One month later, Micah Bell joins Betty and Katherine as they sneak to the spider universe, one of the spiders, Mimi, catches Katherine gathering chemicals into jars and demands to know what she's doing. Katherine says she's a scientist or something, enough that it fools Mimi, who's not the brightest.
Later on. Micah sneaks into Carly's and Seras's house back at Los Santos, jabbing a small needle into a sleeping Carly, who instantly wakes up, punching Micah, only for him to reveal part of it was sleeping medicine and sure enough she passes out. Seras wakes up next, and Micah shoots her with a tranquilizer surprisingly easily. And he teleports them to Betty and Verona who live in a separate cave almost identical to the one of their good counterparts.. Betty explains to Katherine that Carly is the perfect test dummy for their experiment, she's a woman who constantly throws herself into situations extremely dangerous, especially for a normal human. And doing so simply because she wants to be with Seras, a powerful vampire she sees as a mom, one far more capable and experienced than Carly herself at the said missions. Verona actually did want Carly a demon, but Seras made her promise not to.. Betty however has no such loyalty and honour. She wants Carly transformed rather it's consented or not.
Turns out their method of transforming Carly isn't pleasant. While normal Verona and Liz make a habit of keeping it as harmless as possible, putting the chemicals in a single syringe, doing it like a flu shot. Betty's method involves a large machine covered in hundreds of barely even cleaned syringes. It also electrics the victim at the same time. And the drug Micah earlier gave makes sure she'll stay fully conscious all throughout.
After making Carly relieve some of her worst repressed memories she almost immediately shoves Carly into the device, even accidentally hitting Carly's finger on the door.
Seras is forced to listen to her scream. Micah in particular seems to find enjoyment in Carly's agony. Seras screams she'll kill them, but is held at bay.
By the time they pull Carly out, she falls down seemingly lifeless.
''Well, she's dead.'' Katherine said, more annoyed than remorseful.
''CARLY!'' Seras screamed, again held back.
''Well shit. Guess we start again.. Micah kill the vampire, we start again tomorrow with someone else.'' Betty said, already going through a notebook.
'I'LL KILL YOU AL-''
Seras is interrupted by Micah shooting her in the stomach. She's affected normally by bullets and blades. ''Always wanted to do this.'' Micah smirked evilly, and shot Seras three more times in the stomach, and one in her lower chest. Poor girl kneeling in agony. Micah points at her head, Seras just squeezed shut her eyes. ''Bye bye you annoying bitc-''
Suddenly Micah's gun holding arm is grabbed and violently ripped off, Micah's screams fill the air.
''CARLY!'' Seras shouts, not even bothering to question how she's alive.
Micah turns to her angrily and begins ranting at her, but doesn't get far when suddenly Carly transforms into a huge werewolf, far larger than Loona or even Vortex. Only part of it that's still Carly's is the beautiful purple eyes and some of her hair still on the creature's top head. The highlights Carly has in her hair actually does affect the creature's fur as it's covered in several spots of it, the rest of the fur is a dark grey colour. It also has yellow teeth despite Carly's normal teeth being perfectly white, and has large fangs. It's clawed hands are huge, though also yellow. Still sharp though.
''Woah...'' Micah said, rather deadpan. WolfCarly roars angrily and immediately swings it's arm, ripping Micah's head clean off and it lands near Katherine who panics, even Seras is unnerved. But Betty is overjoyed, saying a demon werewolf had never happened before, they must have added a syringe of wolf DNA amongst the other ones.
''Now to tame her.'' Betty said, pressing a trigger… Nothing happens.
''Katherine, it's not working… Katherine?''
Katherine is seen already outside out the door and running to anywhere that isn't there.
''What the fu-'' Betty starts but suddenly the werewolf grabs her by the throat in one arm, pulling her up off the ground.

The werewolf immediately shoves it's claw through her chest, Betty can barely even scream, she's oddly quiet. The werewolf grabs the same spot with it's other claws, and Betty is violently ripped in half, the werewolf then bites at her neck and rips her head off despite her being already dead. It than howls violently, blood covering its mouth.
Seras runs over, ignoring her injuries and actually hugs the monster, still calling it Carly and telling her it's okay and to calm down. The werewolf actually does calm down at Seras's presence, recognizing her as important to Carly. And it slowly turns back into her, though Carly is unconscious once returned.
