Man I'm sore all over after last night. Speaking of which where are we right now? Still possessing the sword dropped from the damned soul, I feel around to familiarize myself with the form and try to open my eye. A few minutes of awkward struggling and internal frustration I realize that my eye was already open and I was just facing the dark corner of a wall. I next to move any of my limbs and was surprised to find myself staring at the sword when I look down. My body now seems to be somewhat blurry and completely intangible, I can still touch the floor but also passes through it if I wish to. I try to go to the other end of this bedroom I was in and hit an invisible wall, it seems with my current capabilities there's a limit to how far away I can be from my vessel.
Well I could always carry the sword actively and move around but then again that'll draw a whole lot of suspicion if someone just sees a sword laying in the middle of nowhere. Oh right I have to check on Barry.
"Oi Barry are you up yet?" I ask through the link and receive no reply.
"Barry wake up you lazy fuck!" I say louder this time and still no response. Alright if you're so insistent on sleeping in then I'll have to resort to drastic measure. I should still have some of my Grimms left from yesterday, finding the nearest creep I give it its orders to seek out Barry and wake him up. 10 Minutes later and I hear a muffled *AHH* from somewhere in the building followed by a thump of Barry presumably falling out of bed.
"ONYX YOU ABSOLUTE PRICK WHAT WAS THAT FOR?" He screams through the link.
"Waking your lazy ass up, in case you have forgotten I'm stuck in this sword until we can somehow earn the trust of our hosts to reveal myself or come up with a believable excuse to my sudden appearance out of the blue. By the way what did the creep even do to startle you that much?" I ask.
"Oh it bit my fingers before scampering off. Also by any chance do you recognize who our hosts are? They seem familiar but I can't tell why." Barry asks. I rack my brain for them and remember that they did say their names before helping us to wherever this is but the memory is a haze.
"Can't remember, where's Maria though? Maybe she heard their names." I suggest.
"Good idea, where are you right now?" Barry asks and I hear a door opening outside my room.
"Some room to your left, the door is oak I think with a round polished knob. Your chain scythe and my revolver is also here too so remember to grab those as well." Footsteps come down the hall and soon after the door opens revealing a drowsy Barry who could definitely use some coffee.

I toss the coffee to Barry who blinks in surprise at the sudden motion before storing the extra ammunition in my inventory for later. With a shrug, Barry opens the can and chugs it down in one go before glancing at the sword.
"So uh how does that work exactly?" Barry asks, tossing the can into a nearby rubbish bin.
"Well I'm still here it's just you can't see me or touch me but I can still interact with the world. I'm also anchored to the sword doing this and I can only freely move by carrying it around so pick it up will you? I sense 3 signatures downstairs so it's probably Maria having breakfast with our hosts." Barry grabs Lionheart, holsters Flesh Ripper and Lunar Fang before making his way downstairs. On the way down I could pick up small bits and pieces of the conversation they're having.
"So you folks were attacked by Grimms in the middle of the night?" Came a man's voice.
"Yea, at first we underestimated them and I was sure I would be killed in the fight if not for my friends' intervention." I hear Maria replies.
"Wait…You just said 'friends' but we only…*gasps* I'm so sorry I-I didn't know!" A woman gasps out in shock.
"*fake sigh* It's ok. At least his death wasn't in vain" Maria fakes sadness over my 'death'.
By now Barry has reached the bottom of the flight of stairs and to our right was the living room where Maria is seated with 2 others having tea at the moment. The first person was a man with black hair tied into a pony tail with a goatee wearing a green tunic. The other one was a woman with pink eyes, dusky rose hair held in a bun wearing a sleeved dress almost the same shade of green as the man. With their appearances taken in, the memory of yesterday finally becomes clear as they're no doubt Li and An Ren, Lie Ren's parents. Wait where's Ren himself though?
"Oh you're awake, how are you feeling son?" Li asks Barry.
"Nothing too bad, just muscle strain and maybe some bone fractures but that's it really. Onyx though…*looks down solemnly*." Barry answers also faking his grievance.
"Nice acting, I almost think that I were dead." I compliment and weirdly enough I can feel Barry giving an unseen smirk.
"As much as I hate to say this and I'm not trying to be insensitive but you need to let it go. Moping around will only attract Grimms and I'm sure he gave his life without regrets." Li reassures Barry who slowly snaps back to his normal self.
"But I don't understand. You both look like capable fighters and probably better than everybody else in this village *Li gives a hurt look* well ok maybe my dear can be on par so what could have possibly caused such mayhem?" An points out.
"You're right on that ma'am, normal Grimms would have been a walk in the parj but alas we weren't as fortunate. A great winged beast, one of which I've never seen before, descended upon us and all hell broke loose. It even had powers of its own like a fucking Semblance!" Barry near screams the last part causing Li and An to pale considerably.
"Sir, are you really sure that's what you have seen and no some hallucinations." Li asks with a hardened gaze.
"If it weren't real then Onyx wouldn't have died now would he?" Barry quips back.
"By the gods, it has returned!" An mutters before breaking into prayers.
"Damn stubborn beast! We need to gather our forces immediately. An, go find Ren and take him to the shelter, we must make haste if Kuroyuri is to survive this onslaught!" Li orders, grabbing his bow next to him before he makes his way towards the door.
"Woah there, what's the big deal sir?" Maria asks, holding him back.
"WHAT'S THE BIG DEAL? The monster you spoke of is Logarius the night terror! All of my ancestors have given their life to even barely drive its back from the village!" Li shouts uncharacteristically at Maria which shocks her that the once calm man is now panicking with every fiber of his being.
"You mean the big ass Manticore that's now in a thousand pieces? What's it gonna do, make the village looks slightly more unpleasant with its rotting carcass?" Barry smirks causing both the Ren to fall over from shock.
"Y-you…killed it?" An slowly says. Figuring that he'd need some proof to actually testify for his claims Barry toss me or more specifically Lionheart at Li which may or may not have made me yelp like a surprised puppy at the sudden actions eliciting chuckles from said man.
"Sir Dai Ren's blade, I thought it was lost forever when he fought Logarius. My boy have you any idea what you have done?" Li asks looking up from Lionheart.
"Uh, took care of your pest problem?" Barry replies.
"My boy, what you have done isn't only a great service to Kuroyuri but Mistral itself, long have we suffered from Logarius' wrath but no more shall we be forced to live in its shadow. I…cannot thank you enough for this deed." As he finishes saying this, both Li and An got down to their knees and start bowing before Maria and Barry. Barry taking as much pride as he could bask in the moment of worship but quickly stops as he catches the death glare Maria was sending him while telling the couple to get up.
"Please, no need for such gestures mr Li, we were merely doing our jobs as huntsman, nothing more nothing less. We don't need any rewards at all isn't that right Barry?" Maria insists staring at Barry out of the corner of her eyes making him gulp and nod along.
"Well at least you could take some recognition, its tradition in Kuroyuri for honored warriors to have their names carved onto the wall of fame and statues sculpted after them if their deeds are on a grand scale." Li insists.
"Well I guess I can't argue with tradition, I'm Maria Bell and he's Barry Blue, if it's not much trouble could you also carve down our friend's name Onyx? We wouldn't have succeeded if not for him." Maria answers making Barry and I to do a double take not expecting her to have a last name, then again we really didn't ask about it. Maria then takes out a piece of paper and pen making a quick yet accurate sketch of me.
"*impressed whistle* I didn't know you could draw so well Maria." Barry comments.
"Hey I had a life before all of this you know, back when I was little girl barely able to hold a knife and all. Guess something sticks even after all those years." Maria reminisces.
"I'll get the workers starting as soon as possible and keep the blade, you have proven yourself far more worthy of wielding it." Li smiles before leaving his bow behind as he walks out of the house.
"Hmm, I suppose you'll be quite famished after all those actions. I'll make you some of my special pancakes on the house!" An exclaims before rushing off into the kitchen. Huh so that's where Ren learnt to make pancakes.
"What's a pancake?" Maria asks once An is out of sight.
"It's a dish that's exactly like what its name suggests, a pan shaped cake. You're going to love it Maria." I reply popping out from the sword to stretch.
"I have to ask though, why did you have to hide I the sword like that Onyx?" Maria questions.
"I was too tired to stay awake and Li or An could have looked under my hood and freaked out. Besides we need to make the story believable. A huntsman team is supposed to consist of 4 people and it'd be a wee bit suspicious if the three of us can take down what's considered an urban legend without difficulties." I explain.
"Eh fair enough" Maria shrugs after thinking about it before heading into the kitchen as well to see the pancakes for herself.
"So what now?" Barry asks me.
"As far as I'm concerned we have some time to ourselves so why not take a tour around the village and relax. I'm going to take a nap, the wounds from yesterday haven't fully healed." I answer Barry before hopping back into Lionheart and doze off. This time I go to options and turn of consciousness during sleep so I can actually rest instead of awkwardly talking to myself of upcoming plans.

Ah, now that's the stuff, I feel better already. I bring out my hud check the time to be currently 4:30 PM, that means I slept for about 7 more hours. Now then where's wait a minute. I feel myself again and sure enough I wasn't on the ground but instead was being slightly lifted up and down in the air. Is Barry practicing swordplay with me? No wait he doesn't use sword not to mention and he seems pretty laid back to spend time practicing at least frequently. Maria is probably off somewhere on another sugar high after discovering the power of pancakes and dear god please don't tell me she turns into an adult version of Nora, the costs to cover collateral damage is going to be through the roof! Wait if none of them are around then who's holding me?
Turning my gaze back onto my pommel I see a pair of tiny hands futilely trying to grasp it. And further inspection reveals it to be a 5 year old boy with pink eyes similar to An wearing a light green tunic and black shoes. Holy shit it's Ren or more accurately little Ren…Maria is going to smother the poor boy in hugs when she sees his adorable face. From the looks of it he's been at it for quite a while as I notice how drenched in sweat he is and a couple of drag marks along the ground. Well better call Barry to retrieve me and Ren as well.
"Hey Barry are you free right now?" I call.
"Yeeah, I'm trying some of the street foods they're preparing for a full moon festival tonight and oh boy are they delicious! What do you need?" Barry asks.
"Well can you pick me up, I think I'm in the backyard of the Ren's residence and I think you'd love to greet the final member of the household." I beckon and soon enough I can see Barry's signature approaching by the minute. The door on the house slides open Barry's joy skyrockets the moment he sees mini Ren.
Sneaking behind the unsuspecting boy, Barry quietly clears his throat before bellowing a loud BOO! Causing Ren to jump and drop me into the mud in the process. Although I can't feel anything, I'm still quite upset that I'm now face down in the mud.
"What are you doing with my sword kid?" Barry asks causing Ren to nervously twiddle his thumbs in place.
"You're not in trouble, I'm just curious is all." Barry reassures.
"I-I want to train to be a huntsman." Ren replies with actual enthusiasm and emotions that the stoic ninja should by no rights have. Then again this Ren isn't traumatized by the death of his village.
"And why do you want to do that?" Barry pushes on and from that point their conversation becomes a blur to me for my attention is now solely focused on a new quest window in front of me. I think Barry might have tried to call me but I couldn't hear anything over the internal panic attack I'm suffering by looking at the quest.

"OI ONYX!" Barry's point blank shout finally snaps me out of my stupor.
"Where did Ren go?" I ask still in a daze from the news.
"He went back inside after I gave him some life advices, what happened to you man you just sort of spaced out to another reality." Barry asks with concern.
"Find Maria quick! The fight for Kuroyuri is far from over." I answer in a grave tone.
[2 hours later, festival grounds]
The streets of Kuroyuri is now filled with various decorations and lanterns as people gather around the center of town next to the statue of Dai Ren for Li's announcement. However, amidst this joyful atmosphere, us trio couldn't feel anything but anxiety welling up inside. An hour and a half earlier we managed to find Maria flocking around a sweets shop and explained the situation at hand. Of course we couldn't just tell Li as that would just cause mass panic and the attack will arrive sooner. So, I've worked out a little alternative.
"Everything's in position Barry, get ready to calm the people once it start." I warn him.
"Got it, when do we start the thing, before or during Li's speech?" Barry asks.
"After it Barry, Maria is going to keep the children mainly Ren and Nora who should be around here somewhere safe. You're going to drive away any other hostile Grimms in the area while I keep the main attraction busy. If all things go to hell then I'll use all of my remaining essences to spawn a horde of beowolves to stall for evacuation." I explain and we both turn our attention back to the small stage where Li and An has stepped on.
"People of Kuroyuri, it's a pleasure for me to announce that we're going to be able to celebrate another full moon festival in peace *murmurs arise* Now you may ask why I'm so sure that we'll be able to spend such time without any worries for Grimms? *people quiet down* It is thanks to these folks and their fallen comrade that the great beast Logarius have been brought down for good and it is also thanks to them that we are able to recover the village's long lost treasure, sir Dai Ren's sword." After finishing, Li raises me or more specifically Lionheart into the air as people gasp in wonder and amazement.
"It is without a shadow of doubt that they fully deserve the honor of having their statues here at this village where their achievements will be immortalized *snaps fingers and the tarps next to Dai Ren statue fall down to reveal picture perfect recreation of Maria, Barry and I as statues* Now without further ado let the festi-*AWROOO*" Li was cut off by the synchronized howling of my beowolfs. I figure this way the village will be aware of a threat but wouldn't over react with it being just common beowolfs and start making their way to shelter.
Immediately the effects were seen as the townsfolks move like a well-oiled machine hurrying to the village hall to take cover. Among the flow of people I see mini Ren shuffling along a familiar orange haired girl and was relieved to see the both of them safe. With everyone inside safe for Li who's the only one qualified or close enough to be qualifying as an official huntsman staying outside while the rest being village militia stay inside with the civilians. It's kind of idiotic but at the same time not. It'd be better if Li has more assistance but leaving people unchecked can potentially put everything at jeopardy.
If we're going to even stand a chance at this defense then there must be no secrets kept among each other. I hop out of Lionheart and lightly tap Li's shoulder to get his attention. Safe to say the man's reaction was exactly what I expected as Li's eyes widen and he shot an arrow at me. Thankfully in his panicked state the arrow merely hit Lionheart and deflect harmlessly off to the side. Maria is climbing up the clock tower to determine the direction of the assault which leaves Barry to explain to Li about me.
"Mr Li I know how bad this look but we have worse problems right now. I might have bended the truth a little about last night. Onyx didn't perish fighting Logarius for that *points to me* is him." Barry explains and waits for any possible attacks incoming but Li just stood there stock still unblinkingly. An awkward minute passes so I decide to get closer to him and wave. That seems to do the trick as he snap back to the present and narrow his eyes warily but other makes no move to attack me instead opt to observe our surroundings.
"Something BIG is coming at the North gate!" Came Maria's voice.

Well that's reassuring to hear. Ooh boy here it comes. The measly wooden gate thick as it may be was no match for a direct assault from the boss as it was reduced to splinters within seconds. Focusing pass the smoke produced from the impact I see a large silhouette as large as Logarius coming closer along the sound of galloping hooves. There, clad in pitch black armor, faceless but a pair of blood red eyes, on top of a large Grimm horse was a humongous knight wielding a scythe that makes Crescent Rose look like a toy in comparison.

"Hey Barry, do you want the bad news, the worse news or the absolutely horrendous news?" I ask him sarcastically.
"Lay it on me, how fucked are we?" Barry asks back.
"One, the thing's armor too thick for us to even remotely hurt it. Two, its horse has a separate health bar. Three, I can see a massive flock of Nevermores coming in as well." I list off all of the unfavorable odds.
"We have to evacuate, get Li to take the civilians out of here fast! You and Maria should be enough to take down the incoming Nevermores. And I…will do everything in my power to take the horse down and subsequently lowering the boss' speed." I give Barry his instructions and now I find myself alone in front of this monstrosity of a knight. My Grimms aren't even with me as the civilians' lives come first so I diverted all of my remaining beowolfs, creeps and even have Misha guard them. Come on you motherfucker, let's do this Texas style, mano a mano. I draw Lionheart to greet my adversary.
With a speed untraceable by the naked eye, the horseman dashes forth swinging its scythe cutting clean through the pavement in a wide arc as if it was butter. I narrowly slide forward ducking under the swing and slams Lionheart into the steed's legs.

I would've verbally laughed at how futile my effort was if not for how the horseman has my weapon locked in a standoff with its scythe that I have to strain every fiber of my being just to stand my ground. Suddenly the blade glows ghostly blue and I find myself nearly bisected as the scythe passes through Lionheart forcing me to hop in the sword to avoid the unexpected attack.
So direct combat is a bust given how deadly the thing is, let's try some range then. I bounce off the ground landing 10 feet away from the horseman and use bullet time for 10 seconds to be able to not only cover more distance away from it but also able to place 8 shots from Lunar Fang into the horse's already damaged legs.

By now my actions have started to bear fruits as the horse shows sign of fatigue with one of its hind legs limping behind. Looks like things will be easier from here on out…I jinx myself didn't I? True to my prediction of my rotten luck, the horse neighs loudly while standing up before turning into a blur speeding towards me even faster than before in a charge. *CRACK* *Boom* That was the sound of my ribs shattering and the sound of my back impacting with a 4 inch thick brick wall.

I'm definitely going to feel that in the morning, my entire torso feels like it just got ran over by a bulldozer. *SCREEE* Briefly taking my eyes off the boss, I take in the situation on the other side of the battlefield. Barry's fairing quite well against the Nevermores despite his lack of range and opt to rely on his molotovs rather than his weapons. No signs of the creeps anywhere so I'm guessing that they perished somewhere along the line however the beowolfs are still standing strong with only 3 less than before. Maria seems to be riding Misha somehow running across the rooftops and jumping on top of a Nevermore before quickly cutting its head off. Wait where's Li? *SCREEE* Another loud screech sounds off and I see Li isolated from the others without any arrows left in his quiver, his opposing Nevermore though quite wounded wasn't damaged enough to lose flight and dives straight down at him in a final charge. Refusing to let my efforts so far to be in vain, I improvise by launching Lionheart right into its left wing causing the Grimm to crash into a fruits cart instead finally succumbing to its wounds.
Don't get me wrong, I'm glad that Li is safe as the rest are cleaning up the remaining aerial threats but I wish I didn't toss away my only defense against the boss. Now that I'm weaponless in terms of melee I have to constantly phase through the boss' attacks instead of blocking and it's starting to take its toll and I feel more drained by the seconds. At this rate intangibility will stop working at any given moments and it'll be a bitch and a half to even try dodging through the swipes without draining my AP just as much using bullet time. I'm at my wits end now, looks like I'm going to have to start popping out more beowolfs to help me. *HAAAH!* Or not.
Just as I reach into my essence bool, a loud high pitched battle cry startle everyone including the boss as a large gust of wind sweeps by bringing along a cloud of…rose petals? White rose petals…Oh you have to be shitting me. Like a proud Valkyrie charging into battle, Summer Rose herself rams into the Steed's leg with her twin scythe cutting deep into its bone before delivering an uppercut to Magnus with the other end of the scythe knocking it off. Not far behind, Taiyang dashes in with a punch caving in the Steed's skull.

Separated and disoriented, the boss or bosses don't seem so tough now. *NEIGH!* Ah right phase 2 how did I forget about that. The steed now covered in blue flames drive its hooves back in the dirt for a charge and runs straight at Summer which honestly confuses me. It knows that her semblance is speed so why would! Shadowy hands grew from the pavement beneath Summer and constrict her in place, Magnus was sinking his hands into the floor to bind Summer! Both Tai and I try to tackle her out of the charge but the Steed was faster than the both of us and the moment its head touches Summer's scythe, a blinding flash shines through the night sky as the earth quakes from the napalm like explosion, the fucking thing just self-destructed!

Still recovering from the blast, Summer fails to see Magnus teleporting through the ground and strikes her so hard that she flew through the village hall's wall dealing another 1200 to her already weak aura. I might not know much about aura but I'm damn sure she can't brush things off through all that pain. An enraged Tai lunges at Magnus but his recklessness made his move predictable as the Grimm merely counters the hit with its scythe. Abandoning the battlefield for now, I rush inside through the hole to check on Summer. Brushing aside the panicked shouts of the people taking refuge inside, I find her laying against a column barely conscious with her cloak in tatters and bruises visible all over. *CLANG*
The sound of fighting has reached indoors as Magnus was seen desperately blocking Tai's flurry of punches sending actual shockwaves through the air. With each hit Magnus was pushed back further and further before *crack* with a beastly roar, Tai's haymaker finally snaps the Grimm's scythe in half. I would expect some incoherent snarling and rage towards Tai yet Magnus just silently looks at Summer and pick something up on the ground among the rubble which closer inspection reveals it to be the remain of the Steed's skull. Its hand caught fire similar to the Steed as the skull fragment morphs into a small ball of red light and Magnus slams said ball into its chest emitting massive force all around the room. The Grimm slams a palm down onto and ghostly swords appear from thin air plunges down onto the floor creating a circle and force field around Summer and I. Tai of course tries breaking in but he only gets knocked into the wall when he touched the barrier.
Reaching behind its back, Magnus materialize a serrated greatsword as horns grow on the top of its helmeted head along raven like wings on its back. Taking flight, Magnus glares down at us with even more malice than before.

Clenching my fist, my heart aches at the sight of a hurt Summer and more importantly mini Ren and Nora on the verge of tears, thinking that Magnus would get away with its crime… It fills me with anger, it fills me with rage, but most of all it fills me with…DETERMINATION!

Its sword glows red as Magnus slash and send a wave of flames towards me, grabbing Summer in my arms I roll under the wave and set her down on the side before resuming the fight. Magnus wasn't done and conjure a bow in its hands and with a single shot, a cloud forms above us raining arrows down. Recalling Misha to the amulet, I resummon him to cover Summer from the assault while I rush at Magnus phasing through all of the arrows and give the bastard a brutal slash to the abdomen before jamming Lunar Fang straight in its helm for a point blank blast.

Magnus swings it sword forcing me to back off before flying higher gathering energy into a ball on the tip of the greatsword. Knowing that a beam attack is coming up I spread miasma across the battlefield to mask our presence before it gets the chance to fire. Blinded by the poisonous fog, the laser emitted from the sword only managed to cut through some pillars narrowly missing Summer as Misha move her out of the way. With the Grimm still lost amidst the battle, I leap from its back and claw at its wings. Struggling as it may, my grip held strong as I start biting as well as scratching on the wings before giving yet another brutal slash before disengaging.

Well I suppose it's time I put an end to this charade. I unload the rest of Lunar Fang into the pommel of the sword knocking it out of Magnus' hands before shooting 4 beowolfs at it to pin the Grimm down as well. All 4 limbs being held back by each of my beowolfs, Magnus was stuck in place trying to wrestle them off just where I need it to be. With my remaining 1160 AP, I unleash a devastating x11 dark energy beam directly into its heart.

And with, a now extra crispy Magnus lays dead as the sword barrier is broken letting Tai rush to Summer's side to check on her. During the battle, Maria and Barry made their ways in to calm the people and are now making their way to me.
"Hot damn was that some dragonball z shit or what?" Barry exclaims giving me a high five.
"Man I know you're strong Onyx like strong enough to off the Moon Presence but straight up vaporizing something like that is just straight up badass." Maria congratulates me giving a playful jab to the shoulder which might have actually dislocated it.
"All in a day's work, only problem though is that I feel extremely bed ridden, I feel like I could sleep for an entire day!" I sigh to Barry taking Lionheart back from him. It then struck me though, we haven't received any loot or even EXP from the fight for that matter. Unless…I pull the quest back up and nearly shat myself when I saw that it wasn't completed. The system hasn't declared that I defeated Magnus, its health was in the negative but its STILL ALIVE!
The clinking of armor brings the room to dead silence as Magnus' charred corpse stands back up and its chestplate shatters to reveal a large ball of fire. It gives a deafening roar as the ball expands and expands before it's flung at break neck speed towards Summer! Activating tranquility with Lionheart in my hands, I stand my ground in the path of the miniature sun and endure. Each passing second my flesh burns away as part of my soul would even scorched yet no matter how much pain I'm in I refuse to back down. Seconds lasted like hours and when I feel the ball of fire has weakened enough, mustering any and all strength within my body I knock it pack towards Magnus and engulfs it in an explosion finally putting an end to the monster.

*Ahem* Li clears his throat as he walks towards us from the crowd of people and looks at me. Barry looks like he was about to defend me with Maria but Li raises his hand to stop him.
"I was raised to judge a book not by its cover and a person not by their looks, you are a Grimm that has lied to me, to Kuroyuri *pause* but you're also its savior twice and for that I'm forever indebted to you." As soon as he finishes, li got on his knees and bow before me like a worshipper causing the rest of Kuroyuri's residents to do the same. Still feeling quite literally near-death tired, I ask Barry to wave them off and to stop with paying respects, the statues were already more than enough. Maria is off checking on Ren and Nora on the sides and I close my eyes knowing that everyone is now safe and prepare to drift off to sleep. That is until I feel someone grabbing my arm and crack open my eyes to see Taiyang with Summer holding onto him to stand. Oooh boy I forgot about them.
Omake: Interrogation fail
After the fight with Magnus, Li finds that the night was still young and everybody resumed with the festivities celebrating the full moon. Meanwhile in a still intact shed near the party, Summer and Tai are in a dark room with Barry and Onyx to question them.
Summer: We've been searching for you long enough and it's time you give us some answers.
Tai: Hey wait a second…Where's that woman with them?
Summer: Huh? *looks around to see Maria missing* *pops her head outside* hey you, have you seen the woman with white hair holding a giant sword around here?
Random villager: Oh I think her name was Maria, She kinda left without saying anything when you guys entered the shed.
Summer: Oh…Ok your friend may have slipped away but there's no way that you can escape our watch *points at Barry and Onyx*.
Onyx just deadpans at the two, make a peace sign with his right hand before turning intangible and sink through the floor.
Summer: Ok he may be able to escape but there's no way that you *points at Barry* can run from 2 professional huntsman.
Barry: Ah well can I ask you some questions of my own before we start.
Taiyang: As long as it's within reasons then we'll answer them.
Barry: So Summer's semblance is super speed and you get faster the more you get hit right?
Taiyang: Yes? Where are you going with this?
Barry: So if you two were to take part in extreme BDSM with Summer being Dom and you Tai being Sub, how fast would you be in bed?
The question takes both huntsman by surprise as Summer and Tai are reduced to a blushing, stuttering mess.
Summer: O-Our l-life is NONE of your concerns and it's time we ask you some eh?
Summer looks back to see Barry missing and a note in his place with the shed door open. The note reads 'gotcha suckers!'

Author's notes: Whew finally finished writing this fight. It took a lot more than I thought to design a major boss fight. Now with the fate of Kuroyuri changed, Onyx and Barry shall face Summer and Tai in the next chapter. Find out next time if they can weasel their ways out or spill the beans as well as the event for the 3rd member of the crimson crusaders.
Joepart5: You're forgetting that Summer and Tai are well known and well trusted huntsmen in the public eye not to mention that Matt didn't really sell Onyx out. He revealed his location because he believed that they're trying to help Onyx in saving Kuroyuri.
Laplase: Nope, she's just another Nora for more CHAOS. I'll think of adding pairing maybe at the ending of the story or maybe at another future fic but I'm not experienced enough to write one at the moment.
Sd74: I'm actually planning to make one of the members demon based but not so much as they're literally a demon but rather they possess demonic powers. It also happens to be the 3rd member who Onyx and Barry will help on their quest in the next chapter. Here's a hint on the world they come from: Miyazaki's twisted fantasy.
