"DAD!" said Freddy, immediately hugging the older male. William hugged him back tightly, letting out a sigh of relief. "Thank goodness! I was so worried! Are you alright?!" he said, pulling back to look over the young animatronic. Freddy nodded, his ears lowered and he was shaking slightly. "H-How did you get in Dad? I-I thought the doors were locked!" said Freddy, still unable to believe his father was actually right in front of him. "I'm still the CEO of Fazbear Entertainment Freddy…. I can override the security codes on the doors… besides, I came in through the loading docks…. Come on, let's get you out of here…" William said, standing up and gently grabbing his son's hand.
"W-Wait! We can't leave! Gregory's in trouble! W-We have to find him!" said Freddy, trying to pull his father in the direction he was sure Itsy Bitsy had taken the band leader. "What? What do you mean he's in trouble?" asked William, confused as he knew his old 'friend' hadn't been able to take control of the brunette. "There's something wrong with the others! They're acting weird and scary! I-Itsy Bitsy knocked out Gregory and kidnapped him! We have to find him before the others do!" said Freddy, clearly in a panic about trying to find the older animatronic.
William hesitated, clearly conflicted. He wanted to get his surrogate son out of the Pizzaplex to keep him safe, but at the same time he, unlike most other companies, actually cared about the animatronics and employees he worked with and he wanted to make sure they were safe as well. Seeing Freddy's pleading eyes finally convinced him to stay and search for the singer. "Alright, let's find Gregory and try to save him and the others…" said William, smiling as his son perked up and began leading 65-year-old in the direction that he thought the spider animatronic had taken their friend.
"He's got to be around here somewhere! Right Dad?" asked Freddy, looking up at his father. William smiled and nodded, his smile dropping when Freddy turned back around and ran ahead a bit. William knew how much danger they were in, but he didn't want to tell his son and freak the poor kid out. He had already kept so much from his son, and while he didn't want to do it anymore he felt he had to in order to protect the child-like animatronic from the company's past. He was pulled from his thoughts as he heard Freddy gasp and yell.
"GREGORY!" cried the bear, running around a pile of junk to the humanoid animatronic. Glamrock Gregory shakily looked up, looking worse for wear. He was covered in grime and dirt, cracks in his outer shell and he was barely functional. "Fr-xz-eddy?" he asked, glitching slightly. William frowned and walked over, kneeling down beside them. "Take it easy Gregory, you're in bad shape..….." he said, watching as the sluggish animatronic looked at him in surprise. "Mr. A-xv-fton?" asked Glamrock Gregory, surprised to see his creator in front of him.
"Let's get you to Parts and Service….. we can use the maintenance machine to fix you… Come on…" said William, managing to get Glamrock Gregory onto his back to carry the animatronic to Parts and Service. "I'm getting too old for this…." the CEO muttered to himself, keeping Freddy close as the trio made their way through the back halls and to the main area of Parts and Service, where a large chamber-like machine sat right in the middle. "Whoa…." said Freddy, looking at the machine in awe as William stepped forward and opened the chamber, walking in and gently setting Glamrock Gregory on the table-like chair in the center.
"There we are… now, let's take a look to see what we can repair and what needs to be replaced…." said William, checking over the humanoid animatronic. Freddy stood by the door of the chamber, watching with lowered ears as his father looked over their friend. Freddy was worried about if they could fix Glamrock Gregory and make him good as new. His ears perked up slightly at the sound of his father sighing. "Dammit…. While most of you can be easily repaired, we're gonna have to replace your hands, eyes, and voicebox…. They took the most damage…." William said, frowning. "Freddy, can you check in all of the boxes to see if you can find the parts we need?" he asked, smiling softly as the bear nodded and ran off to look.
"….. W-xz-xn-hen are you going to te-xc-xv-ll him?" asked Glamrock Gregory, looking at William questioningly. William knew what he was asking, even if he didn't like it. "He's too young to know about what Henry did… I know that he already knows that something bad happened all those years ago, but he's not ready for the details…. And I'm not going to tell him about them either… not yet….. For now, we are going to focus on getting you fixed…" he answered, one of his hands balling into a fist as he did so. Glamrock Gregory understood and didn't push the issue, though he felt Freddy deserved to know. The two looked over as Freddy eventually came back, his ears lowered and a sad look on his face.
"No luck champ?" asked William, frowning. Freddy shook his head, looking at the ground. William sighed, looking at Glamrock Gregory. "Then we have no choice….." he said, looking back at Freddy solemnly. "We'll have to gather parts from the other animatronics…..."
William's here to help! Unfortunately, it looks like things may have gotten a bit complicated…...
