We are nearing the end of the story, at least the True Pacifist ending. Tell me how you think the Omega Flowey fight will play out in the comments?

R1 and R2 were really nice, even if they kept staring adoringly at each other instead of fighting Frisk. Frisk passed through quite easily once the two were totally distracted. Disarming bombs wasn't fun, stupid moving targets had never been their strong point.

Buying a few spider donuts for seven gold each wasn't too bad and Muffet let them go quite quickly.

Those stupid tiles were impossible to remember the rules. Frisk blamed Papyrus and cursed him under their breath.

Mettaton was wearing a ridiculously large pink dress that looked like something out of a princess movie and was singing completely off-key when he suddenly got a phone call from someone he obviously cared about telling him to stop or he'd deafen the audience.

"But my love, this is part of the show!" exclaimed Mettaton on the phone

"And you forget your husband is watching to make sure you don't die!" said the person on the other end

"But the human likes my singing!" exclaimed Mettaton

"Look at the ratings dear, your audience doesn't, and why are you in your gala dress, I thought you were going to wear the blue one!"

"Oh my, well I gave the blue one to a fan and didn't want my wedding dress to get dirty," said Mettaton

Frisk was confused. The puzzle was over but Mettaton was ignoring them to talk to his husband. Frisk caught sight of an icy hand beckoning them away.

"Hey, long time no see Frisk. Come on let's head into the resort, I'm literally melting out here and there's someone who wants to talk to you," said Andrew

They both went inside.

Andrew went to the reception.

"Human, party of two," he said

They went inside and sat at a table.

"Your hp is pretty, low, I get free food here by order of the prince and co-owner," said Andrew before ordering some steaks.

They ate in silence for a little bit.

"You're quieter than you used to be on the surface, a gold for your thoughts?" asked Andrew

*you stare at your food, not sure what to tell him

Frisk then looked at the yellow heart suspended in the ice.

Andrew saw them staring at his soul.

"Justice, it's not always easy Frisk, sometimes it can be one of the hardest things to strive for. But it's up to the seven of us kids to right the injustices of the past. Our little rag-tag group of misfits have a job more important than any other right now. The sins of our race crawl on our backs, come hell or high water I want to try to play at least a small part in atoning for those sins," said Andrew

*you admit you are nervous

Andrew gave a wry chuckle.

"Tell me again why you climbed Ebbot?" asked Andrew

*you look back at your food

"There is a note sitting on your bed at home, likely saying you feel your life has no purpose, it has one Frisk, probably not the one you thought, but a bigger one than any of us feel worthy of," said Andrew

*you ask him if he's telling you to give up and let the monsters take your soul

"No, but when the time comes you'll know what the right thing to do is. You're determined to see this through to the end for whatever reason. Perhaps Toriel's mothering attitude changed your mind about death, maybe it was you wanting it to be your own hand instead of some strange creature, I don't know Frisk, but when the time to fight the king comes, do the right thing, whatever that may be," said Andrew before getting up and walking out.

Sans was waiting for Frisk at the other end of the room. He told them about the door in the forest and the old lady who like his jokes and the promise he made.

"I ain't gonna lie kid, before Zane brought the other six back to life, I would have killed you where you stand, but the kid you just talked to, Andrew, made some pretty good points that make it easier to keep my promise to the old lady. But if you give my buddy Zane a bad time after all he's done for everyone and for me, well, all promises are off," said Sans in his serious voice.

*you ask who Zane is

"The heir of the Underground, he ain't related to Asgore but he damn well earned his position. He's the reason all the human kids can walk around and live a second life in those ice sculptures. He saved the lives of over a dozen monsters and brought my father back into existence. If he says jump, all monsters ask how high. He ain't human or monster but he's done a lot for us all, just be a pal and make his life easy for once, ok?" said Sans

*You ask why his life hasn't been easy

"Zane feels like his existence is solely to help and protect others, if he was from your world he'd probably be the angel of the prophecy, he lives his life for others, don't take advantage of that or I will kill you even if I have to wait in line behind every monster down here," said Sans before leaving

Frisk continued on their journey.

All six kids went to the palace, being greeted warmly by Asgore.

"I assure you that the moment the barrier is broken you will be returned these bodies if that is what you wish," said Asgore, he knew it would soon be time.

Lily hugged him. She could tell he felt awful about what needed to be done.

"I'm happy that we get to help everyone be free, no one deserves to be held captive and I want to break this mean barrier," she said

Andrew walked over to the barrier and put his hand on it.

"If we could use magic then Frisk could have helped us break this, but I suppose death is a feat of magic in itself," he said

"Would all of you be willing to wait here, your friend will be here soon, dead or alive," said Asgore solemnly

Amy gently took his arm.

"What's done is done and what will be, has yet to come, we are content and you are a good king and father. I know my own father would have made the same decree if situations were reversed," said Amy

Asgore smiled at her. All the kids hugged him, giving him the courage to do what needed to be done.

"I remember a story passed down in our village, of a monster emerging from the mountain, tenderly carrying the body of a child and placing it on the golden flowers in the center of town. There were a few people who stopped to think, if this monster had killed the child why was it carrying the body so carefully? And why would it place the body in the flowers but take it away once shots rang out? Some humans are quick to assume the worst, others stop and think, we have been given the time to think and know that freeing monsters from a sunless cavern is more fulfilling than wasting our days on the surface learning pointless subjects in school only to graduate to boring repetitive jobs. We are happy, we are free," said Andrew

Asgore smiled at them. All were unaware of the tiny yellow flower glaring at them, wondering if his plans would even work now?

NO! He had gotten this far, he could not turn back now. He had to become a god. But that stupid Zane would be in his way, he was too strong to take on, and even with seven souls would he be powerful enough to stop the Angel of Hope?
