The Expected Punch:
All during the Rental Date Kazuya could not come to terms that this was the last time he would be able to go out with Chizuru. This was her last official Rental Date and he was her last client. To him the three hours seemed to fly by and soon it would be over. He tried valiantly to enjoy his date with her, but all he could think of was the fact that after this she would probably never go out with him again. In fact he might never really see her again either. But bis main fear and dread was later in the future, he would see her with some other Man and learn that she was dating that Man. That the Man would be her Boyfriend. So when the date neared it's end, he made the decision that he would finally tell her the absolute truth. "You have not said much in the last half hour...Is there something wrong Kazuya?" She asked and Kazuya turned towards her.
"This is it. I am going to tell her and then...then I am going to kiss her or try to. Most likely I am about to get punched or kicked." Kazuya thought as he took a deep cleansing breath to calm himself. "I need to tell you something...Something I have been wanting and needing to tell you for a long time." He said to her and tried not to panic as his heart began to pound heavily in his chest. He then told her everything. Confessed everything and this time did not loose his nerve and recant any of it. Then did what he hoped would not result in her hating him forever. He lunged forward and kissed her.
Staring at him wide eyed, Chizuru was shocked that Kazuya actually admitted that he had fallen in love with her and before she could fully react or say anything. He did what she thought was impossible. What she believed he would never have the gumption to do. He kissed her and he was still kissing her as she stood there. What really made it wonderful to her was that she had wanted him to kiss her for just as long as he had said that he had been in love with her. Though she could not bring herself to outwardly admit that to him. But now she believed she could. After several blissful moments he parted and swallowed heavily. "Okay...I am ready for you to...Hit me. I am ready for you to yell at me and then hit me." He said taking several steps back and putting his arms at his sides. He closed his eyes and waited for her to punch, kick or do both in retaliation for having the nerve to kiss her.
"You are such an idiot." Chizuru said and instead of hitting him. She stepped closer and put her arms over his shoulders. Leaning closer she kissed him. Parting she smiled as he looked like he was about to faint. "By the way...I have fallen in love with you too." He stared at her in utter shock as she then confessed everything to him as well.
"When are you going to hit me for...I kissed you...I forcefully kissed you. So aren't you going to hit me?" Kazuya asked and Chizuru still with her arms over his shoulders. Chuckled and shook her head.
"If you ever cheat on me...Then I will hit you...A lot. To make it absolutely clear to you. Kazuya you are my Boyfriend now. My real one." Chizuru then kissed him again and they continued until it was time to go home.
The Initial Blow:
Rearing back with her right hand clasped into a fist, Chizuru slammed a punch as hard as she could into the left side of someone that had extremely pissed her off. The intended victim that had pissed her off so badly that she just could not take it anymore. The other Girl stared at her in shock and pain after her fist slammed into the side of her face. The blow had hit so hard that it almost knocked the other girl right off her feet. Now with both hands clenched into fists she glared at the Girl. "ENOUGH!" She roared in anger and in frustration. "Enough! You have done nothing but try to make his life miserable! Why? What had he done that has made you want to be such a bitch? What has he done that you believe you have the right to continually cause him so much pain? I want to know...I want to know why since you are nothing but his EX? You dated him for what a Month...That does not give you any right to...I love him and I am not about to let you hurt him anymore!" She declared angrily at the Girl who still stared at her wide eyed in shock placing her left hand onto her now extremely sore left cheek. But who was really staring at her in shock was Kazuya. With his mouth gaped open he could do nothing more then just stare at Chizuru in utter disbelief. Unable to fully fathom the fact that Chizuru had just said that she loved him.
"He lied." Mami softly said still holding her offended cheek. "He has lied for what an entire year...To me...To everyone." She gestured to everyone around them with both of her hands. Then when Chizuru started to laugh it really thru her off.
"So what? He lied...I lied. So what? That still does not give you the right to...continually try to make him miserable. To harass him...To try to make him suffer...For what reason. Other then because he actually cared about you. That he actually back then loved you. Or is your problem that he loves me now and you cannot stand that he isn't pinning over you breaking up with him?" Chizuru shook her and glared again at Mami. No longer laughing or smiling "I do not care about why anymore so listen you...insufferable bitch...I have had enough! You stay far away from my Kazuya...Do not talk to him...Do not even look at him. This bullshit ends today." She then leaned closer. "Stay away from him...He is mine now! He is my boyfriend! If you ever come near him again...We will finish this fight and when I say finish it. I mean I will personally beat the living shit out of you." With that she grabbed Kazuya's hand and stormed off with him in tow. Leaving Mami to stand watching them leave together. Completely stunned and also ignoring all those that were now staring at her.
Once a good distance away, Chizuru came to an abrupt stop and let out a shuddering sigh. Unable to even look back at Kazuya. She felt completely embarrassed over what she had said and done. Mostly about what she just said. "I had just said that I was in love with him...that I love him. I have not said that since...Well back when he confessed two weeks ago." She thought and let out another sighing exhale. "But what she said about him...What she was doing to him. I just could not take it anymore." Slowly she turned to look at him and noticed that he was smiling like an idiot. "WHAT?" She asked still on an adrenaline high over being able to finally punch Mami. She had wanted to do that ever since meeting her at that Bar. When the insufferable bitch had tried to not only embarrass her but Kazuya. Then of course there were several other times she wanted to punch her. Not that she condoned violence, but again the girl had it coming. Kazuya still smiled broadly.
"You...You said you love me. You have not said that...in quite awhile to me." Kazuya said feeling like he wanted to jump for joy. Chizuru stepped in front of him and put her forearms over his shoulders. Peering right into his eyes.
"So...I said it and I meant it. I am in love with you Kazuya. I know I should have said it sooner to you. Since you have said to me already several times. I am sorry about not being able to say as much as I want to." Chizuru said and then smiled slightly when she noticed that he was smiling at her. "I mean it Kazuya...I do love you so much and I want to be able to say it to you as much as you say it to me." She then kissed him and after some time they walked back towards the Apartment Building.
The Second Blow Hurts the Most:
It was not that Chizuru was a violent person or had those tendencies to inflict harm on others. But she had made the conscious decision to not only confess to Kazuya right after she punched Mami. She also made the decision that she no longer wanted to lie anymore. Not about what she was or how she felt for him. Along with she did not want him to lie anymore. So at that moment they were once more at his Grandmother's and Parents Apartment above their Store. It was time to tell all. Which they did. All the way back to the beginning and up to the present. It did take some time. About two hours for the two of them to relay the entire tale. Neither was really surprised when his Grandmother hit him with one of her favorite items. This time with an umbrella. They also was not surprised when his Grandmother and Parents did not blame her at all. To them Chizuru was a Princess that could do no wrong. The need for violence occurred when they had gone the next day to tell Kibe, Kuri, Shinbo and Kawanaka the truth. Kibe had punched Kazuya without warning and before she could stop herself. She kneed Kibe in a certain area that caused him to fall to the ground gasping in pain. It had not been intentional and she did not really mean to do it. But when Kibe had hit Kazuya. A switch went off inside her that forced her to react.
"Uhm...Kibe are you alright?" Kazuya asked trying to hid the smirk or that he found it entirely funny that Chizuru had kneed him in the nuts. His balding friend looked up at him still groaning in pain. While both of his hands were clasped on his inflamed area.
"Oh...I am just great." Kibe replied sarcastically and again groaned. "Other then the fact that...She just kneed me in the balls! I am just great!" Everyone including Shinbo and Kawanaka were snickering at what had occurred.
"I am sorry about that...I...I did not mean to...But you should not have hit my Boyfriend...When you did...I just reacted and then retaliated." Chizuru said suppressing her own smile and tried to not find it funny over what she had done. "I am sorry." She bowed slightly and Kibe slowly and still groaning rose. He still had his hands on his most precious parts.
"No...No that was my fault...I was just really pissed over the fact that...Kazuya there lied to me and all of us for so long...I just mad at him." Kibe tried to straighten up, but his area hurt way to much to manage that yet. He began to wonder if he would ever stop hurting there.
"Yeah don't blame yourself Chizuru...He had that coming. I mean if some guy ever hit my Boyfriend...If and when I get one that is...I would have done the same thing." Shinbo said and could not help but chuckle.
"Me too." Kawanaka chimed in and chuckled as well. "You got to protect what is yours right?"
"You are right and Kazuya is mine. So Kibe make sure you remember that the next time you try to hurt what is mine." Chizuru said towards Kibe who nodded. Taking a deep breath and found that it did not cause intense pain, he straightened completely up. He then smiled.
"This is actually good news...It means that I can now ask Chizuru Ichonise out. I was worried that she might have a thing for Kazuya and now I know I have a shot with her." Kibe said no longer thinking about the pain in his groin and everyone looked at him as if he said something completely stupid.
"Did hair loss dull your intelligence. Or did that kick to the nuts make you go blind or something. Think about it...Why do you think that Shinbo and Kawanaka are here?" Kazuya asked and Kibe looked at him completely confused.
"I thought because they are now our friends. You know part of our group." Kibe replied and the two girls shook their heads in disbelief. Before they could tell him, Chizuru did.
"Uhm Kibe...I am Chizuru Ichonise. That is my real name...Chizuru Mizuhara was my Rental Girlfriend Alias." Chizuru told him and then pulled out her glasses from her Shirt Pocket and put them on. "See I am Chizuru Ichonise." It took Kibe several moments of staring to realize that what she had said was true.
"Hey did everyone here know who she was?" Kibe asked looking from Kuri to Shinbo and Kawanaka. All three seemed to roll their eyes and he glared over at Kazuya. Who also seemed to looking at him like he was a complete unaware moron.
"We sort of figured it out...When was that Kawanaka?" Shinbo asked the other girl who thought about it for a couple of seconds.
"Well we did not know she was a Rental Girlfriend...But we did know that Chizuru had a thing for Kazuya and that she was who was his Girlfriend. Though we had no idea why she was keeping it a secret. But we sort of figured it out...I would say back when we had that boozer at the Karaoke Cafe. It was like completely obvious...From the way the two acted." Kawanaka said and again Kibe felt like he was completely clueless.
"What do you mean...about it being completely obvious...I for one did not act any differently then I had before around him?" Chizuru asked wanting answers for she believed she had not divulged anything about her feelings for Kazuya. Both of her friends chuckled.
"Oh come on Girl...We saw it almost the moment he walked in...You had this look that told us that you liked him and the way he reacted and looked at you. We just figured it out. We both were going to try to get you to admit it...But we talked about it and decided to wait to see if you would eventually tell us the truth." Kawanaka said smiling broadly.
"I really liked how you two became a couple...I mean it is like one of those Love Stories they have in Manga or in Anime. Where the two of you just...sort of connected." Shinbo added with a huge smile and Chizuru still believed she had put on the perfect front. So she wondered how they believed that she portrayed that she had feelings for Kazuya. Even though in truth she did. Then something amusing crossed her mind and she chuckled as well.
"At the time I was so jealous of myself." Chizuru thought about how Kazuya was so in love with her persona as Chizuru Mizuhara. While in reality her real self Chizuru Ichonise was in love with him. "That still does not prove that I outwardly gave away what I was feeling for Kazuya." She declared and again her two friends chuckled.
"But it does...We know you better then you think. You have this...Well it is a TELL...When you looked at him...We both saw it." Shinbo stated and then Chizuru frowned. She looked over at Kazuya who nodded.
"I never noticed you had a TELL. Say Shinbo...Kawanaka could you maybe tell me what it is? I would love to know about that." Kazuya asked and Chizuru scowled at him. "That is the only TELL that I know about." He indicated towards her and she scowled even more at him before looking over at her two friends.
"I am not saying I have one...Other then...When he annoys me and I...Even if I do have...A TELL...Don't you dare tell him about it!" Chizuru declared wondering if she did indeed have some type of facial tick or something along those lines that informed her friends about her moods, thoughts or feelings.
The Slap that Mattered:
The slap hurt only a little, but the sound of Ruka's hand connecting with her Cheek made it sound worse then what it was. Chizuru let herself be hit and in her opinion she deserved being slapped by Ruka. They had just told her that she and Kazuya were now together for real. That they were a couple and Ruka did not take it well. She began to cry and then lunged forward and slapped her across the cheek. Then for good measure slapped Kazuya as well. "It isn't fair and it isn't right!" Ruka said with huge tears running down her cheeks. "You...Back when I confronted you...You told me that what I accused you of was...Wrong! That you don't...Have any feelings for him!" Reaching back with her right hand as if she wanted to slap Chizuru again and Chizuru did not even attempt to move or avoid the slap if Ruka intended to slap her again.
"I know...And I am sorry. But...But I...I lied...I really did like Kazuya...I really did not want you to have him." Chizuru admitted and Ruka lowered her hand. She exhaled with a sigh then shook her head.
"Figures...I really screwed up big time...I should never have let him continue renting you no matter what he said. I should have made you stop letting him rent you. I knew you two had a thing for each other. Anyone and everyone could tell...But I was hoping that you would have remained clueless long enough for Kazuya...to fall for me." Ruka said still shaking her head.
"Sorry Ruka...For a while...I was...I did start to...But...I fell hard for Chizuru and just could not bring myself to give up on her. At the time I knew I was being deluded...But I just could not give up." Kazuya said and Ruka scowled at him.
"I knew that." Ruka reached up and wiped her eyes with her sleeve. "Uhm...Would it be alright? Could we maybe still be...friends? That is if you will forgive me Chizuru for slapping you." She asked and Chizruru smiled.
"Yes I would like that...And don't feel bad about slapping me. I totally deserved that and worse." Chizuru said and Kazuya nodded with agreement. "HEY! Are you thinking that I deserved to be slapped?" She asked him and he began to stammer unrecognizable words in. Blabbering something that neither of the Girls could even attempt to understand. That is until Ruka started laughing and soon after Chizuru did as well at how panicky Kazuya was acting over the accusation. To save him Ruka came to his rescue and change the subject.
"Good...Just don't get mad at me if I try to steal Kazuya away from you. Like he had said about you...I just cannot bring myself to give on him. Also like I said before...This will be a battle of endurance. If I can I will steal him away from you then I will." Ruka declared and Chizuru chuckled.
"If you can...Then go for it. Though...I am not about to just give up either and let you just have him. After all...I am in love with him and he is mine." Chizuru said and Kazuya groaned. He had this feeling that even though the three of them were going to be friends. The two of them was about to wage a war and he would be caught in the middle. "Oh I should tell you...There is a possibility that there is another Girl that...She likes him too and she is another that might also try to get him as well." She told Ruka and the younger shorter girl frowned.
"Who might that be?" Ruka asked and Kazuya also wanted to know. He knew it was not Mami. So that only left one other person that he could think of.
"Are you telling me that Sumi...It is Sumi right?" Kazuya started to ask and Chizuru smiled at him.
"Yep...Sumi who happens to be another Rental Girlfriend. Well she really really likes you Kazuya...I would have to say that she fell for you right after that Practice Date you had with her. Again I am not about to loose you to her either...But I thought you would like to know about her." Chizuru said to Ruka who glared at Kazuya.
"You Man Whore." Ruka said then smiled. "How is it that you seem to...I mean Geez Kazuya...It is like any of us that are Rental Girlfriends fall for you." Ruka asked mockingly and Chizuru had to agree with that. The two laughed as Kazuya began to wonder how he somehow not only got Chizuru to fall for him eventually. But Ruka and Sumi as well.
"It makes no sense...I mean according to Mami...I am a Pathetic Loser." Kazuya said sullenly and both Chizuru and Ruka scowled at him.
"Mami has no idea what she is talking about...I told you before Kazuya...You are not a Pathetic Loser. In fact she is." Chizuru told him sternly and Ruka nodded with agreement. She had made that discovery the day she had met the Blonde meddlesome Girl at the Karaoke Cafe. "I would not be in love with a Pathetic Loser...So remember that." He smiled and looked fondly over at his Girlfriend. Taking his right hand in hers and giving it a gentle squeeze. Ruka huffed.
"None of that...No flirting with me around!" Ruka declared and Chizuru smiled over at her.
"Too bad...He is my Boyfriend and I will flirt with him anytime I want to. I will also do this..." Chizuru then lunged slightly at Kazuya and kissed him passionately. Ruka groaned and grimaced. Then she exhaled with a sigh and smiled. Actually not minding that her two friends were this close. Though she still was not about to give up on Kazuya.
Misunderstandings that Result in an Almost Punch:
Watching from behind a Advertisement Sign, Chizuru stared angrily across the street to where she could plainly see Kazuya being hugged by some other Girl. Seething with betrayal and rage. She exhaled and then strode across the street straight towards them. She wanted to hit the Girl. She wanted to hit Kazuya. She wanted to hit them both. Nearing them, Kazuya finally noticed her and pushed back from the Strawberry Blonde Girl that he had been hugging. He also noticed her expression and her closed fists as she walked right up to them. "Wait Chizuru...It is not what you think." He quickly said holding his hands out towards her.
"What...What it looks to me...Is that my Boyfriend...Was hugging some...Girl right out here in public and...What it looks to me...Is that I need to hit you!" Chizuru declared with a snarl.
"Oh...You must be Chizuru. Kaz here told me all about you." The Girl said and Chizuru spun to glare at her.
"He told you...Did he happen to tell you that...I am his Girlfriend?" Chizuru asked and the Girl nodded and then smiled warmly.
"Yes he did." The Girl then seemed to understand what was going on and she started to chuckle. Which really angered Chizuru even more. She continued to chuckle. "I know what this looks like...Me hugging him. There is a perfect explanation for me hugging Kaz." Chizuru glared at the Girl and then over at Kazuya. Trying to decide who she was going to punch first.
"And that would be?" Chizuru asked still trying to decide. Who she believed deserved to be hit first.
"Let me introduce myself...I am Yukana...Yukana Kinoshita...Though I go by Yukana Hashiba mostly. I am Kazuya's Cousin." She said and Chizuru gasped audibly. Looking over at Kazuya who was nodding almost nonstop.
"Yukana is my older Cousin...I have not seen her in almost three years...Ever since she Married her Husband Junichi Hasiba and moved to the United States. They came back...Because his Sister is getting Married." Kazuya quickly explained and Chizuru lowered her hands and unclenched her fists. "I swear Chizuru...I would never be that stupid to ever cheat on you. I love you and...and I..." He was going to continue but Chizuru put a restraining right index finger on his lips.
"It's okay...I should have known that you wouldn't ever cheat on me." Chizuru then smirked. "Because if you ever did...I would beat you into a bloody mess that no girl would even consider wanting. Then I might do the same to whoever you cheated on me with." She then looked over at Yukana who was laughing. So she did as well. Kazuya though still felt like he was in deep trouble. Mainly due to that it seemed that Chizuru and Yukana were getting along too well.
"You know I basically said the same thing to Junichi a couple of years ago. Though I actually threatened to turn him into an eunuch if he ever cheated on me. You might want to consider threatening to do the same to him if he ever strays." Yukana suggested and Kazuya groaned.
"Come on Yuna...Don't give her any nifty and dangerous ideas." Kazuya pleaded and the two Girls giggled. Later as he and Chizuru walked back towards their Apartment Building. They held hands and Kazuya was in a weirded out mood. Over the fact that Chizuru and Yukana seemed to get along too well and it concerned him.
"Can I ask you something?" Chizuru asked and that question drew Kazuya out of his musings.
"Sure...What is it?" Kazuya asked back and Chizuru smiled at him.
"This is...Sort of embarrassing for me...But we have been together for...Well over a month now and I was...I would like to know." Chizuru felt her cheeks begin to redden and she had a hard time wanting to broach this subject. At the same time she wanted to know why they have not done something most couples would have done by this time.
"Did I do something wrong?" Kazuya asked now worried that he had and Chizuru first was about to shake her head and then slowly nodded. "What did I do?" She blushed even more and took a deep breath. Deciding to just say it.
"When are we...When are we going to have..." Chizuru leaned closer with her mouth a few inches from his right ear. "Sex?" She whispered and he stumbled. Turning towards her and staring at her in shock.
"WHAT?" Kazuya said loudly and Chizuru looked about to make sure no one nearby could overhear her.
"Sex Kazuya...When are we going to have...Sex?" Chizuru asked him and Kazuya paled immensely. Unable to really respond so Chizuru simply almost dragged him back home. She would then again broach the subject that she just asked about.
