(Pallet Town | May 26th | 3:10 p.m.)
Aside from a few phone calls, Crimson had been rather quiet as they arrived at the shores of Pallet. It unnerved Cristal and weirded out Misty and Rusty as they all got off the boat. Crimson was happy to be back in his hometown…even if it was bore. His thought of that did vanish seeing that the small town had a few new buildings. Of all places, he was surprised that this town got a Healing Haus.
"I need to deal with something with Cristal at my place. You two head to Pallet House to see if it's open." Crimson said breaking his silence.
He left with Cristal leaving Rusty and Misty wondering what was on his mind. He found Neo waiting at the door.
"Crimson the Pimp? Never heard I'd hear the day." Neo said. "She can join Lois and Cassidy as your 'hoes'."
Crimson raised an eyebrow.
"Roman decided it would be best they were put to work for you. Roulette's all for it, even moving them to a place on Outlaw Island." Neo remarked before revealing a parcel. "Anyway, I got the parcel you asked for. It'd got a temp license for her, a collar, and a fresh Eevee."
He took the parcel and Neo took her leave practically vanishing from what Cristal could see. He opened the package and took Cristal around back.
"The temp license is you to be recognized as a later. My connections pulled some things for to get this for you, just don't get any trouble with the cops, and you'll get a full one." Crimson said giving her the license before putting the collar on her.
It was fittingly black with little studs and a silver plate with engraved kanji meaning 'Dragon Property'. Of course, he'd laugh that Cristal did not understand what those kanji meant.
"The Eevee is you." Crimson said as she took the Great Ball. "Now, there's the matter of what you'll be doing. You need proper training, so you'll be staying at my penthouse to be trained by my maid, Mary. I called about this."
A helicopter from the Triton arrived as it came down with the door opening to show Mary.
"Holy shit, it's…"
"Yes, and if you make a single joke, I'll break your kneecaps." Mary said. "Master Crimson, I'll make sure your slut knows the basic of Pokémon rearing and among other things. And I got your payment."
"That's for the trouble and covering for you to use her as you see fit. And Cristal, be nice to Mary or else." Crimson said as Cristal nodded. "Now get on the chopper."
Cristal left with Mary, and Crimson got out his motorcycle to drive to Pallet House. Delia had returned to Pallet on break as did most of his friends given most of them had their seventh badges save for a few. He parked his bike and walked in.
"There he is, what's up, brother?" Joe said as they fist bump.
"Didn't think you thought of me as a brother, but you know with all the crap going on…with this journey soon to end, you and Rusty…I'll love you brothers until the day I die." Crimson said with a mirthful look.
"I feel the same." Rusty said with a wide grin.
Misty playfully eye rolled as he sat down as everyone ordered and caught up on their lives. Crimson inquired about where the Clones and Giselle were were.
"Kassai invited her to learn to become a teacher for their school." Ash remarked. "She was all for it…and as much as I miss her company, I encouraged her to go. She always was the helping type."
"Her a teacher? I would have felt bad for those under her, but…it appears she got that icicle out of her ass." Joe remarked.
"As for the clones…Chrissy got into tennis deciding to head out to Unova to see if she could play professionally. Kristen became a groupie for Erika, and you wouldn't believe what Kirsten is doing." Gary said amused. "She's joined up with the International Police."
Crimson was…surprised for a lack of words only for Lindsay to speak up.
"Fight me."
Everyone looked to Lindsay who looked serious. Crimson went stoic and accepted her challenge.
"I didn't just come home to relax. I need to prepare for something big, and to do that, I need to train. I was going to ask Gary to fight me, but seeing Lindsay asked." Crimson said before turning to Lindsay, "Three Pokémon in a single battle, sound good?"
"Perfect. It's about time I get to battle for real." Lindsay said looking at Heather. "And stop holding back."
Heather was balking seeing Lindsay look completely focused and serious. In a way, it frightened her. Lindsay's dad was in the restaurant chuckling to himself. Lindsay may have fooled everyone around her, but he knew Lindsay had his instincts. He promptly cut in to suggest having the battle take place at the estate.
(A/N: As I promised, Season 7 is going to start off strong. Yes, I have decided to trim things down. Kristen, Kirsten, and Chrissy were always bit characters, but I give Kristen and Chrissy a strong send-off for the implication they could return in future series. Now there's another matter, surprise Pokémon. That's right, you get to decide for our secondary heroes. (With exceptions for Lindsay and Delia, those have been decided.) I'm taking suggestions for Ella, Gary, Ash, Heather, and Brock. I'll take two suggestions per each character, and here's the catch? Remember that Trophy Garden at the Triton? It's modeled after the Friend Safari in Pokémon X and Y, so those Pokémon available are options. Give me your suggestions, and I'll see you for the rest of Season 7.)
