After Vince told Stephanie he would rather leave the WWE to Cicely and her future husband, he walks off, leaving Stephanie standing in disbelief. He needs to find his wife Linda and apologize to her for accusing her of having the paternity paper drawing up when their daughter Stephanie and her husband, Paul Levesque.
Cicely arrived home and walk into her home that she shares with her future husband John Cena and their daughter Sara. She walks into the living room to see John on the floor with their daughter playing, and she smiles when Sara giggles and little Sara, her mommy, and squeal. John looks over to see her there.
"Hey there, baby," he said as she walked over and sat down on the floor, kiss him, and then picks up their daughter.
"Hi, there," she said, kissing Sara.
"How was court today?" He asked carefully
"Okay, except for Vince's lawyer accusing mom of something."
John looks at her and asks, "What did the lawyer accuse mom of doing?"
"Raping my dad 31 years ago."
"What? No way, baby, would mom never do something like."
"I know, babe. He blows his chances of walking me down the aisle on our wedding day."
"That his fault for allowed that attorney of his to ask a question like that."
"Yes, it is. So I ask mom if it was true, and she told me no, it is not true."
The McMahon Mansion, Vince is frustrated because Linda would not answer any of his calls, so he texts her, 'please come home so I can apologize to you.' Linda looks at her phone and saw the text message. She let out a soft sigh and decides to go home. She packed up her things, left her friend's home, and drove back to the home she shares with her husband. When she arrived at the home turn into the driveway, the gates opened and drove through them up the circular driveway to the house. She parked her car and turned the key, shutting off the car, and took a deep breath, and then slowly exhales. She pulled the key out of the ignition then unbuckled her seat belt open the door next then step out of the car, and closed the door behind her.
She opens the back door and grabs her suitcase, close the door then put the alarm on even though she was in her own driveway, but she remembered that Vince's car was stoned from their driveway.
She walks toward the house, arriving at the front door, and slid her key into the lock, turning it unlocked the door. She turns the doorknob, opens the door, steps inside her house, and closes the door behind her. She placed her suitcase on the bench, then her purse, and walk toward the living room went inside to see Vince sitting there with his head in his hands.
"Vince?" she said, and his head snaps up.
"Linda," he said, standing up and rush to her.
He pulls her to him and mumbles, "I am so sorry that I accused you; please forgive me."
She pulls back, looks at him, and said, "Yes, I forgive you; I know you eventually figured out it was not me who had the paternity paper drawing up."
Vince smiled, kissed her gently on the lips, and said, "Thank you for giving me."
"You're welcome, honey," she said as they walk around the sofa and sat down together. "Who is responsible for the paternity paper?"
"You are not going to believe it when I tell you," he said, holding her hand.
"Who is responsible for us arguing," she asked.
"Our daughter Stephanie and her bastard of husband Paul," he replied.
Linda shook her head and said, "Wow, that is all I have to say."
"Wow, is right; I told her it was her fault that I accused you of having those paternity paper drawing up."
"And what was her responded."
"She said, to me, I am trying to prove that Savannah is lying about Cicely being my daughter. I told her, no, you are not. It's all about the money and the family business, the WWE. Your husband has you brainwashed into believing that you and he should be the sole owner of the WWE. I told her, newsflash, little girl, he will never get his hands on my business, ever; I rather leave it right now to your half-sister Cicely and her future husband than you and your husband."
Linda smiled at him and said, "Good for you. Putting Stephanie in her place, she needs a reality check. "
He nodded his head and said, "Yes, she does, need a reality check. She likes to forget that she has two brothers who are part owners too; it is not just her company."
"Well, that because of Paul, he is filling her head with a crazy idea on who should really own the family business."
"I know I finally see it now. She told him, and he comes up with this who paternity suit, and now my daughter doesn't want me to walk her down," he said.
"Sorry about that, honey, that Stephanie causes this problem for you."
"It's not your fault that our daughter is listening to someone who doesn't know the situation. However, it is going to be hard for me to see her being escorted down by her mother's husband."
"Vince, you need to call our real attorney and tell him what happened, and you should write out a check for the back child support that you own, Cicely."
"I was thinking about doing that, and I do own it to Cicely."
