Detective Conan Movie 6: The Phantom of Baker Street
Quick Explanation:
This happened right after Conan beat the whole game, and he's meeting face to face with Hiroki as he revealed himself as Noah's ark. The difference between the Movie is that Hiroki or Noah's ark didn't cut the communication between them with the real world, so everyone in the hall overheard everything.

Both Conan and Noah's ark are facing each other at the entrance of the game, since Conan win the game fair and square. Conan ask Noah's ark to free the other kids who die in the game back to reality. Noah's ark in Hiroki's form look at Conan serious
"I can't…" said Noah's ark
"What?!" shout Conan anger
Outside the game
The adults start to looking scared. Yusaku, Kogoro and Professor Agasa also start to worry the fact that Noah's ark intention is really to kill all 50 kids that were inside the game
"What did you say?! You said it that we will win if there's one survivor!" shout Kogoro anger
"Shinichi…" thought Yusaku who start to worry
Inside the game
"You really intend to kill us from the start…" said Conan in low voice
"You guys shouldn't even bear with those nasty adults who only want power… It's their fate" said Noah's ark
"But we didn't choose to be born by them, we don't even know anything about our fate!"
Noah's ark just walk facing the other way, leaving the detective in anger.
"Which is why I reset it, their fate is to continue their parents dirty work ever since they are born in this world. Killing them will make sure that they will be no more dirty works"
Conan grit his teeth as if not agreeing on Noah's ark attempt to kill children that's now stuck inside the cocoon
Outside the game
"No!" shout one of the kid's mother
All adults start to pray and some mothers are crying by Noah's ark attempt to kill their children. The three adults worried about the rest of the children that will be killed in this game
"If Noah's ark achieve this then… it's over, he really did reset Japan permanently" said Yusaku serious
"Ran…" said Kogoro worried since his daughter is still inside
Suddenly, they heard a voice from inside the game
"There is one way I can save them…" said Noah's ark
Those words make all adults start to listen more
"Which is?" asked Conan from inside the game
"Since you are the winner of this game, I will give you two choices"
Yusaku and Professor Agasa look at each other, it's like they know where this is going
"One is… 14 kids including you that don't have the fate will be back to reality" said Noah's ark
"You mean… kids from developer team and invited non-rich family?" asked Conan surprised
"Yes… You are here thanks to gift from one of the developer and I notice there are some kids who got into the game from the kids of rich families because they are not interested in joining the game"
"The second one?"
"Second is… You will take their place" said Noah's ark serious which make intense silence
All the adults become silence, Yusaku move forward with a shivering hands that no one notice it. Professor Agasa, Kogoro and Inspector Megure also now very scared.
"Oi oi if he did that then…" said Kogoro shock
"The other kids will survive except himself" said Megure putting his hat down
Kogoro walk forward to the glass as he looks at Conan's cocoon. Yusaku tighten his fist as he looked down as if he knows the answer. There was a brief silence until suddenly Conan let out a sigh to which audible to the adults
"How can I trust you for not playing behind my back?" asked Conan seems didn't trust Noah's ark
"The adults will be the witness, I guarantee you that everyone besides you will be waking up to reality"
"Fine… You win, I choose..." said Conan seems to be in defeated voice
Suddenly the light goes on which surprised all of them in the hall. Few seconds later, all cocoons are lifted and shows the children waking up while one cocoon was suddenly lift down which surprised the adults. Yusaku grit his teeth and start running outside the hall
"Keibu! Command the technician to shut down the power completely, hurry!" shout Yusaku while running
Professor Agasa follow behind which stops by the police officers in confused situation
"Professor, what is going on?" asked Takagi
"Conan sacrifice himself to save the other children, we have to save him before it's too late. Do what Yusaku said, we need to hurry and let him out from that cocoon!"
Ran and Detective Boys who hears that shock and start running with Professor Agasa. They are demanding explanation
"Noah's ark give Conan-kun two choices for winning the game, one is to let some children alive while the other one make him to sacrifice himself for the other children to survive" said Professor Agasa
"WHAT?!" shout the three kids
"Conan-kun!" shout Ran running in worried
"Kudou-kun! You selfless ignorant!" thought Haibara while running
They arrive and see Yusaku turning off the power source of the cocoons and tried his best to let Conan out of the cocoon. Suddenly the cocoon project a voice which grab everyone's attention. It seems the people who can hear it's just those who are now standing around the locked cocoon.
"Now, do you have any last words? For people outside" asked Noah's ark seems to be for Conan who still inside the game
"I'm just glad that Ran and the other kids survive… I'm sorry dad, but it's over" said Conan in sad voice
Yusaku got triggered by the call and start pulling the cocoon harder with the help of other technician
"Shinichi!" shout Yusaku in his thoughts
Suddenly an electric shock Yusaku and other technician which make them get away from the cocoon, seconds later it was a horror. The electric goes into the machine and Conan suddenly scream his lungs out in pain. The kids shut their eyes and ears through the pain, Yusaku fast react and goes behind the cocoon to force open the panel and take out all the necessary electrical machine. Thanks to that, the electric shock stops, but Conan's body become limb and his hands fall from the handle
Professor Agasa quickly goes behind the cocoon to open the cocoon manually through the panel. Yusaku look at the door and see Conan who looks very pale, he's praying hard for him at least be okay. As the cocoon open, Yusaku quickly open it and take off the helmet from Conan's head, which make Conan fall into Yusaku's arm. He put him on the floor to check on his vitals which a horror strike to his face
"How is he?!" shout Professor Agasa who goes beside him
Yusaku just shake his head as the answer. Ran fall to the floor and cry her lungs out, Kogoro comfort his daughter who's crying. The kids start crying, Haibara let out tears in secret from them. But the one who's in shock the most is Kudou Yusaku. He helped created the game yet the game take his own son life so easily, Yusaku hands shaking but tried his best to lift Conan up and hug him
None of the kids and Ran notice Yusaku's horror face while holding Conan's body. Yusaku hug Conan and let out tears on his own. Professor Agasa also cried, seeing Yusaku and the boy's body.
"I'm sorry Shinichi… I'm sorry" thought Yusaku hugging Conan closer to his body
Time Skip~
Yusaku look at Conan's pale body carried by the medical team and some police officers. His hands still shaking in horror after confirming his only son's death. Ran and the others followed the police, who are now holding Conan's body. Yusaku now alone see the cocoon that just killed his son
"If this what it will be… I shouldn't have given him the badge… I shouldn't have help with the game…" thought Yusaku while punching the wall
Suddenly a message was showing in the cocoon which to be a code. He ran toward the control room and ask one of the staff to take a look at the game again. They were surprised to see that the game actually still ongoing. Yusaku ask the staff try to connect it to the one of the computer, Yusaku sit down and put on the headphone
Just then to his surprised to see his son and Hiroki standing at the entrance, game alone. Yusaku already ask the staff to shut the speakers down so that he will be the only one who hears it
"Conan… -kun" said Yusaku with a mic
To his surprised to see a face that was just announced to be dead few minutes ago, but it is real. Inside the game, lies Edogawa Conan standing with the late Hiroki who seems to be looking up as if they can see Yusaku himself
"Kudou Yusaku-san, let me introduce myself, my name is Takaaki Hiroki or in my other name is Noah's ark" said Hiroki with a low voice
Yusaku didn't budge and just continue hearing him
"You maybe confused why Edogawa Conan is here while his body in real world already determined to be dead. I copy and extract his brain into Noah's ark to which now he relies on with me inside Hiroki's artificial brain"
"What?!"
Conan looked up and give a smile, he looks up which seen by his biological father that no one can't know. Yusaku see his shrunken son now in the screen of the game
"Hey dad…" said Conan in sad tone
"Shinichi…" thought Yusaku
Yusaku himself can't take his poker face anymore as he let out light tears from his eyes hearing Conan's voice
"I'm sorry for making that decision… I can't let Ran and the other kids to die after all" said Conan
Yusaku hit his hand on the machine in anger hearing Conan's words, some of the staff notice that Yusaku seems to let out some tears on his eyes. The staff silently call Inspector Megure to which now they are on their way
"Why… why you have to do such reckless thing! How can I tell your mother about this" said Yusaku angrily to his only son
"Yeah… mom will be very devastated hearing this… But I'm sure she will bounce back right, I mean, knowing her personality and all"
"You think it's that easy to-"
Yusaku stop his words when Conan or should we say Shinichi let out tears from his eyes, Yusaku know that he was forced to do this, and now he's actually regretting his decision too
"I don't want to die too dad, but… if I choose the other one, I will be haunted by the parents victims. Please dad… tell me that I'm doing the right thing" said Conan as he cried
"Shinichi… I'm sorry, I failed to protect you… What kind of father am I" said Yusaku loudly
Yusaku didn't realize that someone actually hear this, which is Inspector Megure, Kogoro, Ran, Professor Agasa and Haibara
"Kudou-kun… what did you just say" said Inspector Megure in shock
"No way… right… Conan-kun is Shinichi…" said Ran can't even think other things
Yusaku look behind and then look at Conan one more time, Conan quickly wipe his tears. Yusaku take off his headphone and give it to Ran. Because he knows, Ran need to hear his son explanations
"Conan-kun!" shout Ran crying while sitting down looking at the one who just save her life
"Ran… I'm sorry to leave you…" said Conan with low voice
"BAKA! Why… why would you do that! Shinichi!"
Ran crying so hard which is audible to all in the room. Ran's sorrow of losing not only the boy she sees as a little brother but also her childhood friend and long time crush. Her feeling is so mixed up by knowing this fact by the time he already died
"I'm sorry Ran… I had been keeping this for a long time, I leave the rest of explanation to Professor Agasa and Haibara…"
"Shinichi…"
"Ran, I'm sorry for leaving you… I'm sorry for worrying you as Shinichi and also as Conan, I love you Ran from the first time we met"
Ran crying hearing Conan or Shinichi told her the thing that she have been waiting for a long time. Ran just nod and look at her crush in child form
"I love you too… Shinichi…"
Just then Hiroki step up and goes beside Conan and let out a small smile, Conan knows it and then nod to him
"I'm sorry Ran-san but… it's time for us to go" said Hiroki
"What?" asked Ran surprised
Yusaku quickly ask Ran for the headphone and hear what Hiroki have to say
"I have to destroy Noah's ark so that adults can't use it for evil things… After this, both of us will be gone" said Hiroki who's looking at Conan
"If you're planning to do that, why bother to copy and extract Shinichi's brain!?" asked Yusaku got angry
"So he can have a proper goodbye to you, Kudou Yusaku-san"
Yusaku and Conan sees Hiroki in surprised, but after that Conan give a sad smile. Conan looked up to his father again
"Dad… I leave the rest of my case to you. Take that organization down for me and protect my friends from them" said Conan with a sad smile
"Shinichi…"
"Tell mom… I'm sorry for all this time… For being an ungrateful son for both of you… For not following your orders all the time and always be burden by my recklessness"
"No Shinichi… You are not a burden, you are our child and will always be our child. No matter what you do"
"Dad… I love you"
Yusaku eyes shot up seeing Conan or should we say, Shinichi's final words to Yusaku. Moments later, the computer shut down, and then the whole machine shut down as well. It is over, Kudou Shinichi or Edogawa Conan officially left the world. The whole room become intense and filled with Ran's crying voice. Yusaku hide his eyes with his glasses and let out tears after bidding farewell to his only son
Few days later
A funeral was held with close acquaintances, friends and family. The families of the kids that Conan save pay their respect to the boy for risking his life to save their children. All people who know about Conan pay their respect immediately. After the funeral is over, some people already went home leaving only Ran, Kogoro and Eri whose still in front of the gravestone looking at the boy's name that they take care for a while now. Ran eyes became dull as she looks at the grave, she is still shock over the fact that Conan died and the truth which is Conan is Shinichi in, so she lost him too. Kogoro was also in big debt to the boy for risking his life to save Ran and also Eri to manage over Ran.
Moments later, one person descend from the cloudy sky with white hang glider, but he's using black costume and hat. His one eye monocle still covering half of his face
Which is Kaito Kid
"Kaito Kid..." said Kogoro surprised
"Pardon my entrance Mouri-san, but please let me bid farewell to my rival without police officers knowing that I'm here" said Kid looking down
Kogoro and Eri can see the sadness in Kid's uncovered eye to which they nod to him. He moved forward and present white flowers and put it in front of the grave. He bends down and look at the grave which he felt in denial.
"Tantei... I'm sorry for being late to meet you for the last time. You have my full respect on your heroic act, but... Now, I lost my rival... You said you will be the one who will capture me but why..." said Kid in low voice
Kid eyes letting out tears as he stood up and then bid farewell to the Mouri's. Eri then hold Ran that it's time to go home. Ran at first doesn't want to but both her parents beg her to which she agreed. In weak legs, Ran walk home with Kogoro and Eri by her side
As everyone is gone, finally the last two guest arrive in front of the grave which are the biological parents of Edogawa Conan or his real name, Kudou Shinichi...
Kudou Yukiko and Kudou Yusaku
Yukiko legs given up as she quickly touched Conan's picture
"Shin-chan... This is mom... I know you're there, Shin-chan... Don't play games with me, I know you're just hiding, so please come out Shin-chan" said Yukiko shivering
Yusaku hold both Yukiko's shoulders to which she cried her lungs out in front of Conan's grave. She's in super denial over her only son's death, her cheerfulness and outgoing personality vanished on the day she heard about the news of his death
"I should have forced you to come with me! I should have been more strict! Why! Why!" shout Yukiko as she beat herself up
Yusaku who always the one who calm her down can't do it. He can't act like his wife, so his emotions were practically a mess. The guilt that he got literally smash his pride. His wall that always look down and Shinichi whose his skills are lower than him break apart on the day when Shinichi pick the second choice for being the sacrifice. But Yusaku stay sane for his sake because of his favor before he died, to take down people who had shrunk him.
Time Skip~
It was over
Yusaku with help of PSB, FBI, CIA, and other international agents finally take down the organization that made Shinichi shrink to Conan. He finally did Shinichi's favor, which took him good two years to do it. Yusaku look at the boss who is being taken by the FBI nearby the broken building. As he was about to follow the others, suddenly a faint sound and touch on his shoulder stop him
"Thank you dad…"
Yusaku look back in surprised and see no one is behind him. He touched his shoulder and smile before going away, leaving the place
