The courtroom exploded into chaos when those harboring a dislike for the woman began throwing accusations left and right to her obvious disfavor.
"What? she's an outsider..? How is that possible?"
"I KNEW IT! NO ONE HERE CAN BE THIS DARK! SHE'S A WITCH! LET'S GET RID OF HER!"
"WHOSE TO TELL SHE'S NOT THE ONE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TITANS ATTACK? THAT MUST BE IT!"
"SHE'S A DEVIL WE ALLOWED THROUGH OUR ALMIGHTY WALLS!! SHE SHALL BE PUNISHED-"
With the public mostly composed of merchants, nobles, and Wallists, shouting more far-fetched accusations at her, Eren Mikasa and Armin looked at their sister with a stunned look.
She wasn't from the walls...?this wasn't possible right...?
Did Colith lie to them..?
"...is that true...?" Eren's weak voice managed to reach her ears despite the loud commotion occurring at the moment. Her golden orbs slowly shifted to the kneeling teen who held an imploring look as if telling her to reassure him.
She sighed and quietly spoke so only he could hear, "remember when I told you I would say more about me later...? Guess you won't have to wait."
"...Huh?"
Colith felt Armin and Mikasa's shocked gaze on her and swiftly threw them an 'I'll explain later' look which made them hesitantly nod. They loathed the idea of her being in this situation because they knew she was a good person! She must have a reason to hide her origins, that must be it! The two hated the disdainful comments she was receiving but wanted to hear her out.
This was a dick move from the MPs after all the shit she had to do to lessen their burden and that's the thanks she gets? She wasn't having it. She threw a cold glare right at Nile who felt a sudden fear invade him, immediately regretting his decision when cruel gold stared right into his soul. He felt like he was trapped between the claws of an unknown rabid beast which, if it wished, could easily put an end to his pathetic existence in a simple bite. Thankfully for him, her eyes left his figure when she heard Zackley loudly smack the table, having enough of the ruckus, which put an end to the terrifying visions he was getting. The man quickly blinked.
'w-what h-happened...?'
"ORDER! The session has not finished yet! If you wish to assist further to it, I recommend you all to keep calm or I'll have to dismiss everybody excluding the military, am I clear?!", the threat immediately stopped the commotion to the man's delight, "Good. Cadet Tobe is that true that you are, as commander Nile stated, not a citizen of the walls?"
All eyes were on her as they waited for her answer. If she was indeed an outsider, it would sign her death warrant since she'd be seen as a spy thus, a potential threat to 'humanity'.
The tension was at its peak as they all watched Colith, even the Survey Corps Commander was watching her in anticipation. Erwin was aware of the sheer power she displayed during the attack, through most cadets and garrison soldiers' testimonies and it obviously would be a waste to have her executed now that she was willing to fight alongside them, even if in the end they'd get Eren.
"Shit we're gonna lose her at this rate!" Hanji anxiously muttered with her thumb between her teeth. Honestly, Colith had rapidly picked her interest and it seemed like she knew a lot about the titans since she easily explained Eren's lack of experience and even suggested training him, which was comprehensive since the boy had apparently never shifted in his life until now. This meant that she was an absolute gold mine of information they were about to lose to those morons!!
Mike grunted in agreement as he furrowed his brows in a scowl. He liked her scent, it was new and refreshing compared to the foul smells his sensitive nose had the unfortunate habit of sniffing whenever he was around others.
'Who is she..?'
Is what Ilse thought as she stood alongside Hanji and Mike on the balcony where they could see the two shifters below. She was having doubts about this for she had not seen how the two looked like in titan form. She didn't have time to be curious and ask one of her garrison soldier friends who took part in the operation while the scouts were out, only to come back and find two steaming giant skeletons with one surrounded by unknown plants near the boulder. However, the woman did notice an awfully familiar...golden horn...on one of the remains...where had she seen it before...?
As the tension subsisted between the ones who wanted to defend her and those antagonizing her , the gold eyed woman finally answered, in a tone displaying nothing, a simple:
"Yes."
All hell broke loose.
"DID YOU HEAR THAT?!"
"KILL HER! SHE'S GONNA DOOM US ALL"
"B-BUT SHE STILL FOUGHT ALONGSIDE US TO RETAKE TROST--"
"SHUT THE HELL UP! SHE MUST HAVE HIDDEN MOTIVES FOR DOING THAT!"
Accusations and insults flowed from every non-soldiers mouths, openly disregarding Zackley's warning as they blindly sprouted their unjustified hatred on the woman who refused to show any sign of weakness. Yet, among all the noise, those who fought during the attack, mostly the soldiers she rescued or those who witnessed her helping them tried defending her to the best of their abilities but to no avail, they weren't being listened to. Some of the filthy MPs watched the situation unfold with smug satisfaction as they sneered at Her misfortune. What was she gonna do? She was doomed now and oh how they could already hear her shrieks as they'd enjoy torturing information out-of her before disposing of her body not without...having fun first...
Armin, Mikasa and mostly Eren's stomachs churned in dread as they helplessly watched their big sis receive hateful comments and so on as she sat in silence with an unreadable look on her face. No one could endure all these malevolent words without reaching a breaking point and they feared to lose her now that she confirmed not being from the walls.
Mikasa clenched her fists so tightly to the point of her fingers whitening due to the pressure as blood failed to pass through them. She wasn't letting a bunch of dirtbags take her precious Colith away from them, not when she thought they finally reunited! Not on her watch!
The Asian was about to yell until one statement, among the sea of accusations froze the teens and the woman in their spots.
"WHAT IF THE KIDS WERE SPIES TOO?! SHE DID TAKE THEM IN, RIGHT?!"
Colith went stiff.
"YEAH! SON OF A BITCH'S ALREADY ONE! WHAT IF THEY WERE TITANS TOO?"
"WE SHOULD DISSECT, AND GET RID OF TH-"

The loud sound of metal being snapped and harshly meeting the ground startled everyone in the courtroom as the public's fearful eyes alongside the three branches soldiers flabbergasted gazes landed on the previously sitting woman who was now standing, harboring an inhumane look in her glowing golden orbs. Eren's eyes widened in fright at the volcanic glare his...big sis had in the usual soft eyes he was so accustomed to see that this new expression stunned him...and did she just destroy her cuffs...?
A sinister aura immediately engulfed the entire courtroom, freezing everyone in their spot as they could do nothing but watch with dread the previously calm cadet now enraged. Some people lost control of their bladders, specifically those who accused the three teenagers of treason while those who couldn't withstand the pressure fainted, foam escaping their mouths while their eyes rolled up. As soon as it happened, the sinister feeling disappeared, leaving terrified people shaking and staring at the standing woman.
"Sooo, I was wondering if you guys had a death wish or something...", Colith's sharp eyes scrutinized everyone in the room which made those who were previously shouting racist comments flinch in fear. "hm..it looks like it's the case, am I right?" her face held a terrifying toothy grin that momentarily halted everyone breath. They were anticipating her next moves.
Zackley's startled wide eyes could do nothing but follow her, unable to tell her to sit back down as she leisurely walked around like she owns the place. This woman's intimidating presence was something he had never experienced before.
"y'all could've just continued insulting me and I would've simply put it on the count of ignorance 'cause honestly, I couldn't give a flying fuck about your opinions on me. It's not like any of you ever saw someone as cool as me before." her relaxed voice harshly cut through the silence as she casually walked toward the terrorized Mps direction, purposely , where most of them were laying on the ground passed out which left the poor Commander and a few unfortunate souls to helplessly watch as she closed the distance like a predator...and they were the preys.
"but noooo y'all had the bright idea of including my kids!"
Her smile dropped abruptly.
"if you think I'll just stay here and watch y'all mothefuckers openly disrespect my family, right in front me, and think about going scot-free... then you must really be dumb..no?" the threat was clear, touch her family and say bye-bye to life the next second.
"I'm an outsider so what? You think you're important? Y'all have no idea how much I worked to make your lives better and this is the thanks I get? Pathetic." she snarled. "People are fighting for their lives to survive in this shithole while defending your sorry asses from the titans, too busy shoving food in your greedy gullets to realize your situation and the moment someone offers help, y'all do nothing but oink like the fucking pigs you are!"
She was fuming, obviously addressing those from Sina and she purposely choose to solely stare right at the MP commander whose regiment was the symbol of their greed as it was known to be mostly composed of filthy corrupted scumbags who thought they were better than the scouts just because they served their OH so honorable king who was nothing but a fucking fraud!- oh that's a spoiler- her words were harsh and obviously worth an execution, yet, deep down they knew she was right and were too stunned to react.
'T-this is bad! She's making things worse for herself...!' although Eren was quite happy to watch those cowards flinch every time Colith spoke, he couldn't shake the bad feeling he now had. 'I need to calm her down..!'
"C-Colith...?"
Eren's uncertain voice managed to reach her ears, stopping her mid-rant from cursing someone's mom before her scowl morphed into a curious expression, soon turing her head in his way.
"Yes, sweethea-?"
Mistake on Colith's part because as soon as her attention was on the boy, the sound of a shot followed by a body colliding with the ground startled everyone out of their daze as they could only watch in disbelief blood gushing out of the woman's chest and lips as a surprised gasp escaped her before her body went limp. Even the emotionless Levi's greyish orbs bulged out of their sockets in shock, having not been fast enough to execute Erwin's plan in time while said Commander's jaw clenched tightly while his piercing cerulean eyes settled on the limp body on the ground as a pool of blood framed her figure.

Strangled gasps immediately came from Mikasa and Armin as they released horrified shrieks when their brain finally registered the situation while the MP commander, who immediately snapped out of his shock, was now yelling at the trigger happy soldier responsible for this.
"WHO GAVE YOU PERMISSION TO SHOOT?!"
"Sh-she was g-getting c-close sir, so I though-"
And it went on with those on her side, notably the garrison/survey Corps soldiers who began throwing outraged insults at the MPs, especially Hanji who was cursing out like a sailor while Mike gritted his teeth in anger. Poor Ilse had one hand on her mouth, shaken by the woman's sudden demise while down below Erwin kept his composure, having not anticipated this outcome. The raven-haired corporal's fists clenched in irritation for losing a great asset against the titans! As zany as she was the brat played a huge role in retaking Trost by easily decimating more than 50 of those atrocities while greatly reducing their casualties.
"How troublesome..." Zackley was so done with the ruckus he was having trouble to control, that he facepalmed in annoyance. Yet, he had to admit that her words and visions of their government were something he wholly agreed to since he too wholeheartedly hated those pompous dick heads he called superiors. Since one of the shifters was killed by the MP, he was willing to put the other left into the scouts custody as a token of gratitude for her actions in Trost.
Eren's mortified eyes refused to leave the body, the noise around him turned statics as he could only watch in shock..his previously alive big sis now laying limp on the ground.
Dead.
The teen's lips quivered as he pressed his forehead on the ground, a sob escaping his throat.
'this can't be...'
'w-why do I keep losing family...?'
'why is this happening...?'
'why...?'
'm-om...it's the same feeling I felt when I lost...mom. why did this happen again...?'
'have I- done something wrong to deserve this...?'
His shoulder shook, wild tears slipping out, blurring his vision as strangled sobs shook his entire body.
'It's my fau-'
"damn, that was my favorite shirt. Not cool man"
"..."
"...?"
Everybody paused, whipping their head toward the sprawled person on the ground who casually sat up as if nothing happened.
"Ugh, fucker caught me by surprise, it's gon be a pain in the ass to remove all that blood now...", she pouted before shrugging it off and standing up, "Meh I'll just throw it later", Colith sighed before halting when she noticed the unusual silence and lack of curse she, unfortunately, got used to hear before looking at the hundreds or shocked eyes directed at her.
" ...what are y'all mofo staring at?"
She blinked innocently until a vicious grin stretched her lips upward as her eyes glowed fiercely.
"have you seen a ghost or something?"
Pastor Nick fainted.
