Cuddy walked into his office and surveyed him and his desk. It was as cluttered as usual, but that wasn't her concern, well not now anyway. She clicked her way across the shiny floor until she reached his desk, then bent down and looked over his shoulder at his Gameboy.

"You're winning." She whispered her observation into his ear and she felt him shiver slightly under her touch. She smiled slightly then raised her hand and lightly traced a pattern down the back of his neck. She smiled more broadly as he jerked away then turned to look at her, an inquiring look on his features. She cocked her head to one side and smiled teasingly at him and stepped away, backing up to sit in one of his seats. She sat down and crossed her legs, House watching her every move with observing eyes. She started examining her nails and ignoring House entirely. Not happy with this treatment House got up and limped across to his chairs and sunk into one himself. Cuddy looked up at him then went right back to studying her nails. House stared at her for a moment then leant across the gap between the chairs and kissed her on the cheek. Cuddy jumped at the touch and looked at him, then return the favour. House deepened the kiss and it became more passionate and frenzied.

Allison Cameron walked down the empty corridors and suddenly thought of House probably sat there all by himself with only his Gameboy or his TV for company. The case for today had been solved so there was no need for him to spend all night on the computer looking up possible solutions to the puzzle.

House and Cuddy broke apart and Cuddy smiled at him. A real smile that wasn't usually seen in the hospital. A smile reserved for one person who was special to her.

Cameron turned and started walking in the opposite direction that she had been two minutes ago, she started walking towards House's office. Her only thought was that someone had better cheer him up.

Cuddy leant across again and initiated another kiss. This one as deep as the last, neither of them with any knowledge that Allison Cameron was heading this way.

Cameron walked closer to his office and noticed that he wasn't alone. As she walked closer she realised that his companion was Dr. Cuddy. She ignored the rest of the information that was filtering into her brain as she approached his office. The information being that it seemed that Cuddy and House were unusually close together. She walked into the office and focused on the information her brain was telling her. House and Cuddy were kissing, and hadn't noticed she was there. Should she tell them? Or walk away? Or yell at them? Or just quietly slip away and confront them both later, when they weren't so interested in each other. Cameron stood there in confusion. Eventually she reached a decision.

"Excuse me?" She said loudly, watching as House and Cuddy jumped and looked at her slightly shocked at the intrusion.. Cameron stood there and folded her arms surveying the shocked doctors in front of her.

"What?" House eventually came out with. Cameron smiled and carried on looking at them.

"Could you please explain, what you were doing?" She said slowly looking from Cuddy to House. Cuddy choked out a laugh.

"You want to know what we're doing? Now that's a laugh!" She said and extricated herself from her chair raising herself to Cameron's height.

"Why is that, Lisa?" Cameron queried her boss, who looked straight back at her before answering.

"Well, a) because I'm your boss and b) because it's none of your business what me and Dr. House may or may not be doing." Cuddy spoke businesslike and clipped, not really caring whether or not Cameron likes her tone of voice or not.
