Lincoln looked at Hanzo with wide eyes.
" W...W..What?" Lincoln asked him " I believe you heard me Correctly Lincoln " Hanzo said as he kneel'd down and placed his hand on Lincoln's shoulder " I Need you to become the next Scorpion" Hanzo said once more " The training will not be easy but I will guide you down this path as my student you will learn the ways of the Shirai Ryu and become the warrior that I once was the a symbol of fury and hope for those who have been looked down on" Hanzo said to Lincoln.
Lincoln was in deep thought here was the world's greatest warrior standing in front of him telling him that Lincoln was meant to become the next Scorpion the powers of such warrior has laid dormant for so long until he learned the truth about what happened to his mom raped and murdered by two of the popular hero's in the world would do what they did to his mother. He knew this would start attracting a lot of unwanted attention not just from his family and friends but from hero's and government but Lincoln realized that this was his chance to become someone not just for him but also his mother.
" I'll do it" Lincoln said to him. Hanzo nodded his head in approval " Very well we will begin tomorrow after your studies at School but for now you must return home to keep up appearances to make sure that no one begins to question about the training that we about to begin." Hanzo said to Lincoln who nodded " Good come back here straight after your studies" He said in a stern tone as Lincoln turn and walked away from the house.
As Lincoln began to walk home he notice that the sun was going down he wasn't far from his house as he walked the thoughts of the earlier's events weighed heavy in his mind because he was about to go down a road to get revenge on those who took his mom away from him and also carry the title of a warrior who is feared. He was brought of his thoughts when he heard a loud crashing sound he turned to look and saw his house the loud house in all of it's messy glory He could hear the noise coming from the backyard " Probably Lynn and Lana practicing with there powers again" He said to him self as he pulled out his house key and opened the door.
He could see Lily the youngest of the family siting with Lisa who was the smartest person in the world cause of her power watching TV " Hey guys" Lincoln said to his younger siblings as he closes the front door " Greetings older male sibling unit to what brings you home later then usual?" Lisa asked him as she watched him make his way towards the stair case " I was just clearing my mind was all" Lincoln quickly lied not wanting the smartest one of the family to know where he was at " Hmm very well but if you must know you missed dinner father left a plate for you in the microwave" Lisa said as she went back to watching TV.
Lincoln walks into the kitchen with and makes his way towards the microwave and opens in it to get his dinner " huh looks dad made some Salmon with rice " Lincoln said to himself as he grabs the plate and a fork. The only son of the loud family makes his way towards the upstairs as he reaches the top of the stairs he looks to see his sisters doors are open probably doing something with school.
He paid no attention to them he had something more serious on his mind and that was to become the next scorpion.
the following morning Lincoln woken up before his sisters could as he gathers a towel and a change of clothes and makes his way to the bathroom. After showering and putting on a fresh change of clothes and walks out of the bathroom puts his pajamas in the hamper and makes his way down stairs to have some cereal.
Lincoln gets his bowl,milk, cereal and begins to eat his food as his sister where waiting in line to use the bathroom but luckily for Lincoln he was able to get up early to beat the bathroom rush. Letting out a sigh Lincoln continued to eat his breakfast.
After his morning routine Lincoln was walking down the street thinking about what will happen after school today his first day of training with his ancestor a warrior feared and respected by those who had and didn't have powers. Lincoln kept one thing certain he was going to train and fight as hard as he could to make sure that the two 'Heroes' who raped and murdered his mother will pay for there actions no matter the cost.
Unaware that the powers of scorpion will no longer lay dormant for long.
