Looking between her and the clothes, Tsubasa let out a resigned sigh. "If you truly wish it—"

"I do!" Kagome said, unable to keep the exuberance out of her tone. "I do. You're more than welcome to have tea and chat with me, but let me do some of these things myself."

Antennae twitched, but a slow smile graced the youkai's lips. "You are a strange one, miko-sama."

"Kagome." She met Tsubasa's raised eyebrow with a lifted chin, hands on her hips as laughter threatened to spill out.

Tsubasa's smile widened. "Kagome-sama."
