Good morning, today I bring a crossover story between Fate Stay Night: Heaven Feels and Dr. Strange. All rights belong to their creators Type Moon and Marvel Comics.
It was almost midnight. The moon was shining brightly overhead, illuminating the city of Fuyuki. It would be a beautiful scene if it were not for the bloody war that was raging in this city. The war of the Holy Grail. A war that was waged between 7 masters chosen by the Grail and seven servants or heroic spirits all summoned from the throne of heroes. Servants have seven classes: Saber, Archer, Lancer, Rider, Caster, Assassin and Berserker. But I'm sure you already know what this is about so I won't repeat myself.
Land-19999
NewYork. Sanctum Sanctorum
Stephen Strange has already seen more in one year than one would expect in a lifetime. Honestly, his life took a 180-degree turn. He went from being a neurosurgeon to becoming a wizard guardian of New York's Sanctum Sanctorum.
You would have laughed if you were told a few years ago that this was your destiny and that you would be confronted by an interdimensional let's be honest, some would have believed it.
Many things have happened since that day. He also made a list of potentially dangerous beings that could affect this world.
He had great power now and was always this great power, could I fix my hands?
Yes, he could. But he didn't. He now had a mission and a duty greater than anyone could have imagined.
This reality is vulnerable, and even more so with the death of the Ancestral and the dissolution of the Avengers.
He looked at the place on his neck where the Eye of Agamotto used to be, which, according to Wong, contained an infinity stone. To be more specific, the time stone
But he still needs to learn a lot more before he considers himself able to use it properly. He had used it before against Dormammu, but with great difficulty, and he wasn't sure if his plan would work. Was it a miracle? He was now certain it was.
I kept thinking about Ancestral's words. The multiverse. Dormammu was a great threat. And as she said, there were other realities, some full of benevolence and some full of malice. And there, she asked herself the next question:
Are there worse things or things almost as bad as Dormammu out there? A small knock woke him from his concentration.
"Hey, stop it" Stephen said with a laugh. "We talked about this." He couldn't get mad at this cape. It had saved his life on more than one occasion.
"You seem to think you need to relax" said Wong. "I understand that you have a huge burden on your shoulders, but always remember that you are still human."
"Thanks, Wong" said Stephen. "But it didn't stop you from thinking about what other threats like Dormammu are out there." You said it yourself. News of the ancestor's death will spread throughout the multiverse. "What's stopping them right now from attacking?"
"The habit of despair is worse than despair itself," said Wong.
"Yes, I know" said Stephen. "I need to confess something to you." I once thought of using the eye of Agamotto to repair my hands. I looked at my past, and now I think every day about those people I didn't help because of my ego and arrogance. I was the best neurosurgeon, but I focused on myself and only myself and did not think about others. a doctor who did not follow the Hippocratic oath. Come to think of it, maybe I was one of the best doctors in the world, but everyone knew I was actually the worst. Everyone but me, because I always remember those words. It's not about me. I am just a small piece of the huge mosaic of the universe. I see now that it will take time, that it travels a long road shrouded in darkness, a road that won't always take me where I want to go. But I will do it anyway."
"I'm beginning to see what the ancestors saw in you" said Wong.
"That you didn't see it after Hong Kong?" asked Stephen.
"I'm finicky" said Wong, "but after all we've been through together, look how you've changed from that man who walked through the temple doors." "I can tell you will be the best of all, my friend."
"Thank you, my friend" said Stephen, smiling.
"Well, I'll go to the deli for a sandwich; do you want one?" asked Wong.
"Do you have money?" asked Stephen. "What happened to being attached to the material is detached from the spiritual?" But Wong was already gone.
Stephen simply denied everything. Maybe Wong was right. He was worrying too much. He thought about reading one of the books in the library to relax. However, curiosity was too strong, so he decided to go back and read Cagliostro's book again to find out more about the stone. It was his habit to always review a lesson. His whole life as a physician had taught him that. However, when he went to look for the book among others, there was one he had never seen before. It was purple in color, with almost hypnotic patterns and a circle in the middle. Its title had a name:
Third Magic: Heaven´s Feel
"Hey, Wong, have you ever seen this book?" He asked, but remembered that Wong was no longer at the Sanctum.
Strange took the book and analyzed it in detail. He felt an enormous power. almost as much as when he picked up Kagliostro's book.
Stephen opened it and looked for the warning before reading the book. However, when he found it, it was just a strange set of letters.
They look like hieroglyphics, but if he look closely, some of the words look normal instead of being spelled strangely like the others. Not to mention that the capitalized letters look like they could be rearranged with the other letters and words on the page to create accurate text.
It wasn't the first time he had solved puzzles like that. Even when he was young, he had a knack for it.
When he figured it out, all he finally found were some strange words:
Silver and iron to the origin.
Gem and the archduke of contracts to the cornerstone.
The ancestor is my great master Schweinorg.
The alighted wind becomes a wall.
The gates in the four directions close, coming from the crown, the three-forked road that leads to the kingdom circulate.
Shut (fill).
Shut (fill).
Shut (fill).
Shut (fill).
Shut (fill).
Repeat every five times.
Simply, shatter once filled. ――――I announce. Your self is under me, my fate(doom) is in your sword.
In accordance with the approach of the Holy Grail, if you abide by this feeling, this reason, then answer.
Here is my oath.
I am the one who becomes all the good of the world of the dead, I am the one who lays out all the evil of the world of the dead.
You, seven heavens clad in three words of power, arrive from the ring of deterrence, O keeper of the balance ―――!
Stephen didn't understand the reason for those words, but for some reason, he felt a great power when he mentioned the last sentence.
When he prepared to read the rest of the book, it literally trembled in his hand. He shuddered, and the purple light suddenly shone brightly on the pages themselves. The pages were turning at lightning speed, but no one had a chance of reading them because of the brightness. However, that's not what surprised him the most, as he had to recoil as a huge wave of powerful magical energy surged out of the book.
Stephen could do nothing as runes appeared under his feet and a purple light restrained and enveloped him.
Finally, when the light dissipated, there was no sign of the sorcerer, and the runes disappeared as if they had never been there. The only thing left that was evidence of what had just happened was the old book lying on the floor, now closed as if it had never been opened to begin with.
Nasuverse Fuyuki
Nearing midnight, the moon was shining on Ryuudou Temple. It is a mountain temple on the outskirts of Miyama, and as the name suggests, it is owned by the Ryuudou family. It acts as the cornerstone of the Fuyuki ley lines. It can be said to be the heart of Fuyuki's spiritual grounds. The place was very beautiful. Too bad it was meant to be ruined with macabre scenery.
Assassin stood guard outside the temple, repelling any intruders who might approach. He was a prisoner, though, as his summoning method caused him to be bound to the door itself, unable to go anywhere too far from it because of it. He hated every second of it and wished his master, the servant Caster of this war, would release him so he could go out and fight. His legend wasn't one that helped him much. He was merely a prop swordsman portraying Sasaki Kojirou, a fictional swordsman based on a fictional story.
Poor miserable existence, which is about to get even worse.
Out of nowhere, he felt a presence at the foot of the temple. This presence was unlike anything she had ever felt. It did not feel like any of the monks in the temple or like his master. It was different as ...
Suddenly, he felt a sharp pain in his chest that caught him off guard, accompanied by massive bleeding from his mouth. It was so overwhelming that he dropped his sword, which fell down the temple stairs. It felt as if something was twisting in his rib cage. It felt like paper cuts were assaulting him from within.

It was so overwhelming that he dropped his sword, which fell down the temple stairs. It felt as if something was twisting in his rib cage. It felt like paper cuts were assaulting him from within.
"I wasn´t expecting..." said Sasaki almost resigned "something like this."
A long black arm comes out of Sasaki's chest and continues until a full humanoid body appears.
He only wished he had fought a worthy opponent in order to leave an impression on this world and avoid being labeled a sham.
At the foot of Ryuudou Temple
Stephen opened his eyes. He felt totally exhausted. This had been worse than the astral travel he had experienced previously.
He only saw that he was in a forest, or so he would have thought if he had ignored the stairs leading to the top. The architecture was
Chinese?
No, it was not Chinese. It was Japanese.
It almost reminded him of Shinto. I knew it from so many conferences he gave in the past.
After composing himself, Stephen positioned his hands and attempted to use his sling ring to open a portal.
Nothing
"What?" wondered Stephen.
He tried again.
Nothing
"I don't get it." "This didn't happen to me anymore." The sorcerer stated
After about 20 attempts, he finally gave up and tried calling Wong. only to be told that the number he was calling did not exist.
"I don't understand that this has international coverage." Said Stephen
However, it all faded into the background when he felt something in the air. a similar sensation when he read the last word of that strange chant. Apart from that, he felt several energy signatures in the form of a line. They were all seemingly heading to one place—the top of this mountain.
Convinced that perhaps there was someone there who could help him, or perhaps some other sorcerer, he decided to climb this mountain. Little did he know that his choice would change the course of this story forever.
Returned to the Temple
A beautiful woman appeared outside the temple. This woman had superhuman beauty. Her hair was blue. Her lips were painted purple. And she was wearing a black top with a denim jacket and a long tan skirt.
However, this was only a casual appearance for her because she was the Servant Caster of this Holy Grail War. She had used the ley line of Ryuudou Temple to obtain the mana of the people living in Fuyuki. Her actions had caused several people to fall into comas. All this because his master, Soichiro Kuzuki, was not a magician and needed the mana he collected to stay with him. She did not like the idea of extracting mana from civilians, but to stay with the man she now loved and be together forever, she would do anything. This was a woman who had committed numerous calamities when she was alive. from killing her brother by the spell of the goddess of love Aphrodite to betraying her kingdom, her family, and the murder of the children of her ex-husband, the man she hated to this day, among other things. This woman was Medea of Colchis, a former princess now known as the witch of betrayal.
The woman was now searching for the servant assassin, who had been summoned by herself, breaking the rules of the Holy Grail system. She felt that something was interfering with the connection to his servant, so she decided to investigate.
"Assassin show up!" she yelled "Assassin."
But there was no response from the servant. Out of nowhere, she felt a strange signature coming from the stairs of the mountain, and it seemed to be getting closer and closer. When she saw the Assassin's sword for the first time, it slowly faded away, indicating the death of the servant.
This alarmed her, and she also felt the metallic smell of blood coming from the temple. The temple was now silent. None of the monks were in sight. Oblivious to the presence of the firm, she knew that someone had entered her territory and attacked the temple. So she rushed inside to protect her master. The servant now wore a purple-blue hooded robe that gave her a look that lived up to her legend.
She entered the room where she found her master when he brought her here, confirming her greatest fear.
"Soichirou...sama" said Medea almost breaking down.
Her master, the man she loved, had been brutally wounded; his legs and arms had been cut off but not amputated; his eyes had been cut out, leaving him blind; and his belly had been cut open, causing a great loss of blood.
The man responsible was a dark man, thin, and tall—too tall. wearing dark rags that hid his body. The detail that stood out the most was that he wore a skull mask.
"This man, what is he?" asked the hooded man turning his head. "First, I slices his head arms, legs…. I have cut it as well. I have opened his stomach. But still, he keeps moving" he said looking at the shattered man.
"Are-you the True Assassin?"
The one now known as True Assassin raises Soichirou's head, showing that he is alive, and threatens to finish him if he tries anything. as if he knew the witch's weakness for her master.
"Release me witch" said the hooded man.
Seeing that there was no other way out and that it was the only way to save her master's life, she could still heal him with the mana she had. Caster discarded her command seals and drew her Noble Phantasm "Rule Breaker," an irregular dagger, which, while not a weapon to do physical harm, did serve to sever a master's bond with a servant.
Despite this, she stabbed herself with her weapon, effectively ending her contract with Assassin.
"Are you happy now?" asked Medea hopeful that he would let her master go.
All hope died when the True Assassin plunged one of his knives into her neck. True Assassin stabbed her three times in the back until she stopped moving, and she could only gasp in pain.
Once he reached the end, the man he had destroyed was still struggling to move, so he threw the knife at him, giving him the fatal blow. Satisfied with his kill, he was about to leave when he heard footsteps and a voice coming from outside the room.
Outside the temple 1 minute ago
It took a long time, but finally Stephen made it to the top. It turned out that it was a temple, and because of its architecture, it belonged to the Shinto religion. However, the atmosphere was very heavy, and everything was too quiet. It was really unsettling. It was almost identical to how he felt when he entered a dark dimension to make a deal with Dormammu.
As he searched throughout the temple, he found an open room.
"Good evening I am looking for the wizard guardian of this " said the sorcerer as he looked at the horrible scene in front of him.
A brutally murdered man with his legs and arms cut off, his belly cut in two, and a knife in his head He was definitely dead. In front of him and closer to the door was a hooded figure on the ground, bleeding. But most disturbing was the figure wrapped in dark rags with a skull for a mask looking down at him. He felt a very similar signature in this presence and in the one lying on the floor, although the latter was clinging more to life.
This was definitely a crime scene. And I was right in the middle of it. And the killer did not want to leave any witnesses. Instantly, the hooded figure threw the knife at Strange, and Strange activated his mandalas and with pure luck managed to block the attack.
Unfortunately, the killer did not stop there. In the blink of an eye, he closed the gap between himself and the doctor and threw a series of slashes. The killer was too fast. His movements were imperceptible. None of Kaecilius' fans and acolytes had the same speed as this creature. It dodged with difficulty all his attacks. The only thing they were achieving for the moment was that a large part of the room was destroyed. His own reflexes and mandalas avoided the cuts that were thrown at him, and some of the knives that were thrown as projectiles ended up in his head. His speed and reflexes were telling Stephen something. This thing was far from human. In one of those, a knife managed to cut part of his forearm, making him scream in pain.
"What are you?" asked Stephen, who was very exhausted and feeling pain in his arm. "I have faced many acolytes, but you are far from a normal one." Did you use some kind of dark magic to increase your power? "Or are you a Kaecilius devotee?"
But the Assassin did not answer any of his questions.
"If you're a follower of Kaecilius" said Stephen , "you're doing all this for nothing." "He's stuck forever in that damned place with his master, and he's never coming back."
These words addressed to the masked man were just the talk of a madman.
"You shouldn't have been here" said the man in a deep voice.
He then attempted to restrain the assassin with one of his energy whips, using the uninjured arm.
The true assassin looked at this attack with curiosity. It was nothing like the magic of the magicians of this era. He could even say that it resembled true magic. This feeling was not ignored by his master either.
Stephen kept throwing whip after whip, but the assassin was too fast, easily dodging any attack. Finally, True Assassin takes one of the whips but uses it to cut the distance between throwing Strange to the ground and kicking him towards the door of the room, finally putting his back to the wizard. The True Assassin received a command from his master: finish this man off immediately. Therefore, he raised the knife to deliver the killing blow, just as he did to that human Caster's master. when suddenly his cloak wrapped around the assassin's head and began to shake him as True Assassin tried to tear it free.
Stephen didn't know how lucky he was. This cloak had saved his life a second time. He instantly seized this moment and prepared to conjure up an attack he had practiced long ago. He had never been able to perfect it, and now was the time. It was very powerful in its destructive capabilities and also in dispelling the underlying darkness.
Sevensuns of Cinnibus
He had used it once as practice and it ended up almost killing him. Now was not the time to hesitate or meditate, it was a life or death situation. And to be honest, he would rather die trying to do it than be killed by this assassin.
The powerful attack was directed at the assassin who was still trying to free himself from the cloak. However, it came out of the way with a few tears from his knife before receiving the attack head on. However, the assassin did not have the same luck and received the attack head on, sending him flying through the walls of the temple and destroying a large part of the room.
Unbeknownst to him the attack also scared off some kind of creature that was a rotten mixture of black and red that was crawling on the ground. But this was not noticed by the magician.
However, Stephen knew he had survived as for a human that attack would have been deadly but he could still feel its signature. Whatever that thing was it was not human. He could also say the same for the figure lying on the ground whose life was slowly ebbing away. Putting his cloak back on he walked over to the survivor and examined it.
Under the hood to get a better view of the injury. He could tell she was very beautiful. The most beautiful woman he had ever seen in his life if he was honest. For a few moments he was stunned by her beauty before reality hit him. Now was not the time for that. He had an emergency on his hands. Cut on her neck and from the bleeding on her back she had received 3 stab wounds.
"Hey do you hear me?" asked Stephen.
He received no sound. He could only watch as his breathing became more and more agitated. He had to do something now. He was possibly no longer a doctor, but his Hippocratic oath was untouchable. Always help the injured. Maybe he didn't put it into practice properly in his years as a neurosurgeon because of his ego and arrogance, but since Stephen Strange died in that car accident a year ago, now he is someone else.
Stephen touched the side of his neck only to see that Agamotto's eye was not with him. With that artifact, he could practically fix all of this. There was no time for regrets. He had to act now.
It was too far from the hospital, judging by the location of the temple. However, unbeknownst to him, a drop of his blood from the killer's previous cut fell into the mouth of the woman on the floor, and she reacted to it with a slight murmur. This caught Stephen's attention. However, this lasted only a short time because he felt the killer's presence approaching from where he had been thrown.
Stephen tried to use his sling again. However, for a few moments, he remembered that he could not use it. Before he slapped himself in the face for having forgotten something so recent, which should not be normal due to his photographic memory, a miracle occurred.
"Seriously, just now?" wondered Stephen, watching the portal open.
This portal, however, led to the foot of the temple. In the place where he had awakened after reading that damned book, Stephen carried the woman in his arms as he sensed the presence of the assassin nearby.
The true assassin arrived, his rags torn from the previous attack, revealing his deformed and thin physique, ready to kill the sorcerer, only to see the portal close with the doctor carrying his victim's body. Yes, there is no doubt his master would not be happy about this.
At the Matou mansion
Zouken Matou, as he might be called, is everything bad in existence. His plan began when his useless grandson lost Rider in a fight with Saber's master. He then had to enter the Holy Grail War to achieve his goal, immortality. His plan was to summon the true assassin through the assassin who had been summoned by Caster. Once he had summoned his servant, he intended to use his familiars to reanimate Caster's corpse when she died so that he could easily finish off the other masters. But now the second phase of his plan has collapsed. All because of the strange anomaly that had appeared in the temple and had taken Caster's body before she died. Well, I guess he'll have to improvise then.
In a citadel outside space and time
A purple-cloaked figure in a chair felt a disturbance in the sacred timeline. He simply smiled at this change. Now the timeline was vulnerable. Everything was going as planned. From here on Strange would play no part in his plan. But he had unknowingly taken the first big step. The first step in the fragmentation of the sacred timeline.
Well, as I said at the beginning, this story will be a crossover between Fate Stay Night: How Heaven Feels and Dr. Strange (MCU). I came up with the story after reading some Fate fanfics, and I saw that it has almost no crossovers with Marvel. But most of them always put Spiderman as the one with the most interaction with this universe. And it always surprised me that when they do these crossovers, they always leave out the one that should have more sense to appear, which would be Dr. Strange, being one of the most powerful magical characters in Marvel.
As you can see, this is going to be a Dr. Strange and Medea (Caster) story. Because, well, I've seen that Caster has so few good stories, either here or in fan fiction. And she's a character that, really, whenever I see her in Fate, I empathize with her. No matter how many bad things she's done, I always end up empathizing with her. She is, for me, one of those villains that I can't hate.
Something similar to what happens with Loki in the MCU and I chose this rute is because I think they were too cruel to her in this route.
The Dr. Strange we see in this story is from the MCU. Why did I choose this Dr.? because the one from the comics is practically unbeatable in this universe. If I ordered the 616 version, the Holy Grail War wouldn't last a week. That's why I feel the MCU version is a bit more on the level of fate. I'm not talking about the servants, because, well, here we saw that Hassan almost killed him, but at the level of masters, except for Shirou, of course. at least for the moment.
The thing about the sling ring not working and then working. In my opinion, the doctor has to have been somewhere to be able to go there. Kind of like the flight masters in World of Warcraft, you need to have discovered the area to be able to go there. The only thing that ties this theory up for me is when, in Endgame, he opens like 15 portals to bring various troops, including several from other planets. But I still think Strange couldn't do that act by himself.
By the way, He Who Remains will only appear here. I only put him in because, since there is a trip between realities, he should have felt it.
The servants require mana, which is why the blood heals Caster. So Dr. Strange's blood, being that of a sorcerer with a magic that resembles that of the age of the gods (for the Marvel universe), must have large amounts of mana. I got the idea from a Harry Potter fanfic where he also cured Castor using his blood.
Sorry if the battle is too short or rushed. I'm not very good at writing fights.
This is an idea I had in my head a long time ago. Leave your comments. I hope you like it.
