A/N: Hey everyone! Another crossover story is here! This is a sequel to the previous 2012 TMNT/Storm Hawks story "Sky Nights in a Half Shell". The context and time placement for this story is directly after the end of the aforementioned story. Enjoy!
New York
The six landed on a rooftop. They looked around. This was their New York all right. It seemed to be evening.
"Well, at least we know it worked." Raph said.
"Yeah. Let's get back to the lair. I'm starving man!" Mikey said.
"I think we all deserve a day's rest." Leo said.
"Well Mikey, you got your adventure. Despite all of this being your fault." Donnie said.
"Okay, maybe it was my fault, but you guys totally had fun right?" Mikey asked.
"I have to admit, the skimmers were pretty fun to fly in. The weapons were nice too." April said, examining her weapon. Although Leo, April and Casey still had their weapons, they were no longer powered by crystals.
"'Pretty fun'? Red, those things were awesome!" Casey said. "Hey Donnie, you think you can make me and Mikey one of those?" He asked.
"Absolutely not. For you to trash New York with your flying? No thanks." Donnie said. "Laptop and regular weapons only." Donnie said as they started walking back to the lair.
"Come on man you saw our flying skills back there! We can totally be trusted not to crash them." Mikey said.
"The answer is still no." Donnie said.
Just then, a portal opens behind them. "Renet?" Leo said, surprised to her here.
"Renet!" Mikey said, before running up to hug her.
"It's good to see you too Mikey." Renet said, before quickly releasing the embrace.
"Something tells me you're not here just to catch up." Raph said suspiciously, folding his arms.
"Unfortunately, you're right." Renet responded.
"Great. What'd you mess up this time?" Raph asked.
"Chill man. Let's hear her out." Mikey said before turning to her. "So, what's up?"
"You know the place that you just came from? Atmos?" Renet asked.
"Yeah. What about it?" April asked.
"I think I know where this is going." Raph commented.
"We have a bit of a problem." Renet said.
Just then, several buildings changed. Many of them had a red symbol on them. The symbol of Cyclonia. Guards were seen patrolling the streets under them.
"I think we have more than a 'bit' of a problem." Donnie said, observing what was happening.
A helicopter then appears above them, a light shining on them.
"This is the New Cyclonia Police! You six are wanted for crimes against the Cyclonian Empire! You are all under arrest!" A voice called out.
*Begin TMNT 2012 intro*
Teenage Mutant Ninja Tur-
*The manhole was stepped on by a Cyclonian Soldier. The symbol on the manhole was a symbol representing the Cyclonian Empire instead of the usual "NYC".*
"The evil Cyclonians have taken over New York. Now ruled under the iron fist of their leader, Master Cyclonis." Leo narrates. Master Cyclonis is shown on a throne smiling.
"With the power of the time now in their hands, they changed history, and now rule over our city. If they aren't stopped, the rest of Earth is next." Guards are seen marching, with some pushing some of the citizens of New York along.
"Any rebellions against the Empire have been put down, resulting in imprisonment, or worse." A guard shoots at the camera.
"The only chance we have of stopping this, is by finding the Time Scepter, and reversing the changes in history. New York is our home. And we will protect it. In any way we can." Leo said.

*Leonardo leaps down from a rooftop, his eyes being the only thing visible from his completely dark body in the shadows and takes out guards quickly*
Leonardo's the leader in blue, does anything it takes to get his ninjas through!
*Donnie is seen using the power of crystals to power a bomb and throw it at a crowd of Cylconians.*
Donatello is the fellow has a way with machines!
*Raph destroys Cyclonian Drones with his sai, ripping one of them in half*
Raphael's got the most attitude on the team!
*Mikey is seen on a skateboard, performing tricks while avoiding gunfire and then leaping off the board, sending it to the unsuspecting guard that was trying to shoot him and sweeping the second guard onto the ground. *
Michalengelo! He's one of a kind! And you know just where to find him when it's party time!
Master Splinter taught them every single thing they need to be one lean, mean, green incredible team!
*The Turtles, April and Casey are seen remembering Splinter before grinning and running, each of them knowing that they will never forget him and that his teachings will always live on with them*

A/N: For those wondering, the ending of the first Sky Knights in a Half Shell story still happened before this. However, Renet travelled back in time to where the turtles had just left Atmos. So because of Renet's and the Cyclonian's time travelling, the ending no longer happened(even when I put it like this, it still may sound confusing lol, which is what time travel is in many cases, confusing). It's something very tricky to do right, but I always liked time travelling stories. It'll be a challenge but I think I'll still have fun doing this story!
