Paternity Revealed

Here is the next chapter in the Paternity Revealed. Enjoy!

Later that night, there was another party for Linda at the house; everyone was there; the kids were in the playroom playing while the adults were living room talking. Vicky called over her granddaughter Stephanie.

"Yes, grandma," she said politely

"Explain something to me; why in the hell would you even attempt to destroy your parents' marriage and ruin your dad's chance of walking your half-sister down the aisle on her wedding."

Stephanie gulped. Her grandma had found out what she had done. Stephanie said, "Um."

"Um is not an answer Stephanie Marie. I know your dad had made some mistake in his life, but your mother has forgiven him."

"But grandma, how do you know if this woman is only my dad's daughter?"

"I know that Cicely is his daughter because I met her today. In addition, yes, she does not look at him, but either does you, Stephanie, but you are his daughter. So Cicely is a member of this family whether you like it or not; moreover, you can tell your husband for me if he tries anything again; there will be consequences for him and you, my granddaughter. Understood."

"Yes, grandma, I understand."

"Stephanie, have you even met your half-sister Cicely?" grandma Vicky asked.

"No, grandma, I haven't met her."

"Why not?"

Stephanie shrugs her shoulders; grandma Vicky says, "I know why your husband is filling your head with lies. But, Stephanie, you are going to learn a tough someday."

Vicky hopes that she got through to her granddaughter about her half-sister Cicely. A few minutes later, Kacie called the kids into the dining room to sing Happy Birthday for their grandma. Vince carries the birthday cake and places it in front of Linda, and then everyone begins sinning.

Happy Birthday to you

Happy Birthday to you

Happy birthday dear, Linda, Mom, and grandma

Happy Birthday to you

Everyone claps as Linda smile; they take pictures of Linda blowing out the candle. Vince handed her a knife and began cutting up the birthday cake, and pictures were taken of her cutting up her birthday cake. Vince passed out the slices to everyone eating the delicious birthday cake.

After having the birthday cake, everyone headed in the living room so that Linda could open her birthday gifts, Vince handed Linda the first gift, and she looked at the birthday card and smiled.

"Thank you, Stephanie, Paul, Aurora, Murphy, and Vaughan," she said with a smile.

"You're welcome," they said; Linda ripped off the wrapping paper, then lifted the lid opened the tussle paper, and saw a beautiful sweater.

Vince handed her another gift, and she read the card happy birthday; love, Valentin, Kacie, Cristian, and Jessalyn.

"Thank you, Valentin, Kacie, Cristian, and Jessalyn," she said with a smile.

"You're Welcome," they said as she ripped off the happy birthday wrapping paper. Linda lifted the lid open the tissue paper and saw a beautiful blouse in her favorite Pink.

Vince handed her another gift, and she looked at the birthday card and read, happy Birthday, love, Shane, Marissa, Declan, Kenny, and Rogan.

"Thank you, Shane, Marissa, Declan, Kenny, and Rogan," she said with a smile.

"You're welcome," they said.

She rips off the birthday wrapping paper, lifts the lid off the box, and removes the tissue paper to see another beautiful blouse. Vince handed her his gift. She read the happy Birthday, my love, love, Vince.

Linda opened the jewelry box and saw a gorgeous diamond and pink bracelet.

"Thank you, honey," she said

"You're welcome," he said as he handed her another gift.

Linda took the birthday card and read, "happy birthday, mom, love Cicely, little Sara, and your future son-in-law."

Stephanie did not like that Cicely wrote happy Birthday, mom. Paul was equally mad hearing your future son-in-law.

Remove the tissue paper and pull out a gorgeous blouse, and Linda sees the label that reads Cecilia's collection.

"Wow, it's from her collection," she said. Vince chuckles

"You will be stylin' and profilin' then," he chuckles

Everyone chuckles

"Her collection," Paul said.

Vince looked at him said, "Yes, my daughter Cicely owns several businesses, and one of those businesses is her Clothing line."

Linda looked in the gift bag and saw more gifts from Cicely. She pulled a picture frame and then saw a picture of Cecilia, Little Sara, Linda, and Vince sitting together on the couch.

"Looks, Vince, it's the picture we took at her house," she said, showing him the picture.

Vince smile; Declan, Kenny, Rogan, Aurora, Murphy, and Vaughn run over grandma.

"Can we see grandma, please?" They asked

"Sure," she said, showing them the picture.'

"This is your auntie Cicely and your little cousin Sara," she said.

"Wow, auntie doesn't look like a grandpa."

Vince chuckled and said, "Everyone notice that Cicely doesn't look like me."

"Cicely inheritance her mother looks, but she has your temper and stubbornness, son."

"I know, mom. I've seen it first hand when I try to meddle in her personal life."

Linda chuckled and said, "You met your match in Cicely. Good to know if I ever have a problem with you, I know who to call then,"

Linda looked in the bag one more time, saw the envelope inside, pulled it out open the envelope, and pulled out a gift certificate for a day at the spa.

"A day at the spa," she said, and then something else fell out of the envelope, and Aurora picked it up.

"Grandma, this fell out too," she said hand it to grandma

"Thank you, honey," she said.

"You're welcome, grandma," she said; Linda looked at it and noticed it was invited to shopping at Cicely Boutique.
