Rent a Girlfriend: The Goddess (Short Story) Part 1
(Authors Note: I have been watching this series that is on wcostream called AH! MY GODDESS and found it really nice and thought that it would be funny if it happened to Kazuya Kinoshita. So I think Chizuru Mizuhara would make an interesting Goddess. I would suggest that you watch some of AH! My Goddess before you read this otherwise it won't make any sense to you.)

Learning Consequences the Hard Way:
Awakening, Kazuya made his way out into the Living Room of his and Chizuru's Apartment. He could hear her in the bathroom taking a shower, so he decided to start the Coffee Maker and put two bagels in the toaster oven for him and for her. Sitting down at the table, he waited patiently for Chizuru to come out so that he could go in to take his own Shower. He knew it would take awhile for him to get used to living with a Girl in the same Apartment. Especially one that was a Goddess. Less then two days ago he made a wish to her and he had no idea why he wished for her to be by his side forever. It just came to him and now here he was living with a extremely beautiful Goddess. Hearing he Shower turn off he remained seated and waited for her to come out. But when she did, he almost fainted. "CHHHHHIZZZURRRU!" He stammered out in utter shock, blushing madly and with his eyes bulging. He quickly turned his head and closed his eyes.
"What is wrong Kazuya?" Chizuru asked using a towel to dry her hair, confused on why he had turned away so quickly. Kazuya swallowed heavily and with pure force of will, did not open his eyes or look at her again.
"You are...you are...you don't have any clothes on...you are naked." Kazuya stuttered as he spoke and she giggled.
"Oh is that all. I just came out of the Shower which I found delightful." Chizuru said and Kazuya felt like he was about to faint again.
"Please cover yourself." Kazuya begged her and she giggled again. Then picked up her robe and put it on.
"Okay I have my robe on. I do not understand why it upset you so much that I had come out naked?" Chizuru asked him and Kazuya knew he would have a hard time forgetting what he had seen. Not that he did not want to forget.
"Well for one..you are a Girl and I am a Boy. Usually only when you are Romantically involved and even then...being naked around each other just is not done with someone you just met a few days ago. Well it is with some...but me I...I...trust me it is not something that I am comfortable with." Kazuya knew he was babbling. He was too shocked and amazed on what he had seen to speak completely sensibly. Her body was perfect, absolutely perfect. So it was hard for him to explain why she should not let him see her in that state. Chizuru simply giggled again.
"Oh but we are involved Kazuya. But if you wish it, then I will ensure to cover myself from now on.." Chizuru said and went towards her room. He sighed with relief and a lot of regret.
"Thanks Chizuru." Kazuya stood and went into the bathroom. Once there he turned on the Cold Water and took a Cold Shower. Because he really needed a Cold Shower desperately. Stepping out in his own Robe, he headed for his Bedroom to change into his clothes. Even with the Cold Shower he was unable to get the vision of Chizuru being naked out of his mind. Who could in their right mind. Dressing he came out and joined her for breakfast and coffee. Glancing at the clock he exhaled. "Well I have an early Class...so I better get going." He said and Chizuru looked up at him.
"Would it be alright if I came with you?" Chizuru asked and he shrugged.
"Sure if you want to." Kazuya and offered his hand to her. She took it and he helped her stand. On their way as they walked, she realized she had not warned him yet about the Systems Force. The embodiment of misfortune to him and anyone that tried to separate them. So far nothing or no one had tried yet. She decided she needed to tell him now.
"Kazuya I have had not needed to tell you this yet. But I believe it is essential I do so. Because of your Wish there is a slight problem." Chizuru said as they neared the College Campus.
"What type of problem?" Kazuya asked with concern.
"You see there is this thing called the System Force it is the embodiment of misfortune. If something or someone tries to separate or come in between us. It could activate and cause misfortune to what is threatening to separate us." Chizuru told him and he inhaled sharply.
"So say someone tries to take you away from me?" Kazuya asked and Chizuru sighed.
"Then there is a good chance they would invoke misfortune upon themselves." Chizuru warned him.
"Oh boy...let's hope no one tries to come in between us then." Kazuya said and they walked onward. As they did, he noticed that she was drawing a lot of attention from the Male College Students. Along with curious glances from the Girls.
Invoking Misfortune:
Here at the College, Mami Nanami was the center of attention and she knew why. She knew that every Young Man on Campus wanted to be with her because in essence she was the most attractive Girl at the College. Believing that she was the absolute Queen of the School. Boys would flock to her in droves wanting to take her out. Since she was blond, had a perfect body and was completely desirable. She had originally gone out with Kazuya Kinoshita because she thought it would be fun to get his hopes up and then dash them. To her it actually was to see him so heartbroken and enjoyed hearing him beg for her to take him back. Though presently when he showed up last night with another Girl, it pissed her off. "He is supposed to be still pinning for me. Not move on to some bimbo." She growled as she walked with her two cronies towards the College Building. But she soon noticed she was not drawing the attention she usually did and she saw why. Kazuya had brought Chizuku with him and everyone was looking at them. "This will not be allowed! I will not stand for it!" She thought angrily and stormed inside with her two followers behind her.
Walking onto the Campus, Kazuya was not used to drawing so much attention as he was now. Though he suspected most of the attention was focused upon Chizuru. As she seemed to glide along besides him, still holding his hand tightly in hers. Almost the same comments were said towards them that they had heard the other day. So Kazuya tried to ignore them as did Chizuru. Though he could tell that she wanted to ask him about some of the comments. But decided to wait until later. When he noticed the School Gigolo making his way towards him rather towards Chizuru. He winced. Shinjo Hiroshaku always boasted about the fact that no Girl was unable to resist his charm. He suspected that even Mami at one time before had gone out with Shinjo and he knew why. The son of a Wealthy Industrialist, Shinjo strutted with a confidence that kazuya just could never imagine having. Dressed in an expensive business suit the other smiled at Chizuru.
"Hello there...I am Shinjo Hiroshaku and who might you be?" The other said with his right hand clasped Chizuru's and raised it to kiss it. Then gave Kazuya an unpleasant look, silently telling him to let go of her left hand and go away. He had made her his target for the day and no one came between him and who he intended to be with.
"It is nice to meet you. I am Chizuru Mizuhara...Kazuya's Girlfriend." She announced pulling her hand away from his and Shinjo slightly frowned. Then chuckled as he again looked over at Kazuya.
"You must be kidding. Him? You are way too attractive to be associated with this Loser. Now if you want I will take you to lunch at..." Shinjo did not finish as a Basketball slammed into the back of his head, knocking him off his feet and down onto the ground. Kazuya stared at what happened in shock, then understood.
"The System Force?" Kazuya asked and Chizuru nodded. Two of Shinjo's friends rushed forward to help their friend who had been knocked unconscious. Walking past the three, Chizuru wanted to stop to help the hurt Shinjo. But instead went with Kazuya.
"Yes that was the System Force. See it usually is directed at those that try to separate us. But it could focus misfortune upon you so just remember it cold be unpredictable." Chizuru told him and Kazuya quickly took her inside to his First Class. Where of course drew everyone's attention there as well.
Sitting outside under a tree and on a Bench. Kazuya watched as Chizuru seemed to be talking to a Cat. He chuckled as she replied to the meows the Cat made and he wondered if she was actually talking to the cat. Then remembered that even though she was an extremely gorgeous girl, she was in truth a Goddess. The Cat suddenly hissed and arched it's back. Looking over he saw Mami walking towards them. "Hello...Kazuya...Chizuru." Saying the latter frigidly. "Would it be alright Chizuru if I talked to Kazuya alone for a moment?" She asked and smiled sweetly. Though her eyes showed no softness or sweetness.
"Yes of course. Go ahead Kazuya I will wait here." Chizuru said and Kazuya looked at her a bit worried. She leaned closer. "It will be fine as long as she does not try to separate us." She told him and he nodded then followed Mami over by another bench. Once there his Ex turned towards him.
"Kazuya are you really Chizuru's Boyfriend?" Mami asked him and he nodded. "That is disappointing. Because I was hoping that we could get back together." She said then smirked coyly. She had planned it out in her one Class earlier. She would once more go out with Kazuya for a few days. Letting him be her Boyfriend long enough for him to forget all about Chizuru Mizuhara. Then she would dump him again. As she took his hand in hers, she put on her most pleasant endearing smile. The one that made all the Boys fall under her sway. Then without warning the Sprinklers came on and sprayed her but not him. Squealing she quickly stepped away from the spray. "AHHH what the Hell?" She growled angrily. Kazuya followed her and tried valiantly not to laugh.
"Uhm...Mami I think I better get back to Chizuru." Kazuya said softly still trying not to laugh. But Mami reaffirmed her resolve and shook her head.
"Oh come on Kazuya...we had some good times together are you really willing to forget about that?" Mami asked him and then felt something strike her on top of her head. Kazuya could not stop from chuckling as he covered his mouth with his right hand. She reached up with her own right hand and when she brought it back down, she stared at her palm seeing something white and black on it. A bird flying above them had shit on her. Kazuya handed her a Handkerchief and with a disgruntled growl, she wiped the Crap off and out of her hair. Not quite getting it all.
"I am flattered Mami..But I really need to get back to Chizuru. See you later okay." With that Kazuya left as Mami went over to a Water Fountain and with his Handkerchief and her own. Tried to get the Bird Shit out of her hair. Walking back Kazuya chuckled and knew what had happened. The System Force had spurned some misfortune upon Mami for trying to separate him and Chizuru. Watching him leave Mami scowled.
"Oh this is far from over. Trust me on that Kazuya and Chizuru. Far, far from over." Mami stated and then tossed the two soaked Handkerchiefs into the nearby trashcan. Making her way to the Girls Bathroom to wash out her hair more thoroughly. Unable to understand why at those moments she had been sprayed by Sprinklers and shit on by a passing bird.
Returning home, Kazuya could not stop chuckling over what had happened to Mami. He did feel sorry for her, but that was it and for some reason he no longer seemed to want to get back together with her. He knew why and the reason was walking besides him holding his hand in hers. He liked holding Chizuru's hand. He nearly jumped when his Cell Phone rang, reaching down with his other hand he checked the caller. It was his Grandmother. She wanted to come over and he was to make sure Chizuru was there when she arrived. He had already texted her the new address, but not the fact that he and Chizuru were living together. He believed it was best to tell her that when they saw her again. "Guess who is coming for dinner?" He said over to Chizuru who smiled.
Pacing nervously around the Apartment, Kazuya was not looking forward to his Grandmothers visit. He had not told her or his Parents that he and Chizuru were living together. Even though they had separate bedrooms, he knew his Grandmother would take it the wrong way. When he glanced over towards Chizuru he was not surprised to see her casually making dinner. Not understanding why she was not as nervous or as anxious as he was. When the doorbell chimed, he jumped at least a foot in the air. Then blushed. "I will get it." He said feeling ashamed that he had been startled by a simple doorbell. When he opened the door, his Grandmother made a beeline straight to Chizuru hugging her enthusiastically.
"Oh it so great that you were able to be here when I came for a visit, Chizuru." Nagomi said still hugging Chizuru, beaming happily at her. Kazuya stepped closer and wished he did not have to tell his Grandmother what he was about to.
"Uhm Grans...Chizuru is...well she is...that is her room right over there." Kazuya said and his Grandmother squealed in delight. Hugging Mizuhara even harder. Extremely pleased that the two were living together and barely acknowledging that it was platonic. Focusing more on that Kazuya does not screw up what he had with Chizuru.
The Arrival of Urd:
With Chizuru back at the Apartment, Kazuya stopped at the Grocery Store to get the Groceries. They still had to keep to a budget, even though she was now working at the Karaoke Bar as a Singing Hostess. An extremely busy Singing Hostess that every customer wanted and paid for her to sing once or twice for them. Which she liked to do, so it all worked out. So while she headed home to start Dinner, he went to the Grocery Store with a list she gave him. At the Checkout he expected to see the usual Clerk there, but instead there was an extremely beautiful woman there instead. She was at least five inches taller and what he suspected only three or four years older. She had long silver colored hair and the most alluring violet colored eyes. That and she had a body that was equal to Chizuru's. Though this woman showed more cleavage then Chizuru ever did. Leaving the store he caught himself looking back at the enchanting woman and she smiled and waved at him. He did not realize until he was halfway home that she had put a DVD in his Bag. That he believed was strange. At home, he was met by Chizuru who smiled warmly at him. "Welcome home Kazuya." She said and he smiled back at her.
"Thank you Chizuru. I got the Groceries and...the Clerk there gave us a free Movie. You want to watch it after we eat?" Kazuya asked her and she smiled.
"Yes that would be nice. Dinner should be ready in a minute." Chizuru told him as he opened the case to the DVD and went to the DVD Player. Turning on the Television, he switched it on. Then put the DVD playing. He gasped loudly when the Video showed the same woman from the Grocery store in a really revealing outfit. Surging out of the Television like Chizuru had done a few days ago and before he could react she pushed him back on the floor with a thud. Then kissed him. Shocked beyond reaction, he stared up at Chizuru who simply smiled. "Urd. What are you doing here?" The other woman parted from him, sat besides him and smiled up at Chizuru as Kazuya scrambled away from the other woman.
"Well hello Chizuru. I came for a visit. I Bet you really did not like me kissing him like that?" Urd said and Chizuru still just smiled as they hugged. Then looked over at the severely blushing Kazuya.
"I think you stunned Kazuya a little too much." Chizuru let go of Urd. "Kazuya this is my older sister Urd Mizuhara...she also is a Goddess but she only has a level 2 license. Urd this is Kazuya Kinoshita." Urd chuckled.
"Oh I know all about Kazuya Kinoshita and his really weird wish. That is why I am here. It seems after close review that it is an acceptable wish after all." Urd told them and offered her hand to Kazuya who shied back from her. "Don't fret Kazuya I am not going to attack you again. I only did that to mess with my Little Sister." She laughed and Kazuya blushed again. Stood and moved over so that Chizuru was between him and Urd.
"That is what I expected. Though I do not remember anyone making such a wish before..have you?" Chizuru asked and Urd shook her head.
"Nope. But it is logged, excepted and now a valid contract. Seems my dear Sister you are to remain with him forever. Or rather when he departs the mortal plain. Then you will of course be released from staying with him." Urd announced with a smile. "Though Skuld is not exactly pleased with the Contract." Before Kazuya could ask.
"Skuld is our little Sister." Chizuru told him and Kazuya silently hoped that this Skuld was nothing like Urd. He doubted he could survive another encounter like the one Urd had done to him. "So Urd want to stay for dinner?" She asked and Urd nodded.
"Actually dear Sister I think I might stay for awhile. Especially since I...well I did not actually have permission to come down here." Urd said and Chizuru winced.
"Urd. The last time you did that they put you on a six month suspension." Chizuru said and Urd shrugged.
"Yeah well..I have been suspended again. So I guess I will be needing a place to stay until that suspension is lifted." Urd and Chizuru both looked over at Kazuya who paled.
"Wait. Oh no. There is only the two bedrooms...you both can't be thinking...oh no." Kazuya began to sweat. Chizuru smiled at him.
"It would only be for 6 Months and she can sleep with me in my Room. Please Kazuya." Chizuru asked and kazuya slumped, then nodded. Urd laughed.
"So you got him wrapped around your little finger already. I am so proud of you Chizuru." Urd watched as her Sister blushed. "Don't fret you two, I will pull my weight while I am staying here." She winked at him and he paled again. Wondering what she meant by that. As Chizuru went to get Dinner, the elder sister leaned closer to him. "I take it that you have fallen for Chizuru." She said and Kazuya blushed. "I thought so." He then exhaled with a sigh.
"Yeah I have. But she is only with me because of that wish. So I doubt that I actually have a chance or that she would ever feel the same about me." Kazuya admitted whispering back to Urd who shook her head.
"I know my Sister and I can tell you that she does indeed feel the same. You should know we Goddesses are the same as you Humans. We have the same emotions and we do fall in love with others. Not that I am saying Chizuru is in love with you. But she does feel a great fondness towards you. I have noticed it within her expression and her eyes. So while I am here I will help you and her become closer." Urd whispered to him and then leaned back when Chizuru carried over the tray of food. Seeing the same delighted smile and the small glint in Chizuru's eyes when she looked at Kazuya. "I see it right there Sister. You are in love aren't you." Urd thought as she smiled herself at her Sister. Then noticed that Kazuya had not seen it yet. She laughed lightly as she sipped her tea.

Life with Two Goddesses was going to be interesting to say the least. Especially since now he had to wait twice as long to take a shower in the Morning. Chizuru would first go in and after she was done. It was Urd's turn. The worst part was by the time he got to take a shower, by the end he had to endure cold water for the two had used up all of the Hot Water prior. Another devastating drawback, was all the hanging Panties and Bras that the two hung in the Bathroom. He could not take evading his way around the Bathroom avoiding all of them. The final straw was when he almost bled to death because one of them had used his Razor and not replaced the Blade. Applying a good amount of Toilet paper to the numerous cuts, he stepped out of the Bathroom. "What happened to you?" Urd asked as she covered her mouth with her right hand trying not to let him see her laughing at him. Chizuru looked at him and did the same.
"This is not funny. Things are going to have to change from now on. I can handle all of the hanging underwear. I can handle having to take a cold shower in the Morning, because you both used up all the hot water. What I cannot handle anymore is one of you using my Razor and not changing the Blade." Kazuya said sternly. Chizuru stepped closer and stopped smiling.
"I am so sorry Kazuya. Here let me heal you." Chizuru ran her glowing hand over his face and he felt the cuts heal instantly. "We both will be more considerate and not do any of that anymore. Right Urd?" She looked over at Urd who shrugged as she sat at the table drinking Coffee. Now Kazuya felt terrible. He had not meant to take it out on either of them.
"It is alright Chizuru. I guess I am not completely used to living with two Women or actually even one." Kazuya admitted and Chizuru smiled.
"It is the same with me and Urd. Neither of us has lived with a Man before so we need to be considerate as well." Chizuru said and looked over at Urd who sighed.
"Since I do not have to go anywhere in the morning, how about I take my Shower later in the day while you two are not here. Oh and I promise not to use your Razor on my Legs anymore. Okay." Urd said and Kazuya nodded then went into his room to get dressed. "You know I bet if it was not for the cuts from shaving, he would not have complained at all. Well not to you anyhow." She commented to her Sister. Then noticed that her sister had the same noticeable expression that Urd had seen ever since she came here. "So little sister..you have indeed fallen for him haven't you?" Chizuru blushed and turned back towards the Kitchen.
"Maybe." Chizuru whispered and Urd laughed.
"Oh you so have. I know for a fact that he feels the same about you." Urd said and Chizuru brightened.
"Does he Urd? Does he really?"
"Yes. So perhaps it might be a good idea if you two go...lets see what do young couples do nowadays...A Movie. You should go out together and see a Movie together." Urd suggested and Chizuru smiled at her. "Its settled then. He is going to take you out later to a Movie." So when he came out Urd ordered him to take her Sister to a Movie later and did not give him the option of declining.
