfft!"

"What?" Hinata inquires, nervous that he may have said something wrong. "Did I say something wrong? Is there food on my face? Did I do something stupid again?"

"No, no, you didn't," Yuko said, covering her laugh behind her hands. "I'm just happy!"

"He's definitely salt."

"No argument there, but does that mean...?"

"No, he can't be pepper... even if that would kind of fit with the dynamic of their friendship."

"Fine, but I believe we can both agree on the milk topic."

"Of course! He chugs milk as if it's his life source. He'll probably die without it."

A few feet away, the group of volleyball players remains silent as they listen in on the conversation between the females. Like usual, after soccer practice ended, Yuko made her way to the gym. Yuko and Kiyoko began to whisper amongst themselves while subtly pointing to certain members of the team. At first, the boys were confused as specific objects are brought up without a reasonably sane correlation.

"Wait, is your idiot sister comparing us to objects?" Tsukishima asked Kageyama as the two women giggled in the distance.

"Oi! Don't call my sister an idiot!-"

"Do you want to fight, EH!" Hinata yells at the tallboy, effectively cutting Kageyama off. "If Yuko says your salt then your Kosher Salt!"

"Get him, Shoyo!"

"Bro, I don't think you should encourage this-"

"Nishinoya! Tanaka! Stop encouraging the first years!"

"HUH?! But I didn't say anything to them!"

Hinata: Hey, Yuko-chan! Are you up?

sent 11:00 pm

Yuko: Yup! I can't seem to sleep.

sent 11:01 pm

Hinata: Are you nervous about the upcoming game?

sent 11:03 pm

Yuko: A little bit, but that's okay, right?

sent 11:04 pm

Hinata: -_-

sent 11:04 pm

Yuko: Don't give me that face, lol

sent 11:05 pm

Hinata: Okay, but what about I distract you?

sent 11:06 pm

Yuko: How so?

sent 11:06 pm

Hinata: ...what's your favorite flower?

sent 11:09 pm

Yuko: Ah, so we're going to play the 21 questions game… My favorite flower? Hmmm, I would have to say a Sunflower.

sent 11:10 pm

Hinata: Why is that? Not that it's a bad choice, but don't girls usually like roses? Especially the red ones.

sent 11:11 pm

Yuko: I guess, but they don't interest me. Roses remind me of refined and sophisticated people.

sent 11:13 pm

Hinata:?

sent 11:13pm

Yuko: People with sticks up their butts

sent 11:14 pm

Hinata: :D lol

sent 11:14 pm

Yuko: Do you have a favorite flower?

sent 11:16 pm

Hinata: I like dandelions!

sent 11:17 pm

Yuko: Really lol why? Do you believe the whole wish thing?

sent 11:20 pm

Hinata: Not really. I just have a good memory involving that flower.

sent 11:22 pm

Yuko: Oh? Mind telling me?

sent 11:23 pm

Hinata: Maybe one day, but not tonight. ;) It's better to tell it in person.

sent 11:25 pm

Yuko: Lol, okay

sent 11:25 pm

Hinata: What are your hobbies?

sent 11:27 pm

Yuko: I like Yoga, video games, running, and painting my nails.

sent 11:30 pm

Hinata: Really? Yoga is so boring though! How do you do that?

sent 11:30 pm

Yuko: Lol, it takes a lot of practice, but after a while, it becomes fun.

What about you? What are your hobbies?

sent 11:31 pm

Hinata: Videogames for sure! Plus, I like watching Anime and stuff on youtube.

sent 11:31 pm

Yuko: What's your favorite Anime?!

sent 11:32 pm

Hinata: One Piece!

sent 11:32 pm

Yuko: Hmm, never been a big fan, but I love Fairy Tail. The females in that Anime kick butt!

sent 11:33 pm

Hinata: Mirajane was awesome during the Grand Festival arc!

sent 11:33 pm

Yuko: Right! Then Erza vs. 100!

sent 11:34 pm

Hinata: Then the dragon slayers!

sent 11:34 pm

Yuko: Natsu was AMAZING!

sent 11:35 pm

Hinata: Speaking of Natsu, that reminds me... I know I said I would distract you, but...

sent 11:37 pm

Yuko: What is it?

sent 11:37 pm

Hinata: Do you mind if I bring my sister to your game?

sent 11:39 pm

Yuko: Of course I won't mind. My brother will have more company that way.

sent 11:40 pm

Hinata: Awesome! My sister has been dying to meet you!

sent 11:40 pm

Yuko: Really? Why is that?

sent 11:41 pm

Hinata: Oh, you know how siblings are. They just follow the oldest lead.

sent 11:42 pm

Yuko: ...Really? My family isn't like that.

sent 11:43 pm

Hinata: Seriously?

sent 11:43 pm

Yuko: Yeah, like for example, my sister used to play volleyball when she was in Middle school. She quit once she got into High school.

sent 11:45 pm

Hinata: Huh? Why?

sent 11:45 pm

Yuko: Stupid reasons... It's kind of ironic in the end. In any case, she and I laugh about the reasoning.

sent 11:47 pm

Hinata: ...Yuko, do you mind if I ask you something?

sent 11:50 pm

Yuko: Nope! What's up?

sent 11:50 pm

Hinata: What drove you and your siblings to play? At some point, each of you played a sport, but your mom and dad don't support you guys. At least, it sounds like they don't support you.

sent 11:51 pm

Yuko: Ah, I can see how that would be difficult to understand. My grandpa used to coach a volleyball team when I was little. That's how we got involved in sports.

sent 11:52 pm

Hinata: So that's how Kageyama and your sister learned how to play Volleyball?

sent 11:52 pm

Yuko: Yup!

sent 11:52 pm

Hinata: Then what about you? Why soccer?

sent 11:53 pm

Yuko: hmmm, I don't have a good reason as to why I started, but the more I played the sport, the more I fell in love with it.

sent 11:55 pm

Hinata: Well, it might not be a good reason to you, but it's something, right?

sent 11:55 pm

Hinata: Yuko?

sent 12:00 am

Hinata: Did you fall asleep?

sent 12:05 am

Hinata: ...Okay, goodnight!

sent 12:10 am

Hinata pressed send before putting his phone up. However, he couldn't go to sleep. The way Yuko ended the conversation doesn't sit well with him. Hinata makes a promise to figure out what's wrong with his friend. He can't let her enter the tournament with dilemmas plaguing her.

2a

As soon as the bell rings for lunch, Hinata races out of the classroom to find Yuko. When he gets there, Hinata finds an empty seat and a very startled petite blonde. She informs him of Yuko's whereabouts, and Hinata runs off. Several hall monitors warn the boy to slow down, but he ignores them. Sadly, (depending on who you ask) Hinata should have slowed down.

Down the stairs, Hinata hears a familiar voice. Trying to hurry, Hinata skips down the stairs and rounds the corner. After that, the world kind of blurs for a second. Surprisingly, he doesn't feel any pain. If anything, he lands on something soft and squishy. Getting up from his position, he comes face to chest... -ahem- I mean face to face with Shimizu Kiyoko. The third year is the first to speak.

"Hinata-kun, can you please get off of my breast."

"OF COURSE!" The tangerine screams as he scrambles to his feet, then helps his manager to stand. "I'M SO SORRY! DON'T TELL YUKO ABOUT THIS SHE'LL THINK I'M A PERVERT. IT WAS BY ACCIDENT, I SWEAR!"

"Um, well-"

"Please, Shimizu senpai!"

"Hinata-kun, look to your left..."

"Huh?..." The boy questions as he turns to his left. Standing there is a grinning Yuko with two distraught pale-faced second-years. Having accepted his fate, Hinata dies. To be honest he didn't have many choices left. He either dies, faces Yuko's judgment, or Tanaka and Nishinoya's fist.

"Did Hinata-kun just pass out?"

"What a way to die! He motorboats Kiyoko-chan and passes away. He has more game than either one of you boys!"

"Shut up, Yuko!" Tanaka and Nishinoya cry as they run away to their corner of depression and devastation.

"Yuko!"

"Sorry, but it was too funny to pass up on saying."

"Okay, fine, but help me get Hinata-kun to the nurse's office."

"Eh, don't worry about him, senpai. I'll carry him over there by myself. He doesn't seem too heavy."

"Are you sure?"

"Yeah, but in the meantime, can you inform Hinata's classmate's that he fainted, and can you tell my classmates where I'm going."

"Of course, I'll see you later today."

"Bye, Kiyoko!"

Grabbing the boy in bridal style, Yuko carries him to the nurse's office. A few of her peers take pictures of the duo, and Yuko makes sure to smile at each snapshot. By the time she reaches the nurse, the older woman has already heard about their arrival. News spreads pretty fast in high school. She allows Yuko to remain in the office until Hinata wakes up.

Sometime later, when Hinata does wake up, he finds a smirking Yuko at his bedside. Memories of what transpired begin to bombard him, along with thoughts of Yuko being underneath him instead of Kiyoko. Immediately the orange-haired boy curls up in a ball to hide his red face.

"Yuko-chan, don't look at me!"

"Geez, calm down, Hinata-kun," Yuko laughs at him. "It was an accident, so don't worry about it. Kiyoko isn't even mad. Plus, I wanted to ask why in the world you were running in the first place."

After a moment of hesitation, Hinata looks up to face the girl. He places his embarrassment to the side to ask his question.

"Why did you drop off our conversation last night?"

"Oh, I fell asleep," Yuko automatically replies. The striker tries to fill the silence with questions about how the boy is currently feeling, but Hinata ignores them. It's clear that Yuko is trying to throw him off the subject of his question, but the boy couldn't understand why.

"Yuko-chan, you don't have to tell me the truth, but that doesn't mean I want you to lie either."

"What? I'm not lying to -"

Yuko freezes mid-speech as Hinata places a hand on top of hers. The look in his warm brown eyes is sincere, which makes it impossible for Yuko to lie any further.

"Listen, Hinata-kun; I don't like to bother people with my problems. Plus, I hardly know you, so it doesn't make sense to explain the situation to a stranger."

There was a moment of silence before Hinata got out of the bed to talk to the nurse. Taking that as her cue, Yuko assumed Hinata's frustration with her and left. About two minutes into her walk, she felt a hand latch onto her wrist before an orange flash pulls her into a run. So confused by the new development, Yuko doesn't bother fighting back. The two athletes come to a stop once they reach the rooftop of the building. Only then does Hinata let go of his friend to explain his actions.

"I happen to know the school nurse," Hinata comments as he catches his breath. "She's a friend of my mom, and I asked her if she could keep it a secret that I finally woke up."

"Why would you ask that?"

"You said you didn't know me that well. I want to fix that. My name is Hinata Shoyo, and I'm a first-year at Karasuno High. My birthday is June 21, 1996, and I'm 15 years old. I'm 162.8 cm and 51.9 kgs. I have a younger sister named Natsu, but not after the Fairy Tail character. My favorite character in One Piece is Zoro. I -"

"Hinata-kun, you don't have to do this-"

"I like Volleyball, Tamago Kake Gohan, and meat buns. I fell in love with Volleyball after watching the small giant play on TV. Oh, and I live in Yukigaoka!"

"Hinata-kun..."

"But most importantly, I want you to know that... I want to be A FRIEND YOU CAN DEPEND ON!"

"...Why?"

"Huh?" the spiker uttered in confusion. Hinata's gaze never wavers as he stares at the taller first-year. Yuko, on the other hand, looks utterly confused that someone is asking her this question. "What do you mean why?"

"I don't understand why you care about me so much," Yuko states nonchalantly. "We've only known each other for a few months."

"...for me, that's enough..."

"You're an odd boy, you know that, right?"

"I've been told, yeah."

"Okay."

"Okay?"

"I guess I can be more honest and open with you if you promise not to betray my trust. Once you do, I'll never speak to you again; neither will I ever trust you. Understood?"

"Yes, I promise you won't regret this!"

"Pinky promise?"

"I pinky promise!"

With a smile, the two settle down at the corner of the rooftop. It takes a moment for Yuko to settle her nerves to explain everything. A part of her even worries she's making a mistake about the boy beside her. Isn't this similar to what happened in middle school? True, she never told anyone except Oikawa about this side of her, but Yuko did get too close to the boys on Tobio's team. However, when she looks Hinata in the eye, his warm brown eyes melt away any hesitation she has left.

"Well, as I told you before, my parents are always working, so it was up to my Grandpa to take care of us. He loved Volleyball, and he used to coach a team for years. He passed the knowledge to us, his grandkids before his death. My siblings loved to play, but I never did. I've always hated Volleyball."

"Why? I don't understand why you would hate it."

"It's complicated, but I'll do my best to explain. Remember how I said my parents work a lot. Well, they have a lot of expectations they want us to meet even if they're never here beside us. My sister couldn't handle it, so once she got old enough, she left. Her absence meant the responsibility to please my parents feel onto my brother and I. They were intent on getting nothing but the best out of us to make up for my sister Miwa's failure. However, my Grandpa would often grab Tobio before my parents had a chance. He would say it would be a waste to make Tobio stay inside when he wants to play. However, I, on the other hand, didn't have that luxury. I couldn't leave, and even at that age, I didn't care too much for sports. So, everyone threw the pressure onto me. I was the easy choice, I guess. Therefore, I have to follow more rules than either of my siblings."

"I didn't always hate Volleyball," Yuko tried to explain. "But it reminds me too much about my family dynamics and how I need to live my life. It reminds me how my siblings left me to handle everything on my own with our parents. How my Grandpa took more time to spend with Tobio and Miwa than me. Plus, the way the game is played irritates me!"

"Huh?" Hinata mumbled in confusion. "What is that supposed to mean?"

"Volleyball is all about waiting...! You have to wait for the ball to make its way to you. You can't move the way you want to. If the setter decides to make a play, the rest of the team has no choice but to follow. It reminds me how I've lived thus far."

"And Soccer?"

"One day, I was at school, and a group of kids invited us to play with them. Tobio sucked at the game, but I was good. I was faster than everyone, I could slip past people, and I had a wicked aim. So, I asked what the name of the sport was, and they told me it was Soccer. In my fourth year of Elementary school, at the age of 10, I found my saving grace. Soccer is my freedom! I can play for hours and move the way I choose. The only people who can oppose me are those on the field... I'm never alone while I'm out there."

"Before Soccer, I was depressed. I tried not to show it, but sometimes it would get to me. The vast amounts of pressure. The requirements to impress my parents and take on the responsibilities for siblings. Yet, with Soccer, it felt like I was free for once. It was my salvation."

"Yuko-chan," Hinata uttered quietly, not knowing what to say. To him, Volleyball is an extraordinary challenge that exhilarates him. To Yuko, it's a reminder that no one ever had her best interest in mind. Still, in the end, Yuko became a dependable person who is so much stronger than others give her credit. It simply made Hinata fall that much more in love with her. "Yuko-chan, maybe I can't change your past but, I promise to stand by your side for as long as you let me."

"Yes, I'll let him know when he returns to the office... Yes, of course, goodbye."

"Who was that?"

"Another investor."

"Hm, it seems we are busy these days."

"It's good for business, dear."

"I agree, my dear."

There's a knock on the door that interrupts the two. Kageyama-san allows the person to enter as his wife analyzes the charts of stock increments in the past six months.

"Kageyama-san, Aguni-san is inquiring whether or not you will be attending the upcoming event. He said many of our associates and future allies might be there."

"Of course, my wife and I will be there."

"He also asked if you could bring your daughter. He's impressed by what he's heard thus far."

"Tell Aguni-san I am more than delighted to bring my daughter to the event," the older man lied through his teeth.

"Very well then, thank you," with that parting statement, the assistant of Aguni-san left Kageyama's office.

"You'll have to ask your assistant, Yagi-san, to pick up our daughter."

"We could simply tell her to come."

"Not an option, and you know it. As of late, Yuko hasn't listened to us. Perhaps she's entered her rebellious years."

"We don't have time for that!"

"True, but we need to be mindful of it. Miwa has left, and Tobio is a failure. If we aren't careful, we might lose her as well."

"What a waste that will be. Yuko has too much potential to allow it to go to waste. Perhaps, this event may serve as a vision."

"A vision?"

"Think of it the same way you see your numbers. Yuko will see the present-"

"- and will come to recognize what her future could be. It's an excellent strategy, but let's go a bit further."

"In what way?"

"This is where your expertise comes into play. Reasonably, we may have the chance to align our daughter with some up-and-coming gentleman."

"That is an attractive idea-"

"But let's focus on the here and now. After this weekend, we can finalize our next steps, my dear."

"Mom, where are my shorts?"

"In your room, Natsu! Shoyo, help your sister find her shorts!"

"Okay!" Shoyo replied as he made his way to his sister's room. "Natsu, did you find... it...? Your room is a mess! Mom is going to kill you and then me!"

"She won't if you help me find my shorts!"

"Natsu, helping you find your shorts won't fix anything if your room is a mess. Plus, why do you need shorts?"

"Because we're going to the soccer game tomorrow, right? Well, I don't wanna be hot."

"Fine, let's hurry up and find your shorts."

After sorting through Natsu's mess, Shoyo located the missing shorts. Just as his mother told his sister, they were indeed on the bed. Natsu must have missed the article of clothing when she was making a mess of her room. Now that the shorts are on her desk, the two set about cleaning the room before Hinata-san finds out anything was a miss.

"There! All clean," Shoyo sighs as he places the last sock in its designated area. "Geeze, can't you be cleaner, Natsu?"

"I'm sorry!"

"It's okay, just make sure mom doesn't catch you being messy. You know how she is."

The two of them shudder at the thought of their mother's fury raining upon them. Their mom is honestly the kindest person either of the two know of, but her temper is beyond words. Between the siblings, it seems as though Natsu inherited the temperament of their mother.

"Kids, come into the living room!"

"Huh?" Natsu quietly questions her brother when she hears their mother calling them. "What do you think she needs?"

"I don't know, but let's not keep mom waiting."

Walking into the living room, the two find their mother kneeling in front of their coffee table. The woman is currently digging through her purse before pulling out what she needs.

"Okay, you two, this is your allowance," The mother of two explained. "I'm giving it to you earlier than usual since you're going to the soccer tournament tomorrow. Shoyo, take care of your sister while you're out with your friends."

"Don't worry, mom; I got it," Her only son answered before receiving the money. There was a quick pause when the boy noticed a little extra money than what he's accustomed to receiving. Not wanting to make it known to his sister, Shoyo raises an eyebrow at his mother. Hinata Chiasa merely smiles in response.

"Thank you, mom," the two children said.

"Your welcome," Chiasa beams at the two. As her children begin to converse among themselves, Chiasa simply listens. She indeed gave her son a bit more money than usual. However, she couldn't help but be happy for her son.

Although Shoyo has many friends, the boy has never been skilled when speaking to the opposite gender. In terms of friends and communicating with female family members, the boy is at ease. However, once he's aware a female has taken an interest in him, Shoyo begins to flounder. The boy becomes a mess of nerves before her eyes every time. At one point, Chiasa asked her son why he doesn't try to date once he enters High School, but the boy refused.

"Why, Shoyo?" Chiasa inquires to her eldest. "I know I told you dating isn't allowed, but that was in Middle School. You're now old enough to date, so what's stopping you?"

"I'm just not interested in girls, mom."

"...are you gay?"

"MOM!"

"Because if you are, I totally understand! If you're worried I won't accept you, then rest assured that nothing can make me love you any less!"

"Mom, I'm NOT gay!"

"Oh," Chiasa said after a pause. "Then... are you sure?"

"MOM!"

"SORRY!"

Now, after two months of entering High School, Hinata-san finally noticed why her son doesn't date. He's in love with the little girl in the photo.

Years ago, when they went to their favorite park, the two encountered a little girl with beautiful sad blue eyes. While the two kids played, Chiasa snapped a picture of them on her phone. The photo is so precious that she framed it on the shelf in their living room. Throughout the years, Chiasa would notice her son staring at the picture in longing, but now Shoyo never does. At first, she thought he got over the little girl, and at one point, she tried to take the picture down. However, the next day, the photo of the two was back up proudly in its place.

Slowly, Shoyo started to change, and if it was even possible, he began to smile more. So after a bit of questioning from her and Natsu, the two discover that the little girl has returned. Kageyama Yuko, lead striker of Karasuno's soccer team, and first-year in class 5. Even now, with the many years the two spent apart, Shoyo is still in love with the mysterious raven.

Natsu is curious about meeting the girl who unknowingly stole her brother's heart, so Chiasa told Shoyo to bring his sister to the game. To be honest, Chiasa is curious about the female as well, so she'll have to place her daughter as a spy to gather the information she wants. Maybe snap a picture of the two together. In any case, this Yuko girl brings so much joy to her son that it warms the woman's heart. Chiasa only prays the two complete the promise her son longs for.

So along with the tournaments, the twins are in, we have family drama coming up. I hope this chapter didn't disappoint! I promise the next chapter will be set during the soccer game.

Please let me know how you guys feel about the new developments. Until next time! Bye!
