AN: After this chapter, I think I'm going to tone down Shauna a bit. She's a bit ... much. Lol

Sitting in a chair, with feet kicked up upon a small cedar desk, a man was watching the spectacle of a Pokemon performance through the large electronic screen positioned on he opposite wall from which he sat. His long fingers gracefully tapped against the side of his leg as the stoic expression on his face shifted ever-so slightly once a clear shot of Aria was shown.
While dancing around the stage; there was a large smile plastered upon her face. The smile alone was enough to bring a frown upon the aforementioned man's features.
On the wall to his left, a woman leaned up against the brown door-frame, her arm's crossed and the expression on her face being one that can only be described as 'un-amused'
"Is there something you need? Or are you just going to continue staring a hole through my head. Your gaze is making me quite uncomfortable" The man spoke. His voice ran deep & was laced with tremendous amount of morbid obscenity.
The woman scowled and bounded up from the doorway, entering the man's room. It was a large room with dark brown framing & walls tinted deep shade of crimson. His desk matched the shade of the framing was was positioned against the far wall. The room was in possession of no windows; It's only form of illumination coming from the large fire place situated just under the large screen on the far wall.
The blazing fire gave off an unconventional amount of heat, drawing the attention of a slumbering Pokemon who resided right in font of flames- dangerously close to the burning fire.
"You've got some nerve"
Shifting his hands, the man fidgeted with the fancy ring on his middle finger
"Oh? And why's that?"
She gestured towards the large display. On it, Aria danced around the stage ever so gracefully, her partner Braixen with right by her side, mimicking the performer's movements.
"You disgust me to no end"
"That's not very nice"
Letting out a low sigh, the woman turned to face the man, her eyes practically oozing with a whole mix of emotions- ranging from regret to hatred
"Decisions have repercussions & your wickedness breeds destruction. So tell me, is your pride still worth that priceless gold? To not see our blood fill out and grow? Is that unjustified deceitfulness of yours worth this wretched hole? Deep inside, somewhere, I think you really know..."
The man leaned forward and met her gaze. He remained unfazed. "What exactly do you think I'm doing right now? Answer me that" He said while putting heavy emphasis on the 'exactly'
"I think you're in sitting here in denial because you're missing what you cant get back & now that your dying; I know you'll regret that."
"I have no regrets"
"That is our daughter. Do you not even feel a tiny semblance of regret inside that tattered conscious of yours, no matter how niche it may be... Or are you already that far gone?
"I've told you already, Malva. No regrets"
"liar." She hissed "Your even worse then I thought you to be. Goodbye, Lysandre. I'm done here."
...
Refutation & Denial may be two sides of the same coin, but in the end, they mean two different things.
Lysandre was currently faced with a epiphany that would come to fruition at an adagio's pace, further disturbing his already troubled soul.
He'll be dead soon.
The last thing he wants for his efforts to be in vain.
Especially when he himself has many, many regrets.

"Just run, run & run until it works out, Clemont! That's how I do things! If you keep running you'll find a way!" Ash examined while posing on a fountain, his facial features twisting into a look of absolute confidence
Off to the side, a tired Clemont took a much needed breather. "I don't know Ash *huff* couldn't we just *huff* find a map or something"
Giving Clemont a quick once over, Ash flashed his signature boyish grin. "C'mon Clemont, have some faith! I'm sure we'll find it in no time!"
"But the likelihood of *huff* such an event actually occurring is highly improbable, especially in a realistic time table that of which is of our absolute benefit! *huff* We'd be much better off heeding my prerequisitive warning and participating *huff* in the search of a physical map that may help guide us through this rambunctious- uniformed sporadic & regal mess of which you claim to be a citywide escapade!"
"You're right.." Ash trailed off
Pushing up his glasses with his pointer finger, an accomplished grin made its way to the forefront of the older citron sibling's face. "Hehehe. Of course I am! My calculations are never off-"
"..Is what I would say if I understood anything you said. Sorry Clemont! That's too many big words!"
Looking around the from atop the fountain, Ash scanned the area. Searching for any signs of a gym, while Bonnie played with the newly caught Electric/Fairy Pokemon in her small yellow pouch.
But then, the aspiring Pokémon Master realized he was standing on fountain of water ... just waiting to be pushed in.
Stepping down off the concrete ledge, Ash glanced around; Albeit, much more frantic this time.
What were the chances of a certain blonde rival of his- just so happening to appear in this city, in a different region, after all this time, just to push him in the fountain?
Walking up to Ash, Bonnie tugged at his sleeve.
"Hey Ash, why do you suddenly look so...worried?"
Looking down towards his small travel companion, Ash just waved her off. "No reason- just making sure I don't get wet is all. Heh. "
"How would you get wet?"
"I...It's a long story"
"...if you say so?" Bonnie said, a little skeptical of Ash.
Giving the little girl a small pat on the hair to 'solidify' his argument, Ash stood back up and took, yet another, look around the city. "Hey Pikachu, do you see anything?"
"Pika...Pika Pi~" Pikachu shook his head. Small sparks of electricy could be seen finding it's way topside on his perfectly parallel pink cheek sacs'.
"Yeah, me neither. But I'm sure we'll find it soon!"
"Pik-a Pi!"
"Yeah! For sure!"
*Snap*
The sound of a camera snap echoed through the courtyard in Santalune's streets. Upon hearing the sound, Ash & the citron siblings all whirled around. There stood a young woman holding the source of the sound; her small green camera.
"Thanks for the lovely photo" Stepping forward, the woman approached Ash & Pikachu. "Looks like you're quite a nice combo"
Ash pumped his arm "Of course! Pikachu is my partner!"
"Oh right, you'll get to the santalune gym if you just go straight down here" The woman pointed down the road to her left "Then turn right"
Looking in surprise, Ash's eyes lit up with excitement "Really? Thank you very much!"
Not even questioning how the woman knew where he wanted to go, considering she most likely overheard their conversation, Ash turned towards Clemont.
"See! We have a way now! Lets go pikachu!"
Ash wasted no time in taking off towards the gym. Bonnie followed closely behind, while Clemont stayed behind to thank the nice lady who gave them directions.

Heading Towards Camphier Town
Staring out the window of a blazing train, Aria watched the world blur by. A surprisingly somber look forming upon her facial features, contrary to the gloomy weather of the outside world.
The sky was clouded in grey and the window pane had streams of water running down. She could hear the heavy rain pounding ruthlessly against the metallic roof of the train car, even over the sounds of the large & speedy train.
Palermo was siting was siting cross-legged at a corner both, sipping away at a mug of freshly brewed tea while she read the newest release of a fashion magazine, completely ignorant to the rainy scenery her successor was enjoying.
Aria has always enjoyed the rain. In some cultures, it signifies new beginnings. It was as if the water from the sky would wash away her worries.
It was nice really, the soothing sounds mixed in the positive mental association made rainy days like these, the one's Aria would find herself longing for.
Suddenly, like a hot knife through butter, Palermo's voice became all she could hear. Somehow managing to drown out the harmonic sympathy of background noise
"Like the sky after a long day, change is inevitable. However, choosing whether or not you embrace it could be the deciding factor between light and dark. Eventually, right and wrong become nothing but a blur and we are left to question our own temptations. But, in the end, our character is what prevails. So, tell me Aria, do you plan to continue this path of life or will you embrace the upcoming fork that will surely have you at a crossroads?"
Turning to face her predecessor, Aria gave a strange look. "Uh, you're being weirdly cryptic again, Palermo"
The older woman could only shrug her shoulders "Brush me off, heed my words of wisdom or think of an solution to my question. What you do matters little to me. But as my disciple, I expect greatness from you"
Leaning into the window sill, Aria asked "What are you getting at?"
"I'm pretty sure that you already know"
"..."
Aria remained silent, but her mentor remained correct. She knew exactly what Palermo was getting at. The tall pinkette was currently getting apprehended for her age. More specifically, being twenty-four and still somehow being single. Which, of course, for most people was actually quite common.
But not for Kalosian Celebrities.
Fucking status-quo am I right?
"I'm not sure what you mean, could you elaborate?" Said Aria.
Folding the magazine, Palermo steeled herself and put down the issue. "You know exactly what I mean. We've been talking about this for six years; ever since you turned Eighteen. You cant keep putting it off. You need to find a boyfriend, Aria. Preferably one with a social status higher or equal to yours"
Visibly grimacing, Aria's mind reminisced on some of her prior 'Boyfriend Searching' Attempts.
"Hey babe, I'm learning about important dates in history. Wanna be one of them?"
"I hope you know CPR, because you take my breath away"
"Are you a camera? Because every-time I look at you I smile"
"Do you like cheese? Me too"
"Hey there! Your elegance and sheer natural beauty make me Brock-hard!"
"Are you a fart? Because you blow me away"
'Yeah. No thank you!
"Aria, please, I just need some cooperation from you"
Shifting in her seat, Aria tilted her head to the side in a fake confused manor.
'Just ... play dumb'
"Aria? Who's Aria"
'NOT THAT DUMB!'
A light facepalm echoed throughout the trains cavern. It originating from Aria's annoyed predecessor "Look, I'm sorry. But there's not much else I can do here. You're a fully grown adult yet you still reek of immaturity. I am telling you what needs to happen. Deal with it."
"...What a load of Tauros-crap! What about woman empowerment, huh?! Can't I just be a strong independent woman or something?!"
"Aria dear- nobody cares about that. Relationships generate gossip which in turn makes money. It's been like this since...well...forever- and that will never change. Just roll with it."
"How about I roll over it?"
*Sigh*

Santalune Gym {Lobby}
"Uuuuuuugggggggghhhhhhhhhhh THIS IS BLASPHEMY! Shauna, that is the last time I EVER listen to you again!" A young honey blonde girl complained/yelled at her friend, as the duo walked into the Pokemon gym. Her body was covered coated in dirt and light bruises could be seen dusting her skin. "Like, ever!"
Walking along side her best friend, Shauna waved her off. The energetic girl was in much worse condition then Serena. She was so extremely dirty, one could justifiably think she went swimming with a horde of Hippopotas'. "PFFFFFT! Stop being such a Dra~ma~Qu~eeeen. You should be thanking me, not chirping in my ear like a damn Chatot!"
"WE'VE BEEN TRAVELING NON-STOP FOR WEEKS!" Serena exclaimed while throwing her hands up into the air
Shauna returned the gesture "SO YOU CAN GET FUCKING LAID! STOP BEING SUCH A WHINER AND THINK ABOUT THE WIENER! Arceus' titty's on a Popsicle stick burning in hell— just think about the massive dick he must packing underneath~ Alright?. GOOD"
Serena stomped her foot on the ground in frustrated impatience "NOT EVERYTHING HAS TO BE ABOUT SEX SHAUNA."
"My mom used to say there was no such thing as a wrong opinion... but holy shit, was she ever mistaken"
"I just want to see him again.. it's been so long-"
"Don't care. " Shauna gave an uninterested gaze, before her facial features shifted into a mischievous smirk "But, y'know ... I didn't came all this way to not get some fucking dick, yeah? So, we gonna have one hell of a killer ass doube duty shits spelowedy titty fucking and gum numbing threesome!"
"..."
"Uhm. Excuse me ladies-" A man tried to speak but was cut off instantaneously
"SHAUNA- WHAT DOES THAT EVEN MEAN?!"
"It means it's gonna be the best fucking sex of our lives"
*Pang*
Grabbing the attention of both girls, a man dressed in a suit & tie rang a Miltank bell. Where he got said bell? The word will never know "Good. As I was trying to say before I was so rudely interupte-"
"Who the fuck are you? And when in the distortion world did you get there?" Shauna asked, more snappy then she intended
"...Ignoring the fact that I have been standing here the entire time- I am Edwardo, the manager of this fine establishment. It is my job to guide new challengers during their first ever gym experience. Giving them tips & pointers, information and much more ... however, judging by the prior conversation, I don't think a Pokemon battle is the type of battle you came here in search of. Am I wrong? If not ladies, I'm sorry but this is not that type of gym"
Shauna gave a blank stare towards the man. "If by 'battle' you mean we came here to get pegged & railed... Then damn fucking straight. I'm really counting on this 'Ash' guy being packing some serious heat, or else this would've been a waste~"
Did she just...!
"DON'T SAY STUFF LIKE THAT IN-FRONT OF STRANGERS!"
"Hey now, It's not my fault your to much of a pansy too admit you wanna get your insides pounded like a like a punching bag~ hmmm. I can see it already you & me & him oOoAhhh~It's going to be absolutely glorious"
"SHAUNA!"
Edwardo, the gym assistant, was beyond confused. 'I don't get paid enough for this shit'

Santalune Gym {Battle Field}
"Surskit! Use Quick Attack!" A blur of blue took off on the field coated in ice, sliding along like it owned the place. Which, of course, it technically does. But we don't talk about that.
"Use Electroweb, limit it's mobility on the ice!" Pikachu jumped up and let out a battle cry, before sending off a large electric web from it's tail. Thus covering the field.
"Use Hydro Pump to propel yourself up before you hit the web! Then let it rain!"
Before Surskit could collide with any electricity, it sent out a powerful Hydro Pump, that in conjunction with its light body, sent the Pokémon flying upwards
"Thunderbolt! Take advantage of it's bad accuracy!"
"Pik~a~CHUUuuuu" A ferocious lighting bolt ripped through the air, hitting the bug/water Pokémon before it could fire off its powerful move, which in turn, causes Surskit to plummet towards the ground, albeit at a slow pace due to its feather weight.
Taking advantage of the opportunity, Ash got one of his signature crazy idea's
"Now, iron tail on the ice! Before Surskit hits the ground"
Pikachu jumped up, its tail beginning to glow a fierce white. Then, using both the power of steel and kinetic force, the Pokémon slammed its tail on the ground, causing a the ice remnants to fly up off the ground.
"Surround and catch the ice with an Electro Web"
Doing just that and making haste while doing so, the Electric Mouse Pokémon caught the majority of the shattered Ice into its web.
"Now, thunderbolt on the Ice! It will conduct the electricity because Ice is just solid water!"
Letting out a battle cry, Pikachu fired yet another powerful Thunderbolt.
This time, the powerful electric attack aiming to strike the pile of Ice remains encased in an Electro Web
Viola's went went wide. 'Is this kid crazy?! If that were to hit-'
A lightning strike carries immense heat. While Pikachu's Thunderbolt is not nearly as strong as an actual lighting-bolt, the difference matters naught. As the Ice has already been encased by an Electro Web which is surely heating up the molecules already moving in rapid succession from the prior implications. If a move like Thunderbolt were to strike the Ice after it going through such a dramatic ionic change, the state of matter would alter accordingly in order to compensate.
Translation?
A misty explosion of smoke and water molecules filled the air, much to the dismay of Viola and her Surskit.
"NOW, THUNDERBOLT! The water in the air should boost the attack power!"
"PIIIIKKKKAAAAAAACHUUUUUU"
"Surskit! Look out—"
"Surskit! Look out—"
Stepping through the doorway, Serena and Shauna made their way towards the battle field. On it- was a celebrating Ash and Pikachu along with a disappointed Viola.
"You battled 'Picture Perfectly' Surskit, take a good rest" The bug type trainer quickly recalled her Pokemon.
Pushing up his glasses, a young man with lemon blonde spewed his thoughts & analysts of the battle, while standing off to the side. "Incredible. To be able to come up with such a ... risky strategy on the fly was quite impressive. Moreover, the timing had to of been beyond perfection. Even a second of delay and the matter-state would've ceased to change, due the electrons of the atoms slowing back down. Instead, it would've exploded into a million tiny pieces. This is even beyond incredible ... but for a rookie to pull off such a feat and execute it with such precision would be borderline impossible— OOF "
Mid-speech, Clement practically doubled over from an immense force slamming into his upper back
"Dayum, Boi! Look at you spreading all of scientific mumbo-jumbo!" Shauna yelled right after ramming her clenched fist into his left shoulder blade.
"Shauna! Stop it! You cant just hit people like that!" Serena exclaimed while bending down to assist the man on the floor. "Oh My Gosh, I'm so sorry! My friend, Shauna, She can get a little rowdy sometimes!"
"Damn fucking right I can! Especially in the bedroom. WHOOP-WHOOP!"
"Fletchling I choose you!"
"I have felt the wrath of a thousand suns..." Clemont mumbled with his face buried into the concrete floor.
"Uhhhhhhhh... Who are you guys?" A high but cute voice, who they presumed to belong to little girl asked. Both Serena and Shauna turn to see exactly that: a little girl staring up at them, very confused. Serena made a mental note that she, and the nerdy boy sprawled out on the floor have the same hair colour- meaning they might be related.
Shauna on the other hand... well, lets just say she forgot all about the weak boy she had just decked and started squeezing the little girls cheeks. Pinching and prodding wherever she could. "O-M-G! Aren't you a little cutie!" ๑ᴗ๑
"AHHHHH! UNHAND ME YOU CRAZY WOMAN" Bonnie cried
"Vivion, Use Sleep Powder!"
"Spin in the air! The wind should clear the attack!"
"Wha-?!"
After aiding in helping the poor blonde boy up from the ground, Serena was forced too support him with her left arm, as he was unable to stand by himself.
Talk about dramatic-
"Again- I'm so, so sorry about my friend" Serena tried to coax, but failed miserably as she found herself glaring at Shauna.
...which of course went completely unnoticed by the oblivious Shauna, as she was too busy messing with the aforementioned little girl.
"It's quite alright... I think... I was just caught off guard, that's all" Clemont painfully responded to the kind girl helping him, choosing not to mention the fact that he just got assaulted completely out of the blue.
He was even clenching his stomach- even though he got hit in the back.
Serena decided her best course of action would be too not question that.
After letting out an exasperated sigh, the honey-blonde girl turned back towards Shauna. Ready to scold the girl for being overly erratic, hyperactive and problematic- but ceased upon hearing the calls of a certain trainer.
"End it! Use Peck!"
The chaos of the encounter before had made his prior attack's fall upon deaf ears. She had barley even had time to register that he was in a battle before Shauna went wild.
...Maybe she should get that girl a leash?
"VIVION! NO!"
Speaking of...He...was here.
It was like every muscle in her body froze upon a single glance. Here he was. The boy she had been searching for.
The brave boy who had saved her from certain death, by slaying the mighty, ferocious, evil, blood-lusting, savage, fierce, feral, aggressive & merciless Poliwag.
Here was her hero.
She has finally found him.
Weeks of searching have all lead up to this.
Shaking hands with Viola in the center of the battlefield, Ash smiled. "Man, that was such an awesome battle! Don't ya agree, Pikachu?"
From atop of his left shoulder, Pikachu thrusted his paw forward while chanting in agreement.
"Well Ash, you certainly know how to make a battle interesting. My sister was right to warn me about you." The bug type leader said in return, her pearly whites beaming a radiant smile.
As a gym leader, it is of great pride to fall defeated. As it means the gym leader in question has directly influenced the growth in the next generation of trainers. Hence, the smile plastered upon her face.
"As your proof of victory- The Bug Badge!"
Ash reached his opposite hand out and took the small badge presented to him. Upon taking it in his grasp, he felt a wave of nostalgia washing over him. It was his first gym badge in a over a year, and his excitement was un-containable.
"Alright! I got the Bug Badge!" "Pikachu~" He and Pikachu both exclaimed while posing.
Feeling amused by the trainer's childish antics, Viola let out a small chuckle.
However, contrary to her outwards appearance, her thoughts were racing. 'This kid... he's the real deal. The league association was right to warn me about him. I want to chalk his victory up to dumb luck, but It cant be so. He battled with the skills of a true Champion... just only using weaker Pokemon'
"Hey Ash, just a quick question..."
Before going to greet the otherwise pre-occupied Clemont and Bonnie, Ash turned to meet her gaze
"Hmmmm? What is it?"
From her pocket, Viola pulled out a strange looking stone. "You & me, how about he have a real battle. Off the record"
His eyes went wide, not only from her surprising offer, but the strange stone of which he recognized. 'LIima had one of those, when he fought Guzma ... mega evolution, right?'
Still smiling, Ash turned around. "A real battle huh... so now you're challenging me. Interesting. So you were able to tell I have more experienced pokemon?"
"...Something like that. So what do you say?"
"Where and when?"
"Tonight. 11:30 Pm. Here. 3 on 3?
Ash smirked "Sounds like fun"
Walking up the stairs, to the landing where his friends resided, Ash was greeted by an unholy sight.
Clemont was leaning over the silver railing, clutching his stomach, while a pretty blonde girl supported him. Beside them, Bonnie was getting her cheeks manhandled by a dark skinned girl with brown hair.
"What in the heck is happening here"
Snapping her head up & breaking her attention from Clemont. The honey-blonde girl's azalea blue orbs met his. Hers' going wide as saucers as they shimmered with gleam upon staring at his Auborn one's.
And she stared...
and stared...
and stared...
It was borderline creepy, but Ash let it slide as his concern lay more within Clemont and Bonnie.
"Clemont, are you alright? Bonnie, are you alright?"
Clemont gave a weak thumbs up in response and Bonnie just slumped to the ground. The former being a ... good? sign and the latter being ... questionable.
"Okay then..."
Suddenly approaching Ash, the pretty but creepy girl fumbled over her words while she fiddled with the zipper on her jacket."H-h-hi A-ash, I'm S-serena. I k-know it's s-sudden, b-but I was wondering i-if you remembered m-"
Serena was interrupted by a hand getting shoved into her face "Don't you fret that sexy little head of yours, Serena. I'll take care of this"
"Oh no..."
Turning towards Ash, Shauna, the dark skinned girl, smiled devilishly- an evil grin playing upon her lips. "So, I got two questions for you 'short stuff'- 1: Do you or do you not- have protection? 2: What are you packing?"
Tilting his head to the side, Ash blinked in confusion. "What am I ... packing? Well, that's certainly a weird question, but I'd be happy to answer it" Ash swung off his backpack and began reciting each and every item in his bag.
"Pokeballs, Water bottle, Spare underwear, oh and a-"
*Smack*
Shauna's face palm echoed throughout the gym's interior.
"...Un-believable. No, no, no- you dense fucking idiot. I mean how much are you packing. Y'know like- Upfhm, Upfhm" Shauna made a couple hip thrusting movements.
Clemont, absolutely horrified, picked up his, sweet innocent little sister and bolted out of there. His destination set far, far away. His body miraculously recovering just in time.
Ash just blinked again, Pikachu following suit. "I'm confused. Is that a new dance move or something?"
Shauna facepalmed then turned towards the blushing mess that was Serena. "Sorry Serena. This one is slower then a Shuckle. Plus he's short ... so like- it's a lost cause."
Serena could only resort to blushing even deeper, the pink blush that once dusted her cheeks was practically now steaming. Sometimes, she wonders why she sticks around with Shauna. Especially when she always pulls stunts like this. The monumental embarrassment was enough to cause the poor girl to hide behind her arms, is a desperate attempt to escape.
"...Okay then. I-if you'd exuse me, I have to take my pokemon to the center so..." With eyebrows high, eyes wide & a face laced with confusion, Ash took off out of there. Practically bolting out the door.
He would return to battle Viola later with some of his Pokemon from professor Oak & Kukui, and could only hope that when he does, the two strange girls are long gone.
...
...
...
"Good going, Sere! You scared him off!" Shauna accused Serena as they watched Ash frantically run away.
"ME!?" Serena was flabbergasted at the accusation
"Yes you. I can tell you for infallible fucking certain that it definitely wasn't me. "
"But I didn't-"
"Sheeesh Serena; What kinda person introduces themselves then immediately purposes a fucking-fantastical threesome? Gosh, talk about inappropriate! What is wrong with you?!"
"But you were the one who-"
Putting a finger to Serena's lips, Shana smirked "Ah. Ah. Ah. Now, now, don't pretend like it wasn't your fault."
Sighing, Serena's head fell. "Sometimes Shauna, I really, really hate you"
"I love you too~"

Vomir l'amour Café ~ {Private Backroom}
A silver spoon circled around the rim against the sides of a white mug, mixing in the a small amount of thick cream in an elegant swirl.
*Ting*
*Ting*
Lightly tapping the spoon against the little, fancy dessert plate positioned to her left, the remnants of cream and coffee spilled in multiple drops onto the royal blue floral pattern drawn on the porcelain plate edging.
"Inviting me out for pleasantries while engaging in conversation is ... unusual for you. You're more of a 'beat around the bush while being overly vague and condescending to an extremity' type of person. So to speak, I'm beyond intrigued too find out the reasoning such an change. Especially since you usually feign such indifference. So Malva, to what do I owe the pleasure?"
Sitting cross-legged, directly in-front of the elegant beauty known as Diantha, Champion of Kalos, Malva stared on with an amused expression on her face. "Quite perceptive ... although, I guess it'd be wrong to expect any less from you wouldn't it, Diantha?
Taking a tip from her mug, Diantha kept a single eye laser focused on the fire-type Elite Four member.
"Perhaps. So, why don't you get on with what you have to say"
Leaning back in against the leather sofa, Malva gave a sultry look. "Oh~? You certainly like getting straight to the point don't you?"
With a light clink, the cup found it's way back down upon the cedar table of which separated to too women.
"Malva. I don't have time to play any of your games. As you, know, I am a very busy woman. If you have something to say; say it. If not, I'll be taking my leave."
"Oh? Will you now? Well... I don't think you'll be wishing to leave anytime soon after you hear what I have to say"
"...and what exactly do you have to say?"
"Humor me-'Oh great Champion', You see, I was wondering if you happened to be in cahoots with one of your new colleague "
Raising her brow, Diantha did indeed find herself intrigued. "and whom would this 'colleague' happen to be?"
"He's a fellow Champion. And recently crowned if my sources are accurate... you should know him as Ash Ketchum: Champion Of Alola. You see, I need to have a little chat with him"
"What business do you have with Alola's first champion?"
With a smug grin, Malva resumed her standing position "Well...that's for me to know, and you to never find out"
"Well, then. I'm sorry Malva, but I can't help you. As I am not currently in 'Cahoots' with Alola's champion."
Frowning, Malva shrugged "Oh well. I should've figured. Too bad." A mischievous grin found itself playing upon her lips. Contradicting to her expression the woman sighed and bounded up from the seat.
Diantha didn't fail to notice the mysterious glint in her eye
The pink haired woman then made her way towards the exit, not even bothering to give a formal farewell.
'Well, that was certainly strange, even for Malva"
Diantha, whilst taking another sip of her beverage, could only ponder the multitude of possible things Malva might want with the Champion Of Alola. But whatever it was, she had a feeling it wasn't good.

"Have you heard the rumors?"
"...rumors?"
"Ash Ketchum. He's here. In Kalos"
"Is he now...well, that could end up being quite troublesome"
"S-so then, what should we do?"
"You talk as if we have another option...which of course we don't. Get me Giovanni on the phone. We need to talk"
