Seras ends up taking the now demonized Carly to Verona and Rick, the werewolf version of Carly locked up in a cage as Rick does some experiments on her, eventually he manages to turn her back to her human form, but is unable to fully remove the new curse so basically it works the same as it would any other werewolf. If she avoids the moonlight she might even be okay. But the wolf remains a separate being inside her body, which she'll have to get used to. Least she can speak to dogs now.
Carly is returned home to Los Santos and it's shown she's living in a small apartment with Johnny Klebitz. On her way there she runs into Roger The Alien of all people. Apparently he heard word about Carly's predicament and being Roger he dresses himself as an 18th century salesman and once seeing her he claims a bottle of hand sanitizer to be werewolf perfume. He even dresses himself in many other costumes to act as other customers, all asking questions that aren't even relevant to whatever scam he was doing, instead he was more or less complimenting himself.
Carly simply ignores Roger and continues to her apartment. Once inside Carly had explained to Johnny all the crazy events of the past few months and what Betty and Katherine did to her. However before she can get to the part about being a werewolf Johnny points out that the moon is out and is full. Predictably this causes her to immediately turn, the creature roars violently at Johnny. Probably drunk, Johnny somehow mistake this for Carly wanting sex and despite the wolf trying all it can to scratch Johnny open he somehow succeeds at this, but afterwards the wolf sees a small bird land on the window and leaps at it, killing and eating it. Only then does Johnny realize she's a werewolf.
Meanwhile down at the bottom entrance a FedEx delivery man is seen excitedly approaching the apartment.
''Aw man, only two weeks before my retirement I sure can't…''
Out of nowhere the large werewolf leaps over, graphically grabbing the unnamed man between it's teeth and shaking him as he's left screaming, causing his limbs to fly everywhere, than the corpse is thrown back onto the ground as the creature flees away, his intestines hanging out and his neck barely attached to his body. Johnny runs over shortly after and sees what remains of the man. ''Holly crap, you okay dude?'' Johnny asked, getting no reply.
''See that wouldn't of happened if he was wearing Werewolf Perfume.'' Roger said from a distance, holding the bottle up. Johnny just rolls his eyes in response.
Several weeks later Rick goes on a separate quest with Carly, it's actually recaping the purge episode as he goes to the same planet. Seeing if there's anything that can fix her werewolf problem. He finds a syringe that can fix it. But the werewolf would still be in there and might make Carly a bit more unstable.
''Of course, you'll be wanting to be gone from here by sundown.'' another citizen of the planet warned.
''Yeah, sure thing. Wait a minute. What?'' Rick asked.
''Why? Sundown is when the festival begins.''
''The festival?'' Carly asked.
''Oh, I know what this is! You've been able to sustain world peace because you have one night a year where you all run around robbing and murdering each other without consequence. It's like "the purge". Rick said, rather excitedly at that.
''Like the movie?'' Carly.
''Yes'' Rick replied.
''That movie sucked.'' Carly groaned.
