Flash forward 3 hours *
Alright brat I think we're gonna have to do this the hard way
I'm sorry Master Pakkun I really am trying , mumbled out JinSol holding his head down not wanting to show his eyes brimming with tears to his master the only person who seemed to remotely care for him

Jin looks up to see his master smiling reassuring the boy

JinSol screams bloody murder so loud the birds in the clearing fly away
After calming down Master Pakkun explains to JinSol that his plan is to jumpstart JinSol's chi pathways by pulling his chi out with his own by focusing his hand over Jin's heart
A peculiar feeling it didn't hurt but it didn't feel good either but it did allow Jin to access a very small portion of chi
When the procedure was done it drained Jin making him very tired causing for class to end for the day , while sleeping the jumpstart allowed the already present Ki in JinSol's body to intertwine with the chi that was previously dormant
4 months later
After a long day of training practicing sending chi to his feet to balance on almost any surface this night while doing reading looking for excercises to make focusing chi easier and on different elements JinSol comes across a old book simply named Ki, on the book we're many strange symbols and it seemed to be calling out to him. After sitting down with this new strange book and reads the first pages of what seems to be a fairytale story book.
Tomorrow I should ask old man Pakkun about this book he should know I found it in his library after all he should be able to teach me something about it
The next day
Waking up the next morning was different , Jin couldn't explain the feeling but he knew he felt stronger and that's what matters most.
Okay Jin I want you to try to think of a small flame

Jin jumps back caught of guard and stares at his hands and at the scorch marks the flames made on the ground
These flames are very powerful Jin but they are uncontrolled I don't want you to hurt yourself or someone else so only practice with me. Keep up with your studies of the elements as well as meditation for when mind and body work together you become unstoppable

Master Pakkun what do you know about Ki
I don't know much about ki but what I do know of it is that it is much like the power of chi and that long ago there were wars waged between two factions of people one chi users like us and the other ki users
Master Pakkun said this with sadness in his voice as if he were connected to the battle some how
But that's ancient history that I don't know a lot about
Maybe you can ask your teacher about it in a few days

A child has the ability to possess both powers because they haven't put much strain on their chi pathways allowing for ki to mix with their chi I believed that by having a child with a woman who was a ki user by nature the child would posses both but it seems to prove fruitless so here is JinSol born 6 days ago on the solar eclipse 3rd son of the king of the Solaris Kingdom and His wife who is a known assassin with deadly earth and water based affinities
