Sorry it take me so long to update this story, but I am having major writer block with the story and where it will go…. I went back and read the last chapter and I notice some things. So I rewrote this chapter.

Everyone went to lunches and during lunch Linda kept going over in her head what happen during Vince testimony it didn't make sense to her what he was say under oath especially about the night he slept Savannah DeLorenzo the night her stepdaughter Cicely was conceive. Linda had doubt about what Vince was saying she did not care for Leo Adams either, and what he was trying to do. She then thought about her stepdaughter Cicely and her reactions to the revelations it was pure angry on her part, and who could blame her though her father attorney is trying to say that her mom rape her father, which is probably further from the truth. Then there is what happen outside of the courtroom with Cicely and Vince and she slap him right in the face, Linda was proud of her stepdaughter. After lunch, everyone return to the courthouse and went inside the courtroom of Beatrice Cruz. And they took their seats and waiting on the Judge to retake the bench.

"All rise!" Everyone stood up as the door to the Judge chamber opened. "Court is back in session the honorable Judge Beatrice Cruz presiding," Bailiff said, out walks Judge steps up to the bench and then sat down in the chair.

"Please be seated!" Judge Beatrice began, as everyone sat down. "Mr. McMahon please retakes the witness stand. And remember Mr. McMahon you are still under oath." Vince stood up walks around the table toward the witness stand.

"Yes your honor," Vince said, sitting down.

"Mr. Adams do you have any more question for your client?" Judge Beatrice asked

"No, your honor I do not have any more question for my client," Leo Adams response.

"Ms. Daniels, you may begin you're cross-examine of Mr. McMahon," Judge Beatrice said, as Claire Daniels stood up.

"Thank your honor. Mr. McMahon when you woke up the later that morning where you tie the bed?" Claire asked

"Umm, no, I was not tie to the bed," Vince replied.

"So you were not tie to the bed."

"No," he answered.

"Then why is your attorney Mr. Adams suggests that you were rape by my client Mrs. DeLorenzo?" Claire asked

"Umm, -because I really do not remember what happen that night," Vince replied.

"That is not excuse Mr. McMahon. Your attorney Leo Adams is accusing Mrs. DeLorenzo of rape, even though she cannot be charge now, but that is a serious accusation, against my client the mother of your fourth child. What do you have to say?" Claire asked, walking around the table over to the jury box and stood there.

"Um- nothing," Vince replied.

"So you have nothing to say about the accusation that your attorney is claiming?" Claire asked

"Um-"

"Mr. McMahon um is not answer, its either yes or no," Judge Beatrice said.

"I had no idea what he was going to ask me that," Vince replied

"Are you and your attorney trying to make my client Mrs. DeLorenzo looks bad in the eyes of your daughter Cicely?" She asked

"No, of course not," Vince said.

"Its look that way, with these baseless, of Savannah DeLorenzo raping you," Claire said.

"I apology to my daughter Cicely for my attorney accusing her mother Savannah of raping me," Vince replied

"Mr. McMahon, how did you find out about Cicely?" Claire asked

"I -um I find out about Cicely the day I went shopping for a birthday gift for my wife Linda," Vince replied.

"Was that the day you and my client talk about a paternity test?" Claire asked

"Yes, we talk about taking a paternity test," Vince replied.

"That was day you also told my client that you would try to contribute money too right?" Claire asked

"Yes, we talk about that too," Vince, replied.

"On what day did you and my client take this paternity test, Mr. McMahon?" Claire asked.

"On October 5, we took the paternity test," Vince replied.

"So, October 5, you, my client and your daughter Cicely took a paternity test."

"Yes," he said.

"And what exactly happen that day?" Claire asked

"Um- Cicely was sound sleep in her mother arms, while the doctor took a swipe of her mouth she never woke up," Vince replied.

"Did you ask Mrs. DeLorenzo if you could hold your daughter Cicely?" Claire asked

"No, I did not want disturb her nap," Vince replied.

"So you never held your fourth child?" Claire asked

"Yes, I never held her," Vince replied.

"When did you get the test result Mr. McMahon?" Claire asked

"Two days later on October 7, I receive the test results," he replied, as Claire walk over to the table, picks up a piece paper walk over to the witness stand.

"Mr. McMahon you receive a piece paper like this one?" Claire asked, as she shows him the piece paper.

"Yes, I receive a piece of paper like this one," Vince replied, hand it back to her.

"And after receiving the test result telling you that you were the father of Cicely you never saw her again?" Claire asked

"Yes, I never saw my daughter Cicely again," Vince replied.

"Over the 26 years that you did not see your daughter Cicely, you never send money to Mrs. DeLorenzo to help support your daughter, especially when you say I will try to contribute some money for my daughter, right?" Claire asked

"Yes, I say I would try to contribute some money to my daughter," Vince replied.

"Why didn't you send money Mr. McMahon?" Claire asked

"Um – I was trying to building a business, and I had obligation to my family money was very tight," Vince replied.

"That is no excuse Mr. McMahon, because you had the same obligation to your daughter Cicely. You should be grateful to my client that she didn't drag you into court and have to ask a Judge to order you to pay child support for your daughter Cicely," Claire said.

"Objection Your honor Ms. Daniels is badging my client with these petty questions." Leo said.

"Your objection is overruled Mr. Adams. Second, I do not find anything petty about the question Ms. Daniels is asking Mr. McMahon. You may continue Ms. Daniels," Judge Beatrice said, as Leo sat down.

"When did you finally see Cicely again, Mr. McMahon?" Claire asked

"26, years later, when I saw my daughter Cicely," Vince replied.

"Did you say anything to her that day?" Claire asked

"No, I didn't say anything to her because I didn't want to scare her. I just stood off in the distance watch her from a far, and I realize how beautiful she looks," Vince replied, as Claire walks over to the table again picks the new paternity test paper, turn around and face Vince again.

"Mr. McMahon did you have these new paternity test paper drawn up?" Claire asked, walking over to the witness stand and show them to him.

"No I did not have these paternity paper draw up," Vince replied, as he hand them back to Claire.

"Then who did, Mr. McMahon? Because near everyone in your family had say that they didn't have these paternity test paper drawn up except for one person. (It down on everyone who had the paternity paper draws up.) nothing further your honor," Claire said, walking back to the table and sat down next to Savannah DeLorenzo.

"You may step down Mr. McMahon," Judge Beatrice said, as Vince stood up step down from the stand walk back to the table and sat down. "Mr. Adams do you have any other witness?"

"No your honor," Leo said.

"Ms. Daniel, tomorrow morning you can begin called witness. This court is recess until tomorrow morning at 10:00 AM," she said pickup her gavel and bang it.

"All rise!" Bailiff, said, as everyone stood up as Judge Beatrice Cruz stood up from her chair step off the bench and walk into her chamber. Everyone exit the courtroom and that when Vince grabs Stephanie.

"I want to speak you now," he said in a firm voice

"Yes dad," Stephanie said in a sweet voice…

"I want to know right now if you did this?" Vince asked

"Do what," Stephanie replied.

"Stephanie Marie I am not in any kind of mood today. Did you have the paternity test paper drawn up?" Vince asked in a firm voice.

"I do not know what you are talking about," Stephanie replied

"Stephanie you did this didn't you?" Vince asked

"And if I did so what," Stephanie replied.

"Not so, what Stephanie, I accused your mother my loving wife of 46 years of having those paternity test paper drawn up. I fought with her over this causing her to move out of the house damn it. She was telling me the truth that night I accused her of do this that what. I can't believe you are being mean, and selfish to someone whom you have never met yet," Vince said.

"I am trying to prove that Mrs. DeLorenzo is lie about her daughter being your," Stephanie said.

"No you're not, it all about the money and the family business the WWE. Your husband has you brainwashing into believe that you and him should be sole owner of the WWE. Newsflash little girl, he will never get his hands on my business, ever, I rather leave it right now to your half-sister Cicely and her future husband than you, and your husband," Vince said, walking away he need to find Linda and apology to her about their fight.
